Excellent! Wish I’d bought a Hetty years ago. Easy manoeuvrability. Great suction. Longer tubes and longer electric cable. Zips through my bungalow in no time, don’t need to keep stopping to unplug and replug cos’ I’ve run out of cable which was a big frustration with my other Vacs . So pleased with this purchase.
I like everything about the Hetty except for the accessories when trying to remove them. Some are either too loose or stuck in tight they can’t be removed, such as the main stainless steal cylinders, I cannot shorten them
This will be my second hetty. The first one lasted 10years. Never lost suction and a real workhorse. Best hoover I’ve had and I’ve tried the expensive ones over the years, they don’t come anywhere close to this little one. Well worth getting airo brush attachments which give it that extra boost on dirt and pet hair.
Functions in the same way as my old Henry! Hetty is supposed to be smaller and lighter, but I have to say, not noticeably so. Suction is excellent. Good long lead. On stairs, working from the top down is very effective and stops Hetty from rolling down the stairs (you have to be in front to stop this). The technique works well but it’s not ideal. Overall, I’m very happy with the purchase – good value for money.
Excellent hoover for all surfaces, powerful, lots of tools, pretty colour, not too heavy, massive dust bag, hose clips into place to keep it all tidy. And its a Quality made British vacuum cleaner ! not a cheap inferior product from China. Brilliant product Recommended.
This will get floors clean – but the metal attachments falls apart every day. There are two metal tubes that slide together – and they both just come apart every day no matter what. I have to physically hold them together sometimes.

Just perfect and the wheels make it very easy to move around with. My former vacuum was so heavy and difficult to lift and move – this is light weight in comparison. Picks everything up very easily. No more picking hair off the roller! Highly recommend.
Good powerful machine with large dust bag which takes ages to fill. The bags are not expensive considering their capacity. Liable to topple over when pulling around so a star lost. Would recommend this machine.

Had all the vacuum brands and went through two cordless Vax cleaners in three years! Finally decided to buy a hetty as it seems to be what all professional cleaners use and I can now see why. Amazing suction power. Almost too much! Great wee vacuum which you just know will go on for years! Very pleased with purchase!
I have a dog who moults twice a year and have bought gtech and shark vacuums that last about 12 months a piece. I had a Henry about 20 years ago which lasted ages and I can’t remember what happened to it? From the first time using Hetty I was impressed. Easy to move around and the suction is excellent. I changed the bag after about a month and was surprised to find the suction was much stronger. I hadn’t noticed it lessening as the bag filled with a month’s usage as it was still better than my previous inferior bagless vacuum cleaners. The attachments fit on to the body of the vacuum so are always there if you need them for stairs or skirting, the head is very manoeuvrable under and around furniture and it also cleans right up to the edges where other uprights do not. Overall I am really pleased as this costs less than half the price of a big brand bagless vaccuum cleaner stores away beautifully and it does a great job. I’ve been using it every day for about 3-4 months now and I love it!
I’ve had Henry’s all my life – Hetty is just as good but slightly smaller which is ideal for me – comes with 2 bags (one fitted and one extra) and shed loads of tools – don’t hesitate

Best powerful hoover ever. This is my 2nd Hetty. Gave 1st one away as I was moving. Got a dyson which was absolutely disappointing. Bought Hetty again and will never get rid. Light weight too for manoeuvrability.

I am using the big blue one – Charles. My wife wanted a smaller and lighter vacuum, so I bought her this one. She claims it’s a solid improvement. Suction is good, the accessories provided are as usual from numatic, wife is happy, what’s not to like. 5 stars.

Great wee cleaner. Very easy to assemble & store. Very long cable. Lightweight. But broad for balancing on stairs. Suction not as powerful as Henry but still great value for money.

I spent so much money on buying different bagless hoovers. I finally decided to adopt Hetty which I did not know but after reading positive comments I bought it straight away!
This hoover is doing a fantastic job, it is not noisy like the last hoover I had. It is not heavy and I like the wheels to move it everywhere. Also I have guinea pigs in my flat with carpet which is a real nightmare to clean when bits of hay end up everywhere. Hetty is giving me a happy life now! No more hay and the carpet looks so clean!

I have had a Henry for over 15 years and it still works, However since I have carpeted stairs I bought this Hetty which is easier to handle as it’s more compact and lighter. Hetty is easier to handle, goes better around corners and just as powerful, Can highly recommend. I would say this vacuum cleaner is better suited for domestic use especially if you have stairs. Well done Numatic for a wonderful product.
I love Hetty! I have one already & purchased this one for my Father. He doesnt like uprights so Hetty was best choice for suction power (what else do you buy hoover for other than ability to clean well?) & also lightest weight in this range. Father is very pleased with her.
I absolutely love my new Hetty. I’ve worked with Henry’s before when I had my own domestic cleaning company. All my staff wouldn’t work with any other Hoover. I’ve since tried different rechargeable hoovers..But was disappointed with their alleged performance. So…I’m really happy I chose Hetty..I’ll never go back to any other Hoover again.

Hoovered my whole flat as soon as it arrived and I am blown away by the suction! I Hoover every day cos I have two cats and this has pulled so much cat hair out of my carpets that the other vacuum just didn’t manage to get.

