In our small two bedroom home, family said we wouldn’t need a baby monitor but it’s been the best thing ever. We love the rain sounds, night light and notifications when our baby started rolling. Also love the random moments it captures! Highly recommend to any parent!

We love our cubo ai. Purchased one for our first bub in 2020. Picture is perfect. Captured so many special moments. Few glitches in 2021 that were extremely frustrating as didn’t hear baby crying – but these have been fixed and havent had an issue since. Great to use phone so we don’t have to carry a monitor around. We purchased a second for our new bub – great to look back on both kids naps and sleep when you forget when their nap started or ended. Can see what toddler gets up to when hes playing in his room. Also used it as security cam and faced it on the fish tank to ensure the auto feeder worked when we went away. We don’t bother taking it away with us as we can usually hear the kids anyway and don’t travel that much. So worth it!
This is my second Cubo as I am still using my first with my 2.5 year old!
I honestly just love them – app is easy to use, no crashes or lag – subscription is great but not necessary after the first year so once lapsed the producy is still amazing!
I’m a first time mom and really wanted a monitor that will keep me alerted when needed at night. I did my reasearch and this monitor had really good reviews, so I decided to add it to my baby registry. Since I transitioned my 6 month old to his crib I wanted to make sure I get alerted if baby rolled over at night because he has not fully mastered the rolling from belly to back and it defenitely works. I get alerts when he rolls over and even if he is sleeping on his side. That is the only downside, you get alerted if the baby is not facing the camera because it uses face recognition. If he is not facing the camera then I get alerts saying he has rolled over. They keep me up at night because he moves around a lot at night but I rather have the alerts than not.
I do recommend this monitor, to me it was worth it.
I have this for my 1st daughter and just purchased this one for my 2nd on the way. I love being able to scroll back and see when they fell asleep/woke up, and the picture quality is incredibly clear.
Love the look of the camera and the floor stand is great. The setup is seamless. It was so much easier than the previous camera I had. You can’t view 2 babies simultaneously and there is often a delay switching between babies. If you have two kids under 2 or twins, I wouldn’t buy this camera. If you have a tall baby/toddler that can reach the camera above, you have to shift camera position, resulting in no notifications or sleep statistics. There are also so many notifications resulting in notification fatigue. I wish I bought the nanit Pro after using this now.
The sleep statistics are basic, I expected more. The camera playback and timeline with the temperature and time is fantastic.
It would be great if you could silence the sound and not have it turn back on every time you open the app when your baby is older. It’s a shock in the middle of the night.
My previous camera, the lollipop, a much cheaper camera, has all of these features but it drops out of connectivity far too much making it unreliable and the reason why we are trying out the Cubo AI Pro.
Love this product, looking very forward to using the monitor when my baby arrives! Install was easy, I just found that there weren’t enough plates provided to tuck the power cord completely. I also really enjoy the app but there is a bit of a lag; nothing too long though just about a second. The lag could depend on the wifi connection as well. Overall, highly recommend!!
Otherwise this is a fantastic monitor that gave us the comfort to sleep at night with a newborn and graduate our baby to his own room with confidence. The ability to talk through the monitor meant that we could sooth our baby without going in the room.
This camera has it all, cry detection/roll over & face covering alert. It also gives you temperature and humid level reading of the room with a suggestion of when the levels are less than ideal for your little one.
This camera looks great and it matches perfectly with our nursery. It has a nightlight and the feature I love the most, the ability to play lullaby music or sounds such as white noise, rain etc.
setup is very straight forward and have never lost connection when watching our little one on our phone or tablets.

Night vision is black and white and when the light is on the picture is in color.
We get many notifications on the app when her face is covered, when she rolls, and when she cries. Each notification has been true so far.
There isnt a range restriction, which i love. Her dad is notified (while he’s at work) when she cries through the day, so he comes home knowing that I’ve had a hard day and is extra comforting lol. He can also check in through the day on the camera and see how she’s doing 🙂
As new parents sleep is something always on our minds. We were ready to move baby into his own room, but nervous about him being on his own, this camera and set up was exactly what we needed. I went to friend’s home and he highly recommended this baby monitor due to the night vision and sleep tracking. I bought it from Amazon and use it when it was delivered. I was surprised by the picture quality and it is very clear. I can watch my baby sleeping from my Phone and also from Echo show. It is very easy to install and use. The app also has the sleep tracking function which is very helpful. Nice product.

