A:Flashing red light means that the water tank is full and needs to be emptied; the dehumidifier has full water cut-off protection, It will light up the red light for prompting When the water is full , which is a normal phenomenon.

- If the internal is frosting, the defrost function will automatically trigger to protect the unit. the ‘defrost’ icon will ight up. After defrosting, the dehumidifier will work again, the ‘defrost’ icon disappears.
