Easy to assemble, comfortable and stylish. Definitely recommend as value for the money
Exactly as expected. Very easy, if a little time consuming (2.5hrs) to assemble alone (5’2″ 57kg woman). Looks great and very comfortable. Arrived with one odd (different shade and fabric) cushion, but was replaced hassle free within 5 days. Great buy! Happy customer!
Recently decided to give our garden a makeover on a budget. Wanted a nice corner piece for the decking that wasn’t going to cost the earth and came across this little number. Ordered it and it came literally 2 days later which i was so impressed with!
Although it’s a bit fiddly to put together (not much room to turn the Allen key), it looks absolutely gorgeous when it’s all up. I left the plastic on the cushions the first couple of days because of our lovely British weather but finally had chance to sit on it last night and it’s so comfortable. You literally sink into the cushions! We noticed that liquid just slides off them as well which is an added bonus if the weather decides to surprise us with a light shower.
Can’t comment on durability at this time as we haven’t had them too long but so far so good!

Item arrived in 4 boxes over 2 days. Easy to assemble as instructions were easy to follow. I assembled it by myself. Nice and comfy to sit on, my friends all like it.
delivered by Yodel – driver tried to throw the glass table box over my gate as daughter could not open it quick enough – not happy with couriers attitude – sofa set is good – easy to assemble (1 hour on my own).
A little bit tricky to assemble due to over welding near bolt holes, on the whole very pleased. Cushions comfortable and easy to store
Bigger than expected. Not to difficult to put together
My only slight criticism would be it’s not as grey as it looks in the pics. The rattan has a slightly beige colour thru it aswell as grey
But everything was in the boxes as it should be so looking forward to the summer bbqs ahead
The sofa was perfect worth the money so happy with it bigger than expected turned up all in one day despite it coming in 4 massive separate boxes yet when I came to open the box the table was all smashed the delivery driver laughed at me as I said why is box rattling with glass so was clearly the driver who had damaged it waiting to hear back frm Amazon an the selle

Came in two separate deliveries but was contacted by the seller before hand and explained this so wasn’t panicking. Fairly easy to assemble, only had to put sofa together as stools and table came in one piece already made. Arrived earlier than told it would also which means it up in time for the heatwave. Am pleased with purchase, value for money and service. I’ve had some nightmare rattan sets before now but this has made me smile. Hope it lasts.
Was a little wary, buying something with no reviews on Amazon…but really impressed! The four boxes came over two days but we’d been made aware of that, and was given the tracking details for all four. And they came three days earlier than expected (particularly impressive after the long bank holiday weekend!).
The furniture was really easy to put together. There’s a lot of Allen Key work, so recommend using a drill with Allen Key fitting to speed it up. The instructions recommend a two-man build, but I didn’t struggle at all on my own.
Everything arrived in perfect condition, and it looks amazing in my garden! Particularly for the price, this is a really good product and I highly recommend.
Only real complaint is that the first day delivery, we’d popped out and the delivery driver just left the two massive boxes on our front step. Whistl don’t provide any details to their delivery tracking, other than “Out for delivery”. But that’s a complaint for Whistl, not for this item!
