Cette barre est juste parfaite, trs solide. Il y a 2 clous et crous fixer facilement.
J’en voulais une depuis un bon moment, maintenant que j’ai dcid d’amnager ma cave pour en faire une salle de sport. Cette barre a facilement trouv sa place.
Elle correspond parfaitement mes attentes (vu mes problmes de dos, c’est un appareil qui permets de soulager mes douleurs) pour des training comme les squats, le dos,les ischios…
Plusieurs exercices de musculation possibles.
La qualit est excellente. Une bonne tenue sur les poignets, mais comme pour tout exercice peut importe la machine je vous conseille de gants.
Un achat sans regret avec un super prix me manque plus que les poids

I wanted this as I had started doing deadlifts with barbell bars and due to prior lower back issues was struggling a little bit to keep it straight. I had heard that using a trap bar would better decrease the risk of injury.
I am very impressed with it. It is premium quality. Like the sort that you would find in a high-end gym. Extremely solid and grippy. Construction of it was simple and it has in place rubber rings to stop the screws from loosening during workouts. It also includes spring collars which are easy to work and my barbells fit on the bar perfectly. Overall, I am a lot happier with my form and general posture whilst doing deadlifts since I started using this.
Very happy with this bar very strong well made solid piece of equipment and a lot cheaper than others would definitely recommend
