Excellent for relieving tight and aching muscles after long runs. This was the perfect birthday present a day after a 61 mile fell run. The different head attachments allow the gun to be used comfortably and safely on different areas of the body. It’s very easy to use and the battery lasts a long time.
I loved the touch sensor and think it’s great and the pressure sensor is very high tech. The manuals that come with the booklet are very helpful to ensure the best results

This gives off a subtle humming, depth penertration into muscle is better than similar priced guns and more attachments is helpful. Would be good if you could vary the speed up and down not just up, but a small consideration. Overall a very good easy to use piece of kit before and after exercise.

I have had the massage gun a couple of days now. It works well in releaving tight leg and glute muscles. I recommend watching some videos on how to use first .. there are a few on youtube. Go easy and work around any tight points and then build up speed and pressure otherwise you can make pain worse.
Found the gun better than foam roller and hockey ball for releasing tight spot in glutes. Pleased with build quality and effectiveness of gun although it is still early days.

Only had it a couple of days but first impression is good. Easy to use, has proved quite effective on a tweaked hamstring and freeing up stiff muscles after an 18 mile run. A lot better for getting to the niggled than the foam roller. Battery life is pretty good too!

As an aging weight trainer, I see muscle recovery becoming much slower. This was bought to help in that regard and to also help isolated warm up for shoulder exercises. So far very good. I originally ordered a different, slightly cheaper model as a present which arrived faulty.
This was the replacement which works perfectly.
It doesn’t come with quite as many attachments as the other unit, but does have a more powerful battery which should last longer between charges.
Not had it long, but so far very impressed.
Thus unit is very impressive for the price it comes in at. It feels premium. Very powerful, battery life is good. At full power you’ll get around 60-70 mins use. Its more powerful at 100% than say 40% and at 100% you can really get in deep. Full recharge is 5 hours. 7 power settings, with a light gauge that tells you if you’re applying too much pressure. Very handy feature that’ll prevent you burning the motor out. Pretty quiet too this massager. A tad on the heavy side so your hands getting a workout if you’re using for longer than 15 mins a pop. Overall, happy customer and great bit of kit.

Great massage gun for the money. No comparison at this price point. Only slight negative feedback would be, that the attachments are mostly hard plastic. Would be better if they were a hard rubber material like the more costlier brands. But at this price point, its a minor issue.

I’ve been looking at massage guns for awhile now but have been unsure about how effective they can be. Having just taken up running, I’m finding my muscles are unhappy with me and so I wanted to try and help. My husband is also running but has also suffered from a bad back for over a decade, so there were two reasons to finally have a go with a massage gun.
This one got great reviews from a health website and here on Amazon and the price although high was low enough and just over a massage each that it seemed worth a try.
We’ve not had it very long and have not tried all the attachments but wow! We’ve not gone above level 2 and this is so powerful! and feels so good and beneficial.
My husband has been able to reach and treat muscles that haven’t been responsive before so I’m optimistic that going forward with regular use, this might bring some comfort.
As for the make and design,I have no other guns to refer this too, but it feels like it’s well built, I love it’s neat little case and everything feels sturdy and built to last.

I’ve never owned a massage gum before but heard about them and fancied giving one a go.
After a quick check on Amazon, I realised that there were loads to choose from so I became a bit concerned that I’d pick a bad one.

So far Ive used the product for 30 mins, any aches or pains disappeared after usage.
From my personal experience 30 mins of usage on a full charge reduced the battery by 20%. I also really like having the battery display very helpful so you know when to charge. Charge time from a flat battery is 5 hours.

I was a little cautious due to it being mid-ranged in terms of the price for the muscle gun. However, after using it, I find it so useful to shake out sore muscles or tight spots. You really do notice the relief. My only thing is it is quite difficult to reach certain parts of your body due to the shape and weight of the device. Comes with a nice muscle guidebook with great examples of good points to use the muscle gun on. Along with a nice case which was an added bonus. I think everyone should have one.

This is the second Cotsoco massage gun I’ve bought and is even more impressive than the first.
You can tell they’ve made significant improvements since earlier models – the travel distance is increased by 6mm, battery life is improved and it’s much quieter than last time.
There are also new attachments that I’ve never seen before – one coat hanger shaped arm / leg whacker and two bright orange massage heads, one of which is soft silicone material so is a little gentler than the usual foam ball.

Bought it as a gift to my partner. He loves it as he has horrible back and neck pain. It helped him to reduce the nods and relieve the pain. It is on the heavier side but I think it is a plus because it allows you to control it better so it doesn’t bounce around. Would recommend.
Out of the box the battery was 90 percent charged (led on the side of the display).
Charged to 100 percent then tackled my pec major and minors. I’ve a pec minor injury which affects shoulder and upper back. Wow this gets into the pressure points to release the pec minor easily, which is testament to the power as the pec minor is under the pec major.
Straight away I could feel the relief.

A very good product. Well made, and solid construction. It will help if you have a second person to use it on your back – as it can be a little difficult to hold.
There are several heads to use, and some are nicer than others, but each seems to server a specific purpose. Tool comes in a nice sturdy carry case, with everything fits neatly into it.
The display is nice, and simple, the touch screen works well.
The only area i feel it could be improved on is the battery display, which can fluctuate depending on usage. If have seen where is has charged to 100% and when the device is turned on, it falls to 80% right away. But there seems to be a few hours of use in it between charges, so not a big deal.
From personal experience, my advice when using this gun is to start at a low power and gradually increase if you wish. I suspect going straight to Max might cause more harm than good especially if you are of slim build. Again, I generally find the ball shaped attachment to be the most flexible of all the heads.
The battery life of the gun is way more than you would ever need before individual treatment sessions.

