The watch was delivered on time. The user manual which arrived within the box was useless. There were very few instructions on how to operate the different functions or how to use the charger. Not everyone is knowledgeable on technology and more detailed instructions would be useful. Within the packaging is a screw on clamp which we have no idea what it is used for. We had to go on line to find out how everything worked.
I love this watch. Battery life advertised as 7 days but nearer 10. Ability to customise the dial is great fun. The presentation is very smart and two straps are a nice touch.
The app is very easy to use as well.
This watch has most features other expensive one’s have, battery life is exellent quick charge also, great that it gives you choice of watch strap in the box, easy to change. This is my second watch as my son was impressed and wanted one.
I bought this for my Dad who was keen to monitor his daily steps, heart rate and blood pressure. It is easy to use and the choice of two straps is an added bonus.
Extremely satisfied with this purchase. Was a little dubious as it was nearly half price but after buying this I realised I got a complete bargain!! Works as good as any leading brands, does everything I need it too. Definitely recommend this.
Love the connectivity very usefull for staying in touch with you apps on the go and the health tracker is also a very useful function. Over all a great watch that does every thing you need without a big price tag.
I did find this watch too big hence why I returned. Having said that, it is a very good smart watch. It makes and receives calls. App works well. If it was smaller face I would have kept it.
The watch is excellent. Comes in a lovely presentation box. The watch has so many features and you can choose many different faces on the app. I found it easy to set up on the app and sync the watch. It was a good fitting strap. Highly recommended

one wee annoyance doesn’t display the remaining battery life but the battery does last for a good lenght of time before needing recharged, depending on what apps you’ve switched on.

This watch arrived quickly and was very easy to set up, once charged. Great looks and with numerous options, normally only found in more expensive smart watches. It had an added bonus of the ability to swap watch straps, if needed. I thoroughgly recommend it.
