I ordered a mattress with the wrong dimensions by mistake. I was very disappointed. I contacted kescas customer service desperately. Aimee of customer service reassured me and gave me hope by assuring me that she/he will find a solution to my problem. After a few days I received a new mattress with the right dimensions.
Buying this mattress helped me regain a better sleep and forgetting my back pain.

My sleep has improved 100%. It is so comfortable. It’s amazing. Also very affordable compared to buying at Sleep Country or those places. My back doesn’t hurt after sleeping on it.
This is a great option for a mattress. It sets up easily and is very comfortable. Excellent value for what it cost. I am glad that I chose the 12″ over the ones that are not as deep.

I used to toss around, stay up for 3 hours tryna sleep. 1 week after getting this mattress, I sleep almost instantly or 5 minutes later. If you test the firmness with 1 hand, you will think it’s way too soft.

Well, hubby has used this for almost a month now and he really likes it. Has less trouble sleeping and gets up with almost no back pain. Overall very happy with it. Have just reordered another.
Purchased mattress for extra bedroom. We found the mattress to be between medium to firm as advertised. Quality of the mattress looks good. Keep in mind that the mattress cannot be turned over, only reversed top to bottom. Only small complaint was felt that the sleeping surface could use a little more soft cushioning to reduce sleeping pressure points. Overall good value for the money.

Using this for my daughter, although her being sick for a few weeks allowed me to sleep next to her comfortably. The mattresses is firm but bouncy due to the coils. It remains cool throughout the night without the body overheating. Despite using a down comforter. For the price, the quality is excellent. Beats the store and the effort of laying on 100 mattresses before you chose one. Had this mattress for the last 90 days and so far no complaints.

Zero issues, purchased this because daughter upgraded from toddler bed to new full size bed and it is perfect and very comfortable for what we needed.
