Love the look of the watch had a lot of compliments
I purchased this watch as a present and my other half loved it. It is a classic but lovely Casio watch. The colour red is gorgeous and it’s worth the price. It came in a nice metallic Casio case and it was pretty easy to set up and use.
I bought the White version of this watch and it is very eye catching. I also wear a medical wristband so I find the watch does draw attention to it (because they are both white).
For the size of it, it is really light on my wrist. There’s not much else to say, oh it tells the time really good 🙂
Bought it for my husband, he loves it. Can’t go wrong with a G shock. Great value for money. Also very quick delivery.
Bought this for holiday daytime wear, actually ended up putting it at night (normally a Rolex wearer!!!!).
I have big arms, so wanted a very chunky watch which I got.

Arrived today. I will not doubt the watch. Bad thing is there is no backlight, just a normal light so only the analog hands are seen and the digital display will be pitch black in the dark. Everything else is great, and it survives a 7 storey drop, so I’m happy! Looks tooooo good too (opinion). Also the hour marks glow in the dark but not the hands.
Bought about 3 years ago and its going strong! You end up knocking into things its so big but the things u knock break, not the watch! LOVE IT! 5/5

Think it matches my car nicely
It is easy and useful to wear but the hands get in the middle of the digital data so you can’t see it for several minutes. It is not easy to use, I’ve have to check the instructions manual a lot of times to learn how it works. Casio could improve some daily basis things….

This watch is pretty much bullet proof, the red case makes the watch extremely visible on your wrist so it does get noticed so you tend to spend a bit of time explaining to the general public what the watch can do so you better get clued up on the Casio capabilities. The G-Shock is legendary due to its shock proof technology and the GA 100B is no exception to the G-Shock legend.

Love the watch. Just wish its light feature would illuminate the digital screen.
The reasons for 4 stars are because of the light, its a small LED at the bottom although it is strong it doesnt light up the red hour hand very well and also doesnt light up the digital displays either. Also the alarm for me is to quite and doesnt last long so it doesnt wake.
So apart from a few niggles it is all in all a very good watch
Smart watch but tricky to alter and set up. Manual helps but needs a couple reads to understand. But watch looks good and gets praise

PACKAGING
The watch arrived well packaged and was not damaged during transit. The watch comes in a metal tin with the G-Shock logo on it. There is also a manual included.
I have been a G-shock collector for many years and this is by far my favourite watch.
Please Note: I would not recommend this as a daily/work watch as the white colour can become easily discoloured. It is perfect for nights out etc.

A bit complcated to set up but does the job it was bought for (the beach)
Pleased with this. Be aware the additional dials are quite hard to read at a glance and the alarm isn’t as loud as I would like.

I bought a white version of this watch a couple of years ago, I really liked the red version so I got the same one only in red…. great watch, and real fashion item…. got loads of comments from my friends, who having seemingly gone out and bought one as well…. You can’t beat the price on this either…. good value…
I got this to give as a present for Christmas. It’s brilliant the person who received it was over the moon! They had another G-Shock watch in black from somewhere else, they pointed out that the watches had the same features but some bits where better on this one even down to the quality of the light inside.
A great robust watch for someone who likes something a little bit different. Bought in red, which isn’t as bright as the picture but a nice pillar box red nonetheless. In some respects a ‘neutral’ colour that can be worn with any outfit. Substantial watch with chunky face and good solid strap. Comes in a great presentation tin within a box. Made a fantastic present. Great value (49.99) for a good reliable brand which can withstand the knocks of everyday life.

I cannot provide a full and frank review as I bought the watch as a Christmas present for my husband. It is attractively packaged and a beautiful watch. if it lives up to expectations, both he and I will be delighted, alas we won’t know that until Christmas.
Love the watch looks amazing. Only thing wrong when it’s dark and you try to tell the time you can’t see the red hands.
I already own this watch in red, so when it came up in white at a vastly reduced price, I couldn’t resist!

Withstands all that life can throw at it – I’ve even tested it by throwing it quite forcibly at a wall without any ill effect.

Great watch, exactly as advertised! Nice and big and comfortable to wear. If I had to say anything as a necktie it would have to be the backlight, not the brightest but good enough to just about see the hands on the watch face.
I love the look and feel of this watch, illumination is average at best. But it is what I wanted.

