Installed this unit in my kitchen and we have never had an issue with use. It’s been awesome. The water quality and taste has been perfect!
Absolutely love it!!
I have a coral tank and live in an area of h country that has really bad water. I figure from what I paid for water in the coral tank and drinking and cooking water this had paid for itself i the first month- not it is paying me in a manner of speaking. Only problem I had installing this was I had to run to Lowe’s to get a different washer for the supply line then was given in the kit. It cost all of $0.79.
I am thinking about getting one for each of the bathrooms now!
This really worked well in a small space. Easy to install. Highly recommend adding a little pressure ball to keep pressure up. However, what is more special is there customer service. My unit developed a small leak after 6 months and I submitted my request for support. They answered immediately and asked for a video, which I submitted. They sent a replacement unit. That is great customer suppo
I live in Orange county and TDS of water was around 350+. There was a layer of powder in the water after it settled and mind you , this was after passing it though the fridge filter which is pretty USELESS.
Output of the system is around 100 AFTER the mineralizer. the TDS is around 30-50 post filtering. Great tasting water and no more powdered layers.
Installation was a little tricky because i connected this one to the fridge. Flow is a little slow, due to RO but i would take that over chemical riddled water.
The water comes out great no complains the only thing I don’t like is the noise. The machine makes a noticeable amount of noise when working
Received first system that seemed to have some problems related to water pressure and a leak. I am not a handyman so emailed support. The support team was fantastic. They looked at photos and made a decision to replace the unit within a few hours of my contact with them. I got the new unit two days later and installation and operation since then have been perfect. The water tastes great. Takes up very little space. Well- built and easy to install, according to the person who installed it (not me).
I’m writing this review for people who are wanting to use this to service their fridge water and ice dispensers. I had read how refrigerators needed full pressure to create water and ice, and R/O filters just don’t put out enough pressure for them to work. As we have well water, this was critical for us. I did lots of research, trying to figure out what would work for us. I ended up with Frizzlife being the top choice. Let me say, TOTALLY PLEASED with the purchase!
I have an instant hot water tap and fridge line I was wanting to run off of this reverse osmosis filter. I purchased the fridge kit ($15) and then a recommended pressurized tank ($20) for immediate water before the pump kicks on, so I added those. I was concerned, as the line to my fridge is 1/2″ pex, but the feed from the R/O is a 1/4″ line. So, I would be going back up then back down in size. My concern was unwarranted. After hooking both the instant hot water tap and fridge up, there was plenty of pressure. We did run both of them at the same time, and after it goes through what is available in the small tank it does actually drop in water flow, but it’s a rare thing for that to happen in real life.
We purchased the unit that had the mineralizer afterwards, as I read about the taste without it. Great decision! It really does taste great, and this is from a person who will only buy certain brands of bottled water due to taste. I’m VERY picky.
Hopefully this helps if you’re pondering the same thing I was, and spent lots of time reading reviews and still worrying it wouldn’t work.
I was surprised with the quality of construction and most of all how well it cleans the water. I added the mini tank to add a little pressure to the system. It was as well or better that the older systems with tanks. My only concern is that it would not function if the power was out.
The unit is exactly as advertised. But being new to this, I had a number of questions. Every question was answered within a day, if not the same day. And the answers were right on. I highly recommend Frizzlife and the PX500-A.
Water unit is fairly easy to install. My background in plumbing is not extensive, people who are handy around the house (like to tackle projects on their own) will have no problem installing this system. Make sure you have an A/C outlet. A garbage disposal A/C outlet will not work as it normally is attached to a switch. The one issue I had was the plastic connector used to connect the plastic tube to the spout underneath the sink. One of the plastic connectors provided was broken. I tried using this piece three times and each time the connector failed and water spilled on the inner part of the cabinets under the sink. Finally I tried another connector (same size as broken connector) and that fixed the problem.
Our house had hard water of 374ppm. Frizzlife filter produces water with 9ppm. Water tastes great!
Pros:
Water taste is good.
It was pretty easy to install
Cons:
The filteration noise is louder than expected
Found the initial drop in water pressure once turned on to be an annoyance
This Walter filtration is THE BEST home investment you can possibly get! The best drinking water I tested the water TDS and In every glass I was getting 15 PPM or less. I got a hold of customer service since I needed and extension for the faucet and they replied back within minutes !! I am very very glad I chose the FRIZZLIFE !

Box came severely beat up but product was not damaged luckily. Fairly easy install but follow instructions to a T and think and plan all the steps in advanced. Not sure of durability as it’s a new install but happy as of now. My water is extremely bad reading ppm between 900 to 1300 in San Tan Valley AZ. After install, flush and 20 minute of letting it runs I tested again. It brought ppm down to 71 out of the reverse osmosis part and coming out of the alkaline filter to tap right around 110 ppm. Next weekend I’m installing a fully home 4 stage filtration system so it should help out even more. Currently just running an electric descaled which also helps a lot with our scale build up.
super easy to install.. small footprint. A water test meter was included. My total dissolved solids went from 445 to 40. the water flow is good. this is exactly what i was looking for.. so far.. very good!
I had a few question prior to ordering the PX500-A. The customer service with Frizzlife is top notch. They went above and beyond what was asked and were extremely responsive. The system was fairly easy to install and I am extremely pleased with the water quality. The water tastes smooth and clean. We also installed on the refrigerator water dispenser and the flow of the water was slightly slower than the original flow but not bad at all. I would highly recommend this system.
This is a compact tankless RO system, so we got it for our RV. Before I get into this review, let me just say that the water is good. Total dissolved solids is lower that dassani bottled water after you let it run for a bit. Taste wise: perfect, no complaints.
Now, for RV use; There are a few problems with this thing in an RV.
