Wer eine Oculus Quest 2 sein Eigen nennt, kennt das leidige Problem. Der Originalgurt ist alles andere als wirklich bequem. Es ist auch nicht der erste Strap oder Gurt den ich jetzt schon ausprobiere. Darum war ich sehr interessiert, den Elite Strap von NEWENMO testen zu knnen.
Der Versand war wie immer schnell und gut verpackt. Doch das ist, denke ich, zu 98 % der Flle immer so.
Die Verarbeitung des Elite Strap von NEWENMO ist absolut hochwertig. Die Produktdesigner haben hier eine gute Balance gefunden, den eigenen Strap sehr gut an die Oculus Quest anzupassen 2.
Absolute Spitze finde ich den hinten eingebauten oder integrierten Akku. Ohne Kabel kann ich nun mit Kollegen im VR Universum zocken oder sonst in der coolen VR Community unterwegs sein.
Ich bin mehr als zufrieden, was hier NEWENMO mit dem Elite Strap fr gerade mal 53 Euro abliefert. Das ist wie ich finde gut investiertes Geld, um anstndig Spa zu haben. Meine 5 Sterne hat das Produkt, weil es wirklich praktisch ist. Und beim Zocken unglaublich unabhngig macht. So ist man noch etwas tiefer in der VR Welt!

Ich habe mir fr die Oculus Quest 2 bereits Akkus fr den Controller gekauft und eine vernnftige Ladestation.
Mit diesem Elite strap, wollte ich das Ganze abrunden.
Das Band ist durch die Polsterung deutlich dicker als die normalen Standard Bnder.
Dadurch aber auch viel bequemer.
Man kann die Brille lnger tragen, ohne das es Druckstellen gibt oder das Tragen unangenehm wird.
Den Drehverschluss an dem Hinterkopf hatte ich bereits gehabt.
So kann man die Brille viel schneller lsen und festziehen, wenn man mit mehreren Personen spielt.
Das beste ist aber natrlich der integrierte Akku.
Wir spielen gerne auf der Terrasse, weshalb es total nervig ist, wenn man abbrechen muss, oder eben ein strendes Ladekabel da hngen hat.
Trotz Akku fllt das Gewicht nicht negativ auf.
Das kurze Kabel was in die Brille eingesteckt wird, strt berhaupt nicht.
Ob man auch mit Akku direkt am Pc spielen kann, kann ich nicht sagen.
Das ist aber auch egal, weil man dort sowieso per Kabel verbunden ist und es direkt an die Brille anschlieen kann, ohne Akku dazwischen.
Wer also lange spielt und ein bequemeres Strap haben mchte, macht hier nichts falsch mit dem Kauf.
Die Halterung fr die quest lsst sich einfach anbringen und sitzt dann sehr bequem auf dem Kopf, durch den Akku im Nacken ergibt das ein schnes Gegengewicht … naja und zustzliche Spielzeit auch durch Akku Erweiterung. Fr mich ein absolutes Muss, klare Kaufempfehlung!!!
Der “Helm” macht einen guten ersten Eindruck. Die Verarbeitung ist grundsolide und die Bauteile relativ robust.
Der Helm sitzt gut an (durchschnittliche Gre), die Polsterung ist angenehm und es sitzt fest aber nicht zu doll. Die Arretierung ist allerdings nicht so einfach, ist schon etwas fummelig. Da es nicht genau und sofort zuschnappt.
Der integrierte Akku verlngert die Spielzeit deutlich. Hauptpunkt fr mich ist allerdings der erhhte Komfort beim Tragen. Der ist hier gegeben. Die Arettierung ist noch zu optimieren.

Durch die Polster an den Seiten und oben kann man ihn ohne Probleme auch fr mehr als nur ein paar Stunden tragen.

