This was my first Scooter & I love it.
Really zippy, very easy to use and gets up to a good speed (21 mph on perfectly flat surfaces) even with a rider weighing 114kg / 252lbs / 18st.
That said, not many surfaces ARE perfectly flat so the small wheel diameter means you need to be VERY aware of every pothole, uneven paving slab, curb and crack in the path in front of you, least you go for a nasty tumble.
That said, it takes such tumbles extremely well. It’s very sturdy, well constructed and has survived all my mishaps without a scratch on it. (Invest in padded cycling gloves at the time if purchase. You won’t regret it.)
On hills, there is a noticeable speed-decrease, but see weight, above
Personal draw-backs? The riding deck is NOT designed for large-footed persons in either length or width, so there is a lot of overhang going on in all directions. (If you’re dainty footed, you’ll have no issues.)
Also, slightly miffed that the handle-bar height is not adjustable. As someone who is 6ft / 183cm tall, I’d have really appreciated an extra couple of centimetres to play with, to avoid always having to stoop ever-so-slightly. After a while, this cause aches & pains that a slightly taller handle-bar could easily eliminate. If you’re under 6ft though, this won’t be an issue.
Battery lasts well, but the last two bars do not represent the same amount of battery-life as the first two. The first two represent about 30% of the battery life, each – while the last two represent about 5%. So if you’re thinking of popping to the shops on two bars, maybe consider a recharge.
Would I recommend this product? Absolutely! Sturdy, well-made, attractive, built to last. An excellent starter scooter. Very well suited to people slightly shorter / daintier than myself.
Would I buy it again? Personally, no. But, I’d definitely upgrade from the S2-Lite to the S2, without hesitation – for the larger-diameter tires, the wider / longer riding deck and the extra 5cm of handle-bar height.
We have two of these scooters, the kids love them. Had an issue with one of the handle bars and Hiboy customer service was quick to respond with our questions and concerns and helped us out immediately. We will definitely be purchasing from them for or next scooters when kids out grow these

I was looking for an option to add some variety to my last mile of commute. That was why I ended up with this light weight, foldable, and affordable scooter. I also use it around the neighborhood or parks on the weekends for fun, thus high speed/long range/or whatever extreme performances other more expensive models can offer are not really for me.
So far I am content with this product. It took me some practice to get used to the rear tire brake. I was a little disappointed to see the rear tire cover had a crack after 1st day practicing braking downhills, but overall it’s holding up okay with normal use.
Gran producto, hasta el da de hoy la valoracin es muy positiva. La batera dura bastante, vamos en relacin al uso que le est dando mi hija de 11 aos. Una pasada la iluminacin led en Azul aparte de la luz delantera para ver y la trasera para ser visto. Se ve con muy buena calidad y buen acabado. Recomendable 100%
Wonderful scooter. Bought this for my son he really loves it. LED lights are excellent. The front headlight and rear brake light come in do handy. After just a weeks of use plastic rear wheel cracked. With work and all, reaching out to HIBOY was not my priority. Even after s few months, I was a bit hesitant to reach out to HIBOY, but to my surprise I had the best Customer Service ever. Hands down to Sandy. Sandy took her time emailing me back assuring I was taken care of. Not only did I get a rear wheel but it was a chrome sturdy rear wheel even better than I expected. Happy customer here.
Tiene 2 velocidades, una para los peques en iniciacin y el turbo, donde el patin sube el lmite a 20Km/h.
Tiene una autonoma que no se acabarn ni aunque quieran en un da y una iluminacin de Led azul enorme en la barra frontal y en los bajos que lo harn visible en todo momento.
Por cierto, si necesitas cogerlo un da, puede perfectamente con un adulto de 80kgs y si piensas aparcar lejos, te puede sacar de ms de un apuro, te llevar ms de 10kms sin despeinarse.
Con todo y con esto el punto ms fuerte es el servicio de atencin al cliente. Nos lleg con una pequea fisura en el guardabarros casi inapreciable pero se lo comentamos en un correo y directamente nos mandaron un guardabarros nuevo, pero lo mejor es que nos olvidamos en las vacaciones el cargador y cuando preguntamos en el servicio tcnico las caractersticas tcnicas para comprar uno polivalente, tuvieron el detalle de mandarnos un cargador nuevo de regalo a coste cero.

I bought this scooter more than a year ago and it’s been working well. The unit stopped turning on after a year and with consultation with customer service, they determined the issue was the battery. Although the battery was out of warranty ,they offered me discount and immediate shipped the battery with instructions to replace. The unit is back up and running. The diagnostic and customer service were both great.
Meine Tochter liebt den Roller. Besonders toll ist der Kundenservice. Innerhalb krzester Zeit wurden kostenlos Ersatzteile geschickt. So ein Service habe ich noch nie erlebt. Wirklich empfehlenswert. Alles super 🙂
I wasn’t expecting much being that it’s for teens but it’s awesome Decent speed and control although only downside is on rough streets you FEEL EVERY SINGLE BUMP
I live on a sailboat and have no car. I use public transportation to travel around Jacksonville FL. My scooter has given me freedom with a fast trip, fun to ride, long battery life and compact size when stored in the Rhino bag I modified to fit. I can carry it to shore in the dinghy and away I go!
There are a lot of scooters available on Amazon. The difference with Hiboy is customer service. Our children love the scooter and spend a lot of time on it. Thus, it gets beat up a lot. Hiboy has replaced a back wheel, the front handlebars, and now the right handlebar, all at no cost. Responsive customer service! Will buy from them again when the next electric rider comes out!