Problem one: I had planned to put the box component inside of a cabinet, but what the heck? It’s got buttons and lights! The front panel needs to be exposed.
Problem two: the lights are bright blue, exactly what you DON’T want to look at during the night. Well, I figured I’ll just put it on a switch, turn off the power, turn off the lights. Great… ish.
Problem three: Every time this thing looses power, it pumps rinse water down the drain for 30 seconds when the power is restored. As water use is a huge issue in an RV, loosing that water every day is less that optimum.
Conclusion: This is a low waste tankless RO system that produces good water, but is problematic in a motorhome installation. If you are looking for your motorhome, I would advise checking other options. We’ll replace this one at some point in the future (when it need filters?) if I can find a better solution.
I don’t hate it, but then I don’t like it.
We are very satisfied with PD400 system, it is compact, easy to install, and works very well. Immediately upon installation, we noticed small water leak from TAM3. We contacted customer service and were
impressed with kindness and responsiveness of Emily in handling this issue. We received new TAM3 next day and was so easy to replace the existing one. There was no water leak any more. We highly recommend PD400 system.
Installation was pretty easy, just have to make sure the supply lines are plugged all the way in. Works like a charm! Water had a PPM Value of over 750 from the faucet, now it is anywhere between 100-150 and tastes awesome! That’s the downfall of living in Arizona the heavily mineralized water.
I am glad we have this kind of water filtration system, thank you much Frizzlife. It’s a relief for me for buying water in stores, lifting 6 of 5gals.of Alkaline pure water every 4days to consume. My parents are both happy and enjoying now drinking pure water again thank you very much. I had a question and called the company, and they were great and answered all my questions and were very helpful. I will highly recommend this product.
This tankless drinking water filtration system is well worth the money . It cleans our water it taste” a lot better than before. We have city water before we got this water tank system our water tasted like Bleach water all the time. Now it is clean fresh water . Would highly remain it.
We bought this ro unit to replace an undersink 3 stage non ro filter system that was not working as advertised. The quality and taste of the water from the Frizzlife unit is excellent and it fits easily in the undersink cabinet.
VERY HAPPY WITH THIS TANKLESS REVERSE OSMOSIS WATER FILTRATION SYSTEM
I normally only drink distilled water but making the distilled water is becoming more work than its worth is why I purchased this reverse osmosis system. I was worried that I would not like the taste of this reverse osmosis water. I really like the taste of this water. It took zero time getting used to the taste because its very similar to how my distilled water taste. The system overall is very high quality. No leaks after installing the system and it was very simple to install. The TDS is between 18 – 37 PPM. Since this water filtration system goes through the 3rd alkaline stage of the system which restores essential minerals, adjusts the pH level and further makes the water taste very good the TDS level is telling us how many TDS minerals are being put out in that 3rd stage filter. The pH is 8.0. I used water pH Reagent liquid for testing pH level. I highly recommend this water filtration system especially if your extremely picky about your water taste and quality.
I am amazed by the quality of water I get from the filter. It was easy to install, it takes little space under my sink, and looks very fancy and high-tech, I almost wish I could show it on my counter. Another important thing is that the replacement filters are very cheap. now I can cook with the purest water and the best part of all is no more bottles of water everywhere. I was recommended the Frizzlife brand by a friend and now I will be recommending it to other people. Definitely buy this machine it will change your life and your health!!!
The set up was simple even for an amateur such as myself. However, it wasn’t quick because there are a several steps. Thankfully the instructions and the companies video on YouTube made the installation process a breeze. Looking forward to having more space under my sink after removing our larger RO tank system.
My water is from a well and it is also softened so I needed something to clean the water. This does a great job. I was up in the 400-500 ppm range now it’s 0. This thing was easy to install and works like a charm. I also purchased the refrigerator tee/mini tank and line so I can get my water and ice at the refrigerator. The mini tank is crucial if the water is going far. It puts less strain on the system. Great company! 10/10
Excellent water taste and flow, use it with the mini tank from them to boost pressure to my lg fridge, big cubes. Huge water saver over regular reverse osmosis systems, shuts off right after you close the fauset. Customer service is above and beyond expectations! Highly satisfied! Worth the price in water bill saving.
Easy set up. Just drill holes where you want and fix later. It is not as easy to set up as they make it sound. Way more than 30 minutes.
The flavor is better than the water we bought at the local water place. Wife is happy but the RO number reads — dash dash but I thought it supposed to have a numbe
So far so good, water splitter is leaking so have to replace it but overall easy install, great customer service though, i contacted them on sunday and they got back to me within an hour to clarify issue and resolve.
Peace of mind. The water tastes great. My coffee and tea taste great. Install was great except for a tiny leak. Waiting to resolve that with Frizzlife.
I promptly received a replacement part and the leak is resolved.
Truly they back up there 150% guarantee. Totally satisfied.
The unite is beautiful and we’ll thought out.
Nice designed product. All parts needed were supplied. Followed the printed Installation guide and it was easy to follow and straight forward.
I have been using the system for 2 weeks and it seems to function properly with the exception of the TDS display which shows only the two lower bars of the number display lit up.
Excellent product and fairly easy to install. TDS went down from 250 to 26. Water tastes good and is very clean.
The provided faucet is modern looking and well built. It matches our existing faucet design and looks good overall.
The instructions were easy to follow, which made the installation a breeze. Anyone can do it, even drilling the hole through granite. Just remember to hold the drill firmly and let the drill do the work. Start the drill before putting it on the granite at a 45 degree angle, if you start it after touching the granite, it will move and mess your countertop up. I did a dry fit first, since I have a garbage disposal and I had to turn it to the side. Then I drilled the hole, assembled the faucet and connected its hose, connected all other hoses and connectors, and finally set the system under the sink and attached hoses to it last. Turned on the water, connected power, then verified no leaks. Great tasting water with nearly no contamination and the water flow is good – no need fir the mini-tank.
