Excellent piece of equipment..does exactly what it suppose to do and definitely needed in the daytime.
This has helped me out no end whist setting out. Not only te but wear on my work boots, keep walking back an forth checking the mark.
Just set it where you need it horizontal or vertical and it tones like a proximity sensor in ya car. When you have tone you are good to go.
Los que pongis reseas negativas, primero tenis que mirar si estis usando el lser adecuado!!! Por mi, esta muy bien todo, llega recibir la lnea a ms de 50 metros, con un lser que tiene una rea de trabajo 50 metros.
He usado continuamente durante 1 hora y no he quedado sin pilas, como escriben algunos.
Total, es un receptor que hace su trabajo perfecto.
The downside of the Dewalt green laser is the brightness of the laser. It’s fine when working indoors. Outside however, the laser is not bright enough to see the line unless being used around late evening. If used at that time, you’re probably going to be on time pressure to finish before night-time and it gets too dark to work. So it’s just not practical. The way around this is to shell out even more money for the receiver unit. This makes the laser level a pleasure to use. The receiver picks up the laser in bright sunlight by giving a clear audible beep. It has a rugged clamp to fix to a wooden length (I use a piece of 2″ x 1″ that I put a pencil mark onto). I’d say don’t buy the green laser if you plan to work outside, unless you also buy the receiver.
The receiver doesn’t come in a box, so I keep everything together in a plastic box (see photo) that I had to find specifically for this job. DeWalt need to sort this out by selling the laser and receiver in a purpose built box.
The 3 year warranty registration and included 9v oblong battery are nice extras.
So with those niggles taken into account, yes, I’d buy the level and receiver again.
Absolutely a must have for outside levels having said that Dewalt green laser is that good you can see the line in brilliant sunshine…working roughly 20 m away and it picked up the laser easily
It also turns itself off so battery life is good.. well I haven’t changed them ye
These are very good and accurate but make sure you get the correct one. The G in the model number means its for green lasers only. Ill just swap this one I’ve bought for a red detector and all will be well.

Der Empfnger arbeitet sehr genau, ist hochwertig verarbeitet fr den Preis und entspricht den Produkten von Dewalt. Ich habe ihn gekauft um den Empfnger mit dem 3D Zoto Laser zu nutzen und das klappt hervorragend. Andere Empfnger kosten das doppelte und sind nicht so Robust. Weiterer Pluspunkt, der Empfnger schaltet sich automatisch aus, wenn er keine Signale empfngt. Passiert ja auf Baustellen gerne mal, das man Gerte vergisst auszuschalten.
Mit dem Zoto Laser habe ich weit mehr wie 60m Empfang gehabt.
Die Laser mssen aber einen Puls Modus haben und es werden nicht alle Laser darauf ansprechen.