Install en 10 minutes (puis configur en 5 minutes), le coucou de surveillance est directement prt l’emploi. Celui-ci se contrle via une application mobile, Android ou iOS, et regorge de rglages et d’analyse en tout genre.
J’ai t bluff par la qualit d’image, aussi bien de jour que de nuit, ce qui permet de toujours avoir un il sur sa progniture. Cubo permet galement de parler avec votre enfant distance, ou de lui diffuser une petite berceuse parmi une slection prdfinie.
L’application peut vous alerter ds que votre enfant pleure, tousse, a le visage masqu par quelque chose (une couverture par exemple !!) ou qu’il se retourne.
J’ai personnellement dsactiv l’alerte “visage couvert & roulement” car mon enfant dort toujours en tournant la tte ce qui empche la bonne dtection du visage et m’envoie un grand nombre de fausses alertes.
La dtection des pleurs est par contre trs sensible et efficace, Cubo dtecte mme quand il l’entend pleurer l’autre bout de la maison.
J’ai install l’application Cubo sur une vieille tablette Android vierge de 2013 (mais dont j’ai mis jour le systme d’exploitation), ce qui me permet d’en faire une sorte de babyphone et surtout d’viter d’tre embt par d’autres notifications, comme pourrait le faire un tlphone.
Malgr le prix lev et les fausses alertes m’obligeant dsactiver l’option mentionne prcdemment (d’o une toile en moins), je ne peux que recommander Cubo : il s’agit pour moi du babyphone intelligent le plus complet et offrant la meilleure qualit d’image ce jou
Love our monitor. The app is easy to use and customize. Love the lullaby options, able to talk to your kiddo and rewind live playback. Felt this is more secure than many other monitors out there. You can also add multiple family members on the app. Cry alerts are nice if you have a sitter in the house. I havent Set up crib zones yet but look forward to that.
Firstly I’m very glad I went for this package over other models. It’s turned out to be a very good set up and provides peace of mind.
What I like about it:-
* Looks good/modern/stylish.
* Connectivity has been flawless, haven’t lost connection once while viewing, or struggled to connect.
* The App is excellent and has been pretty flawless also, lots of good features, very easy to use. Sleep analysis is very handy as is the background monitor option so the sound stays on no matter what app you flick too. Temperature and humidity also very handy for keeping a healthy environment.
* The sleep pad works a treat and seamlessly connects with the Appagain no issues, provided us with peace of mind when it all goes quiet that little one is still breathing ok. At a glance can see her micro motions or breathing.
* The sounds it plays are very relaxing and help us sleep never mind the baby, rain fall, birds singing etc.
* It’s very good at recognising when baby’s face is covered/in or out of the crib/crying ect. It has the feel of a very professional set up with clever people that know what there doing.
* Takes pictures automatically which can be very good/well times picture.
What could be improved :-
* If the worst does happen and baby has a problem breathing, a notification is sent to your phone. This might be ok during the day but when your asleep most people turn notifications off so they don’t get disturbed! The camera unit itself needs to go in to alarm! This is the only way of providing a proper safety alert system, like they use in baby care units, sleep apnea pads alarm when there’s an issue. Please change this asap on a future update!
Other than that this system does exactly what it promises and is an excellent piece of technology. Very please and impressed with it.
This does all of the regular stuff you’d expect plus more.
Where this stands out for me is the ability to share the camera with up to 8 people. You can add certain permissions as well. This is quite unique. Most of the cameras don’t allow sharing. And some that do require that you share your admin password, which is a bad practice.
Additionally, CuboAi’s customer service is top notch! They’re very responsive, polite and obviously, well trained. The cost of the camera is worth it just for the customer service.

I have two of these monitors. The version 1 I purchased over two years ago is still working as expected. The version 2 looks tidy on the included wall mount but is otherwise a minor update. The app handles both cameras well allowing easy switching between based on the childs name.
It’s easy to install and quality is better than expected
I just wish that you could move the camera from the app to look elsewhere in the room.
The app allows us to keep an eye on the baby without having to potentially wake them up when going into his room, alerts are timely and informational

We’ve been through 3 different baby monitors and each one got returned because they just didn’t live up to what they advertised or the quality was too bad. The cubo ai plus is awesome. I see a clear picture everytime even at night and the roll over, face covering and cry alerts are so on point! Another bonus is the sleep analysis you get in the morning that tells you how many times your baby woke up, how fast they went to sleep etc. This camera really is top of the line as far as I’m concerned. Customer service was even amazing. They have an in app chat that I used to ask a question and they got back to me super quick with and answer that actually helped.
My only issue was the microphone. I still haven’t figured out how to get it to work, but that’s not a big deal for us bc there’s never a time where I want to talk to my baby and get her all riled up, I just want her to sleep lol so not a problem for us.
Anyway, If you’re looking for a baby monitor/camera, I highly recommend.