Unit is compact and is one of the only tankless designs that has a post RO filter to add minerals back into the water. It is easy to install. I had a minor drip coming from the after-filter housing so I contacted the Frizzlife support folks. They immediately sent me a new housing and the problem was fixed. This RO system produces high quality water that tastes good, and the company has great support for their product.

The product shipped quickly and came undamaged. It was pretty simple to install with some very straight forward directions. After everything was up and running we tested our water from the faucet compared to our tap, along with our favorite bottled water. The tap water read a PH of 6.8 with a TDS of 150. The Frizzlife faucet had a PH of 8.3 and TDS of 48. We are definitely water snobs and this water has the taste and texture of our favorite retail alkaline waters.
I installed this RO system in our kitchen. Even though our well water isn’t too bad, we feel better about drinking and cooking with the RO water instead. The system was relatively easy to install and so far we’re pretty happy with
it’s performance. If this system continues to do well, I may consider installing a second unit in my van conversion as a mini- motor home.
Tankless is the only way to go if your considering RO for your home drinking water! I was impressed with the sleek design as well as the water pressure when compared to my old RO tank system.
Installation was easy, incredible tasting water no flows out of my city tap!
Looks nice and seems to work well. A little noisier than I expected while water is running. Install was fairly simple and I had to buy a cap for t-valve as I didn’t need a pass through. The valve lever leaks when fully opened. Good water flow. Overall I like it. I replaced a RO system with tank. After 8 months of use the water flow is slightly less. tds meter is no longer reading. The display shows no filters needing changed as of yet. We have a large household and system is used daily.
So far so good. Really like the idea of tankless and high production rate. Installation went pretty well. Worst part was making the quick-connect connection to the little faucet on top of the sink. We have a deep draw stainless sink with square sides, so had to fit a hand up between the sink wall and the back of the cabinet and push in that little blue clip while blind. Worked the first time but I think I was very lucky. Also, important to keep in mind it requires an un-switched (not disposall) 110V AC electrical connection. Otherwise, works great, water tastes great. I think we’re getting a 50 to 1 reduction in TDS.
I’ve had 2 RO systems from one of the top brands before, had nothing but problems… eventually had to get rid of both of them. I’ve spent many hours on research and thankfully I picked this system as a replacement, it’s just wonderful, very well built, compact and super easy to install and maintain, fully recommend! Thank you Frizzlife!
I’ve owned and installed two previous RO systems with the multiple filters and auxiliary tanks. And while I owned and used a TDS meter, I never had results like I’m getting with the 600 GPD unit. The photo shows a ppm of 03. But I also added the mineral and Alkalization unit too. Up to now, we have been purchasing bottled water at a rate of $60/mo. Multiply that by 12 months and you have just more than covered your cost for this unit!! There is only one thing I question in the setup info. Frizzlife says not to use a dedicated garbage disposal receptacle. When I installed my GD receptacle I split it to have one outlet on a switch and the other hot all the time. Since it is a 20 amp line and most homes that have electric under their sink, only have ONE line coming in, it seems like a waste of a perfectly good outlet to not use it. I’ve seen other tankless units with batteries which I find to be silly compared to Frizzlife.
Install easy but be sure the source valve knob has it’s phillips screw tight as mine leaked until I tighten the screw. Water tastes great, has a little noise as it has to force the water thru the system because there is not a tank.
I was choosing between Frizzlife and a couple of other filters (including those cheaper ones with tanks) and I ended up getting Frizzlife. Installation was relatively easy. Make sure you use the actual manual included, and not the smaller manual that’s on one small page inside the package. After installing I started with about 30 TDS. After a few months I’m down to 17 now.
I was also wondering if I could hook it up to my fridge. My fridge requires a pressure of 40 psi, which this filter won’t give you, however, even with the lower psi coming out of Frizzlife my fridge still gets the filtered water. The flow is smaller, the ice cubes are smaller, but it’s all working!
Easy to install. Great taste. TDS way up though.
I ordered the PD600 system with the TAM3 filter. Easy install and fit together nicely and no leaks.
But – When testing the water with the TAM3 filter removed my TDS test is about 20 ppm.
The instruction booklet says that with the TAM3 filter installed it may raise TDS levels slightly. However, mine raised over 280 ppm to a total and average of 300 ppm with the TAM3 filter installed. That seems pretty excessive. I don’t understand what would cause such a big jump.
Is this normal ? Is this safe ? Have other customers had similar experiences ?
This system is the best I’ve had so far I like that it doesn’t take up a lot of room (NO TANK)under the sink and the water pressure is really good compared to most systems. I’m replacing all the filters at around seven months due to the really poor water we have in our area and the filters are a little pricey but it’s worth it!
System was easy to install thanks to well-written instructions. Kit provides ever conceivable part required for installation. PH of 9 once the system was flushed. Water tastes great.
In my classes for the Doctor of Naturopathy diploma. One of the things we were taught throughout every course is the extreme importance of proper hydration (alongside quality sleep, exercise/movement, clean foods, natural supplements, breathing fresh air, etc). Reverse Osmosis filtration is very effective in removing impurities and leaving some beneficial minerals. I ordered this tankless RO filter system because the area under our kitchen sink wasn’t big enough for a larger RO tank. We had a handyman install it. The stainless steel gooseneck faucet is a very nice match to our existing water faucet.
Comparison to a Berkey filtration system: We had previously purchased a much more expensive Berkey countertop water filter canister and within four months we were unhappy with the purity of the water even with 8 total Berkey water filters installed.
