Est bastante bien si tienes problemas en la columna. Con este aparato consigues tener fija la columna a la hora de hacer los abdominales.

Ho provato in passato un prodotto simile . Comprato per la mia compagna. stato facile montarlo. All’apparenza sembra un po’ delicato ma per la corporatura media della mia ragazza dovrebbe fare il suo compito. Nota da segnalare : mancano gli elastici come invece si vedono da immagine in descrizione.
Arrivato in anticipo,facile da montare perch spiegato molto bene. Grazie Al foglietto con gli esercizi si ha un buon piano di lavoro. Consigliatissimo.
Was easy to assemble until I got to the part where the spring had to be assembled. The machine is ok. I would say it is better for someone who is starting out with fitness. I found even the highest resistance to be too easy. To overcome this, I use a kettle bell weight whilst doing my ab work. My only real complaint is that some of the foam rollers were squished out of shape and remain so. Not a defect worth sending back for though, just an irritating cosmetic issue.

Non stato proprio semplice montarlo, per via del libro delle istruzioni poco chiaro, ma alla fine nulla di impossibile.
Mi molto utile per gli addominali e anche per il mio mal di schiena, oltre che per tenermi in forma.
Quindi direi che stato un ottimo acquisto che mi sar molto utile e l’ho voluto fortemente proprio per le sue caratteristiche che mi sono sembrate quelle pi adatte a quello che cercavo.
Il montaggio abbastanza semplice e comodo da usare. L’attrezzo aiuta durante l’esercizio a non far faticare parti del corpo inutili concentrando lo sforzo sulla parte interessata

i just put it all together in 10mins after getting out of the box and iam a lady in my mid 50’s and i found so easy to put together and to use love it fits perfectly in my bedroom and not even in my way , in other words it is compact little machine .

Prte pour ma muscu! Facile monter, prend trs peu de place et se replie tout aussi facilement. J affirme qu il y a bien des muscles dans le bas ventre! C est gnial! Hyper contente!

on facile da montare ma una volta completato il montaggio attrezzo molto funzionale
Tre livelli di regolazione per intensit della molla ma la cosa fantastica il seggiolino ruotante, con le gambe raccolte sul corpo si lavora bene coi fianchi.
Imballo integro non mancanza nulla completa anche di maniglie ad elastico per allenare braccia e gambe. Nel suo piccolo un buon prodotto.
C’est utile pour des exercices muscles sur la ventre, l’aide des jambes et contre le dos. c’est vraiment impeccable et des bons exercices. Quel sport !
