This optics set arrived well packaged in a strong cardboard box. The wood plaque is thick and sturdy adding a touch of class to my bar. There are four optics which were wrapped separately inside individual boxes. There is an instruction manual attached so they are easy to assemble by following the instruction. Perfect for my bar in the summer house. Just the price 61.99 is too mush so I drop one star.
I was SO pleased with this. My cousin who normally hosts all the family gatherings built himself a beautiful bar in lockdown but he didn’t have one of these so I snatched it up. Easy to put up, sturdy as anything and looks great. A perfect addition to the outside bar the only negative is the price is a little bit steep.
This bar optics holder looks great in my husbands man cave and I would love to get one for my mini bar. You get a wooden backing board that is 50cm x 40cm and 4 x optics that each give a 35ml measure (between a single and a double). It requires a bit of self assembly which I found a little fiddly but it looks great once built.
This is a set of four spring-loaded bottle holders with optics, mounted on a 50x40cm antique pine backboard. Firstly, it’s nice to see real wood being used and the antique finish is appropriately rustic. Secondly, it’s importnant to note that self-assembly is required, although it’s not too taxing.
The bottle holders are made from aluminium and are spring-loaded. Both the backboard and bottle holders are of good quality. However, the optics deserve a more in-depth discussion… The optics are a bit flimsy, being made of plastic. The instructions, as others have said, specifically mention not putting a glass to the optic to draw a measure and suggest instead that you use your fingertips to draw a measure from the optic into a glass. There are two further ‘issues’ that I have with the optics. The first being that they are 35ml rather than 25ml or 50ml. I guess you could say that they are a generous single measure but it’s an unusual choice. Lastly, they contain LEDs, so when you are drawing a measure, the optic is illuminated by a blue LED. It’s a novel effect but it’s not mentioned in the listing on Amazon and there’s no mention of what batteries are required. I am assumng that to replace the batteries in the optics, you have to undo the three screws in the top of the optic.
Overall, this is a nice set to adorn a mancave or a small section of a room dedicated to breweriana. The optics probably ought to swapped out for some better ones and the set overall is rather pricey but it’s still a nice gift.
This is a very cool optic kit. At 69.99 it’s a little steep in my opinion, but it is a luxury item.
My home is already very wood and metal themed, I have a re-purposed gun cabinet as a bar in the lounge next to my scaffold pole and reclaimed wood tv stand. This wooden plaque with 4 optic holders is an excellent addition both to the bar scene and the rustic/industrial look.
The wood is stained a darker colour which is perfect for me, the 4 optic bottles attach on to the board. Each optic has a blue light in it that comes on each time you press up into it for a shot. I also love lights, so yet another excellent feature on this set.
Very cool looking, actually useful as well, and the only reason it isn’t 5 stars is I feel the price is just too much enough to drop a star for. Still recommended though.
This is a great addition to your home bar area or garden set up! The wood plaque adds a real touch of class and fits into a wide variety of dcor schemes. On the plaque you receive 4 optics which work well, but as anyone who has worked with optics before will know, you need to take care when using them.
The pack arrives well packaged in a strong cardboard box and requires some assembly which wasn’t too complicated, make sure you have a drill to hand to make your life easier. I have seen some comments advising there has been issues with missing screws, luckily, I had no issues, and everything was included, but make sure you give this a check before you get started.
Overall, a great looking set that is a wonderful addition to your home setup.
Coming out of the box I was skeptical. It felt a little flimsy and I had my doubts. I opted to use longer screws than what they’re provided. It does seem to be assembled a bit cheaply as the supports were a crooked. That being said my complains are me being nit picky. After getting it installed and set up I love it. I’ve already gotten many compliments on it and it was a wonderful edition to my bar. Easy to set up, even easier to use. If you try to use it and nothing comes out, make sure you’re pushing the bottom all the way up.
Well I like this product, and it LOOKS really nice on the wall, but every single bottle of liquor that I put into it doesn’t leaked down on my wall after more than a week.
This came well packaged, its seems a bit flimsy but has held well. It was easy enough to assemble and put up. I’ve made a home bar in my kitchen/diner and this just sets it off nicely. For the price I did expect it to be a bit better quality but as its for occasional use its fine. Everyone that comes in comments on how it looks. I do recommend this product for a home bar and occasional use.
This is actually pretty nice in my opinion! It’s easy to setup with the included accessories (although you’ll need your own drill). Everything seems to work well and it’s all easy to setup if you don’t mind a bit of DIY! I’m personally not a huge drinker so I haven’t permanently stuck bottles on there as they rarely get touched. However, I did try sticking bottles of coke and fanta on there so the kids could have some fun with it too, and it worked pretty well to be honest! Be careful to use strong bottles though, as softer bottles will crumble in the spring mechanism.
Overall, I think this is a reasonable price for what it is and performs great! It looks really nice on your wall – Would highly recommend!
A sturdy item that is well put together and has a great look about it. In the home or if you have a little bar in the bottom of the garden you really get a bit of a pub feel. The optics work well and four bottles is plenty for a nice tipple.

Brilliant item That I gave to my brother who is a cocktail maker. He installed it in less than 20 minutes and says it is brilliant. It is just as good quality as the one he uses at work and holds bottles stably and security.

This comes very well packed. It is boxed with a carry handle and inside the board is protected with bubble wrap and the individual pieces are boxed up. It is very nicely done and needs a little bit of assembly to get started before you can mount it. The board looks really nice and it is relatively easy to fit and to even supply you with the fitting screws. It’s not overly heavy and shouldn’t be too difficult to mount. Getting the optics to the board takes a little while longer but again you are supplied with all the fittings. When finally mounted it does look great. The optics work a treat. The quality of the materials is reasonable, perhaps I might’ve expected the optics to be a little bit more robust but it certainly works very well. It looks brilliant in our dining room And it is certainly no a talking point when people come to visit.
Great looking set and really easy to put up. Also really impressed with the seller as I did have a problem with one of the optics which they replaced immediately.
I used this to hang on the wall in the garage where I have installed a small Tiki bar. It is easy to put together and is a strong good quality product. I am very pleased with this.