This Frizzlife is pretty sophisticated and our water tastes so good. I love seeing the actual parts per million number indicator to let me know it is effectively removing the heavy metals and impurities out of our tap water.
Comparison to a countertop distiller machine: We also have had a countertop distiller for years which is beneficial for short term or intermittent detoxing of the body, but not sustainable for long term health to only drink distilled water that takes out one hundred percent of the minerals.
Comparison to our little Brita pitcher: no comparison. The Brita hardly did anything.
We will be using the Fizzlife tankless Reverse Osmosis filtration system daily for all of our drinking water, herbal teas, coffee, cooking, watering plants and filling the dog bowl, etc. I will be updating this review within my first year. I’m glad we purchased this system. Being adequately hydrated with clean water is extremely important to us. In comparing the initial price to other systems I’ve purchased, this one isn’t ridiculous. I just am curious as to how often we’ll have to replace the filters since we use water so much and what will the annual cost be. Time will tell.
I used a different nozzle to match my sink – it worked perfectly. Installation was easy, directions were clear, plenty of extra parts and tubing. Bought for the mineral water additive, was not disappointed!
Likes- I like that this is very affordable and reliable and the taste of water is so good and alkalized. My builder installed this for us but I do know that he said it was pretty easy.
The problem that a lot of people will run into is that they have to make a hole on the countertop. If you don’t want to make the hole you can get a different tap and attach the faucet to that tap. We did not use the faucet that frizzlife gave us. We used a different one. I even did the alkaline test on this and it’s pretty alkaline at pH of 8-9.
Dislikes- The faucet that it comes with it’s not so durable. We bought a different one.
Easy to set up and the water quality is almost as good as the bottled spring water that we had been buying. The stem was too short for my sink but customer service was super responsive and got me squared away. So far I’ve been pretty impressed with the top quality design and experience with the company.
This system was very easy to install and has a nice small footprint inside our cabinet. I have it connected to both the faucet that it came with and our refrigerator line. Although the pump pulsates a little when dispensing from the refrigerator, it works much better than our old tank system with low pressure. When dispensing from the supplied faucet it is flawless with a strong consistent flow of water and no pulsating from pump. Very happy with purchase as well as the customer service of Frizzlife.
Super happy with this system. Tastes great. Flow rate was my initial concern when purchasing but I’m happy to report that it is plenty fast. We use this water for drinking, cooking and washing vegetables. Only challenge with install was drilling a half inch hole through granite which required a special tool that I found eventually at home depot. Otherwise very simple install with clear directions.
Works great and no issues. The instructions weren’t the best but it was easy to install. I don’t have to worry about mold growing in a holding tank either which is unique for this RO system.
We have really enjoyed this machine! We were just discussing tonight how nice it was to not run out of water from our RO system. It took some getting used to because there is a hesitation in water production for about three seconds before it starts coming out of the faucet. Not a big deal once you understand that is how it works. It’s a good bit different from the traditional RO unit but the water tastes great and we don’t run short like we used to. It does makes some noise when it’s producing water, but again, it’s no big deal with the quality and quantity of water we are getting.
The product came with all the needed parts. It was easy to install. The filters was really hard to tightened at first, which the book did say it would be the first time as of the setup. Good pressure and taste.
Love this machine! Make sure you have enough water pressure… We have 60 PSI at the hose bib….. The machine works fine, but would not also completely fill the refrigerator ice-maker cubes (probably 25 feet of tubing away)…. Likely need 80 PSI for that….. Great tasting water at a pH of 7.3…… Perfect!

Providing an update to my earlier review. Frizzlife support was very helpful in addressing the leak issue I had with valve after the installation, they responded to my email within hours on a weekend and promptly sent me replacement valve with express air shipping, good thing they sent two valve, one as a backup.
After replacing the valve, the slow leak i was getting was addressed and my RO is functional now ( see updated pic). No issues so far and water tastes good, water flow is little slower than what I was getting with my earlier RO system with Tank but this I believe this is expected.
Earlier review:
Poor experience, got rid of old RO system with tank to go tankless with Frizzlife.
Installed the product as per instructions, as soon as I turn on the 3 way valve that came with the. product, it starts leaking from the valve handle itself.
The water taste great. It was pretty easy for my husband to install, but he is a plumber, so I can’t really judge on that. The only reason for a 4 is that the water comes out allot slower than I anticipated. It is a steady flow that doesn’t decrease at all while filling up a gallon, but nonetheless slower than I like. It takes a good 2-3 minutes to fill a 1/2 gallon.
I wasn’t sure about this RO system but I gave it a try and I wasn’t disappointed. The water taste is amazing. My wife always tastes one thing or another, even with bottled water but she loved the water quality out of this RO system. I’m done carrying bottled water 3 flights of stairs every other week. I had a minor hiccup and I contacted their customer service, within a few hours they responded and took care of the issue. I would definitely recommend this RO system to anyone.

I installed this system about a week and it’s working fairly well. I have purchased and used about 10 different ROs tank systems over the last 10 years. I have installed the iSpring and Apec systems. I bought this unit to replace my Apec 5-stage system. Nothing was wrong with the Apec. However, I wanted to save space with tankless and try out the remineralization filter this comes with as well.
installation:
The unit was easy to install. But, keep in mind that i have installed RO systems a few times. And, in mine case, I was replacing a system. So, some of the work like the waste pipe hole was already done. And, I knew how to deal with all the fittings and such. Most every thing is easy if you have standard water lines under your sink. The kit comes most everything you need. You will need a drill a hole to install the saddle for the waste line. But, it’s just one hole and easy if you are drilling into plastic waste pipe. Also, I already had a faucet installed from my previous RO system. However, if this a new install, you’ll need to use an existing hole or make hole a new one in your sink or countertop. That could be the most difficult part if you are not handy. They have a video for the installing as well. Pretty good. I liked it. The quick install paper guide can also be used. But, if this your fist one, watch the video as well. Lastly, I thought the kit game with good parts compare to other systems. They were generous with kit and extra pieces. They even included a razor to cut the included piping down if needed.
