I’m impressed with this fire . My only concern with the purchase is that the remote doesn’t work . It’s not a problem me as I’d probably not use it anyway.
Lovely warm glow gives a cosy atmosphere.
I am really happy with this product. In the future I will try to buy a mantle piece so that it looks perfect!
The colours are realistic. I love how you get real pieces of coal too that you can place how you like. I just love it. Makes the room more cosy. The fan heater does make a sound of course it does but it’s not really loud or anything at all. I’m so glad I bought this.

We purchased this unit to sit on an old style fireplace. It looks and works beautifully. The flame effect is amazing and so life like. The 2Kw heater is very good for instant heat before the central heating kicks in. Delivery was excellent and we love this heater as it is so well made, not cheap plastic that you will find in others
The fire itself is great. Solidly built and effective flame and looks good. Only problem is the remote refused to work. What do you do? Don’t send the whole thing back just for a new remote! I’ll try and get a new one….somehow.