Picture quality, night vision are better than owlet which was what we used. For that reason, we eventually bought an extra birdie for our Todd’s room (1 above cot, 1 shows play area).
One star deducted because the sleep analysis is rubbish. It seems to read slight movements as baby being awake so my Todd was awake 40-50x every night according to the analysis, uses time out of cot as time awake, etc. after two days we decided to just use it as our eyes, and stuck with owlet monitor for sleep/sats.
Instructions were easy to follow. Wall mount was easy to install as it has a built in level.
Highly recomend.

I bought it for my son’s nursery. We started a sleep training and I needed an ability to see him in his room during the night and day hours. Cubo has a decent quality of night vision and provides good sleep stats to have better understanding of the sleep patterns. The camera settings has a bit of limitations since it’s built once and manually adjusted. But overall it’s a great tool for parents. The only one one thing that I would like to have as extra is a travel set option.
This is our third camera snd out favorite. We tried both the Owlet and Ibaby and this worked best for us.
Affordable compare to nanit, works well to notify us when baby is crying or covering her face. Connect really well too.

Works from WiFi so you can see your baby from anywhere in the house, no restrictions like there are with radio signals. As an app on your phone you can also see from anywhere you are in the world!
There’s a night light if you want to put it on but also there is a light for the power source BUT you can switch it off which is great! There is no annoying blue light like there are on many others.
Lots of additional helpful points too like, temperature and humidity notes, you can at lullabies through it and you can talk to your baby through it too.
One excellent additional feature is the face covered and roll over notifications which you can choose to have on or off. A fabulous safety feature and gives great peace of mind.
I like Cubo Ai, because the app provides you with sleep analytics, takes random pictures and videos, warns you if your baby’s face is covered or the baby rolled over, it warns you about the temperature and humidity in the room.
Not quite a dislike, but have found it a little bit hard to connect the camera to the wifi, but once it’s done is works perfectly.
Very good picture quality in both day and night vision. I’ve previously had the Tomy video monitors with my previous kids however opted for this because of the picture quality and also the integration with Alexa which can stream the video and audio to an Echo Show.
Initial set up was very easy and it linked to the app quickly, however I did have issues getting it to stream to my echo shows, for the screen would remain blank with only audio present. I highlighted this issue in the post sale survey and to my surprise got an email back wishing 5 minutes asking if me to clarify the issue. They provided some instructions which sorted out my issues. It now streams flawlessly around the house as required.

I am extremely happy with my purchase. It has amazing night time quality. I just have a small night light on the sound machine an be the night vision is really crisp. It was super easy to set up and then install the app. I have had no issues with the connections. It is about 1 second behind on real time. I love the 2 way talk so when my husband is at work he can say good morning and good night. I like how we can turn certain functions on and off based on our preference.
The Google assistant compatibility is huge. Being able to view the camera on Google hubs is great, hopefully they will make the chrome cast compatible in the future.

With this cam, I can sleep knowing that my babe is safe and being monitored. Although, my cat produces a lot of false alarms LOL. The humidity and temperature detectors are a neat touch to this product and my parents can follow their granddaughter’s development from afar. And OMG this little bird is so cute! The only thing missing is the possibility to be used together with my Spotify account, where her playlist is played from using a small Google’s smart speaker. It would be awesome to have it all together in one device. Maybe in a future software upgrade?
This product makes life easier for a dad that works away out of town. The video quality is great and I can talk to my baby through my phone nothing hand to say about this product and for the price definitely worth it !! Also very simple setup

