Wow what a machine
Very pleased with this, bought mainly to improve circulation but have noticed a difference with muscle tone & slimming effect also. Plus I had higher energy levels after using it, especially when I had an op & didn’t use it for a few weeks after oh wow couldn’t wait to get back on. Would recommend for anyone thinking about purchasing this, I have RA & with going into winter this makes a massive difference if i can’t get out.

This only arrived yesterday afternoon! Packed really well and looked far better than I anticipated it would! So easy to set up! Went on it yesterday (never been on one before so I had no idea what to expect!) even my jaw line was wobbling!
Did a night shift last night and went on it before I went to bed P1 only!

The machine is amazing it helps my wife out alot with regards to exercise as she is disabled and cannot run etc. She has dropped inches and weight using this along side a new healthy eatting habit.

Another gadget for the health obsessed.
My partner does lots of exercising and saw this and hoped it would help her tone. The thing she loves the most is it can be moved around easily and once hooked up to your phone it will play music, so you have a mini gym experience available in any room of the house. I can’t say whether this is doing anything specifically as she uses weights and does exercise classes but she thinks it’s good. The thing is hilarious when you’re turning it on, it’s as if they have found a woman with the most stereotypical Chinese voice to do the speaking for it.

Great affordable machine.
My daughter ioves using this. She says it is very powerful and gives good workout. Normally she used plates at the gym, and this plate compared well
As for me I have to be very careful as I have mobility problems, back, legs and knees etc plus arthritis in arms and shoulders. If I can I will. Be good to ease pain as medication not so effective on long term use.
For now daughter really rates this plate.
