I pop this on when I need clothes drying fast, it does the truck, how did I manage without it?
It’s a little bit noisy especially when it full and beeps but for the job it does, I don’t mind. It’s been working very well in our mouldy, damp university house, which we especially noticed after going home for Easter and it hadn’t been on and then the whole house was extremely damp when we returned!
Sucks out so much water and I like that it turns on standby when the air has reached the right humidity level. Also has been great to assist in drying clothes on a dryer and for towels.
I recommend this product.
We used to wake up in the morning with loads of condensation on the windows and we live in a stone house, also there was a bit of black mould on the wall.
This humidifier works brilliantly, no more wet windows and no more black mould, my chest also feels better.
It is amazing how much water it collects over night.
I found this to be too loud for me, I certainly could not be in the room with it on. It is positioned in a bedroom though, so I just switch it off when I sleep.
However it works brilliantly, & has some really smart features & settings.

This product does what it says. A little on the noisy side but apart from that it works extremely well. I didn’t realise I had so much moisture in the air until I started using it!
Product working as expected. I live in Ireland and it can get very damp inside specially in winter time. It is very easy to set it up and only takes a few minutes. The air purifier functionality is also really great, you can start to notice the removal of odours in as fast as 20 minutes (Of course it depends on the size of the room)

Worked really well at clearing up humidity that was causing mold so overall I’m happy with my purchase. However, it blows out cold air so is cold to sit next to, the noise does get a bit annoying and although it’s easy to pick up it is quite heavy. Also tipping out the water isn’t the easiest because it comes out of several places.
We bought this product due to drying clothes inside which was causing a bit of damp around the house.
It’s a fantastic product, dries out clothes much quicker and it’s reduced the damp and condensation around the house!

I felt compelled to write a short review of this product because I have been so amazed by its performance during the first three days of use. When you buy these products you read the reviews of others and hope that the good reviews are accurate to solve the problems you may be facing which has led you to consider buying the product in the first place. We have been suffering from severe condensation as the glazing in the property we bought are shot and need replacing. Windows soaking wet with mould appearing on the frames etc. Bought this product to assist in hope until we replace the glazing. Large bungalow. Switched in on straight out of the box- wow. Ran it for a day and a half and I’ve emptied it 4 times. I reckon roughly 12 litres of water. Dry windows dry frames I couldn’t believe it – amazing. Trust me this little machine is fantastic- it works and works brilliantly, easy to move around ( but we have only had it in one place AND ALL WINDOWS HAVE BEEN DRY) . Makes a change to get something that actually lives up to your expectations

The dehumidifier works well so far. Starts and stops automatically at set humidity level. It is a bit noisy: its hum gets really annoying after a while. The tank is a bit difficult to remove and empty. But happily it doesn’t leak when it’s taken out as it has a cover.
Fast delivery. Does great job of getting rid of damp and keeping the rooms free of moist air. Good for drying clothes, saves using the tumble dryer all the time. Excellent customer service., had a usage question, emailed the company & the responded quickly.
My first dehumidifier, so I plugged it in and send it front of me to see what difference I noticed. Very quickly the air seemed to clear and breathing was a little easier through my nose.
I also wanted the HEPA filter and this listing has the wrong SKU written all over it – in Q&A it says HEPA-CD12P which is definitely not right. I ordered that at the same time and it’s half the size of the vent it needs to cover.
The manual says it needs HEPA-CDPX. I have to exchange the wrong one now and haven’t checked HEPA-CDPX yet but assume that’s correct. It’s available at Appliances Direct at the moment. Hopefully this saves someone a bit of hassle.

Bought this to replace 2 tiny units iv been using.
So vfar so good. It’s pretty noisy, but it dies has a sleep or just Air purifier mode. Humidity gone from 82 down to 60. In just 5 hours.
Hoping to dry the place out better. And should help to dry any damp washing so on.
It works very well, I was having trouble with mold in the bedroom, doors and windows soaked in water, after a week using it I’m very happy with the results.
This is a good machine but very noisy, have in lounge but can’t watch tv unless turn tv volume up high as machine is very loud even though states it’s quiet. It is a good dehumidifier but very loud
This has really made our small flat much nicer to be in. We got it after worrying we had a mould problem and clothes taking days to dry. A few weeks using this has really improved the feel of our flat, and clothes dry so much quicker and don’t have a musty smell. We leave it on most nights in the hallway, especially when we are drying clothes, and it keeps the whole flat less humid. I don’t find the sound too loud to sleep, especially when it’s in the hallway outside our bedroom. It’s easy to move with the wheels and handle. I like how you can set the optimum humidity level and see where your level is at. We set it lower when clothes are drying as the directions indicate. The water tank is easy to empty, you just pop it out and it alerts you when the tank is full. We didn’t want to spend so much on a dehumidifier, but glad we got it.

We have one of those in hallway and it can bring level of moisture from 80 to 65 during night. If it run only in one room (bathroom for example) it brings down humidity to 44 lowest record so far.
Definitely would recommend it.
This product is really good, we use to get up in the morning and the windows would be soaked in condensation and the wall at skirting board height would have mildew but since we have had the ElectiQ 12L the windows have been bone dry.
I was surprised to discover how much moisture I had in my flat. Thanks to this it’s gone! And the clothes dry much faster! Recommend it! Must have especially during autumn time! Good buy!
Pretty quiet all things considered. Very effective. Large water container and I empty it twice a day. My clothes dry overnight now when I hang them out to dry. Overall I’m very satisfied. It surpassed my expectations, especially given the price for that much power (although Amazon pricing fluctuates..)