Filtering:
I have not sent my water out to a lab for testing. Will do that if i keep this unit. However, my input in TDS is about 400-ish here. The unit’s display claims 05-06 TDS output. And, at the faucet after the TAM3 remineralization filter, it readys 40 -100 (yes, weird that readings would vary that much). Keep in mind, TDS does not dictate water quality. That is just telling you the count of Total Dissolved Solids. So, those could be good or bad of is in the water. But, at least you know it’s filtering something. Going from 400 to 6 is stellar. My previous RO went from 400 to 22.
Water Flow:
The unit claims about 600GPD. I measured about .40-45 gallon per minute at the faucet and half that at my refrigerator faucet (see section on refrigerator below). This water flow is a bit slow for sure. But, for glass of water, you are fine. If you need to fill a pot, you need turn it on and walk away for a bit for it to finish. The 600 GPD rating is reallygood and means that the amount in day that this unit can filter is substantial. My last unit was 90GPD. However, since it had a tank, the water dispensed faster than this unit. Of course, if you sit there and deplete the tank, you have to wait for more water to be generated. With this unit, even though the flow is slow, it’s keep going and you won’t run out unless you let it run for more than 30 minutes continuously at one time. After 30 minutes, the unit go into protection mode. Which is a good thing if you accidentally left the water running. Also, saves your filters too.
Taste:
This subjective, of course. I felt the taste was okay. Not sure if it will change over time. My previous RO system tasted better in my opinion. But, it might be because this one adds back the minerals. So, maybe I’m simply not used to it. Don’t get me wrong. it’s better the regular tap water. Just was exacting more of SmartWater taste. Again, I think it’s a matter of opinion.
Nice Features:
1. TDS Display – this unit has a big digital TDS output display on the front. You can see it pretty clearly. This reading tells you what the unit outputs. I wish they showed you the input TDS value to the unit. That would be really nice.
2. Filter Life Indicator – The unit has these bars in the display that show you when the filter life is up. I have not had the unit long enough to see if this works well. But, I like this too. Before on my other systems, I have to measure water TDS or mark on my calendar if they have just been there too long.
3. TAM3 Filter bypass and maintenance – So, the external remineralization filter allows you to remove it without turning water off or unplugging the main unit. Also, if you want to bypass it, you can by removing it. I wish the main until allow this as well. The main unit requires you to turn off water and power to replace cartridges.
Noise:
I don’t have pro db meter handy or a controlled sound room. But, using my phone DB meter, I saw about 40-50 at 2 feet away with cabinet door open. it’s hard to really measure this as there are a ton of factors involved. Like your cabinets. Surface of the cabinet, how much stuff you have in your cabinet and such. Simply, I didn’t think it was that loud for me. With cabinet door closed, it’s really not that load. If you get this unit and want to reduce noise and vibrations, you can put a rubber mat or pad under it. I have water proof mat under my mine.
Refrigerator Integration:
I have Whirpool French Door unit and it states in the manual that it needs 40-60psi water pressure. I contacted Frizzlife support and they claimed their unit delivers about 14.5~29psi of water pressure. So, below what my fridge wants. Does it work? Well, kind of. I mean, my fridge makes ice. I have to empty the bin completely and see if this unit can refill completely in one shoot and how long it takes. But, I do know the ice is smaller and production seems slower. Where I’m really disappointed is the fridge faucet. This has dropped to half the water flow speed. From 6-8 seconds to fill 1 cup to 16 seconds. You have to really want water from there to wait there that long. The regular faucet is slow. But, this takes it do another level. Also, my distance from under the sink to fridge is about 18 feet. So, that probably reduce the pressure a bit. Unfortunately their support says there is no way to increase the pressure. This is something the tank systems can over come. Some tank systems by default have better pressure. But, you can alway add booster or pump to tank RO systems. If you need to connect to fridge, you might want to consider a different system.
Customer Support:
For most products, i don’t usually contact their support. But, in this case, i sent an email in to see if anything can be done with the water pressure and speed of flow. The support responded very quickly and was very nice. They were very honest about their system and tried to help out. Unfortunately, they were not able to solve this issue. But, they were very responsive and tried to explain things to me. Most purchases on Amazon have terrible sellers with limited support. At this time, I thought Frizzlife was good and friendly.
Overall Impression:
I really really wanted to like this unit. Small, compact and good industrial design. I like the quick inserts filters and no tank. It saves a ton of space under the sink. And, you don’t run out of water as easily as the tank system. Water tastes okay and you the minerals back your water. However, the water flow is really disappointing. If I can figure out how to increase pressure, I will return it and go with a tank system that does remineralization. This unit cost almost double that of other tank systems. So, I’m being picky for a reason. And, yes, there are tank systems with remineralization. If you are not going to use with a fridge, I think this is a fine system. But, right now my family won’t use the water from fridge because of the slow flow.
Anyway, hope my review helped. If someone figure out how to increase water pressure on this system, please comment. If that issue was resolved, I would give this unit a 5 star. But, it’s losing 1 star right now for me due to water pressure.
Easy installation, has a small pump inside to increase water pressure allowing me to install on fridge water line via basement. The installation was very simple and the devices form factor makes it a space saver and not an eye sore. The water tastes amazing, my wife is very picky when it comes to taste, and loves this water. Have only had it a few days, but so far love it!!!
