I didn’t assemble it. But I watched and it seemed to be pretty easy to do. I feel like a pro with all the different maneuvers available. Love it!
Got it for my wife. She really likes it. She has to do exercises for physical therapy.
The exercise monitor doesn’t shut off have to replace batteries every other day
Good entry level bike. Bought it Nov 2020 had an issue with a pedal crank and contacted customer service. Zoey was awesome. They answered my question immediately, sent me what I needed, even included videos for the repair. I am a satisfied customer. Wish it didn’t break like it did, but the company made good in my concern.
This bike has been awesome. I’ve had it nearly a year and probably average 1 or 2 rides a week. It feels sturdy when I’m riding at all speeds and if I’m in or out of the saddle. Great value!
I love the bike. It works great and is everything I need in a stationary bike. HOWEVER, it gets very loud and squeaky. It can’t be addressed without taking apart the bike and shell around the pedals.
Better than I thought it would be.Have a mission, routine and then regularly work on it To start I use it 10 min every day. But on workout days 15/20 min.

Writing this after having the bike for about a year. Bike was making a noise and the belt slipped. Belt went back on but noise continued. Contacted the company and they requested pictures and videos to diagnose the issue and got me the help I needed! Best experience I’ve had with customer service in ages. Would buy anything from them based on this alone. The bike works great and I love it!
This is my first exercise bike. Was thinking about a real bike but the way roads are, no thanks. Then, had a knee replacement and was suggested by physio that bikes are a good exercise. So I treated us. I didn’t believe the previous reviews that stated how silent it was. I was wrong. The front flywheel is a beast and carries quite a lot of momentum when slowing. I cannot really find any negatives yet, other than….I suppose I’ve got no exercise excuse now. There are a ton of bike ride and spinning class videos on YouTube so no need for frivolous and expensive subscriptions. I have no difficulty recommending this bike.

First I’d like to point out I’ve owned a Cyclace stationary bike for over a year now without any problems until recently. My right crank threads wore out but that’s expected after using it consistently for over a year. What I didn’t expect was customer support being so helpful! After I contacted Cyclace team within the same day I got a response and they were nice enough To help me even though I’m no longer covered by the warranty.
Update: Customer service reached out and promptly rectified the issue after seeing the review. They offered a partial refund and offered to ship a new pedal. I fixed the bike and it’s a good as new!!! They even checked on the status of my wife’s injury (she’s fine now). Happy wife, happy life!!
I bought this for my wife about a year and a half ago and she absolutely loved it; until today! As she was riding it this morning, the pedal snapped off and hurt her leg. She only weighs 163 lbs, and the bike is rated for up to 330 lbs. Even the most vigorous ride for her shouldn’t have caused this!!!
The bike was easy to set up and fits in our space. It’s fairly easy to move around as needed, don’t recommend stairs or anything like that.
My only complaint was the packaging came damaged and the water bottle holder and plastic side piece were smashed up. We removed the water bottle holder and glued the other piece. Win some lose some I suppose.
For the cost this is a great bike.
My teenage son placed a book on the bike to read while he was exercising and the device that counts your calories fell off and broke and now we’re not able to put it back on plus the pedals have sharp spikes on it – keep your box if after a period of time you want to return it – you need the box to return it. The seller sent us a new calorie counter and we are satisfied now.

Bike works well. CLEARLY the unit was dropped before it was packed in box