After loads of research into baby monitors this came out on top for me, the picture quality at night is fantastic, it has great features I really love that it works through a phone app so I don’t have to carry another device around the house, you can add more devices on so my partner can see our child whilst he works evening shifts. The sleeping analysis is also a good touch give me a better idea of how much sleep he actually gets at night 5 stars!!!!
This monitor is excellent quality and easy to install. I like that this can be mounted to the wall instead of the crib and comes with the cord cover so I don’t have to worry about the baby accidentally pulling the cord out and choking, etc. The picture quality is excellent and there is very little to no lag with this. Also, I like the design of this, the bird is adorable. It has a very useful AI feature that will alert you in the event that the baby has its face covered or rolled over etc that is free for the first year and then has a monthly subscription fee there after. The built in lullabies are also nice for bed time. This does connect to your WIFI but it says it is cyber certified to protect your photos and videos. I think this is an excellent choice for a parent that loves the latest technology features.
Pro’s and Con’s
Pro’s it works really well, its viewable on your smart phone and also on Alexa displayed monitors or on the TV if its also smart. When the baby cries it alerts you on your mobile and also on your smart watch. It has a little light, plays music, you can talk back all the things you want. We were concerned about SIDS for no real reason other than it being a thing.. But its good to be able to see our baby at any point and its not failed us as of yet. The install was easy and I’m pleased with how it looks.
Con’s The alerts can be switched off, if your baby moves it lets you know, this can be rather annoying as you are contently checking your wrist and phone for pretty much false alarms. The monitoring is good but not great but if you are into the tech more than it just being a monitor it does a fine job at that.
Overall if you are looking for a decent monitor this is one that I would recommend for sure.
It is really a good camera for tracking my baby. It tells you how’s the temperature is, and also humidity. But for sleeping tracker, you really cannot use, unless you are gonna set up the camera right above your baby.

If you’re looking for the cutest baby monitor on the market, this is probably it! It also happens to have a lot more safety features than the average baby monitor and the video quality is impressively crisp and clear, both during the day and at night with night vision. Definitely the best of all I’ve tried. It doesn’t come with a viewing monitor/tablet to watch video feed, it relies entirely on the Cubo app which you DL on your preferred smart device (I’m using an iPhone and iPad with the latest OS).
Just a heads up – there are two versions of the Cubo AI Plus. The more expensive version comes with 3 mounting options but this one, which is cheaper, has only the wall-mounting option. Unlike any other baby monitor I’ve owned, this one has cable concealment already taken care of so the end result isn’t an unsightly mess and it keeps the power cable tucked safely out of reach.
Something I’ve found useful is that this has background white noise audio and music you can play to keep your baby soothed and it helps to drown out any household ambient noises that may disturb their sleep. I also like the little glow from the night light on the top of the little Cubo bird, which you can turn on or off from the app.
The Cubo can provide viewing access for the grandparents through the app’s family sharing feature which allows you to tweak the type of features available to other users easily (audio, previous recordings, push notifications for alerts, etc.). Up to 8 users can be granted access. It can give peace of mind to know that the g-parents will be notified if you’re so sleep deprived that you don’t hear an alert. The Cry Detection alert works well, I haven’t had an issue with it not reacting as it should to a wail and the sensitivity can be adjusted so it doesn’t pick up on other people’s sounds. I have only been using the iOS app, not the Android so I can’t speak to the functionality of the Android Cubo app. Also, I’m not sure if it’s due to my network or the app itself that is sometimes rather slow to load – it can take several seconds for recorded events to playback. I’d rather excellent video quality and slower load times than the reverse!
Certain features are not so important to me, like the temperature and humidity sensors, which stay within a close range of what my room thermostat and digital hygrometer show. While it’s a nice addition these aren’t a must-have. The 2-way talk, night vision clarity and movement and cry detection are more important, as is the Danger Zone customizable to any area within or around the crib. The sleep analytics feature is interesting, I know I like being able to see my sleep stats when wearing my FitBit and it can give parents a lot of insight into how well your baby has slept or if there are certain times of the night when they’re particularly restless. It tracks bedtime, how many times they’ve woken up, the longest period of uninterrupted sleep, etc.
The baby cam is amazing!! I would not even try looking at another product !! Its worth every dollar!!!
I did a lot of searches on the net and this one if just perfect. For the price it will detect anomalies with your baby and the picture and sound quality is perfect. They update their camera an software often to add new possibilities, 10/10 ! 🙂
I really like this camera. It’s tracking of the baby when in the cot is brilliant. The sleep analytics has proven to be really useful to help us understand our 6 month old baby’s sleep. We were really struggling before we had this camera and now have been able to see exactly how long she sleeps for and understand if she’s getting enough sleep, along with tracking how often we had to go in to her and how long it would take to put her back down. This allowed us to then try to get a better routine for our child to then sleep longer and better.
We did have a problem when the camera first arrived as the baby detection stopped working. However Cubo AI support were really good and replaced the camera. After that everything worked perfectly and would still recommend this camera as a good alternative to the Nanit.

