Nachdem er das Headset an seiner Nintendo Switch Anschloss waren wir positiv von der Klang und Mikrofon Qualitt berrascht. Die Haltbarkeit wird sich noch auf Dauer zeigen. J’avais le HS50 dont j’tais satisfait jusqu’ ce que je vois que le revtement se dsagrge dans le temps ,tout le casque s’pluche c’est pouvantable et je ne L’utilise que chez moi pour jouer. Les tours d’oreilles taient un peu limite Dc douleur aprs quelques heures. Avec celui-ci je suis content pour Dor, plus grand qualits son suprieur ( pas encore test le surround) . Reste juste voir la qualit du revtement dans le temps

Le casque est conforme pour 1h d’utilisation mais pour plus surtout si vous avez un crne assez grand cela devient inconfortable…
Le son du micro est audible, audio est correcte pour sont prix aucun reproche
Mme aprs plus d’un an d’utilisation, tout est encore parfait : son clair et bien restitu des graves aux aigus, micro de trs bonne qualit, confort extra la mousse ne se tasse pas, on a pas chaud aux oreilles, et on coute juste ce qu’il faut les sons ambiants…
Aprs 11 mois d’utilisation le casque est trs bien le son toujours nickel, niveau rglage volume c’est trs correct perso je n’ai jamais mis la roue de volume a fond sur le casque car sinon trop fort et pourtant je kiffe avoir le son haut quand j’coute des musique, bien videment je suis assez maladroit donc plusieurs chute depuis le haut de mon bureau (75 cm de haut et tombe sur du parquet) au moins 2 fois par semaine toujours cru qu’un jour ou l’autre il ne marcherai plus mais je vous confirme qu’il marche pareil que quand je l’es acheter, le micro quasiment jamais utiliser (j’ai un micro sur pied) mais le peu de fois que je l’ai utiliser il n’tait pas excellent mais reste correct. Je le trouve confortable et il rduit bien le bruit de l’extrieur.

This was advertised as suitable for bigger heads – with the extendable headpiece this is true. Comfort is generally OK except that they are a bit tight (needed for cancellation of extraneous noise I guess) and after some time the ear pads get quite sweaty and need to remove the headset for a while.
Its good for the price, but I do find it uncomfortble at the head band area, but everyone has noticed the difference when speaking through the mic.
Really like these headphones, probably the best I’ve ever owned, meets all my needs.
I desperately needed a new headset since for the last few months I had been using my Logitech G432 with a spoon taped to the headband to give it some rigidity since it had snapped.
I then saw a Prime Day deal for this headset for the bargain price of 19.99 and bagged myself one. The headset is great, plug and play (via USB to the PC) no issues whatsoever. It will fit the biggest of heads quite easily and feel comfortable. The only slight drawback I would say is that the cable length is only approx 1.5m which for me, isn’t great but is simple to rectify with a USB extension so not too big of a deal.
Definitely worth the money (even at 50 quid which it currently is)

Pourquoi “quasiment” ? Parce que j’ai ce problme de tte, une petite tte eeet oui, le casque parfait n’existe pas o alors il faut taper dans le haut de gamme.
La premire fois que je l’ai mis, en le positionnant sur les oreilles, le casque glissait vers le bas.
Je tire la tronche 🙁
Je me disais que j’allais avoir mal aux oreilles, mal au niveau de la mchoire, mal aux cervicales aprs 2/3 heures de jeu et que le son n’allait pas isoler le bruit ambiant.
Et bien, accrochez-vous… le casque est lger et les coussinets sont d’excellentes qualits ainsi que celui situ sous l’arceau, il n’y a aucune pression sur le haut de la tte, les tempes et autour des oreilles.
Le poids est parfaitement bien reparti.
Je vous avoue que je suis bizarrement foutue, j’ai une petite tte, des petites oreilles et des lunettes, donc pour trouver un casque gaming…. je suis reste trs longtemps avec des couteurs.
Je vous entends me dire “c’est super mais on s’en fiche de ton anatomie, qu’en est-il du son ?”
L, c’est une question difficile car je n’ai jamais eu de casque de ce genre et je ne peux le comparer d’autre.
Il y a un logiciel tlcharger “iCUE” et j’ai cre mon propre profil de “prrglage EQ” avec des basses et une voix plus claire.
Je peux seulement vous dire qu’avec les couteurs, Chris Walker (Outlast) marchait cot de moi (ou plutt en face – zro immersion) alors qu’avec le casque Corsair HS60 PRO… je vieillis sur mon fauteuil… un jour, je me mettrais courir en croyant qu’il est derrire moi.
Le son est terrifiant et trs immersif, on entend trs clairement les moindre sons qui vous entourent.
Il doit isoler du bruit ambiant d’une manire radicale car je n’entends plus le facteur sonner, ni ces adorables oisillons nichaient dans les arbustes, piaillant du matin jusqu’au soir depuis plusieurs jours (brochettes ?)
J’adore les jeux d’horreur et j’adore ce casque 19,5/20 (je n’oublie pas que le casque peut sembler trop grand mais est-ce vraiment un problme ? je me pose encore la question)
Pour ma part, j’ai trouv mon graal.