Der Oculus Quest 2 Originalgurt ist leider alles andere als bequem. Daher probiere ich gerne verschiedene andere Gurte bzw. Kopfpolster aus und habe mich gefreut, den Elite Strap der Marke NEWENMO testen zu drfen. Die Lieferung erfolgte schnell und alles kam gut verpackt bei mir an.
Die Verarbeitung ist gut und erscheint qualitativ hochwertig und die Optik passt perfekt zur Oculus Quest 2. Der Kopfgurt lsst sich stufenweise an verschiedene Kopfgren anpassen, was ich gut finde, vor allem, wenn man sich die VR Brille mit jemandem teilt. Den Sitz empfinde ich als bequem und die Brille rutscht auch nicht so stark nach vorne, wie es bei dem Originalgurt der Fall ist. Ebenso finde ich die Druckverteilung bei diesem Strap wirklich gut, da sich die VR-Brille damit nicht so schwer auf dem Gesicht anfhlt. Besonders gut finde ich den eingebauten Akku, durch den man ber mehrere Stunden spielen kann, ohne die Brille laden zu mssen. Ebenso gut finde ich, dass die PU-Lederpolster abgenommen und so einfacher gereinigt werden knnen.
Im Ergebnis ein guter Kopfgurt, der mit 50,99 gerade aufgrund der Tatsache, dass es einen integrierten Akku gibt, einen angemessenen Preis hat. Daher von mir eine klare Kaufempfehlung!
Ich habe den Elite Strap mit Akku mit meiner Oculus Quest 2 getestet.
Zunchst ist dieser mit Anleitung einfach anzubringen. Der Abstandhalter fr Brillentrger kann problemlos integriert werden und der Elite Strap hlt die Oculus fest und sicher.
Die Verbesserung zum einfach Riemen, der bei der Oculus Quest 2 mitgeliefert wird, ist enorm. Der Elite Strap ist unglaublich bequem gepolstert und kann ber verschiedene Gelenke sowie 3 Polsterungen um den Kopf individuell an jede Kopfform angepasst werden. Dies geht ber den Verstellmechanismus am Hinterkopf besonders schnell und einfach, daher ist der Elite Strap ganz besonders geeignet, wenn die ganze Familie mit dem gleichen Gert spielt.
Der Akku bringt dabei zustzliche Spielzeit. Da der einfache Akku der Oculus Quest 2 recht schnell erschpft ist, ist der Zusatzakku ein groer Vorteil. Das Aufladen beider Akkus dauert bei mir etwa 4 Stunden.
Einen einzigen kleinen Schwachpunkt hat der Elite Strap: Der Riemen zieht sich, wenn man die Oculus nicht gerade am hinteren Akku hlt, von selbst zusammen. Das ist aber nur eine winzige Unannehmlichkeit – man muss ihn eben kurz wieder lockern, bevor man die Oculus aufsetzen kann. Ansonsten ist der Elite Strap super verarbeitet und recht robust.
Als Fazit kann ich den Elite Stra nur empfehlen.

What a brilliant elite strap this is for the Oculus Quest 2! it is so user friendly, with long lasting battery life and exceptional comfort. I have been using it frequently for the last month and couldn’t be happier!
It is easy to install, the head strap was super easy to assemble and install on my Quest 2. I’ve not changed the head strap on my Quest 2 myself before, and was a little worried but it was really easy.
It is very comfortable, the head strap is very comfortable, the support piece at the back seemed well shaped, and the cushioning at the back of the head strap means it sits well with no discomfort. I find it much more comfortable that the original elastic head strap and the Oculus elite head strap. I can play for hours with no discomfort.
It is also easy to adjust, the head strap is easily adjustable with hinged pieces at either side and a turning adjuster at the back.
Finally, it is secure and safe to use, playing movement intensive games a sturdy and secure head strap is a must, and I feel that the Kiwi Designs head strap certainly fits that description. Once on I did not have to adjust and reposition my headset at all, even after active movement. The build quality and material quality seem high and even the colour of the head strap matches perfectly with the Quest 2.
Overall, very happy with the Kiwi Designs head strap.5 stars!
I have been used a several straps with Battery for Oculus Quest 2 , and this is definitely a upgrade one.
It’s a must for not only improving the comfort but the battery life of this device.
It’s well built and fairly durable, Very ergonomic and easy to set up.
This strap is a lot more comfortable than the original but more importantly is the battery life, this improves it dramatically.
Been using this about a month now extended play time is about 3-4 hrs now from the original 2 hours.
Once you try one and see what’s it’s like I can almost guarantee you will want one, it does prolong game time.