This came really nicely presented and I first noticed the cute bird shaped main unit with what looks like bamboo. Most of the packaging is card with a small bit of expanded plastic to protect the main unit so mostly recyclable.
On top is a quick start guide. It looks a bit scary to begin with because there are so many parts, but having a read through it doesn’t look too difficult to set up going step by step. I didn’t spot any spelling mistakes so that’s a good sign!
Upon plugging the bird in the system started up and then I was greeted with a cute chirping sound.
Next I installed the app from the QR code and that took me through connecting to WiFi and eventually it said “Setup complete” and I could then get a view of the camera. The picture quality is fine, it’s a bit washed out but we’re not going for photographer of the year here. In fact I found it very sharp and clear and in fact it being washed out is good because it’s adjusted for lower light.
Having a play with the app I found that it could play sounds/music. These can be on continuously or for 30 or 60 minutes. I thought it was a bit loud so fortunately where you chose the sound you can also change the volume. If you tap on the video feed it goes full screen where you can rewind the video, turn on the bird microphone so you can hear what’s going on in the room and also there’s a microphone button which you can hold to talk to your baby. You also have the option to take a video or snapshot. Not only that, but you can also zoom and pan around both the live feed and when rewound.
I have to say, the app does feel reassuring and easy to use, plus it looks nice.
The button on the back of the bird has an indicator light around it. This is mainly to indicate it’s connected to WiFi and the button itself has multiple options such as sleep mode and turning on the night light which is on top the bird’s head. The indicator light can also be turned off so no light is emitted.
The bird/camera also has several smart alerts:
– Covered face and rollover alerts
– Danger zone if your baby enters a certain area on the picture
– Cry detection which different sensitivities
– Temperature and humidity ranges
In all, I’m very impressed and it even had some features I wasn’t expecting. It feels well made and fairly easy to set up.

It has very accurate measure of temperatures and humidity to ensure baby’s room is comfortable. It also monitor movement and gives you an alert so you act right in time.
This baby monitor takes baby monitors to another level in terms of technology. It offers the best video quality I’ve ever seen in a baby monitor. What sets this apart though is the smart features including the built in machine learning AI that is able to detect if you’re baby is crying or has turned over. Other clever features such as detecting if they’ve left a designated area also makes it great for use in playrooms. This is all possible thanks the machine learning AI which will only approve over time. Anyway, it’s by far the best baby monitor I’ve ever used.
I bought the Cubo Ai Plus Smart Baby Monitor because I liked the listed features. It was a decision that I haven’t regretted. The camera works perfectly and gives my wife and I peace of mind. To start with the camera is operated and viewed through an app giving you the ability to view from anywhere in the house. The night vision feature is clear and bright so you can make out what position your child is in. The cry alert lets you know when your child is crying and as my baby got older I found it still works when she awakes and calls out without crying. I mounted the camera on the wall above the crib and then went into the settings and set up no-go zones that will set off an alert if it detects motion in those areas. It wasn’t too important when she was little but now she starts to climb out of the crib and these no-go areas work great. The camera also allows for 2 way conversation which helps to calm her on the occasions that se does cry. One feature I did forget to mention that came in handy when she was smaller was the face covering and roll over alert. This is a nice feature to have for a newborn and again, gives peace of mind. The camera is also set up to give you a sleep report on how your baby sleeps and how long. I haven’t do it yet but It can also be tied in with you Google home assistant and Alexa devices.
This Cubo Ai plus monitor really impressed me. It was easy to install on the wall and connect to the app. The picture quality is crystal clear and I love having the daily sleep analytics. It’s nice to be able to track how well baby is sleeping and even rewind the video back 18 hours to watch if needed. My baby is a bit older so I don’t use the rollover or facedown alerts but those would have been great features to have when she was younger. My favorite part of this is the snapshots it takes of the baby while they sleep. I love seeing all the cute photos the next day. I have used about a half dozen baby monitors over the years and this is definitely my top favorite.
Aside from few minor issues with the app functions, this is by far the best baby cam available.

