Espectacular patin electrico. Me he quedado sorprendido por si diseo, iluminacin, robustez y al mismo tiempo ligero y fcil de manejar. Incluye freno en la rueda motora. El servicio de atencin al cliente y postventa no puede ser ms excelente. Te ayudan muchsimo a solventar cualquier problema.

Awesome scooter! I got this scooter a year ago and it still works great! I highly recommend this scooter to everyone because it has a great battery life and it goes for many miles without needing to be recharged. Great scooter for older kids and adults, since it is larger and faster. They also have amazing customer service who helped me to fix all of the problems with my scooter!
Compr el patn hace ya casi un ao, no ha sido usado de forma asidua y ms bien puntual pero siempre ha funcionado muy bien. En casi un ao que hace que lo tengo, tuve un problema con la batera, estaba cargando y de repente se escuch un chispazo y dej de funcionar. Me puse en contacto con el servicio tcnico de Hiboy y me Mandaron una batera nueva que en cosa de una semana lleg. Luego desafortunadamente sze me rompi el guardabarros trasero, y tambin me mandaron uno nuevo, junto a unas instrucciones en formato PDF de cmo montarlo. La batera que me mandaron funciona perfectamente, el guardabarros lo cambi y qued muy bien sujeto, es idntico al que vena montado en el patn de serie.
Un 10 por el servicio tcnico,te responden los mensajes que les envas sin tardar mucho, siempre tratando de ayudar y hacer que cualquier problema que puedas tener sea solventado de forma rpida y sencilla. No podra estar ms encantado con el servicio tcnico.

I checked all the hex nuts were tight, and they were. Fantastic eScooter and I took it out for an hour+ non-stop. The supplied Allen keys are not the best, but do the job. I was surprised to see the London traffic giving better way than I’ve experienced as a cyclist. I kept to the edge of the road and cycle lanes. I would say to adjust the suspension as it’s quite tight and little give if any as it comes out of the box. Highly recommended and great speedy delivery.

Awesome scooter for the price, really nice to commute! Unfortunately, I had a problem with the handbrake and the scooter wasn’t working, the customer service helped and, even if it took one month for them to replace it, it finally worked again. They have been really helpful.

Bastante recomendable .Le doy 4 estrellas porque me sobran 2 tornillos me entraron 6 y las instrucciones no dicen de donde pueden ser. Nose si sobran o faltan de colocar en algn sitio y corra peligro jaja pero en general es perfecto.
I had some error code issues with the first scooter and had to return it. There was some back and forth and it was kind of a pain. But throughout the process the customer support was very good. They ultimately gave me the new model of this scooter which seems to be better all around than the old one. It’s a cool little machine, does about 20mph and about 20 miles of range.
I have to say that they really do care about making sure the their customers are happy and receive the service that they expect with an expensive little vehicle like this. So kudos to them for that, good service is hard to find.
Digamos que los puntos debiles de Xiaomi los mejora.
Velocidad en recta fcil 30km/h subidas pronunciadas con peso 80kg las sube a 25 sin problema. Autonoma real de mas de 25 km.
Ruedas macizas y suspension que OJO he tenido que ajustar los tornillos porque llegan flojos y se salieron.
Frena mucho con dos tipos de frenos que lleva de disco y de motor.
El guardabarros traseros no se parte como Xiaomi este esta reforzado
Y luces LED que iluminan todo el patin muy guapo la verdad por la noche te ven fijo. Lastima que no puedas elegir el color.
Es robusto y peso normal.
Lo recomiendo como alternativa a Xiaomi
Excelente patinete electrico, me encanta su doble sistema de frenado es muy util cuando vas en una pendiente, lo ideal y practico q se hace cuando agarra la velocidad automatica ya sea en poca aceleracion o mxima y en bajadas puede llegar hasta un maximo de 35 km/h… Lo utilizo a diario y ya tengo ms de 15 das y perfecto…
Patinete de excelentes prestaciones, velocidad, duracin de batera, rapidez de carga, etc.
El servicio de atencin al cliente se mostr atento y resolutivo con comunicaciones constantes siempre dispuesto par resolver cualquier duda o problema en beneficio del cliente.

