I normally have a Henry which is bigger but Hetty is slightly smaller but in no way disappoints in performance. I wanted a slightly smaller vacuum for storage purposes and she fits in perfectly.

I bought this to replace my garage vac. It’s not as good as older models because of regulations from the EU requiring lower power consumption but it is still very handy with a good long hose and lead so it can reach the car on the drive. Its quite stable but I still rely on my Sebo for the house. That said, the Hetty is being used more & more for the higher level cleaning in the house because the Sebo tends to fall over when you stretch the hose to its limit. Hetty is a pretty good all round tool.

Fabulous little hoover. Sucks very well, doesnt get stuck behind every door frame like her bigger brother henry. Certainly very happy with the purchase and would buy agai

Love it x only down side just use the wand without the attachment, must be doing it wrong but it keeps fallening off. A bit heavy but very good on its wheels.

Great hoover very powerful, is a bit heavy carrying up the stairs but the leads very long and stretches a long way.

Love a Henry or hetty. Great suction power and move ability. However I had a cordless vacuum bought me and that is slightly more convenient and easy to use. Having said that I’ll never get rid of hetty as it’s great for a house deep clean getting into every crack and crevice, also great for the car.

I bought this to replace my old

Died at how much smaller it is !! I actually thought I bought a toy one however it hoovers great still attachments are on hand unlike the old
One and it weighs a lot
Less so easier for me to manage and stores
Easy although I keep looking at it

I have always liked the Henry range. I regretted getting rid of my first one for a shark hoover. Would highly recommend a henry range. Allergy friendly as myself and son are asthmatic. Totally recommend it absolutely perfect. Fantastic for dog hair. Bags easy to change and again no dust so.if you are asthmatic or have a dust Allergy I highly recommend. It’s light and very easy to carry and good for hard floors and carpets. 10 out of 10

Thrilled with my purchase. I have a mixture of hard floors, including a riven stone one in the kitchen which usually wrecks upright hoovers. Using the brush worked fantastically here and on the solid wood floors, and because the head is not too wide, it gets right into the corners of the kick boards on the kitchen cabinets and under the sofas without having to move them around.

With the flat setting for carpets upstairs the suction is really good, and Hetty is light to carry up and down. Got carried away and hoovered the window shutters with the handheld brush and the picture rails. It was quick, I didn’t need a ladder, and looks really clean.

    Definitely 5 stars from me.

Suction on Hetty is powerful ! Attachments included make cleaning & dusting a breeze. Has a very long cord and the handle is long so you’re not bending much. Only negative is that it is bulky and doing stairs is a bit awkward but it’s worth it. Carpets get a really good clean. Overall ? Fantastic !

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersIn common with many who have posted here I was unable to move Hetty’s floor tool over thin carpet or even hard surfaces due to powerful suction; it was if the device was glued to the floor. I blamed my feeble 87 years years, until I looked at the comments here. So I went straight to Numatic’s After Sales Service. After the struggles we have all had with such “services” I expected the worst but I was astounded at the speed at which the phone was answered and by the friendly and well informed adviser, who arranged for the alternative Airo Brush floor tool to be sent to me FOC at once. This solved the problem and my carpets look like new. Full marks to Numatic for customer service.