This is a very easy to use high quality baby monitor that has excellent quality video and sound. The signal is transmitted over WiFi and can be accessed using the APP by smartphone or tablet. The software is simple to use and very reliable.
The monitor comes with the mounting hardware needed to attach it to a crib and is easy to set up. The wide angle HD camera allows us to see everything in detail. The two way audio is crystal clear and helpful. It has very usable night vision. The built-in lullabies help children relax. The integrated thermometer and humidity meter is a major plus. Sleep pattern and analysis is an interesting feature. The cry and roll over detection works perfectly.
The overall quality of the camera is very good, it’s built to last. It’s simple to access and has tons of amazing features. Of all the cameras I have tried, this one is the best. This is an excellent baby monitor that works exactly as described.
This is the second smart baby monitor I’ve used and it’s by far the best of the bunch! The sound and picture quality is top notch. I love that you can zoom in and out without losing any quality at all- you can always take pictures. Another great feature is the alert this gives you as well as it keeps track of temperature and humidity in baby’s room. We mounted this on the wall above the crib- aesthetically it is very nice looking! I definitely recommend this!!
When it came to choosing a baby monitor for our baby I knew exactly which one I was going to get.
I was tempted to get the Cubo Ai Plus Smart Baby Monitor with floor stand (I had previously brought it for my brother and his wife and they love it) but decided instead to get the wall unit as the room we have for the nursery is small and this way it won’t take up any floor space and is more convenient. 🙂
Cubo’s comes in nice packaging, the setup instructions are easy to follow and in next to no time we had everything in place.
The Cubo comes with an power adapter which is nice, temperature and humidity readings have proven very useful. My husband quite likes the Lullaby options too.
I love that I can share the photos with my family in a safe secure way in these uncertain times and that there is an auto capture option.
The photo quality is wonderful both in day and night I am looking forward to getting many photos of my new bub with the cubo!
This is a nice product with lots of appealing features. The wall mount design is great as it’s more stable. I like the camera that has a really high quality so I can see my baby clearly with night vision as well. Furthermore, I also like the sleep analytics feature which equipped me to know exactly what is going on with my baby throughout the night. Love it!
This baby camera was a delight to set up and use. We really like that it comes with mounting hardware compared to others that make it a paid accessory or rely on you to hack something together yourself.
The installation process is very well thought out and intuitive which really isn’t; the case with some of the other baby monitors that I have used at lower price points. Getting this to work with both android and ios was completely hiccup free.
The field of view on the camera is excellent and the picture quality is quite good: not that it’s important for a baby camera to have nice picture quality but it is nice to see regardless. The audio is also quite good as well. If you’re the type who wants to archive and save these videos for memories, this is a huge plus.
We really like the hardware. This looks cute and gentle. Not a requirement in a camera at all but we really do like the look of the camera and think it is cute.
I had not heard of this brand before, and was certainly intrigued with all of the features that it claims to deliver.
The basic baby monitor functionality is great, the camera is very sharp and clear during the day or night. The camera can be adjusted so it can be used to watch an older child play during the day and the younger child sleep at night, or in a dark room.
Our baby sleeps with a blanket and occasionally pulls the blanket up near her face, so the face alert is very valuable and quick to react. Likewise with the crying alert, this reacts very quickly with little delay.
I would recommend this for someone who enjoys technology and may not be able to look at their baby monitor while the baby is sleeping, otherwise it is very expensive and similar features may be available elsewhere.

After being contacted by the Cubo Assistance, I discovered that my main problems were due to the new update on IOS. After having exchanging many emails with Cubo, all my problems are solved or to be solved. I now receive alerts when my baby cries, rolls or when her face is covered. I give 5 stars because it is a good product that will improve with the time. The problems I had were not due to Cubo and the assistants were so responsive, it’s amazing!

– Video feeds are almost instantly without any delay. Motion alerts are also bang on time. Very smooth video playback.
– Very comprehensive smart app with tons of features including sleep tracking. Tracking is almost accurate and provides a lot of controls to play with
– AI safety alerts would be a great help to parents while raising a baby in his first year
– Highlights and summary are in detail and works great overall
– Automatic photo capture to get the important moments
– Camera has a speaker and microphone for 2-way talk feature. Voice is clear during 2-way audio communication
– Has both voice activation and night vision
– Temperature and humidity tracking is a great addon to keep track of the baby’s room
– Baby lullabies and white noise inbuilt
– Reasonably priced for the features it offers
– Great unboxing experience. Everything is arranged and labeled perfectly out of the box
– Installation is very easy overall. Setup was easy and the app has performed flawlessly as if now on my iPhone

