I use this chair in my office for back support.
Initially was a bit bit hesitant due to quality of the product as looked like a chinese product and due to some of the previous negative reviews however I have had this chair now for almost 9months and still in very good shape, it is comfortable and supports your back and beck which is very good if you work longer hours working from home or play games as you need to rest your back and neck every few hours, I find it comfortable obviously for working and gaming as there are different levels where you can adjust the height of the chair and tilt of the back depending on your position and chair works fine in all of the positions, obviously not going to be comfortable if you try and sleep on it as not made for that purpose, easy to assemble but just make sure follow the instructions that come with the product which helped me a lot, I weigh normally between 75-90kg depending on whether I am trying to cut weight or eating everything but would consider myself average perosn and find it comfortable however if you are very big and overweight not sure how the chair will work for you but it is quite sturdy so hopefully shoukd be OK and feel would be OK for guys way heavier than me, overall good product and good value for money

I knew that there would be some assembly required but I definitely didn’t realise that it would be so easy and all tools were supplied instructions could have been a little clearer but easy to follow as I write this review I’m sitting in the most comfortable chair that I have come across
After 6 months of having this chair it has trun into the most uncomfortable thing to sir on I am a small stream so I do sit on this for 6 ot 8 hours at a time but I’m still disappointed by this product. This is only a good option if you can’t afford a better chai
The chair is very comfortable, arrived on time and is relatively easy to assemble although the instructions/pictures weren’t very helpful.
For the money, a great chair… BUT, unless you are well under 6ft tall and sitting at a low desk, you will likely find this chair to be too low. I’m 6ft 3 at a high desk and had to return the chair as a result.
Can’t fault the service or the returns policy though, they are coming to collect it next day free of charge with the promise of a full refund if returned as-new.

However, we had a screw cover missing which is no disaster I admit, but when requesting a spare from the company they say they do not carry spares. Apparently there is a spare screw and cap in the box, but it certainly was not in ours. They offered a 5 refund, but all we wanted was the cap.
So unfortunately the missing cap with no chance of a replacement does detract from the overall purchasing experience
Cushions are nice and comforts and provide good support for the lumbar and the neck. I’ve found that they do move over time so constantly hsve to re adjust it which can be a little annoying. One downside is having to unclip the entire lumbar pillow when you don’t need it and that is alot more annoying vs the neck one which just comes straight off.
I’m using a seat pillow I got from amazon for coccyx support so I can’t speak for the original seat. The leather texture warms up a little when you move around which can be a nice and comfortable.
The chair extend much further back than expected and I’ve really enjoyed some good naps on it. The foot rest isn’t as ideal though, I just find the placement of it off so I can’t use it when sat upright or leaning slightly back, it also feels a little loose and wobly.
In terms of the gas struts I’ve been able to easily raise and lower the chair but have noticed sometimes the struts have gone off themselves and my chair has lowered when sitting on it. It’s only happened twice so I’ll keep an eye out and contact if it becomes faulty.
In regards to the screw caps mentioned, they supply 3 but there’s 4 holes… It doesn’t really make sense to be honest. They say 2 are for use and 1 is spare but I now have 1 hole showing and they couldn’t send me a new one out which is a shame. They have advised feedback will be passed on big Idk if that will change much.
That said the chair is comfy, I’m using it daily for 8 plus hours and I do like it. It takes alot less space than my old one and the arm rests are nice and comfy too.
aside from that, a decent chair and worth the buy.

after some use, the chair feels quite wobbly. I’m hoping it doesn’t get any worse as it doesn’t feel very secure now and I’ve only had it a couple of months.
the only thing i’d add to it is a tilt option for the bottom of the seat to tilt back a bit.
Arrived next day, unpacked and started to assemble, all pretty straightforward and easy, but alas I found one part broken (hinge cover). Contacted customer services via E mail and they responded within the hour. Sent picture of the broken item and again a response within the hour……part sent that day (advised that may take 21 days to come from China) and a 10 refund. Chair is very comfy and recommend purchasing.
The chair meets all my needs when assembled.It was a tad tricky with one person assembling it but managed it alone in about 30 mins not too bad considering I’m almost 82 and suffering from aggressive osteoarthritis.the chair is superb for the price

Very easy to assemble and really comfortable. However the height adjustable maximum could be increased – to enhance the arm support of the using a table to work from.
Good quality solid chair. Leather seat makes it very hot however. They should invest in a more breathable fabric.
Not the best quality for the money you pay for this. Does not feel super comfy after prolong sessions of sitting. Does have a negative tilt whereby you feel that it would tip over if you lean forward whilst sitting. The instructions for installation were of the wrong chair too.
The chair is fine and is of good quality for the price paid. I do however find the seat cushion a little hard (or maybe its my bum that is at fault!)
Modern looking chair, easy to assemble. Reasonably comfortable, the back supports need a bit of moving around to get the best position for yourself. I am 6ft2″ and found the upper neck rest needs to be at the top of the holes in the chair, but as it is only held by elastic, it quickly slides down so needs regular adjustment.
Quality seems ok for the price, some of the unseen bits are not coated fully. Would have been nice to have had a couple of caps to fill in the holes where the screws hold on the plastic side trims.
Great chair, very comfortable, my 12 year old son loves it. There was a small problem with one part of the chair when arrived. The seller couldn’t be more helpful to get it sorted for us sending a replacement part.
Very easy to assemble, quite heavy so if you have issues with lifting I would recommend putting it together in situ. Very supportive and comfortable lumbar cushion can be adjusted to suit but the head rest cannot.