Absolutely brilliant. I have mobility issues and Hetty is as light as a feather. So so pleased. I’ve got several cats and Hetty makes short work of anything they leave behind!
Good value but clunky to manoeuvre, the hose also doesn’t quite reach the top of the stairs unfortunately.
Suction seems ok, great for hard floors but not convinced on carpet. Alternate use with my old Dyson.
I’ve had quite a few hoovers and was weighing up this (my first Hetty/Henry) or another dyson but I was fed up spending so much on hoovers to only last a year or so. This is perfect – I haven’t lost quality – the suction is just as good as the Dyson. More fun (anything to cheer me up whilst hoovering). Easy to store and wheel around.
Brill suction only downside was the handle kept coming off as the suction was too powerful

I love Hetty and wouldn’t be without her. The suction power is a lot better than the Dyson. The attachments are easy to manage and work well in getting into those hard to reach places on floors and ceilings. She is a girls best friend
Very easy to manoeuvre, easy to story and cleans very well
I like the fact the Hetty Hoover is small, compact, therefore needing little storage space. It is easy to manoeuvre with its fitted wheels and its long extendable electric cord means I don’t have to change sockets to do the stairs. The suction, although powerful, for some reason doesn’t take up hair from my dog, which, thankfully, is very little, it just stays attached into the brush head and I have to remove it manually. Another design problem I find is that there are not enough extendable telescopic poles giving height to allow me to stand fully upright when operating the hoover… I am no giant either… I’m only 5′ 3 ins! I find myself having to Hoover in a stooped position, which soon causes me discomfort on my lower right side. There are many plus sides to the Hetty. Price, storage, lengthy flex, good suction ( not good on animal hair) and affordable bags, but it does lack some of the extra features – frills if you like – of the Miele I had previously. – better lengthy telescopic poles and power levels) I guess you get what you pay for, and compromises have to be made. I’ve only had mine a month, so, still staying open minded.

Moved house and bought one of those upright cordless vacuums giving our Henry to son. Was so disappointed with the Airram we bought a Hetty. Greater suction and can get into all the corners.

I bought Hetty because, yet again, my Dyson went on the blink. She is great. I just have to get used to having a proper hoover. It’s not as easy as a hand held, but that s something that I will get used to. I love my Hetty.
in addition, Dyson is weak and uses false advertising methods such as battery time applies to standard mode, which is absolutely useless as it barely picks up any dirt.
Now enough about Dyson, Hetty and Henry are reliable, solid, incredible suction power, really gets cleaning done and hetty is now more compact, can attach accessories and barely takes any space. it felt like my flat is now proper clean, I never had that feeling with the Dyson, always felt there is dirt in lots of place. the hetty feels like it polishes and cleans. the cable is long and I did not miss portability of the Dyson whatsoever.

I have had many types and makes of vacuum cleaner over the years. I always wanted a Henry type, but they were so expensive. I eventually chose my pink Hettie and I am so impressed! Definitely worth the money. Incredible suction and the long hose reaches further up and down the stairs than previous models and makes. Attachments easy to use too. I am a fan!

Love the hoover. The suction is amazing. The curved top pipe though is to loose and keeps coming of which is a blinking problem. I am having to put tape on or it keeps coming away. Then have to take it off when I use the nozzle. Should have returned it but needed it. Shame as I do love the damn thing
What can I say I love this Hoover after using disowns, sharks and the like I am so glad I went back to basics and got a hetty cylinder it’s so much more efficient the shark stopped working properly after I tried to clear up dust from building works I’m having done, Hetty hasn’t had a problem and I now have a nice clean house and conservatory the suction is brilliant I felt as if I had to fight with it to let go of the hardwood floors at times. I would highly recommend

Arrived pretty quickly. My previous pink Hetty was knackered so got this one on the Black Friday deal for 40quid off. Its amazing as Hettys and Henry hoovers are. Their suction is the best of all hoovers, you cannot beat Hettys. Light weight to move around and it comes with two bags, nice touch. Defo recommend.
Great hoover. Very efficient and has very powerful suction. I have a long haired dog and cat and it tackles the hair easily. Don’t think I would ever go back to cordless. No comparison.
Love hetty after alot of consideration I thought i would buy it .There were some reviews that was putting me of but i am so glad i bought the hoover i have two dogs picked up so much hair and hetty is so much lighter than henry .

Wonderful, I’m really happy with Hetty as I love the colour Pink! My partner most probably would have preferred a Henry ( Hetty’s husband) so I suggested getting a Henry too, as they are such good value for money, it will be good to have one upstairs and the other downsides and also good especially to clean the cars! So looks like we will be buying another one soon! I wonder what colour?

I decided I wanted a cordless vacuum, and have tried many, but nothing copes with my cat hair. Only Hetty, I keep having to come back to her as she’s the only vacuum that makes light of it. A bit cumbersome yes, but worth the effort. You just can’t beat a Hetty or Henry, they’re formidable!
The cleaner has very good suction and is easy to use. The dusting brush though is worse than useless. Not only is it a stiff brush useless for dusting, but the bristles are falling out by the handful.
I love this little hoover and reccommend .My faithful miele packed up after 10 years so i purchased a shark( which i loathed from day 1) and after only 3 weeks broke down. I bought this as i needed a hoover quickly and i have to say it is amazing. I love the fact its no frills , no fancy components to go wrong and just does the job its supposed to. Its so Light and easy to manouvre , good suction, picks up everything and is low maintainance. Its also made in Britain. I think it is one of my best purchases.
