Very pleased with this, bought mainly to improve circulation but have noticed a difference with muscle tone & slimming effect also. Plus I had higher energy levels after using it, especially when I had an op & didn’t use it for a few weeks after oh wow couldn’t wait to get back on. Would recommend for anyone thinking about purchasing this, I have RA & with going into winter this makes a massive difference if i can’t get out.
I was worried how it would affect my arthritic knees but it actually helps and I’m losing weight too.

This only arrived yesterday afternoon! Packed really well and looked far better than I anticipated it would! So easy to set up! Went on it yesterday (never been on one before so I had no idea what to expect!) even my jaw line was wobbling!
Did a night shift last night and went on it before I went to bed P1 only!

Substantially built. Much quieter than expected almost no noise at all. Easy to use. Instructions for programmes a little lacking but would recomend
