I am updating this review because this company has provided some excellent customer service regarding my issue. They reached out to me after my low rating review with suggestions as to how they could make the purchase right. They gave me choices!! I picked the suggestion that would be best for my company. I am not saying what my choices were because 1. Someone else’s choices may be different and 2. I do not want people giving this company a bad rating just so they could get something for nothing. Suffice to say I am very satisfied with the offered resolution.
Also, if you order these cartridges and they do not work for you, let the company know immediately! Like all companies, they occasionally have issues in their production and will work hard to resolve your problem.

Unfortunately, not good at all. CANNOT RECOMMEND.
These cartridges are supposed to work in my HP Laser Jet Pro M428fdw. They absolutely do not. The description states they are compatible with ColorKing Compatible Toner Cartridge Replacement for HP 58A CF258A 58X CF258X for HP Laserjet Pro M404dn M404n M404dw M404 MFP M428fdw M428fdn M428dw Printer Toner (Black 2-Pack). So my company is out $125.00 and I do not have an ink cartridge that works.
I CANNOT recommend these Cartridges.
Thus far I have only used the first of two cartridges that I purchased. And I haven’t had to replace this first one yet, so I can’t comment on how many pages these will print. But the quality is equal to the HP original cartridge. My HP Laserjet Pro M404, as expected, does complain about this cartridge being “used” or “counterfeit”. But I’m not concerned about that. Also, as expected, the LCD display shows that the cartridge is almost empty, which is another “known” issue which doesn’t bother me. I feel confident that the money saved here was worth trying based on the quality that I’m seeing.
This is a great product and works great in our HP printer. The only reason that I gave it a three stars on longevity is because we are still using it and I don’t know how long it will last – but we have been using it for two months now. The price is great and you receive two in a package.

This printer cartridge has been perfect for my business. It was plug and play with the empty HP cartridge. I wouldn’t know there was any difference. This cartridge works flawlessly and for a fraction of the cost of a new HP cartridge. Stop reading the reviews and just buy it.
Running a small business(staffing), I do a lot of printing(applications, emp handbooks, etc…). The price and quality of the ink is the biggest draw initially. It has been just under two months and I went through 3 cartridges. I know this seems like a lot, but that’s due to business needs. It is about time to order again, which means, within next two weeks, I will be ordering more through them and will continue to for the foreseeable future. I appreciate the quick delivery and quality of the ink cartridges.
These toner cartridges work great. We use them in our check printers at the office. Same quality as the name brand. Would definitely recommend these.

Works great for the price on our HP Printer. A huge difference in price for a great quality product. The added benefit is the chip which allows it to be used on the HP printer. I have been buying generic cartridges for our company and this purchase has been doing great, no problems.
I reordered two 58A toner cartridges as the previous cartridges performed great for the price far less than buying the HP cartridges. When they arrived I was sent 58X cartridges which wasn’t compatible to my printer, so I requested a return and replacement, and the correct cartridges arrived within a week. I was very impressed at how quickly the replacements arrived, and even more impressed at how well the ink holds up over several months. Definitely my choice for future purchases!
This is a very high quality product for a reasonable price. When office supplies are always at a high you can count on this being reasonable. Highly recommend!
I am a teacher and I have to buy my own supplies. I can’t afford the name brand, so I took a chance on this. So far, it has worked as advertised. No trouble installing it. Print quality looks good.
I ordered two 58A toners with Chips from ColorKing for our office printer HP Laser Jet Pro because the price is way cheaper than the original HP toner. The first one did not work but the second one did work. I email ColorKing about the problem and they told me just return the bad one and they sent me another two new toners the next day. I test them and they all work. The toner quality is good and it still working. Very good service and respond time is fast. I will order all toners from this company.
As for shipping, very fast delivery as usual.
I’ve been using these toner cartridges for a while and the print quality hasn’t deteriorated. The contrast of the black and white image is well balanced, at least as good as the original HP toner cartridges,more than I expected!
The quality of the toner is very good and the price-performance ratio is unbeatable. My purchase at the moment is exactly what I expected. I will not hesitate to order this product if I need it next time.

This version has a chip fitted so it’s compatable straight from the box, although it did turn up in a box that stated it was the non chip version with a sticker on the cartridge saying it would need the chip installing
Delivery was quick, ordered at 6pm and by 7pm the following day the parcel had been delivered
The instruction included were clear and made the install effortless, with the chip already in place no tools were required
Worth buying theses cartridge rather then paying over the odds for HP cartridges!
