The brushes look good, with soft bristles and handles that are ergonomically designed to provide a comfortable grip. Although I haven’t used them yet to find out if they are lossless Im trusting in the advert that they are. To be fair Harris paintbrushes generally are lossless.
Really good price but I haven’t used them as yet. I normally buy paint brushes from Screwfix but I thought I would try these as they were on offer. Great price for 5 pieces and the brush quality feels very good
I bought these brushes for use with water-based paints. I am very pleased with their performance. They hold paint beautifully and are a delight to use. The only thing I would take issue with is that I think they claim to be bristle loss free. This is not strictly true. I was working in the paint vigorously into an embossed wallpaper and noted a very few bristle s detached. I am not sure any brush can be totally free from bristle loss and I did not find the very small amount of bristle loss from these brushes in any way disappointing. I would definitely recommend them. They do take a good bit of cleaning because they take up the paint so well.
These brushes are lovely to paint with, no loss of hair, paint goes bone lovely and they can be washed and put away and still hold there quietly. I’m fussy about what paint brushes I use and these I always recommend.
These paintbrushes have more then served their purpose,they have done a lot of decorating, none of the bristles come away the handles are very comfortable and nice feel to them, I didn’t even need to clean them I just wrapped in a sandwich bag they haven’t dried up or lost there shape and can just go straight back to painting with them, extremely happy with these and will purchase again when I need to decorate.
Love these. Nice and soft, used them on my box sash window frames with water based primer and gloss. During the whole operation (Big frames) not a single bristle was lost. Nice and comfy in the hand. Cleaned up nicely and once dried returned to original softness. They have been thoroughly cleaned and stored away for the next paint job. Recommended.
Nothing to dislike about these brushes. They have a good quality bristle on them for general DIY/paint finishes. Are comfortable to hold and are simple to clean and dry.
There was the odd bristle coming loose but that was more during cleaning than whilst actually painting.
These are good brushes for the average DIYer. I had a few issues with bristle loss on a couple of these so not sure if it was a defect within the batch and i just got unlucky. The other brushes were fine and performed as expected. Overall a good enough selection for any painting you would need to do around the house whether its walls/ceilings or skirting/architrave. I would recommend these and buy again myself.
I only use Purdy brushes as a rule but these are fantastic I bought them for a epoxy varnish job and thought I would need to dispose of them but was able to clean them in methylated spirits . Fantastic set of brushes .
Used these to decorate my living room. They worked well and held paint well but did shed hairs/bristles.
If you don’t mind pulling the odd bristle from the wall, they are a good buy.
I like these brushes a lot, and they lose less bristles than any other brush I’ve used. But the handles are too thin for larger hands. Would be so much more comfortable if they were fatte
The brushes are great, few bristle losses 1 or 2 per brush so that’s great. Handles could do with being a bit bigger as too thin to hold for a length of time. Over all very good.
Have had them for quite a while now. Very few bristles losts, great coverage, very even, very easy to wash. Got the new set as I wanted replacement for some of the sizes that got chucked away due to misuse (read – forgot to wash)
I am an avid DIYer. Redecorating my personal homes and family houses for nearly fifty years.
I clean my brushes well and use them for as long as possible. Sadly my paint rollers had brushes had to be retired earlier this year.
I bought a set of these brushes to replace the old ones and after decorating my lounge and bedroom I bought a set for my son.
They are comfortable, hold and distribute paint well and evenly exactly where you place the brush. No overspill or unexpected ‘flicks’ or bends in the bristles causing unwanted paint flecks or wavy lines.
Recommended with hesitation or reservation.
These paint brushes have been brilliant. One of the brush bristles was sticking out in an odd way for two of the brushes which had to be cut off apart from this minor issue it’s a great product. I’ve washed them and reused them a few times already.

Used a couple to get a straight line between ceiling and wall and they are really good, carry a decent amount of paint and can paint accurately with them . Washed clean very quickly. Very pleased with them.

These brushes are far superior to many I have used in the past. They are not too stiff and simply don’t shed. Really good control whilst painting and would highly recommend. Absolute bargain! The handles are rubberised and nice to hold. Easy to clean too! Found them much easier to get a decent straight line between a dark paint and white ceiling than most others have used.
These brushes are great value for money, good range of brushes included in the pack and they are really easy to clean, dry nice and ready to use again next time.

Bought these as they seemed to have good reviews. On the whole I can’t fault them. Quite good to paint with and really easy to clean. I wouldn’t say there is “no hair loss” on them, but I really have only found some of the hairs coming off when washing them and none so far on the walls. For the price and the amount of brushes you get I think they are going value.

Bought this multi-pack of Harris paint brushes to get some painting done at home, the brushes are very easy to use and clean, only had one hair loss from one brush, the rest had no hair loss.

Good quality brushes with no bristle shed….always a plus! Wash well and paint goes on smooth. Nice tips for fine edges. Nice choice of sizes – I prefer using a smaller brush, the husband likes larger ones!!

Great set of Harris brushes and for 10 less than your big DIY store! We’ve just been having an extension built and so these have been quite a lot over the last few weeks and so far they’re performed really well. Recommended.

These are actually ‘seriously good’. Wash really easily. Good thick non shedding brushes – nice to hold with the grips on them. Really happy with them
excellent for the price ive always liked Harris brushes for painting and being a painter decorator i know a little about the tools i used prior to retirement i never had a bad brush from Harris and used them for many years and always like the time they lasted in the industry and the quality of work they produced as i only paint and decorate for myself at home now im not investing in the expensive Harris range these will probably outlast me so at this price these are good brushes the tools will only last if you use them correctly and clean them properly and you will get your monies worth from these brushes if your just painting with them they last if you look after them same as any tools

You won’t buy a better set of brushes for this price. Good grip, good paint holding ability, easy to clean, hold their shape, and absolutely no bristle lose. 10/10.
Nice brushes. Only used one between 2 ceilings and 2 rooms. Still kept going. Lost 2 bristles however for the amount of painting done, were really great quality
Update, after washing them out really good for a few minutes and a bit of washing up liquid, before wrapping them in cling film, they are still ready to go again for the next time. I’ll probably order more for next time anyway, but really good if your on a budget!
These brushes really are first rate quality and ideal for my decorating. The parcel came very quickly too.
I am somebody who buys 10 paint brushes in a bundle fo 4.99 from B&Q. These are a world apart. The bristles are smoth, firm springy and worked well when I painted in some skirting boards etc. These have made me buy proper brush cleaner and store them away properly for future use. Really worth getting even if like me, you think painting is a one off experience never to be repeated.