This really is amazing. My flat often smelt damp. Not any more. The amount of water this removes is incredible. It does make a noise but not much and you get used to it. If you have an issue with damp this is the answer. Very pleased.
Our old cottage (built in 1860) delivers a new problem. Damp professional contractors are needed to solve the issue but wanted/needed this in the interim. I’ve added:

Effectiveness:

Simplicity:
With it’s traffic light system you can clearly see where each room is at from the moment you turn it on. We use ‘smart mode’ because it’s, well, smart to get the room to a safe humidity level.

My goodness I would highly recommend this dehumidifier, everyone looks at the money aspect but for a person that has bronchial asthma it is been absolutely brilliant in my bedroom. I empty a full tank of water a day from this dehumidifier it is absolutely brilliant and I sleep so much better at night without coughing and I wake up having more energy and less tightness in my chest. I would it 10 stars if I could. Well worth the money spent. I bought a different one for the kids room, not as good as this one.
I already had a very small and cheap dehumidifier but suspected that it wasn’t doing the job properly. Invested in this and very happy that I did. It’s not too big, not too ugly and sucks up water at an alarming rate. I’m a week in and emptying a full tank twice a day. It’s a bit too noisy to have in the same room that I’m working or sleeping in, but I move it between the lounge and the bedroom of my basement flat with relative ease, the wheels are useful but I wish the handle was a bit more sturdy. Wish I’d bought a decent one sooner. Hoping that in time it will need emptying less frequently.

This is kept in a small gym next to a swimming pool. Condensation is removed efficiently.
My brother got a new 3 bedroom house; this was their moving gift from me. The children have allergies also and have said this dehumidifier has helped which is a plus.
We live in Cornwall so are really prone to damp rooms. This machine is situated in our biggest bedroom where we often have washing drying and the room has an ensuite shower room so there is a lot of damp. However, this sucks the water out of the air at an astonishing rate and even gets the laundry dry quicker! (Not that this is what it’s for, this is just an observation!) . I would definitely recommend.

we bought this for our conservatory which is not heated unless we use the fan heater, the windows were always streaming with condensation and black mold, since using the de humidifier we hav’nt had any problems, we use it overnight, it is brilliant, the reason for the 1 star is its very heavy to move and the way we use it, it only blows cold air, but that is our choice, 5 stars for its performance for our needs, would recommend
This item is about as big as an average kitchen bin. It can be put into any room and has certainly paid for itself by preventing further damage through dampness and and mould. It keeps the condensation from building up on the windows and the walls from being damp and wet. Perfect!

I bought a dehumidifier following advice from a professional company as there was condensation in my bedroom, which I had mistaken for rising damp. After just two days a serious cough I’d had for months disappeared! Very pleased that I chose this particular model. I have it on nearly all the time and occasionally move it to other areas of the house, though it covers a large area. It’s a good size but easy to move with its handle and lets you know when it needs to be emptied of water (also very easy to do). Excellent value for money. Extremely happy with this purchase.
Just set the dehumidifier to the desired humidity and leave it to the business. It switches on and off as required.

We had a condensation problem in our house. Bought this to see if it would help – it certainly did! It monitors the level of condensation and comes on automatically, if required. It also has a timer. It has an easy-to-empty reservoir and switches off automatically if this is full. An excellent product which has solved our condensation problem in a matter of days.
This does the job brilliantly. This is a really easy to use dehumidifier, easy to empty and is on wheels for ease of moving about. Very effective, would happily recommend

Really easy to move around with handle and wheels, we use it in the conservatory which had water streaming down the windows but no longer does thanks to the dehumidifier. It blows out cool air so it’s not warm hence the rating

It has wheels but they don’t really work well on carpet so it’s a little bit heavy to move around.
I cannot believe how much moisture this gets from the air and I have definitely noticed a difference with our problem with black mould in the house. The 12ltr tank is full of water in about 8 hours!! Easy to empty and good to be able to see the humidity level, also indicated in traffic light colours.
Very effective dehumidifier. Greatly reduces the build-up of condensation on the windows.
Useful handle aids mobility so it can be placed in a central location to ventilate multiple rooms or moved to focus on a particular room when required.
The fan does make some noise but it’s reasonably quiet considering it’s size. Wouldn’t want to sleep in a room where it’s running, but otherwise the noise is not a problem.
Don’t go for a cheaper alternatives with smaller fans and tanks. They won’t be powerful enough to collect much moisture even when the humidity is high. This one is far more powerful and effective than smaller alternatives.
This worked great first few days then it would not come on
so I adjusted the settings and it is great have to empty it once a day from all the moisture it collects

We’ve been struggling for weeks with heavy humidity (all double glasses were full of water and mold was forming behind fornitures.
After just a couple of hours with the machine on and THE WHOLE HOUSE WAS DRY!
No sign of humidity AT ALL, can’t believe how efficient it is even though the size is pretty small (which makes it very portable with both handle and wheels).
Also the humidity sensor seems to work very well as the moment I open the door or I bring in my bicycle after a rainy day and the color indicator changes straight away, very reactive.
I love it so much! New second favourite appliance of the house (after the TV)
Excellent dehimidifier, and energy efficient. We have set it at 60% humidity and turn the light indicator off. It only comes on a handful of times in the day and it has managed to keep our french doors now free of condensation! Life saver. Downsides- a bit noisy but you do get adapted to it. There is not noticable warmth.

I bought this 10 days ago It is fantastic for controlling your humidity especially now when it’s cold outside and you have the heating inside plus cooking and plus if someone has a bath or a shower your house would be full of moisture this definitely helps with clearing it overnight… I left it on for 24-hours once and it managed to collected 3 l of water… of course I had to empty the tank , the tank capacity is 2 l.