I wasn’t sure what to expect from an Amazon choice E-scooter, but it won’t disappoint.
Firstly it’s tall enough for a 5′ 10″ man weighing 13 Stones.
The build quality is excellent and it folds down making it easy to carry on a train, store in a car or at home.
The front front light is great for lighting up the road ahead on dark winter night’s.
With a top speed of 18.5mph it’s fast enough to get you anywhere.
I’ve achieved a genuine 13 mile range, however you may get more as I live on a mountain and a steep one at that & rider weight will also affect performance.
The tyres are a solid rubber construction, so puncture resistant, yet they seem grippy and the Suspension soaks up the bump’s and potholes well
Although I did adjust this a little after my first ride.
Overall this is a Brilliant E-scooter, which is better in many ways than E-scooters costing more than twice as much and I highly recommend it to everyone.
Oh and HiBoy customer service is second to none.
They are really helpful should you have a problem or question.

The scotter is very good. My only complaint about this is the little plastic that locks the bar handle. Is very poor quality and very unsafe, as you can see on the pics that tiny plastic locks the the bar handel. Mine broke after 2 months of use when i was going 15 miles an hr. Im using a plastic strip now to lock it.

He comprado este patinete hace 15 dias y la verdad que estoy supersatisfecho.
Llega a 30 kmh y sube todas las cuestas sin problemas.

Los neumaticos solidos estan barbaros, lo unico que son un poco peligrosos en dias de lluvia, pero bueno, es una eleccin.

HACE EXACTAMENTE 2 MESES QUE HW COMPRADO EL PRODUCTO, EL DA DE HOY DE UN MOMENTO PARA EL OTRO DEJO DE FUNCIONAR.
Es mi primer patinete, y me ha encantado, slo que lleg con los amortiguadores ajustados al mximo y al circular vibraba mucho la visin, ahora ya los he ajustado y todo perfecto.

El patinete lleg antes de lo previso. A priori todo estaba perfecto. Sin embargo, la pantalla vena con un pequeo rasguo, por lo que me gustara saber cmo contactar o qu hacer para solucionarlo. (Las fotos las hice nada ms sacar el patinete de la caja). Lo he estado utilizando dos das y todo genial. Va sper rpido, es muy cmodo y todo pero hoy, de repente, he pasado un pequeo bache y la rueda de atrs ha empezado a hacer un ruido raro. Parte de la rueda rodaba bien pero llega un punto en el que se ‘frena’ y suena como a roce de discos. Aparentemente no hay nada raro pero me gustara solucionarlo ya que solo han pasado dos das.
Es una maravilla el patn, va como la seda, muy cmodo, sube muy bien las cuestas, estoy encantada llevo un ao usndolo y va perfecto, muy satisfecha con la compra, relacin calidad precio un 10, la atencin al Cliente de hiboy es muy buena, cualquier duda o consulta que les he hecho me han contestado muy rpido y me han dado soluciones, hace dos semanas tuve un problema con el acelerador y se lo comuniqu al vendedor y en nada de tiempo me ha mandado otro manillar nuevo con indicaciones para instalarlo, ya lo tengo y funciona de maravilla, muy satisfecha la verdad

I use this scooter to get to and from work 5 miles away. I like it for the convinience but the aluminum shaft is weak. After awhile of pulling on the handle while on it. It snapped in half. Great scooter but tends to deteriorate over time

Peso 80kg y sube pendientes importantes que era mi preocupacin. Si bien baja la velocidad, pero logra subirlas mantenindose entre 10 y 15km/h dependiendo la inclinacin
Lo nico negativo es que demoro por Amazon Prime 11 das la entrega excedindose el da lmite. El vendedor ofreci disculpas y prometi en compensacin un regalo (que seguramente nunca llegar) el resto todo diez puntos

Compr el patn hace tiempo y el funcionamiento es estupendo.
Funciona muy suave ta nto la aceleracin como la frenada. El sistema de freno electrnico est muy bien porque no es tan brusco. En mi opinin es mucho mejor este patn que el de la competencia MII.
Pero lo que ms me ha gustado es el servicio tcnico. He tenido dos problemas. Uno con el guardabarros trasero que se rompi y en unos das me mandaron un nuevo repuesto con las modificaciones que haban hecho para evitar el problema de vibraciones.
Pero un da se par el patn y como no me pudieron dar una rpida respuesta… “me mandaron un patn nuevo…”
La comunicacin con el vendedor fue fluida y me informaron en todo momento.

Me llego mucho antes de lo que deca lo ped el 2 y me llego el 6, lo utilize y me gust el primer contacto mximo de 25 km por hora, por el momento contnta con la compra esperar unas semanas a ver como me va con ella.
La verdad que esta muy bien y te da seguridad. La verdad que es muy completo mea gustado mucho mucho. Espero disfrutarlo mucho. Muy recomendable la compra.

