Epomaker is a great brand. They have some quality stuff. It’s one of the only cheaper mechanical key boards that I’d trust from Amazon. I set everything up and us this baby everyday at work and with some lubed holy pandas it is a joy to use.
What a great keyboard kit. It a great budget kit and with some gateron milky yellow switches, amazing absolutely best value for money
This is one of the best keyboard barebones I’ve ever bought. For this price they put foam and even more foam where the space is. Also the stabilizers are super super super good not wobbly at all and sound amazing. Highly recommend this as you don’t have to do too much to this board besides lubing switches.
Ich hatte ein Problem mit meiner Tastatur. Darauf hin habe ich direkt Support erhalten. Mir wurde sehr gut geholfen und ich wrde mich jederzeit wieder fr Epomaker entscheiden. War echt cool dir Tastatur zu bauen.
La tastiera fighissima, anche il fattore switch e il peso mi danno l’idea di qualcosa di costoso, anche se non lo . Come prima tastiera meccanica penso che possa andare pi che bene, sto avendo difficolt con i driver perch giustamente voglio modificare qualche tasto e li sto provando tutti. Avevo trovato pure un video su YouTube ma sparito
I purcahse this kit months ago, as a mechanical keyboard construction experiment, and what I made from this kit is the most incredible keyboard. I added some blue switches and some budget keycaps and used this keyboard with my Mac Mini and now I can type with anything else.
The only limitation I can think of is that there is no software for the Mac to customize certain features.

This is definately the best keyboard from epomaker I have tried, the quality is really good and not cheap plastic. The pcb is great and the hotswap sockets are great for any switches (I used gaeteron yellows.) Additionally, the knob is very useful, especially whilst watching youtube or netflix. The rgb is also very bright and there is a slight underglow, under the keyboard, which is quite useful to provide some light on your desk at night. I have also seen many reviews, claiming to say that the software for this keyboard contains a virus, I can assure you that this is not true. I have checked alongiside some of my friends, to determine this. The reason it is detected/flagged up as a “virus,” is because the signatured used by the company is cheap, as the company do not want to pay to have a license, this is common for many viruses, hence being flagged up so easily, by an antivirus. However, if you dont want to risk anything or just want to change the rgb once, you can download the software and change the rgb to your specific liking, and delete the software after use, the keyboard saves this in its memory, so you carry the keyboard anywhere and the rgb will be as you wish.
Overall, amazing keyboard from Epomaker and Next Time, hopefully, they will do some more collaborations in the future, would definitely recommend.
For the price the board is worth it with a few caveats.
Firstly the software is very bad and very hard to navigate, thankfully most of the controls are accesible from the board itself so realistically you may not need to use it.
Secondly it says it supports screw-in stabilsers and while this is true they are an incredibly tight fight into the plate, and also require you to trim the poron foam in order for it to sit correctly as well.
while the shift enter and backspace clicked into place on the plate the space had to be fitted into the plate first clicked into the holes on the baord and then the whole thing screwed together, not as easy as it should be to do.
Having said all that you can get a really nice souding and feeling board and for the money (and a little modding effort) so hence 4 stars. Just watch for that software though it’s terrible.
The knob gets kinda stuck and software for the boards rgb colour has virus?
i got this board after i had tried the same laypur board from glorious, but the glorious board had so many problems straight out the box. this is a fantastic replacement and I would recommend it over that board anyday, as long as you’re keen for some minor modding.
i got this board because i was specifically looking for a board with a rotary knob. they have a certain appeal. its hot swap with some rgb settings. though switchimg between lighting options can be fidgety. not a huge fan of north facing lights, but on this board theyre okay. just be careful with some cherry profile caps.