Der Elite Strap ist auf dem ersten Blick gut verarbeitet, das Polster ist schn dick und das Drehrad hinten lsst sich leicht verstellen. Aber an diesem ist die grte Macke des Straps. Wenn man nmlich das Drehrad ttigt und den Strap grer machen mchte passiert es bei mir immer wieder das der Bgel wieder von alleine komplett wieder klein wird, also vorzustellen wie beim Maband wo der Meterma wieder zurckrollt. Das ist echt nervig.
Aber ansonsten war die Anbringung an die Meta Quest sehr einfach und auch das Tragegefhl und Comfort ist echt gut, ich konnte es 1-2 Stunden ohne Probleme tragen und auch der Akku verlngert die Spielzeit um ca. 2 Stunden. In die meisten Taschen passt dieses Strap leider nicht, aber eine Tasche von mir die strapazierfhig ist da hat es mit diesem Strap auch reingepasst.
Ich bin daher eigentlich sehr zufrieden bis auf die eine Macke, daher vergebe ich hier 4/5 Sterne.

Die Kopfhalterung von NEWENMO kmmert sich gleich um zwei Probleme der Oculus Quest 2: Um einen besseren Sitz des Headsets sowie um eine bessere Akkulaufzeit.
Die originale Kopfhalterung mit dem Gummiband ist ja eigentlich eine Frechheit. Da erwartet man eine hochwertige VR Brille und darf sich dann mit “Schlppigummi” herumrgern. Ein Ersatz fr dieses Fehldesign ist auf jeden Fall angebracht! Das NEWENMO Headset ist sehr einfach zu montieren (nur links und rechts auf die Halterung aufschieben) und sorgt fr einen sicheren Halt. Mit Hilfe des Einstellrdchens am Hinterkopf kann man wie beim Fahrradhelm die Strke einstellen. Die Polsterung an Stirn und Hinterkopf sorgt fr einen angenehmen Sitz, bei dem es nicht drckt. Der Halter oben am Kopf sorgt dafr, dass nichts verrutscht. Das wertet das Headset absolut auf!
Als Gimmick ist in den Halter am Hinterkopf zudem noch ein Akku eingebaut, der das Headset im Betrieb laden kann. Das passiert ber ein passendes eingebautes USB-C Kabel. Im Gegensatz zu einer zustzlichen Powerbank strt hier also das Kabel nicht und zudem sorgt das Gegengewicht am Hinterkopf fr ein besseres Aufsetzen.
Geladen wird das Headset dann durch den Anschluss am Akku, welcher den Strom dann quasi “durchschleift”.
Apropos Durchschleifen: Ich habe es nicht geschafft, VR Software vom PC ber den “Akkuanschluss” laufen zu lassen. Das USB Kabel vom PC musste unbedingt am Headset angeschlossen werden. Aber gut, da der Akku ja nur ber ein USB-C Kabel angeschlossen ist, lsst sich dies leicht lsen und das lange USB Kabel vom PC anschlieen. Kein Problem.
Auf jeden Fall zu beachten ist, dass die Oculus Quest 2 durch das Headset grer wird! Hat man eine Transporttasche, die nur fr die normale Version ausgelegt ist, wird die wahrscheinlich nicht mehr passen! Dann entweder das Headset immer abbauen und gesondert transportieren oder gleich eine neue Tragetasche holen, in die das nun hhere Headset problemlos hinein passt.
Dieser Riemen ist seinen Preis wert! Er ist nicht nur bequemer und leichter einzustellen als das Original, sondern die eingebaute Batterie verlngert auch die Spielzeit. Dies ist einfach unerlsslich! Ich kann sie 4 Stunden lang beim Spielen tragen, ohne dass es unangenehm ist. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert.

Der “Elite Strap mit Akku for Oculus Quest 2” kam in einem bedruckten Verkaufskarton bei mir an. Der Strap sieht aus meiner Sicht, edel aus und fasst sich bedingt durch den eingebauten Akku etwas schwer an. Das Material beurteile ich, als gute Qualitt und die Verarbeitung ist tadellos gefertigt. Mngel habe ich keine zu beanstanden. Beim Tragen auf dem Kopf habe ich an den Kontaktstellen eine gute Polsterung gesprt. Ansonsten konnte ich feststellen, dass der Strap das Gewicht der Brille gut verteilt, durch die integrierte Zusatztechnik hat er eine gute Balance. Das Material lsst sich leicht subern Ich habe mit einem Tuch und Glasreiniger geputzt. Mit dem Strap bin ich sehr zufrieden und empfehle ihn gerne weiter.