Cons:
– Free membership for a year but after that $8/month for premium features (Download videos and last 30 days playback) is not cheap and in a long run it can end up with a way higher cost to you
– Camera needs to be installed at 46 inches and it would work great with a normal crib but what about cribs with a headboard like mine. 46 inches is just at the top of the headboard and it is not pleasant to install at that height. All installation video and direction from the manufacturer only display for normal crib
– At 46 inches height, there are high chances for the baby to grab it once he grows (with top height setting of the crib) and that is when you will have to re-adjust the camera that was drilled in the wall. I wish their camera worked at more height for longevity perspective
I have had many monitors, many name brand monitors sold in store. Every monitor, I had stopped working with in 6 months. I decided to try this out, and this is my favorite yet! The quality is amazing! It works great, and is so easy to set up. The directions are so easy to read and understand. The app is very easy to set up! It is so nice, to be able to look at the baby through my phone and has such better camera quality. I can sit out on the back deck, and watch baby on my phone. So impressed with this. I definitely recommend!
We previously had an Angel Care monitor but the picture quality is like night and day in comparison to the Cubo. One of the huge pluses is that the Kubo is designed to be over top of the crib so you can see everything that’s happening in the crib and you’re not on an angle view. It was super easy to install my husband was able to do so in about 15 minutes.
The app was really easy to download and to connect the camera to. One thing I was worried about that I’ve experienced in the past with really low quality baby monitors is that you would have to have your phone on or the screen on all the time. Cubo is fantastic in that you can have background audio so even if your phone screen is locked and everything is shut down it still acts like a baby monitor so you’re able to hear everything that’s going on and if your baby needs you. You just need to make sure that the app is connected and then you’re good to go. Another cool feature if you have Alexa in your home you’re able to connect her so that on the Echo Show you’re able to see what’s going on in the crib which is a really cool way to keep tabs on your baby if you’re downstairs watching TV for example and there’s an Echo Show in front of it.
The motion detection is spot on it’s able to tell you if there is any movement or if the baby is no longer in the crib. One of the things that I wasn’t expecting was that you need to pay if you want sleep analytics. After the one year free trial you would need to pay a monthly fee if you want to continue the sleep analytics. This would be a great way to keep tabs on your baby as he or she is growing but after there when you’re old it’s not completely necessary to have all of that data and information so I don’t think that I would continue it because it is a fee.
I have yet to test out the night vision I’ll be able to test that out tonight but from what I’ve seen in dim light it captures everything perfectly. I really enjoy this baby monitor it is very cool and I’m very impressed with it so far. I’m still learning about the different features that there are but for now with minimal playing around with the app it is very user friendly and easy to share the feed with family members from the main registrants profile.
Cubo Ai Plus Smart Baby Monitor alerts you when the baby moves somewhere he/she shouldn’t which is an awesome feature. The picture on this is a lot better than my previous camera it is HD. Two way audio, wide angle, you can go back and watch video footage too. That is probably my favorite part.
This is a very nice quality baby monitor. I like that the box had a seal to ensure your baby monitor wasn’t tempered with. I am a fan of all the features it has like. For example, the wide angle, the lens can be rotated manually, night light, speaker, temperature and humidity type sensor and best part of all, you can take pictures. I really like the phone app because I can use the baby monitor while I’m at work. My goal is to use it for my dog for when I return to work this year.
One thing I noticed is that you MUST use the USB-C provided. The device will not work a different cable. The cable included is long and heavy-duty. My issue is, what happens if I lose or the cord gets damaged?
Also note that the temperature reading is very accurate! Pairing the device to wifi and the app was fairly easy. I like that you can play different tunes.
My main complaint is setting up the monitor. I believe the choice to drill holes or not to the wall should have been given. Now I have to figure out how to mount the monitor in a non-permanent way.
Also, the app requests your consent to monitor your baby’s breathing. I feel a bit insecure by this to be honest. But for someone who’s okay with giving consent, you will get more features and data that can help.

