Having rheumatoid arthritis, sometimes I have problems getting in and out of my roll top bath, as the sides are very high. Bought this to help as it doesn’t look like one of those old lady stools they sell as aids!!

A very solid and reliable stool, which folds and unfolds easily. I use it for mounting and dismounting my Tacx cycle rollers, in the garden gym/shed. It’s very stable, and takes my 90kg with ease.

We have bought several of these. Only had this one about a month and it seems fine so far but the previous ones have all lasted well and the folding aspect for storage is great.
Overall a fantastic stool in many ways. It’s so easy to erect and fold, stores away in a narrow space, light to carry and just the job for reaching high shelves. With small grandchildren, it’s handy for them to be able to reach a basin and wash their hands.
Now I can reach to top of the bathroom cabinet with ease. A handy item to have around the house, without taking up much storage space

This little lightweight step is convenient, easy to use and stores easily. My partner is now using it round the house on a daily basis and has won me some unexpected brownie points. Also means that it’s not only me putting away the shopping 😉
Having two little ones who can’t quite reach the bathroom basin (and who also like to “help” in the kitchen), this stool is the ideal product. It’s robust to stand their weight and more and can cope with excitable jumping when being used (although we don’t encourage it!). It folds away easily and takes next to no room to store, with the handle making it comfortable and easy to move around. Great purchase and a reasonable price.

I am only 5’3″ & often have trouble reaching items that are stored on high shelves. So these easy to fold and carry steps are invaluable. I have 3 of them, 1 upstairs, 1 downstairs & 1 in my garage. Invaluable for reaching and removing spiders that always seem to be high up & out of reach!
I ordered this as I thought my dog was having problems getting in the car and it folds up so slides in behind the seats for him. Very sturdy.

The main thing I like with this stool is its sturdiness. It can easily take on my weight (11sts). It’s not so easy to fold, but I think that’s a fair trade off for its strength. The last stool I had was easily foldable but gave in after a few months. I would buy this again definitely.

This stool folds up flat so it’s only about 1 1/2 to 2 inches (40-50mm) thick, yet it folds out very easily into a quite sturdy stool that easily takes 14 stone (~ 89 Kg) without complaining.
Well made and sturdy and it saved me getting backache when painting the garden gate 🙂
I had initially worried the foldable nature of the product may lead to trapped fingers etc for the kids but the design is clever enough that this is never the case. Had now become part of teeth brushing and fetching things from shelves routine for the kids. Initially it was so popular that it became the dinner chair for the youngest. Robust and easy to use, a win.
This is an excellent LITTLE foot stool … It isn’t very tall so I would HIGHLY recommend measuring how much height you need and buy a stool that gives that much lift …

Much better than expected. High quality plastic, great mechanism for closing. Very sturdy to stand on (very important!) and I even sit on this occasionally to play my guitar – although you should note that it isn’t the height of a stool so if you have bad back don’t do this! Folds away very tidy and flat. Great purchase!

Nice little stool. Probably not as tall as I Hoped but that’s my issue for not checking. Stored away easily as folds up flat.
My only issue is that it makes such a loud noise when fold back down! Which scares the daylights out of my cat but he’ll get used to it.
I liked this stool for ease of folding up and keeping in a corner in my kitchen. Very handy for getting up to top shelves. I don’t have any problem opening it and clicking it into shape, but can see how some people might struggle. Once you get the knack of it, it’s fine. I would hesitate to jump up on it heavily, (if you were a heavy build person, I would think it would collapse) but it is very useful. I also sit on it when doing work near the floor.
My husband bought a taller version to use in his garage , which he likes, so all in all, a good product.
Can now use all the shelves in the kitchen as I can now reach themselves! Since it has arrived I have used this step every day. It is easy to fold/unfolding sturdy. Highly recommended.
Need to be careful how you mount it( I am a heavy weight) my lady finds it very handy. I destroyed first one after many years of usage.

I was amazed how easy this folding stool opens up and folds. As an ‘oldie’ I was pleased how sturdy and safe it was to mount and get down. I bought the 9″ version which is just right for putting cards on the picture rails or accessing cupboards. Stores flat and folds up in a small amount of space. Just lift the handle and it’s done.

I use this as a shower stool in my over-bath shower, it fits perfectly in my bath, is sturdy enough to easily bear my weight (10st) and folds easily to store down the side of the bath in between use.

Great little addition i fit meters and this little bad boy saves my knees and me for bending down. Im also 5ft 7 so its great to help increase my heigh so i dont have to use the step ladders all the time.
Neat little stool, quite sturdy, can take my 78 kgs weight no problem.Comes in quite handy for little jobs around the house where you need that little extra amount of height, and doesn’t take up much room when folded flat.Would recommend.
Glad I bought this. I use it in the garden when I am tending to my plants. Very comfortable and easy to move around and fold up.
This is ideal for something very lightweight and portable for reaching just that bit higher to assist with painting, cleaning cobwebs, changing light bulbs etc. It easily supports my full weight (85 kg) and seems to be quite sturdy after one week of use.

(1) The platform upon which you stand is approximately 28 x 21 cm; (2) the height of the platform is approximately 22cm; (3) when folded, the height from floor to top of handle is approximately 34cm, and width of the product is approximately 31cm ( because the base when opened out for use splays outwards slightly giving dimensions of approximately 31 x 25 cm).

As a side note, this product is VERY VERY handy but you MUST remember that the platform isn’t particularly spacious. Failure to remember this could result in a serious accident depending on what it is you are doing when atop of this; I have got used to it now (it’s the smallest step I own) so it’s no longer an issue (when I clamber aboard I now instinctively remember that there isn’t any room to move around, so if I need to change position (even slightly) I step off, move the step and climb back on. Sounds like a bit too much fuss when you see it in writing but after a very short while it becomes second nature and no bother at all.
And it’s really great for my seven year old who uses to reach stuff and as a stool.
Ideal for reaching tops of kitchen cupboards, my other stool was too tall. Love the no slip surface and its sturdy ess. Great that it also folds away, can easily store it down the side of kitchen units. Great value for money. Would highly recommend for tall people like myself when you just need that little bit more height. Great for changing ceiling lightbulbs
The reason I bought this step stool, was so I can access the Aquarium and reach the bottom of it for cleaning etc, didn’t want steps, just something to make me just that little bit taller, and that folds away neatly for storage, and this little stool is perfect, it’s big enough to stand on and it’s sturdy.

At 5ft 1in I often find myself searching for things that are out of reach, so this is the ideal solution. It’s lightweight, folds and unfolds in seconds and feels very sturdy when I’m standing on it. It’s very small when folded so it takes up hardly any cupboard space. I love the colour too!
I’m surprised by how sturdy this is. I was a bit worried when I was buying it that this would not take my weight (about 88kg), even though the description says it will take up to 250lb’s. I was worried that it might be a bit wobbly or something.
But it was absolutely fine. You can unfold it with one hand, pop it on the floor and just stand firmly on it with confidence.
EDIT I have revised my review – Unfortunately after a few months the stool cracked, so I bought an almost identical model from a different vendor, it too failed in the same manner within a few weeks.
So I don’t propose to waste any more money on folding plastic footstools. Such a pity as they’re so handy and practical. If only they were more robust they’d be great.
The handle folds flat into the stool when used as a stool however you need to be a bit careful as it is quite easy to catch your fingers when folding it up.

However, I can feel the face of the step stool depressing when I step on it. I am 185lbs, not sure what that is in kg (yes, I am American).