Only had this a couple of days, was really not sure if it was worth getting as there were cheaper plus more expensive versions but took the plunge, so glad I did. This massager is perfect for my back which spasms sometimes,it quickly eliminates this. It’s good for sports injuries especially cramping muscles. I would recommend that you try this. It is not too heavy even though it looks industrial!
It would have been complete full house except although the unit is very good in all departments except ease of use, getting the attachments out of unit is very hard, how weaker people get them out is beyond me,I am quite strong and it very awkward to to get attachments out.

I ve been using this massager for couple of days always after work as my muscles get very stiff, it helped me a lot to get rid of stiffness also it makes me feel more refreshed next day. I really like there is a lot of massage heads included. Battery life is so far very good, it arrived fully charged. I am also glad it has 7 speeds and not 30 like some other massagers, still not sure why thats called “feature”. Overall I am very happy with my purchase, no way I would pay double the price for “top” brand massager if I can get same result for half the price.

Bought this massage gun having been let down by a number of alternatives.

I was initially tentative about purchasing a massage gun as it seemed like another fad. But I took a chance as I suffer with plantar fasciitis and have tried just about every other gimmick.
I’m glad I took the chance, after about six days of use I was back walking normally again, and after two weeks the pain was gone.
Also, it helps greatly with my knee pain, a few minutes a day on the side of my leg down towards the knee and I get great relief.
I’ve had it a while now, with no issues, and while this has worked for me, I can’t really say for certain it would work for everyone else, I only say this as I am not a doctor, and these aches can be fairly unique. But it did work for me.
It also works on my kids restless legs syndrome somewhat, and helps him relax, so overall a great buy.
The quality of the product is good. I like it.
What I didn’t like…
– you can only go up in speed and not down. If you want to go lower you need to turn the gun off and on or zap through all speeds until you get there.
– switches off after 10 minutes to stop motor and battery from overheating which is limiting if you have more than one person using it or want to use it professionally
– heads are pretty hard to pull out of the socket to change

This massage gun is used after runs, gym sessions and aches/pains. The variety in attachments is useful – one for every part of the body. The handy carry case is a great idea – saves you loosing any parts and helps keep everything together (including the charger).
The battery life works well and so far I haven’t had it drop below 60% – you’re only meant to use it a few minutes at a time. This is explained in the handy & informative instruction manual.

Honestly, this is great and I have no complaints at all so far.
Battery live capacity very long, it stated 8-16 hours, depending what speed used it changes , I’m averaging around 10hours as I use mainly on high speed.
Total weight just around 2 lbs , which not too light and in same time not to heavy. It’s own weight gives perfect support on pressure .
Use quite simple, just 7speeds easy to operate.
Also came in nice carry bag which also ideal as storage when not used, keeps all parts in one place.
On head massager I live the double air soft head, ideal for sore muscles.

This massage gun is a quality device, just by holding it in your hand you can tell it is solid and weighty, it just feels well made, and the rubberised handle ensures you have a good grip while it’s doing its job. The gun and accessories are supplied in a hard case, everything has its place and kept neat and tidy. Out of the box, the gun was about 100% charged, so I was able to use it right away.
An important thing to mention is this massage gun is a percussion massager, it doesn’t just vibrate like some of the cheaper alternatives out there, the percussion (in/out) action stimulates blood flow which is important for relieving pain and stiffness from muscle groups. There are 7 settings, for me, the first 5 do not offer enough relief, but that’s my personal preference, as I like to give my muscles a good deep massage I find that settings 6 or 7 give the best results, but when starting out I advise starting low and gradually work your way up to a level that suits you. Adjusting the settings is easy, the touch-sensitive button located on the LED display controls the speeds; one short press increases the speed by one and one long press turns it off. Every time you select a speed the LED display indicates the speed level you are at, there is also a battery indicator located on the display as well as one at the bottom of the handle. Above the speed indicator is a series of 7 dots (4 blue & 3 red) that indicate the amount of pressure that the user is applying, the more pressure that is exerted, the more dots are illuminated, I try and use the gun by applying minimal external pressure, I just let the gun do the work.
The gun comes with an impressive 8 massage heads, I use the round flat plastic head for the thighs and back, but you could also use the ball, but I find the ball (which is made from dense foam) tends to stick to the skin and isn’t as easy to move around the body. There are soft orange rubber heads, but these don’t really offer much penetration as they are basically full of air, they are best suited to sensitive areas, but they do increase the noise of the gun. The pointy/tapered attachment is great for massaging the soles of your feet after a long walk, or even hands, and the pronged attachment is for running along the spine, but you need someone to do this for you, I would also advise using this attachment at lower speeds as you can easily hurt yourself if not done correctly. There are other heads included, but I find those I have mentioned provide everything I need. One thing that was a surprise is how quiet the gun is, even on the highest setting, it’s much quieter than similar guns that I have used in the past.
Overall this is a great piece of kit that can be used on your own, but you can get much more precision if you have someone who can do it for you, so you can just relax and enjoy the massage. The gun is ideal for the relief of back pain or post-exercise massage, I certainly wouldn’t be without mine, it really is a great investment.