This is a pretty interesting camera. It has a very clear picture, so it is easy to make out everything in the video. Can easily mount to the wall and give you a full clear picture of the area. It has a cry detection and an alert if the baby’s face is covered/or rolled over onto it’s face. You can see up to 18 hours so you can go back in the video to see anything that may of happened within those 18 hrs. The price is kind of high, but for the piece of mind, it is worth it.
This is one of the best baby monitors I’ve come across yet, not only is the design really nice it’s a very smart system with some smart software, it can tell me if my child’s face is covered or if they’ve rolled over, the app even gives you analytics telling me how long baby has slept for, how many times woken up which surprisingly is more times than she lets me know by crying which was an interesting fact I’d not known otherwise, the camera and sound are very good and overall this priced like a top of the range system and certainly performs at that price point, highly recommended to all, this is one of, if not thee best baby monitor system out there.
Cubo Ai Plus Smart Baby Monitor is my very first “smart” baby monitor, and it’s definitely a step up from all of the monitors that I have used previously! I love how easy it is to install and set up alerts: it can detect if the baby’s face is covered, for example, and send an alert on your phone right away – something that no other monitor I’ve tried would do! It will do the same if the baby is crying or (for older kids – if they are entering an area where they are not supposed to be). The sound and picture quality are amazing – day or night! You can pan and zoom the picture right from your phone, as well as save precious moments you may have missed otherwise. The monitor can keep track of baby’s sleep, room temperature and humidity.
While it may seem pricier than regular video monitors, it offers so much more that I feel like the price is more than fair.
This baby monitor really is a complete box of tricks and shows how much the technology has progressed in this field, this device has every base covered. What sets it apart is the built-in AI which allows it to detect if a baby’s face is covered while rolling over or differentiate if the noise the baby makes is a genuine cry or not. It also has motion detection so that you are alerted if the baby manages to get out of the cot.
The camera is a slightly unusual design as it has a very long neck, but this makes it much easier to position the camera into the ideal position over the cot. It is designed to be wall-mounted so a little drilling will be required.
Picture quality is 1080 HD and is excellent, the night vision is also high quality, two-way communication is also supported, which is a novel idea, as well as a temperature alert. The great thing about this camera is that once it’s on your w-fi network everything can be controlled from the app, which is very intuitive and easy to use and not only gives access to all the camera’s functionality, but also provides a whole range of sleep analytics on the baby’s sleep pattern.
This is a feature-packed camera that has everything you need from a baby monitor, plus lots of things you never realised you needed, it has many advanced features but it still very easy to use thanks to the excellent app.
The monitor is wall mounted and requires mains power, so you will need to place the cot close to a wall and close to a power point.
As the installation requires accurately drilling of fixing holes, you will also need reasonable DIY skills and have access to a drill and a screwdriver and possible a hammer, depending on the composition of your wall.
In the box are the baby monitor head, all the components of the wall mount and very clear, well-printed instructions, including a handy tape measure long enough to mark the anchor point for the stand. There’s also a power adapter that uses a USB-C connection.
A multi-colour status light, which can be turned-off, indicates the current function.
A QR code on the instruction leaflet links to App Store or Google Play to download the app. This works seamlessly on both Android and IOS.

A “night camera” feature is included which uses an infrared light source and there’s a night light which has a manual on/off switch
I’m impressed with what I’ve seen, and have tested the functionality as much as I’m able to. However, I haven’t yet had the opportunity to evaluate it in use as the baby has not yet arrived, and the parents’ move into their new home has been delayed. I’ve certainly seen sufficient to understand that this is a high quality product.

I wanted to attach this to the wall so I would have more of a room view. Can connect to the crib if you want a more closer view.
I can capture photos when I see a cute pose. I also like the detections this camera has. Will alert if there’s a possibility that the baby has his face covered, if he’s crying, or if he’s moving around. Does have 2 way audio, night vision, and temperature/humidity alerts.
I absolutely love that it also has a sleep tracking record. Can look to see how long the baby slept and how many times he woke during the night. Has 18 hour playback so I can go back and look to see what woke him and how he put himself back to sleep.
With all that, it also has some lullaby melodies. That feature I haven’t tried out yet. Not sure if I want him getting used to lullabies while in the room.
Picture quality is nice. Can see perfectly in night vision via my phone.
So far it’s been working great for the past 2 weeks. So happy to have eyes on the babies 24/7.
It’s an unknown brand to me, and not the cheapest, makes a lot of promises function wise.
Installation was very easy, download the app very straight forward.
This works as a baby monitor, camera, two way communication, built in lullabies (these were only okay), night vision camera, danger alert, roll over alert, crying alert, so much.
The image is very good, high definition in good lighting, works perfectly okay with its night vision.
I like the Voice activation, the unit goes in to stand by, and wakes up when it hears anything such as the baby crying
There is also a two way microphone, you and your little one can talk to each other, which is great, however, when its time for bed, you may find someone wanting to talk to you rather than sleep.
This fixings to the side of the cot and looks over the bay, the positioning is very clever, covers the cot, where as monitors Ive tried in the pass, are a little too fixed.
This is a good set up, build is very good, I like the features, the app is very good and all works fine.