I’d like to place my honest opinion here to help others at the same time help you gauge what your getting into with Corsair.
As the title stated I DJ so sound quality is a paramount factor here I will give you a example I’ve been looking to replace my original not made anymore technics headphones anyone know 20 years ago they where top of the top range and could not be beat in performance as stands today they function as they did brand new but age has been cruel to them as I look after my equipment rigorously lol. That said I used turtle beach px 11’s that are also discontinued so I’ve two very rare headphones still in working order as I said age has been cruel to them and a DJ needs his headphones for many a different thing at one time I know Corsair for mainly being computer and gaming related but with these head phones they are a one headphone fits all and that’s what I like I can switch from mixing to gaming on the fly without the hassle of disconnecting wires to swap up the functions of the headphones the mic boom is detachable but you must take care as you could loose it if not paying attention to what it is your doing also there are rubber stops to plug up the mic jack if your not using it be mindful also as you’d need a safe place to put the spare incase of lossing as the stops are small so care is needed there.
Us djs know a trick to operate 7.1 surround sound when cuing tracks you want music to move you that should be a active function throughout give your customers the giddy feelings only music provides when a emotional section of there favourite part of a track hits you want it to move you feel the right time of a base drop of a melody hit crack the ground you stand on so to speak. As for gaming well you’ll feel it ok your games come alive in the back of your head Amsr I think it’s called I’ve noticed that the 7.1 channel is live but it’s at its lowest setting not being run through windows so you do get surround sound but it’s restricted as to its out put no less sound is still very powerful for the price I’d not argue it’s bad remember they have a lifespan just like you and requires careful use they can and will serve you years long past when they get discontinued I’m a 1% that can actually say that I will use them to they are long past discontinued how’s that for brand loyalty lol you owe it to yourself to try and be that judge and jury for your own personal experience and anybody but yourself truly knows what you seek lol keep in mind price bulid quality it’s top of it’s price range just don’t abuse them and they will serve you years take it from a professional you need a lifetimes use to know the quality you hold in your hand.

Before owning this headset i had a Razer Kraken for many years which was great but not anywhere near as comfortable as this one. The sound quality is fantastic and the microphone quality is very good too.
Windows 10 knows exactly how to detect and auto install this headset and if you wish you can install the iCue software which adds a little extra sound equalizer and 7.1 support but it is not required for them to work.
My only complaint which leads to 4 stars instead of 5 was that the ear cuff padding became loose even before they were a year old BUT.. hats off to Corsair as their support department were very helpful and sent me a new set of ear pads which easily just click on and off for changing.
For the price, which is average for a wired gaming quality headset, i can highly recommend.
The band at the top of the headset bends easily, especially if you often wear your headset with one earmuff off. Everything else is amazing, sound quality blew me away and the detachable mic allows for everyday use.
They last and have great quality. Wish they were slightly cheaper but can’t argue against performance.
Partiamo dall’imballaggio:
L’headset ben riposto in un vassoio di plastica sagomato e non ha la possibilit di muoversi liberamente in quanto tenuto fermo da una fascia ed i cuscinetti auricolari sono ben protetti da eventuali graffi da due spugne rotonde applicate nella parte interna della scatola di cartone (allego foto) la stessa si presenta con colori a contrasto molto gradevoli alla vista (nero e giallo) e con su stampati tutti i dettagli tecnici, al suo interno oltre ai manuali vi anche un sacchettino di silica gel a protezione dall’umidit, cosa molto gradita.
L’headset:
I materiali di costruzione sono ottimi e di qualit, il cavo ha un rivestimento intrecciato ed presente una fascetta in gomma morbida per raccoglierlo e dopo averlo srotolato non rimangono le classiche e fastidiose pieghe che hanno tutti i cavi in generale.
I padiglioni sono morbidi e confortevoli in quella che credo essere una simil pelle che presente anche sotto l’arco ed abbellita con delle cuciture su tutta la sua lunghezza e ne migliora l’ergonomia.
Le piccole aree in nero lucido, presenti tra i padiglioni e l’arco, sono protette dai graffi da sottili veli di plastica che possono essere rimossi a discrezione dell’utente. (se lasciati non danno nessun fastidio).
L’audio in cuffia forte e pulito mentre quello registrato dal microfono ben chiaro, senza rumori di sottofondo grazie anche alla cancellazione del rumore.
Si puo’ collegare o meno il microfono a piacimento ed in oltre presente un comodo pulsante, dietro al padiglione sinistro che permette la sua rapida disattivazione senza doverlo scollegare dalle impostazioni audio windows o fisicamente, il che molto comodo mentre si gioca con amici ma si ha bisogno di un momento di privacy. L’alloggiamento del microfono ed il microfono stesso in oltre sono sagomati cos da impedirne il movimento involontario durante le sessioni di gioco. l’ingresso del jack protetto da un gommino che non collegato fisicamente al padiglione e quindi va conservato se si utilizza il microfono; nell’eventualit che si perda in oltre incluso nella confezione un gommino di riserva ed il cappuccio in spugna.
Puo errese collegato al pc o a qualsiasi altro dispositivo tramite il classico jack da 3.5mm ma il Surround 7.1 funziona solamente su PC e se collegato tramite l’adattatore usb fornito in dotazione e con il programma “icue” che gestisce anche le altre periferiche della corsair.