This chair is very very comfortable, provides perfect back support, and is breathable so after 12 hours of being sat on it 5 days a week, I have no pains or aches and don’t feel uncomfortably hot/cold!
Really easy to assemble, really comfy to sit on, and looks pretty damn cool in my home office/nerd cave!
Used for work purposes and my lower back problems have since disappeared with the aid of a support lumber cushion.
It was very easy to put together. I had it built in less than 45 minutes.
One issue was a small plastic cover was broken. I emailed Hbada and they emailed back the same day to confirm they would order the part I required and send it out to me.
If only all companies were this helpful and and quick to respond.
They have sent the part and the chair is complete now.

Came very well packaged, was easy to put together (about 20-30 minutes) and it came with everything needed, even some spares just in case.
Ordered this for my 73 Yr old dad who games a lot, so far it gets 5 stars from him but he said the back pillow takes some time to get used to if you’ve used one before.
I work long days at the PC and have a shoulder and lower back issue. This chair has both a head rest AND Lumbar Support, meaning that both of my “ouch!” areas are well protected.

Well the chair came cracked at the back ( I think it was the people who delivered it that damaged it because the box was tattered) but the crack luckily doesn’t affect the chair at all it still works .
The pillows are a bit hard to be honest, they may just need to be worn in.
This chair was bought to be used for both gaming and working at home. It is used for the majority of the day and it’s very comfortable, provides support and hasn’t lost its shape yet – I’ve had it for 2 months now. It was extremely easy and quick to assemble.
Very comfortable chair and very good quality. My only slight issue is that even at max height the chair is a little low. Could do with being extendable by another couple of inches. That said I’m still very happy with the product.
However, the seat base is VERY firm. After sitting for an hour or two I really do need to stand as my backside and upper thighs are aching. I remedied this with a cushion, but it’s handy for you to know before you buy this seat!
I love that the backrest tilts like a car seat, however I would love the base to do the same – in fact I think if the base was tilted back just a tad, it might help with the achy butt!
I’ve seen reviews saying the chair is no good if you’re over 6 foot, however I am 6’2 and have no issues at all with the height of the seat.
Overall, a good solid seat that is extremely well made, however the base really does need a bit more padding!
I bought this chair to replace my older one which was becoming uncomfortable. Delivery was quick and the box arrived in perfect condition. The chair was easy to assemble and the instructions were clear. The print is a little on the small side as are the pictures but nevertheless easy to follow – built in less than 15 mins. The chair feels very supportive and adjusts well up and down along with the recline function. Very happy with this and from what I have researched a fair price.
2020 was a weird year, spent a lot of time at home and this chair was a part of my body. I gained nearly 20kg and it is still supporting my weight (116kg). I am using an additional cushion as after a while becomes not so comfy.. with cushion is great! The downside is the leg support in a reclined position, is supporting your calfs and it is not as comfortable as you would expect.. save some money and buy one without the leg support. I paid 162, look out for deals! In my opinion, it is worth grabbing for around 100 🙂
Better than expected after reading all the 1 & 2 star reviews and it’s far from it. Easy to assemble if you follow the instructions. Great chair ! could do with the extra 1 or 2 inches in height otherwise I would have rated it 5 stars.
It’s very easy to assemble with the included instructions. The chair feels premium, especially given the price which is hundreds cheaper relative to the more expensive brands. As a chronic back pain sufferer, I’ve found a lot of relief with the included lumbar support pillow as well as the head pillow which enables me to work comfortably for many hours.
I love the rocking function and the amount that the chair reclines is fantastic. Great to lie down (with the included fold-out footrest) for some relaxation or if you’re reading a book.
Overall, I’m very happy with my purchase. I’ve not had any issues at all sitting for long periods and it’s served as a great replacement for my old chair. Great job!
Took a while to assemble, not best instructions in the world.
Purchased this for working from home. I found it quick and easy to assemble, no more than 15-20 mins. Gas lift dropped a little after only a few days use but the seller responded very quickly and helped me sort a replacement, which was also a slightly longer gas lift, which worked out well as I’m quite tall. It was a very comfy chair, bearing in mind I was using it for work 7-8 hours a day. I say was comfy, as my son has currently swiped it to use for gaming, so I may never see it again!
I will say the quality is overall good. A plastic part was broken during the shipping, but I fixed it using glue. It took me about half hour to build everything up.
The chair is high enough and have a headrest, but the headrest is not adjustable. The recline range of the back is good, you can almost lie down on it. And the reason why I chose this one is it has a footrest.
After about one month using, I think it is a comfortable desk chair for long time sitting.
Love this chair. The quality is very decent I was abit unsure about buying this as I thought I wasn’t the right age bracket for this I’m 36 i didnt want the usual office chair in my bedroom but seems to fit my situation nicely. only moan I have about this chair is I wish the arms could rotate back and forth as when you lean back on chair theres no elbow support personal preference I dunno other than this worth every penny! The chair was easy to assemble , I use it as an office chair , and it is perfect for my requirements.