Really like the product and service. Support was quick to respond, the water comes out nice and fast. I have it hooked up to a hot and cold faucet, and works great. Only down side is the motor is a little noisy and the 3 way valve that came with the unit would not work in my case and I needed to buy a new one from the hardware store.
Love this. I wanted one that was digital so it can tell me when I need to change the filters. I had a plumber install it for me. Only took them 30 to 45 minutes maybe to do. It has 3 filters. I wanted one that didn’t have too many filters. I love that it gets rid of all metals and fluoride and everything else. I was able to get it hooked up to my refrigerator. So now I have filtered water and ice cubes. Love this one.

Well packaged, product seems to be doing great. Just installed. Will
update Once I have time to test.. *Update* We have been using this for 3 weeks now. Water taste great. No leaks, and water flow is great. This has brought my TDS down to 11 before adding minerals back in. Should have bought one of these a long time ago. The only thing I miss going from our 5 gallon jug stand alone water dispenser is the instant cold water as this is only tap water temperature.
*** 01/23/2021 *** We have been using this for 5 months now. We still absolutely love it. I couldn’t be happier with the taste. We recently had a very slow drip coming from the faucet into the sink. When I reached out to Frizzlife via their facebook page, just to ask if it was normal they quickly offered to replace the faucet without me even having to ask. I had the new faucet in hand 4 days after contacting them with this question. I rarely experience customer service that responsive. Another bonus we have noticed. I have been using the water from this system to water our plants. I have never had plants look this green and healthy. The minerals added must be doing their job.
Here’s what I wrote to a neighbor via nextdoor.com, when she PM’d me after I posted about this filter under a thread on (under-sink) RO filters:
“I LOVE the Frizzlife! I had also looked at Waterdrop, but I don’t think their models come with the extra alkaline-reminiralization filter, which not only improves the taste (as pure RO water is ‘dead’ water…) but also adds small amounts of minerals back, which our bodies need.
“The iSpring 6-stage (with tank) I had before also included a reminiralization cartridge, but somehow it never tasted right.
“If you’re picky about water for tea, then you definitely don’t want ‘dead water’. Whereas the Frizzlife has really brought out the fragrance and taste of my favorite high-mountain Oolong tea.
“The Frizzlife also shows the current TDS level before remineralization, another plus.
“Finally, even though I can’t speak for Waterdrop since I haven’t seen theIr user/installation manual, I can say that the Frizzlife is not only super fast (meaning one mustn’t walk away while it’s filling a glass or pot!), it even restored water pressure to my kitchen faucet for some reason! Who knows, maybe it’s due to the excellent quality of their 3-way feed water valve?
“HTH!”
Moreover, I also disliked the iSpring 6-stage because you have to TURN IT OFF when you’re away on vacation, for example, or bacteria could build up in the tank? I mean, an RO filter that needs… babysitting?????
Last but not least, my neighbor also installed this filter not even a week ago, and she LOVES it, too!
This unit is working wonderfully for us. I really like the tankless feature and the re-mineralization , The taste is great and we are assured of having great quality drinking water. Our 15 year old grandson helped install it just over a week ago. It takes up much less space and you have pure water on demand. Very happy so far.
Pretty easy to install. Love that it’s tankless. A little noisy when you open faucet but stops once you close it. And slight water flow hesitation upon opening faucet.
Quick response from customer service.
I’m so impressed with this filter and the customer service I received. This filter takes up a third of the space my previous water filtration system filled and produces water that tastes significantly better. Customer service is also excellent. I had an issue in the installation process and reached out over email. Within the hour, on a weekend, they had responded with feedback. All around, this has been a great experience.
The installation video and written instructions are incomplete, and there’s scant explanation of the on-device readouts.
My Frizzlife purifier has been in service for four days, and overall, I am very pleased. It is relevant to note, that before buying this machine, I did a lot of research and watched reviews for several months. A list of pros/cons follows.
Pros:
* Water quality seems good at an indicated 28 TDS.
* This was the only RO machine that had such a good waste ratio AND remineralized AND PH balanced the water.
* The filters are supposed to last a long time.
* The taste is great. The water now has a tiny bit of a spring flavor that I believe comes from the remineralization in stage three.
o The wife and I did a blind taste test, and both of us found the Frizzlife filtered water to taste much much
better than tap water and very similar to Aquafina.
o Because of the taste, I have increased my water consumption.
o Coffee tastes better too.
* Everything is well-packaged/protected, and the machine looks sharp. And seems well-made.
* Doesn’t take up a ton of room under the sink.
Cons:
* Cost-there are a lot of similar machines on Amazon for a lot less.
* The faucet that comes with the machine looks nice, but is a little flimsy. The base is firm where attached to the counter, but the actual faucet is wiggly in its base (where is turns right or left). I hope it won’t be an issue in the future.
* Made in China.
* The speed of the fill is adequate but just barely. I fill a 50 oz. bottle in about 33 seconds. If you need to fill a lot of large containers/pots quickly, this may not be for you.
* The noise is noticeable. Any time you turn on the faucet, you are going to hear a hum. About the same as the noise that would come from a floor fan if you shoved it under the sink. I feel a slight vibration too.
All in all, I am extremely pleased with the purchase and the pros far outweigh the cons for me.
UPDATE: The water taste and clarity are still great…..TDS level is now a steady 14. The faucet that was included is still flimsy and won’t last as long as one would hope. The noise and vibration every time I turn on the faucet it the biggest down-side. It literally causes the floor to vibrate. I am going to start looking for something to put under the unit to dissipate some of that rattle. I would buy it again for the taste and quality of the water that it turns out.
Ifv you are loomking to pay for a top rated system this is the one. Easy install and doesn’t take up much space. 100 % clean water but adds back minerals to make the water taste extra good. Slight pump sound when you turn on but quiter than most.