El patinete, con apenas unos das de uso de momento, tiene un aspecto excelente, robusto, con materiales de calidad, y funciona muy bien. Por otro lado, el servicio de atencin al cliente de Hiboy, a travs de Amazon, impecable. El cargador lleg defectuoso, y tras comunicarlo el mismo da de la llegada, en un da hbil tena en casa un nuevo cargador de reemplazo, sin coste alguno, enviado a travs de Amazon. Un 10.
El patinete se ve muy rgido,sobre todo la parte donde se pliega el tubo del manillar no tiene nada de holgura.tiene potencia suficiente para subir a una persona de 80 kilos por una pendiente pronunciada.frena con seguridad.en definitiva y despus de comparar muchos patinetes creo que he acertado en la compra.
Like many others, I had an issue with the fender/frame. I contacted customer service and they were fantastic to deal with. The part where the fender screws into the frame broke. They sent me a return authorization and I was able to replace it with a new unit.
This company stands by their product and has excellent customer service. I can’t ask for anything more. The scooter itself is great also.
I got up to 17 mph downhill and cruises at 15 mph or so with ease. The brakes work well and best of all the insulation is a breeze.

Muy buen producto, lo nico que no me gusta es que se siente bastante la vibracin cuando el asfalto no es del todo uniforme, esto dado que no tiene un sistema de amortiguacin, pero por el precio y para realizar trayectos cortos de unos 5 a 6 km es adecuado.
Voy a m trabajo en 15 minutos.
El servicio de atencin al cliente es excelente, por el uso se rompi el spoiler trasero y me enviaron de inmediato el repuesto sin ningn costo adicional.
A las dos bandas del piso del patinete hay dos franjas con tira de led que est chulisimo cuando se enciende noche . El freno trasero es de disco y su frenada es impecable .

