The PC had all the specs from the description and worked right out of the box. The cable management was impressive, really professional. I had no issues since purchase. I seperately upgraded the RAM with no issues.
I was quite circumspect in buying a built PC and the reviews I read about CyberpowerPC were not stellar.
But for me everything was top notch. This is my second pc from them, very pleased with both purchases.

Very very good pc for the money. I911900k with a z590 plus board and a 3060ti for 1400 is good for value. Only thing has annoyed me is the on button on pc gets stuck in and have to tap it to pop back out. But that’s nothing down to cyber power. Just one of them things.

All components are branded ( msi, wd ) very quiet my ps4 is much more noisy than this even in ultra settings on game.

Boot failure
Turns on fine but gets a boot failure at startup. Still waiting for mouse and keyboard before I attempt profile change in the bios. Everything seems connected though. Will re-review if I get it working.
Edit – Had to boot in legacy mode from bios and everything starts up as normal now. It will run Cyberpunk in 1440p ultra settings with ray tracing on smooth as butter as well as The Medium. Some games such as Microsoft flight simulator have to be set for 1080p because it will dip to around 40fps if resolution is any higher. No big loss and seems to guarantee that any game will run max settings at 1080p anyway. Had to drop a star as PC came with a massive polystyrene ‘pillow’ jammed into the case to protect the innards but seems no care was taken when doing so. The power button on top of the case sticks sometimes so have to flick it to get it to unstick otherwise the PC gets stuck in an on/off loop. The case itself is impressive with plenty of ventilation all around. I did panic when I couldn’t see the SSD too but it is a Western Digital Blue that hides behind the graphics card so flatter than most and not instantly noticeable. All in all I’m very happy with this PC performance wise but the experience of unboxing, connecting and using it could have given me less anxiety.

My son love this computer!
He wanted to update his gaming computer because it couldn’t handle alot of games or vr that he wanted to play. This computer is fast, smooth and doesn’t glitch whilst playing xbox games and vr is enjoyable for him.
It satisfies all requirements.
Setting up was easy to understand with the instructions that was provided and the communication with the company was great as they send updates on what stages of processing the order, also we had a quick delivery compared to the estimated time that was given.
The fans are very quiet I can leave it on to download overnight and it won't keep me awake.
Quiet fans, very fast loading games, have not experienced any lag.

Very well put together, cable management was well done, performance out of the box was 100. Comes with Windows 10 which I wasn’t expecting, was going to use my own win 10 pro key on it but saving that for a rainy day.

his pc turned up very well packaged inside and out and was delivered on time.the actual pc is easy enough to set up but it would a good idea to supply some setup/startup paperwork with it as there was nothing i personally didnt have a problem as its more or less plug it in and turn it on.
the actual gaming side of this pc is brilliant i have used it on msfs2020 on ultra settings and it never missed a beat so well impressed with it and even on vr it was on ultra and no stuttering or lagging and it was the same on battlefield 5 all settings maxed out and it was very smooth.
so far i’m well impressed with it and i would highly recommend this pc

Bought this for my son, with all the problems trying to get a ps5. I played cod warzone on full setting and was blown away. My wife no i dont wanna give it up at xmas and told me to get myself one! I known next to nothing about pc gaming but i was impressed when i hooked up the quest 2 over the broadband to the pc and played half lifealyx. I would recommemd this product for gaming and low level stuff he will be using it for.

I’ve read some equally good and bad reviews about Cyberpower, but I’ll be honest and say I’m overjoyed at this pc, it’s just perfect for me. I chose AMD graphics card and processor for the very first time and my god they are seriously fast, none of the parts on the motherboard were cheap quality and work in harmony, like a charm. Cyberpower kept me informed on all levels and I cannot fault them, I’d say ignore the backlash and treat yourself to the future of PC’s!

Bought this for my son’s birthday. Was looking into building a pc for him but can’t complain about the spec and price of this pc. Top quality brands used, great cable management, needed a bit of advice during setting up and customer service top notch. No complaints from my lad. He’s a big gamer.Absolutely loves it.