I have had my eye on this system for months. We had been planning a small kitchen remodel anyway, so we thought it would be a good time to replace our old RO system with it’s giant tank with this tankless system. The installation was very easy, only took me a few hours (with distracting kids) to complete it and the water tastes AMAZING!!! I will say, the system did need to flush longer than the instructions indicated. After the directed 20 minute flush, there was still a little weird taste, so I flushed it again for another 20 minutes, which did the trick. Absolutely no weird after taste, just clean, delicious water. And it only uses a fraction of the space under my kitchen sink now. I highly recommend it.
Great RO, like that is has a mineralizer, it’s pretty large and barely fit it under the sink but I made it work (house is old and sink space is limited). Had to get a couple other items to make it connect to both the sink and refrigerator for the ice maker and it works well for each. I would say it’s faster than the tanked RO systems and you don’t have to worry about a tank pressurizing etc. Had a $20 -$30 habit of Fiji water a month, plus drank other bottled water normally. Needed to stop and this system has been a great fit.
I just installed the system and the water tastes great. Install was fairly simple; I used the quick install sheet included. The sheet did not mention the included Teflon tape and I didn’t see it until later in the install so I didn’t use it, but the gaskets were in the fittings and there are no leaks.
The water flow is good. Not too fast or slow. The product does indicate that you need to have the faucet completely open when serving water or it can cause a malfunction. So if you need to be able to do a slow flow often this might not be the product for you.
TDS shown on the system is reading around 27 and I was expecting a number below 5. I am in Austin, TX. I will be contacting support to see if this is normal.
Overall it seems like a great buy. I will try to update the review after contacting suppo
It has been great up to now. Constant flow, instead of my previous filter with tank which slows to a drip after a few cups. However, this morning I noticed a leak. Trying to remedy the situation with manufacturer. Will update.
I was pleasantly surprised that everything just worked perfectly, didn’t have to do any troubleshooting or messing around to get it set up.
I opted to put mine in the basement under the kitchen sink. It’s on a shelf up near the ceiling, so probably two feet lower than it would be if it was under the sink. I was worried about the extra height impacting the pressure at the tap, but no issues.
Another plus is that they give you a ton of extra parts, particularly the little clips for the quick disconnects. I was just able to finish the setup using the supplied tubing, even though the amount they give you is based on installing under the sink. Also I opted not to use the saddle for the drain line, mine simply drains in the same spot my washing machine goes to.
Overall I slightly modified my setup from what the ‘default’ installation would be, with great results. I definitely would have no issues recommending this unit to someone else.
we have over 700ppm water in our area and this amazing device took it down to 70! we were fortunate that we could split the line and send it to our refrigerator too and have cold clean water and clean ICE too! This does need an electrical outlet, and our outlet was wired for just the garbage disposal. I had to rework the wiring a bit so the top outlet was always hot (for the RO Water), and the bottom still remained for the garbage disposal switch.
Use the “push to click” type of splitters if you are going to run to the ice maker. Don’t do the copper connectors those are a disaster waiting to happen.
Our space under the sink was too small for a tank system. This tankless is awesome. The water is incredible. My wife is very picky about water taste. She insisted always on bottled water. She loves the taste of this. doesn’t drink bottled water anymore.
The one thing we noticed is that for the ice maker and cold water coming out, it’s very slow. Tank systems are probably faster if you can, use those by this manufacturer. The remineralization is awesome on this. I believe that’s how the flavor comes out so good.
Our tap water is disgusting. This has completely cleaned it and made it drinkable! Amazing product. Well worth the investment.
The product came well packaged, no missing parts, pretty clear instructions. I chose to install it in the basement rather then under the sink as I already had all the tubing from the old filter. After installing everything close to the drain, I noticed that TDS counter never got updated after several minutes of running the system. Then I noticed, that when the system is running, the pump keeps turning on and off every second or so. I found in QA on Amazon that the output line length should not exceed 15 ft. Tested with a shorter line and everything worked fine, so I had to move the installation closer to the sink. Water tastes great now. Can’t wait to brew my next batch with this water!
I have PEX piping at home with 1/2 inch faucet. It would’ve been better if a separate tee fitting for 1/2 inch was included instead of adapters. The adapters leaked after redoing installation multiple times. I ended up buying a new 1/2 inch tee fitting.
I recenently purchased a two stage water drop tankless system, unfortunately after testing the treated water with my ppm gauge there was no change. Keep in mind I have soft water going into the system
After installing the frizzlife system there was a significant change in the ppm gauge for the better.
Gauges dont lie. I’m happy with the Frizzlife system.
The water from this system tastes very smooth and good. The installation was simple and I am very happy with this product. The filter feels very sturdy and well made as well, and is a quiet system. I can already tell a difference in alkaline remineralization because my old reverse osmosis did not taste as good and smooth. I definitely recommend this high-quality product!
Yes very happy with it so far. The only problem we had was the faucet opening adaptor was a hair too small for the existing opening in our sink. My husband had to drill a new hole to install the new faucet. I was able to find a soap dispenser to put in the old opening so all is well. The water has a better taste than our old unit and I love the tankless system! Fits nice under the sink leaving more room for storage. A quiet hum when it is running that you barely notice. Nice pressure and endless supply.
I initially bought the Waterdrop RO system based on it’s reviews and the fact that all three filters are housed inside the unit. My main concern was the supply pressure to ensure my new LG fridge with both regular ice & craft-ice would have enough water pressure. To my dismay, after installing Waterdrop, ice production came to a near halt, with ice-cubes only half it’s size. I returned Waterdrop and bought Fizzlife.