Hiboy has by far the best customer service I’ve found. Let me illustrate that for you.
My electric scooter was stolen from me, and I knew they would eventually need a charger. I emailed hiboy and asked if they could ask for serial numbers before sending a charger and give them mine.
They promptly replied back that they would and that if I provided my town/region it would further help in identifying a theft.
Long story short, the thief had removed any identifying decals and the serial number on my scooter, and proceeded to leave it on the corner of two streets on a college campus, where a friend of mine found it.
Hi boy’s customer service is OUTSTANDING and they want you to be happy with your product.
Not only did this product deliver, but the company’s customer service has been outstanding. I bought this product for my son to get around his college town and it has worked great. He uses it daily. He moved out of his apartment recently and lost his charger. His fender had also broke off. When I contacted the company to buy a new one, they gladly and quickly sent him a charger and new fender for free!!! We were very grateful. It’s so uncommon for companies to be so generous and to provide such great customer service. This product is outstanding but the people behind the product are more. They are an example to follow.
Had scooter for about 14 months. Only drove for about half that cause of winter. Just started riding it again this year. In the beginning it was a good scooter. They even replaced the fender a couple of times for free, but just had the frame break on me while riding. Emailed the company and they said all they could do for me is give me a $30 discount for a new one because it’s only covered for a year. Not sure how the newer models are but be careful. Broke while I was on it and lost control. Luckily no cars were around and I didn’t get hu
Best customer service I have had in a very long time. Upon receiving my scooter, there was an issue from the factory that needed to be addressed. Upon contacting customer service, they walked me through the entire process and kept in contact the entire time until everything was resolved.
I have now had the scooter for a few weeks and everything seems to work as expected, battery life, speed, etc.. The only note is that it does slow down when battery drops to the last bar to extend your range, this seems like a good feature to prevent you from being stranded with a dead battery. It’s nice to ride this rather than having to wait on crowded public transit!
A general note to all, be safe, obey traffic crossing signals, wear a helmet, and enjoy your ride!
The only downfall I’ve had with this is its brake. The disc brake doesn’t really work very well (like basically at all) and I’ve adjusted it quite a bit so I’m forced to relying on the system that grabs the kinetic energy to recharge the battery. It acts like you’re hitting very VERY weak brakes and doesn’t always work at all so then I’m forced to tap the throttle then hit the brakes and usually that time the kinetic energy grabber kicks in.
The design looks great. I would like it to be a bit more rugged. I don’t like that it appears that it has a front shock and has none. Range seems to be overestimated for this 185lb customer. I would expect about 25% of the stated range.
Works fairly well… We ordered two of these scooters for the kids. One has a light that constantly drifts to pointing down (regardless of tightening), but the other is fine. The speed seems great (consistently hit 16mph). Battery life is good. The weight of the scooter is pretty heavy for the kids, but I suspect it aligns with other similar scooters. The brakes are not super efficient and takes longer than I would expect to stop the scooter. But, overall, it is a good value for the money. Please just set expectations appropriately.
great scooter with nice acceleration.
One major problem I have had it for 7 weeks and now the rear fender broke. I do not carry it places and don’t fold it much. i assume that if i did the rear fender would have broken even sooner because when folded the top of scooter attaches to the rear fender and when carried, the weight of the scooter put stress on the rear fender.
As a new rider this scooter hits the sweet spot for me. Not too heavy, not too fast and plenty of battery/mileage for my needs. It’s sturdy and the ride is firm. Maybe too firm for some but I think I grow to appreciate the honeycomb wheels by not having to change flat tires. I like it. I’ll post updates if anything changes.
Bought this scooter for my 14yr old for Christmas and it’s been about 2 weeks and so far runs great. It’s a quiet and smooth ride. We compared it to the rentals while we were downtown and this Hiboy seems to be of equal quality, more sleek and lightweight. My teenager is 5’6″ and 130 lbs and says the scooter’s top speed has been 16mph so far. There does seem to be a problem locking it via the app. My teenager states that if you power the scooter off than on, it resets and is no longer locked. Admittedly, I don’t think my teen thoroughly set up the app.
***update***
This scooter has some dangerous manufacturing defects that need to be addressed. Less than a year and the frame cracked completely in half. Hiboy honored the warranty and sent me a new one. Three months later the frame breaks in half at exactly the same spot. I could have been seriously injured!!
I have a plugin hybrid and there is a charge station .64 miles away so no need to install a charger at the house. I can put the S2 in the trunk and scooter back and forth. It claims hills fine at about 8mph. I’m 6’2″ any 192 lbs. The handlebars are tall enough to be comfortable for my. It rides smoothly and stable. Of course you have to only ride at a speed where you stay in total control which is always a bit less than how we want to 🙂
Staying safe is your responsibility. I love to take it out for a 30 minute relaxing ride too. Very solid build and the price is very fair. I got a $30 discount so paid around $370. I’m very happy with it.
I am so glad i bought this, i am enjoying it so much, no more hassle in going to a grocery store near us using a car to pick up just a small stuff. I am 240lbs and it can still go to maximum speed in a flat surface. I like it because it lighter than any scooter that i tried (in rental companies and some spec-wise scooters on amazon that i looked into) it has a LED Projectors headlights too which is perfect for night time joyride.
2) performance: comfortable to ride most of the time, though a little bit bumpy with road cracks.
3) battery: I ride about 30-40 minutes per day on mostly flat ground in the city, and with that it gets to low battery (1 out of 5 bars) after about 3 days.
4) weight: It’s so much heavier than I expected! You can of course carry it indoors to charge, but it’s not as flexibly mobile as you might see in any commercial.
5) app: it works fine, but is super ugly (you don’t really need it though).
p.s. My cats love to stay on it! (Be aware of the cable, pets might like to chew it)
Works great for my 2.25 mile commute each way. I live in a hilly area, and this Hiboy has no problems going up hills. I weigh 210 pounds and took me up steep hills at full speed. However, commuting in a hilly area reduces the range significantly. After about 5 miles in our neighborhood, speeds begin to slow, but it’s not an issue for my daily commute. I’m sure the cold temperatures at the moment aren’t helping the battery range either. Overall happy with the purchase.
I’ve had this for a few months. I use it to commute from the Arts District (Los Angeles) to the financial District About 3 miles round trip Monday through Friday. I’ve put about 250 miles on it. The battery life is not that great. Seems after a month of usage it drains fast. It can do small inclines of about 15 degrees. Sometimes it gets stuck at 10mph then jumps up to 19mph in seconds. Not sure why it does that but it can throw you off balance; The cruise setting is off. It’s good for a short commute. Saves gas and I can park it in my office. The front light is cool, kind of like a BMW light. I like the LED’s on the side so your more visible
Hi, everyone. This review is to give you a better understanding that this solid scooter is actually pretty good. It is tough and its acceleration can bring you up to the 10 to 15 degree pretty easy, speed is great and software limits to around 18 mph for safety reasons which are also pretty good. However, the one I got came with the unfit screws at its neck. The rear brake is very noisy and too strong at low speed but loose at high speed. This make me uncomfortable to ride at all. Luckily, I bought it from Amazon and it can be returned. So, happy ending story.
Pretty good scooter, had it about 2 weeks and decide to write a review. I weight about 180 pounds + my backpack and I can still get over 15 mph on this scooter. Uphill around 15 – 20 degree incline I can get around 11-13 mph. My company is located about 4 miles away and this scooter takes around 10 minutes to get there, save me a lot of time. I guess the only thing I don’t like about my model is the power button gets stuck in there when you press it. Like it won’t come back out and I have to press from another angle for the button to pop back out again. Nothing serious though, for a scooter with 350w motor, this is probably the best price + best value you can get.
The only reason I gave this a 4 star review is because the rear disc break makes noises when riding. With a little research (or money) I will probably have this fixed in a few weeks. If not, I will probably return it for a replacement. Other than that, Very Pleased! I weigh close to 200lbs and this scooter will carry me to over 17mph! Great for Commute! I just wish the batteries were rain-proof. Other than that, great scooter great price!
I really wish it had a slightly longer range. But, for the price, this is a great scooter. Nice and quick, Can go up the hills in my neighborhood, although it is a bit of work for the single 350watt motor. I would love to see a 500 watt in the future or even one with a 350watt motor in each wheel for extra hill climb capability. The speed is fine, any faster and it would feel extremely unsafe IMO. But, I would still love to see a more powerful version that can tackle hills better, even it the speed was forced to limit at ~18 mph. All in all a great scooter for the money.
I will update this if something happens. i’ve been riding for a few days and so far it’s been flawless.
I also wanted to something that would get me to appointments downtown faster than walking, but weren’t wasteful and pointless like taking an Uber.
The scooter has been awesome.
It’s quick, if folds down easily, it’s light-ish, I love the cruise control function and the brakes seem to work very well.
Has good pick up at 350W and I have tried a similar scooter that a friend of mine purchased that only had 250 W and I can definitely tell the difference.