Since getting my quest, I have been on a few straps and always swerved a battery one due to the fact I assumed it would be additional weight. This has changed my mind.
The case itself slides into the quest 2 and the battery is at the back with a short USB-C charger to charge the quest. The overall headset it very light and gives you a full additional charge.
The headset hand tightens to the back of the head with a foam part to go in over the top so it never moves. Compared to the original quest strap it is night and day.
With USB C charging and LED indicator lights, this looks the business – feels the business and really enhances the quest 2 experience.
A solid buy, much better than the official quest 2 one which breaks every time.

My daughter and her boyfriend play oculus regularly so are always look for comfortable head straps.This arrives in branded box and the head strap seems well made with thick comfortable padding, it adjusts via knob on back and has good range.Both found it comfortable to wear although my daughter did find sagged and a little heavy after wear/play for while and although anything that extends playing time is plus she finds strap she owns that holds power bank had better weight distribution for her but boyfriend had no problems and found comfortable to wear and play in.Good price and well made item

This head strap is generally comfortable. I like how cushioned it is but it’s obviously not the most lightweight head strap because of the battery pack. It is well made and it works well.
Unlike the basic strap that comes with the Quest 2, this is actually comfortable to wear. It takes the weight of the headset off your face and holds it in just the right place in front of your eyes without any undue pressure. You can still get it tight enough to block light from coming in, but without the pain of the original elastic strap.
The battery pack seems to work well too. I don’t tend to play for long enough in one go to actually need it, but it does mean I don’t have to think about charging the headset every time I take it off, which is nice.
The weight of the battery tends to pull the strap fully open when I take it off, but it stays in place when I’m wearing it. I’d prefer it not to do that though since it means I have to fully wind it back in every time. It’s a minor niggle really, but I think worth mentioning.
Sadly my headset will no longer fit in its case with this strap attached but that’s hardly something to complain about and it’s absolutely worth it for the massively increased comfort!
An aftermarket accessory for the Oculus 2, a headset that promises to improve on the original. The USP is of course the battery, which extends playing time by two hours, but I’m less convinced that the product is an improvement on quality over the original – Sure, it has more padding, put it doesn’t really feel like a premium item, and of course the other thing that has happened is you’ve made something that was clumsy looking in the first instance even more unwieldy, at least in appearance. However, I’m sure it will be the battery pack that sells it.
This Oculus head strap is a significant improvement over the conventional strap. I like the tightening dial and the option to tilt the Oculus upwards without removing the rest.
The entire head strap is made of upgraded polymer material, which is eco-friendly and sturdy so it should last a while. The top strap cushion is widened 4 cm and the head cushion is thickened 1.5 cm, and the head back part is made of top memory foam and PU material, which is soft and breathable, allowing you to enjoy the fun of VR more comfortably.

The original strap by meta looks basic and doesn’t have much too it except for extra comfort. This is not only more affordable, it has a design compared to the original and gives better comfort and it is easy to adjust as well. I got used to putting it on now but before it took me a bit of time trying to get used to it. In terms of the battery, it gave me around 1.5/2hrs of gameplay depending on the game I played. This is half the price and works just like the original.
Overall, great strap, very secure and comfortable.

No tools or tape needed, just slide off the old strap and slide on the new one with power bank installed as part of its counterweight. It is very comfortable to wear as the top strap is now solid piece with padding. The rear strap with power bank sit nicely at the lower back of the head. Adjustment via the clicky turn knob is easy and the precise level of tightness can be achieved.
The extra power is a bonus for long gaming time or passing around family gathering, it can be plugged in while in use and the port is at the back so it will not interfere with front sensor or game play.
Dieses Produkt erfllt alle Erwartungen und ist auch qualitativ hochwertig. Der Preis von 60 Euro ist soweit in Ordnung, da ich nichts auszusetzen habe, gibt es von mir volle fnf Sterne und eine Kaufempfehlung!
This is one of the best quest 2 battery type straps I have tested yet, super comfortable even during extended use, great battery life and not too heavy like some too, it feels premium throughout and is hands down a step up from many in the same price band so gets my recommendation.