Le note negative:
La rotella del volume, presente sul padiglione sinitro (L) posizionata dietro lo stesso padiglione e se usate una sedia con poggia testa, appoggiandovi ad esso potreste inavvertitamente modificare il volume.
L’archetto a mio avviso un po’ troppo rigido e i padiglioni tendono a premere troppo sulle orecchie rendendole scomode gi dopo una mezz’ora d’uso, sopratutto per coloro che come me con problemi alla vista ed il fastidio viene amplificato dalla stecca degli occhiali.
Ultimo difetto (che non inficia sulla qualit del prodotto e credo sia pi un bug in cui sono incappato) stata l’assenza della barra di regolazione della sensibilit microfono nel programma icue ma che puo’ essere ugualmente regolata dalle impostazioni audio windows.
Prese a 50 euro durante il gaming week sono state davvero un affare. Consigliate

Very nice headset , sound quality great , noise don’t exist . Surround sound great ( with adaptor only on PC . For longer time of use your ears will start hurt as per very good seal in those headphones but if you adjust size this will go away . My honest answer Corsair makes very good headsets and that’s the solid proof ….
The sound is definitely better than the 35’s. More comfortable and better build quality. Everything was quick and easy to set up. Needed to restart comp after installing software but they do work as soon as you plug them in but they will be in stereo mode.
In terms of the actual sound quality, they are pretty clean. Have a decent punch to the bass. Playing games sounds pretty good too. Only been playing FFXIV with them but the environment sounds, battle sounds and stuff like music all sound great.

One issue I have is that the headphones occasionally disconnect; though they typically reactivate if you unplug them and (occasionally) move them to a different port for a while. I have not experienced this with my other headets, though, it is difficult to be sure if this is an issue with the headphones themselves or if it relates to issues with my PC setup.

I have been using these with a variety of games, and they seem to give an extra depth to the sounds from several of the games I regularly play. The directional sounds are amazingly clear, and I’m now hearing levels of sounds that my previous turtle beach headset didn’t seem emit! I like this item a lot because how versatile it is in certain aspects of devices used for.
I bought these primarily for gaming on PC and ps4. They sound amazing. Ive never had headphones like these before. On console they sound great, a massive difference to the old turtle beach I’ve been using for the past few years. When used on PC the little adapter that cones with them is a must use. Using the icue app on your PC improves the sound quality from 5.1 to 7.1 which gives you a pretty big advantage when playing online games.
The noise cancellation on them isn’t the best, however. Sure it’s pretty good but you can still hear a bit of the outside world bleeding into your ears. It’s not necessarily an issue or anything but it is something to note.
The microphone isn’t a strong part of this headset. According to a few people I know, the mic doesn’t sound all that great. You’ll sound a lot better than the black ops 2 voice chat but don’t expect to be sounding like a top tier streamer with it.
All I can say is – the teen loves it! Phew.

This headset has a clear wide soundscape on games – leaning towards neutral and when used to chat to team mates on Discord I can hear them and they can me loud and clear.