The system is smaller since the third filter is located outside the main unit. To my delight the Fizzlife unit had significantly better water-pressure; specifically at startup, the pump would kick in much faster and maintain waterflow, when Waterdrop took far to long to start the pump which caused an anoying delay and likely the problem my my icemaker. The icecuber and craft-ice came out in full size and shape, even better than before having the RO installed. Ice is crystal clear and water tastes amazing.
Anyone concerned about water-pressure for your fridge & icemaker, Fizzlife will not disappoint.
Definitely occupies less space under the sink compares to traditional RO system, however, now I have to scourge to find connector to my fridge since it is not included. Taste wise, it is like the water from my old RO…..I took around 6 hours total to drain, dismantle my old 4 filter traditional RO, went to Lowe’s to find adapter to connect to my old sink pipe and connected the new frizzlife RO system (it was my first time doing all these…so it’s doable for any newbie!).
I had it professionally installed. Great water flow and quieter than I expected for a system with a pressure assist pump. This was purchased for kitchen use and for water in my aquarium (so 30 minute reset timer is a bummer). Water taste is good with the re-mineralization filter. My wife is much happier with this system compared to the previous 2 gallon tank RO system. We wanted something to replace a GE Merlin tankless system we installed 10 years ago that we loved but is no longer available – and this takes up MUCH less space under the sink than a tanked RO or the GE tankless. Highly Recommended.
Easy to install, water output and quality are great and I’m just glad to have a compact water filter without the bulky tank.
Love it! Quick delivery and water tastes so much better and I’m no longer worried about flouride levels in my water!
First time having an R.O. system. I installed it myself. Instructions were okay photos could have been better with more focus on the more difficult parts. I had difficulty understanding the man in the video because if his heavy accent. Water tastes okay however I have not tested ph as it advertised slight alkaline ph. Also would like to know mineral content. I have Super hard water 950 to 1000 ppm and after R.O. it’s about 80. I was under the impression the output flow would be faster because of claim made in their literature about the pump it uses .
I really like the steady stream of water that this produces… that is after it starts. Like other reviews state, when you first turn the faucet on, the water shoots out for 1/4 second with strong enough force that if your glass is shaped just right, the water can come splashing right out. That is followed by maybe 1/2 a second of nothing, which I suspect is the time it takes for the pump to kick in. The pump is hardly noticeable to me.
The plumbing parts they provide is everything you need, but nothing that I wanted. I wanted to tie my 1/4″ copper fridge line into this, so I had some existing plumbing that I wanted to tie this into. But a trip to the hardware store took care of that. The water supply line is 3/8″ and the output is 1/4″ plastic.
It has its quirks, but I’m happy with it.
This is the fourth RO system I’ve installed. All previous units were Watts Premier and strictly RO systems with no remineralizing. As I’ve installed them before, I’m not the best judge if you are new to plumbing and equipment installation. However I will say this is by far the easiest to date, once I got the 1/2″ hole drilled in the granite countertop.
We did not use the included faucet (brushed SS). Instead we chose an APEC faucet that was brushed nickel, accepted 1/4″ tubing, and was a better design match for our kitchen. No problems with installation.
No tank, easy filter replacement, and it takes up less space under the sink. There are a couple competing companies making on-demand RO systems but this is the only one I saw that put minerals back in the water. And it tastes GREAT! I checked the TDS coming out after the alkalizer filter and it reads 19. Much better than our standard tap water at 67.
I was able to put the mineral filter behind the main RO unit to save space which was key for my Wife. If you perform this type of installation, be sure to leave enough 1/4″ and 3/8″ tubing so you can pull the main unit out and sit on the floor. That way you can easily get to the mineralizing unit when it’s time to change. Frizzlife gives you plenty of tubing, but be efficient. Depending upon where it’s installed and the location of your faucet, you could run out. I had plenty.
The only problem I had that caused a delay was the included drain saddle. All our vertical pipes under the sink were thicker so I had to get an adjustable 1/4″ drain saddle off eBay that would accommodate thicker tubes. I included a pic of the drain saddle I used. The cost was less than $10 with free shipping. Frizzlife might think about adding an adjustable one if enough people have that problem. In all fairness to Frizzlife, the other RO units I installed all came with 1.5″ drain saddles.
Highly recommend!
My first unit has some issue, but the customer service is great at Fizzlife, they replace the unit within a couple days. Now the unit is working flawlessly. I just tested the purity of the water with a TDS meter, the purified water (before re-mineralization) is 9 PPM, the tap water is ~ 96ppm and the waste water is 248ppm. After doing some math, the Purified to Waste ratio is 1.7:1, which is better than the rated 1.5:1. This will save considerate amount of water compared with other cheap RO unit with a tank. And this is tankless, so no need worry about bacterial growth in the tank…

Water taste better, easily to install. Water has a crisp and refreshing taste, I enjoy drinking water now.
I just finished installing this myself, following the provided instructions. It was super easy and it took me about 30 minutes, all you need is a drill and a screwdriver. Water quality from tap was 194 ppm, after RO it was 9 ppm and after remineralization it was 19 ppm. It’s not very noisy, it looks great and the filters are not expensive to replace.
What I really like about this, vs other similar systems is the last stage where it remineralizes the water and balances the pH, so I don’t need to use an alkaline pitcher, it’s all built in.
I received this system a few days ago after searching for an ro system capable of producing the large amount of water I need in my home without the space for a large holding tank. Following the instructions and video the install really was one of the more simple tasks I’ve got myself into, couple hours on my day off not breaking a sweat and it came on without any hassle – tds reading 30 to 24. Needing multiple 5 gallon buckets filled I clocked how long it took- 12 minute flat, that’s with its auto flush but shutting off in between buckets to avoid the 30 min lockout, this unit is exactly as advertised and i highly recommend it over anything you’ve tried in the past.
