Is this smart lock suitable for my door? The smart fingerprint lock is suitable for almost 99% of door types in UK. The size of our lock is 240mm * 60mm * 21mm. Just make sure the door thickness is between 38mm and 55mm.
Will personal data be shared? No, unlike other brands and their apps, Smart Lock will not upload any personal information to any app. We respect our customers’ privacy and only store their fingerprints on the device, so you never have to worry about your personal information being leaked and misused.
Do you need a WiFi gateway? No, the fingerprint door lock does not require a WIFI gateway, which is simpler to install and easier to operate than other door locks.
Why are fingerprints insensitive? When you first enter your fingerprint, be sure to place your finger in the center area with a slight shift so that you don’t have to precisely position your finger each time.
Will you shut me out? No, never worry about being locked, because when the battery is low, you will see the red light flashing as an indication, you just need to insert a new battery. If you ignore all the low battery warnings, the keyless entry lock still has a backup power port and a set of mechanical keys to prevent you from being left out of your home.
Can a smart lock be installed on my door? Compatible with most standard doors, the thickness ranges from 1-3 / 8 â€to 2†(38mm-55mm), the distance from the edge of the door to the center of the door hole: 2-3 / 8 â€(60mm) or 2-3 / 4 ” (70mm).
Is it waterproof / weather resistant? The outer panel of the lock is weather resistant. Our smart locks are rated at approximately -4 degrees Fahrenheit (above freezing) and up to 140 degrees Fahrenheit. It is also waterproof, but we do not recommend using it in direct rain (for example, if your front door is not sticking out and it is raining all the time).
Battery duration? With normal use, you will generally experience more than 6 months of battery life. Intensive use, estimated from 6 to 9 months. And you should also be able to see the battery life in the mobile app. When battery life is extremely low, the lock will notify you and begin to beep to notify you that the battery needs to be replaced.

These are the beautiful locks. I have installed them a month ago and never had any issues. They look classy, made with high quality material. Can use key, biometrics, or simply a code to open the lock. Deadlock function adds more security to the doors. I wish there is some manual latch inside to keep the door shut when needed.
Update : The same locks are sold for a way too low price by other sellers. I got same lock at 100 each from other seller. I felt completely ripped off.