An outstanding and solidly built scooter. It is definitely an “adult” scooter – it feels strong and well-built, with excellent weight to it. It easily converts/folds so that you can carry it, though it definitely is not lightweight. I particularly like that the wheels are solid, and not inflatable – and it runs very smoothly, even with the solid wheels. This is one of the few reasonably-priced scooters I’ve found which has a max weight of up to 260 lbs. Battery life seems to be perfect for my needs, which is about 7-10 miles a day; it charges reasonably quickly, and the charger is not overwhelmingly bulky. I also like the simplicity of the controls, and though I’ve not used it with the app yet, it is simple enough to get up and running with this beauty within minutes. Overall, I think this is an outstanding scooter! Definitely recommended.
Update: After having it a while I still love it, I changed my review to five stars. I sold it to free up space, no longer in need of the scooter. I would definitely recommend this scooter.
I gave this 4 stars instead of five because it recently started squeking on the front wheel, I’m guessing the break is too tight up there. Other than that, I love it. Living in railroad district Ghent it is much easier to take the scooter rather than drive. It’s fast, it’ll kick you back a few times, then you’ll get used to it and it SEEMS slow. I love the lock on the hiboy app, I use it anytime I go to the store
Our college age student shared that after a few days, the bike is working beautifully thus far. We had the Max but returned it bc it was quite smaller in height than the S2 and on a side note, the box was damaged. I would have liked to have shipping included in our return since we stayed with HiBoy but that was not granted, unfortunately. Outside of our initial return, we have not had to contact customer service. Updates will come should our student have any issues/challenges.
I am giving 4 stars to this scooter.