I purchased this chair on 8th October and it should have arrived on Friday 16th but actually it had been delivered the day after the purchase. Amazing!
I assembled the chair all by myself but I would reccomend the help of a second person. The chair is quite heavy, at least for me.
The instructions weren’t that clear. The printed images give help but they should be more clear, in particular regarding the number of screws to be used to fasten the backrest.
Nevertheless it is a really comfortable and soft chair with adjustable seat and armrest.
Highly recommended.
It’s the second gaming chair I bought on Amazon. The first one I bought in another shop is Non-adjustable, cannot lie down, so I decided to kick it out.
This one I bought this time is pretty more comfortable, the backrest can be adjusted and so do the armrest. Cushion is soft. I have used this chair for 3 weeks, really satisfied with this gaming chair, let me more enjoy with my daily life with my computer.
By the way, the assemble of this chair is easy, it only takes about 20 minutes.

I’ve had this gaming chair a while now and it only seems to get better by the day. To sum it up, it looks stunning, is by far the most comfortable I’ve ever sat in and has helped with improving my posture.
Setting up the chair was easy and took what felt like no time. Then the first try seemed a little doubtful however after adjusting the settings I found a position that was by no exaggeration, delightful. I spend many hours at my desk and office chairs have always led me to get back pain. However, after 5 hrs straight in this chair I felt great and could’ve gone 5 more.
Really was a great buy and I’m glad I spent the money
Two things to say, I am only 5′ 8″ and I crushed two vertebrae in my youth. Everyone has different needs. This seat feels much more rugged than I expected for the price (and look). In particular the leg support feels quite solid. However I have just received it so time will tell. All stitching seems good. The seat back has quite thin padding but it is not meant to be a bed. This may also make it more durable. I require the lumber pad for lower back support due to my old injury and it provides that. Without it I would be in pain quite quickly. Again without the head pad it would be hard but with it it is comfortable. The area between is fine. The seat is well padded, quite long enough and the angle can be adjusted to alter thigh support. It is also comfortable in width. The height is good for a desk but that is at the top of its adjustment so someone shorter might struggle. The arms are not padded but I don’t want them to be. They are made of a soft feeling plastic and shaped well. I can adjust them to a comfortable height for me. If anything they are set a little wide but not enough for me to object. They do have a bit of sideways adjustment available.
The reasons for 4 stars for each aspect and 5 stars for overall is that it is not the most supportive seat I have come across and the instructions are flawed but for the price I think it is excellent value for money.
All in all this seems a comfortable and solidly made chair. Depending on how it stands up to use I can thoroughly recommend it.
Completely worth the money. The cushions are not usable, but seat is comfy and quiet.
Single issue found is height, we have two desks and one is a bit high, the range of height adjustment on the chair is poor, if your desk is 30+ inches up your gonna feel like a smurf. Currently I am looking into a 3rd party longer cylinder, (15) taller users may need to be aware of this. Company should offer a choice of current and larger cylinders really. It’s fine for more common desks around 26/7inchs high though
his is an extremely comfortable chair, with the lumbar and neck pillows, tilt and extendable foot rest.
but i must say the 15 minutes assembly time is a untrue, took me more than 30 minutes (though assembly is still easy just takes time), the chair is heavy which contributes to its stability and comfort, so unless you are strong should get some help for it.
My son loves this but instructions are hard to follow if you aren’t handy. It’s lasted well and very comfortable
The only issue I had was the height of the chair I did not realise how low the chair is I ended up swapping out the Piston as it was way to short..when I put chair in position I could not reach keyboard and mouse. Check out the height before buying !
This was a gift for my son. Well packaged so arrived undamaged. Took my husband 2.5 hours to assemble as the pictures designed to help were small and dark making it difficult to see details. However, it did go together well and looked good when finished. Not sure about the fastenings for the removable lumbar and head supports though. Visible straps detract from the finished look but overall pleased with the quality and look. Just hoping it is durable and it carries on looking as good as it does now – only time will tell.