Likes: the pc has a full motherboard allowing you to plug in another gpu with another stick of ram meaning you can upgrade it to 24gb of ram at any point of your life if you need to.
The CPU and the gpu are the perfect for gaming in the very high quality and rendering in 3d. ( my blender animations can be rendered in 10 seconds per frame instead of 1 minute per frame with 100 samples and denoising)
The RTX and CPU allows you to do different things at the same time. For example i can render an animation by using the rtx feature and still play league of legends at 300 fps
It is a perfect price for the pc and i couldn’t find it anywhere else for cheaper.
Cons: There is only one issue with it and its kind of a big one. The internet card seems to be pretty weak meaning that the internet connection can be weaker. I don’t mean the actual download speed as it is perfect. what i mean is that the internet connection isn’t stable enough to play an online game. For example you can be getting a range of 20 to 300 ping at certain times. However I also believe that it can be fixed by investing into a better internet card since if you buy a pc for such price, you might as well spend on additional 30 or 50 to get a better internet card to have a perfect experience ( in that case its just pocket change)
Anyways. Perfect performance, great pc. definitely recommend it. I feel like i feel in love with it 😀

All things considered it’s is a great price and one hell of a machine. I was dubious about buying from the supplier as their reviews aren’t great on google or Amazon.
They do mass produce this equipment, which is why it’s almost 800 cheaper than buying from amore reputable supplier.
I think whichever way you look at it, when a machine as potent as this is build to a generic spec, there will always be flaws.
My biggest hate is the wifi card, only 2ghz compatibility. Such a shame but nothing a good old ethernet cable can’t fix, it’s not like I take the machine for a wonder around the house after all.
I have also noticed when playing a game in beta that occasionally there is a grinding sound, it last for around 3 seconds and stops. Usually when the game is loading new textures.
Aside from that, all other games I have been able to play in ultra. The ssd boots the pc in seconds. Load screens even for the most notorious games also takes seconds if that at all.
I plan to throw a beefy hard drive in on top of the 1tb ssd(nice touch by the way as OS is installed on here so they didn’t cheap out on this like they did on the wifi card).
Mine came with 2 sticks of 8gb ram. 2 slots are still free so I can throw more ram in there and give it even more teeth.
Rgb is lovely too, has a remote. The machine is visually pleasing and came very well packed. They even included a pre boot up warning booklet to ensure I remove all packaging from isnide and double check that all cables are plugged in. Nice touch for newbies like myself.
There was a zip lock bag full of trinkets there also, the power lead, the remote for rgb, 2 cables which I assume are for hard drive, some zip ties for cable management and funnily enough, a cd rom for I think the graphics card drivers… Even if the machine doesn’t have a cd rom itself.
After all, I felt it was a worthy risk to take especially via Amazon as a return and refund would not be out of the question if things were devestatingly bad. So far I am quite happy with it. It’s only day 2 though. I may come back to correct myself yet I like to stay optimistic.
Removing 1 star for wifi card and funny chirpy noise every so often.
Great value for money regardless. Made for gaming, so far I’ve played everything in ultra or high.

The PC arrived super quick, the peripherals used are top of the range. I thought about constructing the PC myself but with specs very close to this PC I was still spending way over what I paid for this. Also I looked in the well known High Street retailer and PC’s much less capable ie RTX 2070 Super were way more expensive then this and were not even available to order. This one is running msi GeForce RTX 2080 Super and has all the bells and whistles included. To cut it short I’m extremely satisfied with the money I’ve spent as these PC’s are probably best value for money. Goog going by CyberPowe

Performance and experience
I love this gaming pc, its the best thing I’ve had in a long time and it absolutely burns through games at ultra/maximum settings, for this computer its no big problem. Its a world away from my old computer and its very tidely been assembled. Alongside my 144hz monitor this gaming pc offers impeccable performance and smooth gameplay for most highcends games out there from what I’ve tested it on , GTA V , Black Ops 3 etc..
Delivery
The delivery was on the day that it stated which was a bonus , however, the delivery man left this 1,700 pound gaming pc sitting at the game of my address which would have been fine if wasnt lightly raining and for the fact that people could see what the package was… but it came well packed and was a simple case of checking any loose wires , removing the bubble packaging from inside and plugging in and playing.
THE RATTLE.
In one of the attached images you can see that the fan and radiator have been relocated due to a noise that i will talk about just now, … the rattle. So this pc uses a 140mm cooler master cpu aio liquid cooler. I had read somewhere that the pump can sometimes get air trapped in it which would, after a while, clear its self and would return to normal… did it? …. no….
The cpu cooler about 3 days of silent gaming began to make a bubbling rattle sound? And has not stopped doing so since. I’ve tried to tilt the computer and tried moving the radiator and it goes away for a few seconds only to come back straight away. On the video uou can hear what I’m talking about, I’ve also tried tapping g it to move the bubbles and ive tried most things I can think of or what Google suggests. But to no avail and its still making the noise as I type this review. This really is the only downside , even though its a seriously frustrating downside, but that’s it as far as downsides go, its still a magnificent gaming pc.
9/10 gaming experience, its just that rattle.