Really easy to set up. Have used for both gaming and listening to music on the PC. Good value for money. Also very comfortable to wear for hours on end.
Considering the price of these headphones they are fantastic. Use them predominantly for gaming. Great depth of sound, detachable mic is great too. Well worth the purchase if you don’t wanna spend mad amounts on headphones.
It’s Corsair, so I can’t exactly say I was worried all too much.
The only problem I have with this headset is the inner band of the headset, once properly accustomed to your head, can feel quite hard. The soft material is more similar to stuffed leather with a hard piece of metal or plastic in the middle, as opposed to thick memory foam. So wearing these for a couple of hours can be a bit painful.
Other than that, it is as expected and continues to work well.
Voice cues can be turned on for mic mute and unmute but there is no visual cue. The mic flexibility is great and stays exactly where you adjust it to. It can only be plugged in one way so connecting it is easier. When not in use a small rubber is provided to cover the mic port. Came earlier then expected. It’s so comfortable and has great volume. It cancels out sound well enough the sound covers up the bit of noise that may filter through.

I wasn’t quite ready to make the leap to full wireless so I did some Googling and settled on the Corsair HS60 Pro Surround. As it would link up with my Mouse/KB etc via iCUE.
Well, first time use I was a little bit underwhelmed.. they felt muffled and not even the EQ could save them.
Then I was told that certain headsets need 30-40 hours of use to “Bed In” so I persevered!
And I’m glad I did! These are fantastic headphones, the noise cancelling is perfect too.
If you’re debating buying these, do so with the knowledge that it’ll be a bit of a pain to deal with for the first 30 hours of use.. but once the speakers are worn in you’ll have very crisp and clear sound quality across all levels.
They are very immersive, and worth the investment!
Size shouldn’t be an issue either, I have a large head and these fit perfectly.

EDIT: There is one more, very small gripe with this headset and that is the volum wheel on the back of the headset is very sensitive to touch. I think a click wheel or a veritcle slider would have been a better option, but alas. Just be careful when taking off/putting the head set on.
Sounds perfect! Exactly what I’m used to and how I like it.
I’ve tried out the 7.1 surround sound and, honestly, it’s kind of lacking in my books. I’m no audiophile so I can’t pinpoint what exactly is wrong, but it makes things sound…Slightly garbled on the bass and lower toned fronts. Using the Windows Spacial sound offers some surround sound, but it’s not a whole lot. It’s perfect for me, who plays mostly MMO’s and single player games over FPS’s where surroundsound is a near essential. The normal stereo sound is perfect; clear, crisp, exactly what I’d expect from Corsair products.
The microphone, while usable, is somewhat tinny sounding compared to previous headset microphones I’ve used and it sounds quiet even with the receiving settings set to high. It’s functional though you may get complaints while in discord or through other communication platforms over time.
The ear cups are comfortable and are perfectly usable for those with glasses, and the cross stitching in the headband is a very nice cosmetic touch. It’s early days yet, so I can’t say how (or if) prolonged periods will cause discomfort.
All round, a solid 4.5! The faux surround and microphone quality is what holds it back from a full 5*.

I spent ages researching and looking into headsets, and I wasn’t sure what I was getting with this. I am no audiophile, however I am also not deaf to good sound quality. the sound is very good, lacking a little base from time to time, but the overall noise is balanced and very comfortable to listen to.
The build quality is phenomenal, unlike what I expected. The cups are well padded, the band comfortable and the overall headset built with minimal flex. I was very surprised and very happy with these, and I would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a headset.

Good buy. Worked perfectly fine. Also, the little hadnbook it came with recommended downloading iCUE. This helps enhance corsair hardware (keyboard, mouse, and headset). Specifically, you can download additional drivers and firmware.
The headphones are great, they completely cover the ear and are fully adjustable as is the microphone. Sound quality has been great so far and a significant improvement to the headphones I was using previously, unfortunately I do not know or understand enough about the difference between audio 2.0 and audio 7.1 to properly review it but I can confirm I could notice a difference when switching between the two with 7.1 being significantly clearer and more comfortable to listen to.
The volume for these can get loud, I haven’t even come close to testing them at full volume as I think I would go deaf. I haven’t had the chance to test them on console yet as they are meant to be fully cross platform compatible but when I do I will amend my review. All in all though I have no complaints for my money spent.

Love it. Only thing I’ve have preferred is a mute button somewhere on the wire as that would be easier to reach. Aside from that, Perfect! Especially seeing as it was 44.95 GBP on sale. Thank you Corsair and thank you Amazon.