This strap is a definite improvement on the stock strap that comes with the Quest 2. It gives far better support to the headset and sits on my head comfortably. The extra weight at the back from the battery seems to provide improved balance.
The strap is also well matched with the headset in terms of colour. The only thing stopping me giving this 5 stars is the price – it’s 59 at the time of writing and similar straps without the battery are less than half that, so if you usually use your Quest 2 tethered to your PC you might want to look elsewhere.
Firstly, comfort wise, the headset is really good. Of course, you start to notice it after prolonged use, but it’s still comparable with other headsets I’ve tried in the past. The headset can easily be adjusted using the dial on the back of the headset and gives a lot of room for expansion.
The 5,000 mAh battery also means play can be extended by a few hours. The battery can also be charged while in use for continuous play using the USB-C port.
Weight wise, it’s still realitviely light, even with the battery included. As mentioned previously, you do start to feel it after a while, but I find that’s the same with the majority of headsets.
All in all it’s a good headset for the price and feels of good quality and durable, so it should hopefully last a while.
I have used the stock strap for a while since I had the oculus but after some time it did break which was disappointing. I must say that this one is quite comfortable and easy to use. The packaging was done well and the directions are easy to follow and understand. The strap itself is well made and seems durable even after weeks of use on various sized heads. I am however concerned about the black halo part though, it feels a little flimsy. I think over time this may prove to be troublesome.
It fits well on my head, nice cushioning and balanced. The batteries charged my OQ2 from dead to full fairly quickly and continued to charge it while I was playing. I played games while sitting and walking around. I did not have any issues with either game. Adjustment is easy providing a very comfortable fit. As mentioned however the band is light weight to a point of feeling flimsy but that could be the reason the head strap is comfortable. It will take some time to tell if the material will hold up.
Overall, I have been very happy with this head strap and it’s been working as expected. Im just concerned about its longevity. I highly recommend giving the strap a try if you are looking for an upgrade from the stock or elite one from Oculus. Save your pennies!

his is an elite strap which compatible to oculus quest 2, what makes it special is that it has an integrated 5300mah battery, so it could provide 2 hours more play time when fully charged
the strap is super lightweight even there is a rechargeable battery with it, i even thought amazon sent me the non-battery version of the strap, but eventually found it’s actually the battery version, overall it just weight only 353 gram
it got very thick padding around the strap, very comfortable to use, the knob at the back make the strap fit perfectly to my head
the battery provides max 10w output, good enough to power and charge the oculus headset without any problem
the only issue is that there is no power switch, it will be activated automatically when plugged in, i’m more prefer there is a switch that i could turn it on/off while having the headset on, now it’s a bit difficult to plug in the usb-c connector while i’m wearing the headset and my eyes covered
all in all, i’m happy with this product, would recommend

Really like the product. Before, I would carry a power bank to charge the oculus during use but to have a power bank incorporated into the strap is fantastic.
I was initially sceptical about the added weight but I found that it wasn’t too bad & I adjusted pretty quickly.
It was super simple to put on my quest once I removed the old strap (took less than 2 minutes overrall).
Charges through type-c so no extra cables needed, just use your oculus charging cable.
Really impressed! Cant go back now.

I have bought the official elite strap from my oculus and I ended up returning it as it broke. I have given this third party head strap a go and its a winner. Its very comfortable. It is so much easier to put on and off because there is a dial you turn and it tighens it and loosens it in seconds. Its cushioned and the design is great that it distributes the weight of the headset perfectly.
The next huge feature is the battery. This extends your play on the oculus. The battery doesn’t last long so this enables you to play for longer. The battery doesn’t asd too much weight to it and is situated round around the back and a cable plugs into the usb-c port. There is a charge pass through when charging it.
It’s brilliant and much better than the official elite strap with added bonus of the battery pack.
It gets a bit hot but apart from that its a brilliant replacement headset strap for your oculus.