The appearance is incredibly good, it screams “sporty” and “stylish” the dial looks like the speedometer on a Ferrari, if it didn’t say “Casio” and “G-Shock” on it I would think it was a Ferrari brand watch. It is incredibly accurate and comfortable it gets a lot of attention and looks fantastic, the negative display can be a tiny bit hard to read at times but it’s really not too bad and the light is good enough also to light up the hands.
Another thing to note is that you can choose to either display the time or the date on the screens below the hands you cannot display both, this is a small issue as the hands will display the time regardless and if you change the time digitally? the hands will move on their own to adjust (Which looks so cool, trust me!)
I could not recommend this watch enough! fantastic release from Casio!

Bought this on Saturday late afternoon and was delivered Monday for my husband i cant complain about how quick the delivery was i thought it was going to come on Tuesday so very happy. The watch it self is amazing looking and very rugged feel and feels like it would last came in a nice rugged container with warranty and a BIG instruction book for night reading!! only down side to the watch is fiddly to use and work how to use it being a man had a quick look in the instructions but far to much to read for a watch other than that im very happy and now looking to add to the collection with the black and blue watch shown on here…….

The watch is great but it is not the same color as it appears online. It looks like a bright red however the actual watch is a dull “dirty” red which was really disappointing. The main reason i chose this one over the black was for its color.

Great looking watch and tough as nails, a lot of people complain about dull digitals and craps light but I can see it just fine, great product one day late on delivery but I blame royal mail for that 🙂 also great price seeing my local shop is selling same watch for 110 not 60
Superb value for money and very robust as gets knocked about at work a bit and still looks as good as when I brought. Slightly difficult to see the time at night but not impossible to see and wouldn’t stop me from buying another one

This watch certainly attracts comment due to the colour. From a functionality point of view the digital display is easy to read in most lighting conditions as long as the watch is angled at the correct degree. I personally found it extremely easy to set up although my last G Shock was purchased in New Zealand about 12 years ago and I have not worn one since 2005. Is it my favourite watch? No but it is close to the top of the list, due to it’s practicability and comfort when wearing it. I guess this is largely due to the adjustable strap.

Its a gshock. Sturdy, well made. Colour is cool a cherry red. Retails at over 70 pounds on post sites, some even 110. This dropped tobelow 60, so grab a bargain.
Yes it is a large watch but not ridiculously large quite comfy on the wrist and in MY opinion very easy to read in ANY light I highlight a couple of words because I know a fellow buyer has said it was not easy to read but that is why we are asked to review items this is MY review only I am a watch collector and have many g shocks from years ago and my only criticism is that the g shock straps are now much thinner than older watches but at the price Amazon are selling this watch for it is worth buying believe me even with thinner straps these g shocks are very good watches.

I have thick wrists and for once have a sturdy, good looking everyday timepiece without having to change the strap for one that fits comfortable. I have used Casio a couple of times over my many years and have never had reason to fault them. This particular model looks good on the wrist and has all the functions I will ever want. Not really recommended for small wrists otherwise excellent watch.

This is a beautiful watch, the size and color are perfect it has 5 alarms and lots of time zones, the only downsize is that as many people have said if you are in a dark place where you can hardly see the watch, the light that comes with it only shows you the minutes as the hour hand being red in color makes it impossible to read. but then again how many times are you going to be in dark places therefore I will definitely recommend this watch

Great watch, I have only had it a few days so i cant say i have used all its features, But i think it looks good & a few people have gave it good comments. It was relatively easy to set it up but you do have to carefully read the instruction booklet…..
This is my third G-Shock and still love it.
Had one white and two yellow same model. This time white with black dial and it looks superb,almost as good as yellow 🙂

I got this watch just as a every day one as i heard they were durable…..they are amazing! never need to take it off as its fully waterproof, shock proof so i dont have to worry about it. This watch is a great buy and a top quality watch. 10/10

The bracelet itself is quite chunky which I like and the fact it’s white is really cool. The instructions are pretty easy to follow to set up World Time (dual time zones) and hitting A&B at the same time to swap between time zones is a brilliant little trick as well!
Overall, if you want something a little different but that looks great on your wrist whether with shorts and a tee or when you’re dressed to impress, look no further!