Feature-rich. Competitive price. Looks and feels premium. Smooth ride. Light’s are bright. Tubeless tire are a plus. Overall experience was amazing. I am very pleased with this Scooter. Can’t complaint about the weight.
Cons
I had to manually adjust the breaks just after I had taken it out of the box. It was not easy to do since I don’t have experience dealing with this kind of mechanism. 🙁 I got frustrated almost to the point that I thought of returning it back.
After a recent work trip to Nashville where me and a co-worker rode scooters around downtown, I wanted a scooter of my own. I bought this scooter because it had the specs I was looking for but more importantly because I read all the good reviews about the company’s customer service department. The reviews were spot on. The scooter is better than expected. I am about 200lbs and it has more than enough power and speed. I had a tiny question about the scooter I emailed Hiboy about and they responded with what I needed in less than 24 hours and were very polite and helpful. My family likes to tailgate at football games and this thing is awesome for cruising around to meet other fans. And also makes getting to the bathrooms faster and a lot more fun. Do yourself a favor and do business with this company.
The battery life seems good enough, kinda wish they’d engineer a add on battery in the near future to extend your ride, but it’s not a big deal.
I researched scooters pretty extensively in the $200-$350 range and found most of them had pretty crappy reviews. They all seemed to have too many problems staying whole (i.e they break), or poor customer service, or both. When I looked outside the price range a little bit I found the Hiboy S2 and really liked the added features (rear light and running board LED lights) and the reviews were pretty solid. So, I bought it and so far it’s great. Smooth, zippy ride and the battery seems to be lasting very well. I’ve only had to charge it once and have ridden it sparingly but the charge has held pretty well thus far. The operating instructions did not tell you how to turn on the running board LED lights (you have to tap the power switch 3 times), so when I reached out to Hiboy, I had an answer w/in 24 hrs. So far..so good!
I bought this scooter for my commute to school which is only about a mile away and for running errands around DC. If you are familiar with Glover Park, the neighborhood is on a hill… so walking to and from school at Georgetown can be exhausting. With the road being on a constant hill, I was worried how well the scooter would work. I’ve had it for a week and it has been great! It makes it all the way up the hill (Granted it does go slower when the hill gets really steep) but it works just fine for what I need. I have already recommended this brand to other medical students to invest in these scooters as we are often short on time… so saving 20 minutes here and there can often make a big difference!
I’m really happy with my hiboy S2 after having issues with a swagger 5 i purchased originally this is a big improvement. Its sturdy. Rides really smooth and the speed is amazing i don’t really go on Long trips to be accurate with the battery life but i can tell it’s great . I’m 5.10″ and weight 195 pounds. I love how it came with an spare back fender after people complained about it getting broken . This company will go great lengths with their high quality products . I haven’t got any issues with mine so far . I’ll update my review if anything
I did a lot of research before taking the plunge and buying an electric scooter… and so far, I’m really happy with my decision to purchase the Hiboy S2. It has the perfect blend of features. Two non-negotiables for me in my search for the perfect scooter: Dual braking system, with a mechanical disc brake (wanted a smoother, more responsive breaking system, and a fail safe to electric only braking options) and Rubber Tires (didn’t want to deal with replacing or fixing flat tires, which seems like a hassle). I ride my scooter to work in Manhattan, so I don’t have to cover great distances, or go super fast, so I find the battery life and power on this model more than adequate for my needs. I contacted support with a question and found the team super responsive and helpful. Overall, its been a great experience!
I don’t write reviews but this scooter needs a good one! Where Can I start, I ordered before from three different company’s scooter and all of them broke and one of them caught fire. The last scooter was from Segway es4 with double batteries, just horrible and super unsafe for the streets. Hiboy S2 is in Appearance solid and high quality scooter. The wheels are much bigger than any scooter I have been ridding. The speed is quite fast, I was not expecting that but in a good way. You need to be careful on the streets when you give full speed. Super smooth ride on the streets of New York. I am very satisfied but I am going to update in 6 month. So a big thumbs up for this scooter! I am thinking of buying a second one
I love this scooter and think its the best combo of all the customization that I wanted. I shopped around forever, looking at a lot of models. When it comes to the price point, this is one of the best. Customer service was maybe the best part though. I did initially have power issues with the first one I got and it took some time to get a working one but it was worth it in the end. I got a newer version, discounted price and super fast responses from their support. Id recommend this to anyone looking spend under $400.
I bought this scooter to commute 1 mile to and from work. For that purpose, it does the job. When I try to use it around my neighborhood, which is somewhat hilly, the battery is drained fairly quickly. It will go uphill about one mile, and then the battery recharges when you go downhill again, which is awesome. Some places around me are uphill about 4 miles, and I know the scooter wouldn’t support that.
Since I got it, I’ve had a lot of fun using it riding back and forth to work.I thinkIt’s even better than Bird and Lime’s, which’s I didn’t expect. The scooterhasbeen very user friendly and given meno issues thus far.
I will update, if needed, but it hasbeen a great purchase.