Mi hija est encantada con el patin, va muy bien aunque me di un problema con el acelerador, al pulsar no aceleraba el patn. Contact con el vendedor y rpidamente contactaron conmigo mediante Whatsapp y les indiqu el problema que tenia y me enviaron un manillar nuevo y a travs de un vdeo que me enviaron y donde se indicaba como cambiar el manillar (todo muy facil) y el problema se ha resuelto. Satisfecho con la respuesta obtenida..
il mio primo monopattino elettrico, e cercavo un prodotto leggero dato che sono minuta, e questo pesa 10kg e ha tutti gli accessori, luce, cruise control e doppio freno. Per sbaglio ho disabilitato il cruise control e il venditore molto disponibile mi ha dato assistenza,inoltre dato che il prodotto arrivato con un piccolo graffio sul parafango, mi hanno mandato anche il pezzo di ricambio. Avendo le ruote piccole, si sentono tutti i vari dislivelli della strada, ma rimane comunque un ottimo monopattino per la stabilit e la facilit di manovra. Per quanto riguarda i km di percorrenza, ad un mese di utilizzo, facendo 5Km di strada ogni giorno, l’ho ricarico per sicurezza ogni 3 giorni (sebbene il display indichi 2 tacche di batteria) consigliato per adulti e bambini!

I purchased two of the S2 Lite HiBoy scooters for my twin grandsons. They absolutely love these things. After one month the power switch was broken on one of the scooters, due to excessive use and not a quality issue, and HiBoy send me a new handlebar to fix the problem without any hassle. Their customer service department is excellent. Also..because I had the problem they send me a carry bag for the scooter for my troubles. EXCELLENT…
El patn lo compramos para mi hija de 12 aos, y nos encanta, dura bastante la batera y va a una velocidad adecuada. A los tres meses se rompi la rueda trasera, me puse en contacto con el vendedor y solucionado.
*UPDATE* After almost a year with this scooter, we ran into an issue where the rear wheel cracked.
Hiboy customer support replaced the wheel for free in a timely manner. Their customer support is friendly, knowledgeable and pretty much amazing!
We bought this scooter for our 9 year old. He absolutely loves it, especially the lights! It goes plenty fast for him as he is on the small side. We have had no issues with this scooter and are pleased with the purchase.
This product is well designed and sophisticated. It works very well in daily trips.
This was purchased as a holiday gift and worked flawlessly for several months. 11 y.o. enjoyed it on driveway, school black top, local streets and soccer fields with minimal learning curve.
After a defect was noted well after warranty period ended I inquired with customer service about how to order a spare part. They instead shipped by air a replacement part gratis and sent specific videos on how to install it.
Happy with product…blown away by the service!
We were very happy with the S2 LITE which we got for our 9 year old son. He loves to take it around and has been riding it for past year without any issues. The battery charges fast and retains it even after not using it for long time during winters. Have recommended it to his friends and definitely worth the money
Bought this scooter for my girlfriend to take our dog on runs and she loves it. Lightweight enough for her to lift it into her jeep and enough range to tire out the doggo. Zero issues after a month, will carry both of us if we’re being cute (around 300 lbs), and pretty quick charge time.
After 6 months of use the scooter is dead doesn’t turn at all

Perhaps the best overall experience I have ever had. Purchased this for my son and daughter for Christmas. Assembly was quite easy, scooters were sturdy, easy to use and tons of fun to ride. A few weeks into ownership and my son banged his on the asphalt and broke the light assembly. I contacted Hilboy and they were super helpful. Sent a replacement part and video showing how to repair. I was blown away with how responsive they were. The repair was easy and the scooter is as good as new. Thank you Hilboy!!
De momento todo perfecto, lo nico que he visto es que la rueda delantera se est desgastando muy pronto, ya est prcticamente acabada despus de 2 meses de uso mientras la trasera an est casi nueva.
Un buen producto y muy bonito. Tambin destacar la asistencia tcnica del vendedor. Tube un problema y me lo cambiaron por otro nuevo. Muy recomendable.
Desconozco como funcionar la batera a medio y largo plazo, pero por ahora fantstico. Lo compre para mi hijpo de 10 aos, pero a veces lo uso yo y va muy bien.

Qued encantada, diseo espectacular (tiene iluminacin led superguay), muy buenos acabados, no tiene nada que envidiar a Xiaomi, ruedas macizas (punto a favor pues no pinchan). Autonoma suficiente aunque es verdad que el nivel de batera a veces no es 100% fiable (mejor cargarlo a tope antes de salir).
Tiene un modo “ahorro” y uno “sport”, control de crucero, luz potente, la frenada es excelente, buena potencia y batera mas que suficiente para que los nios jueguen y se lo pasen bien.
El tiempo de carga completa es corto en comparacin con otro patinetes.

Fast scooter (up to 11/12 mph) that’s great for the city or for short distances (30-40 minutes on the road). The battery is not the longest lasting but it will get you where you need to go. Perfect for turning a 45 minute walk into a 20 minute ride. Cute lights and light weight – great for sidewalks, smooth terrains (will fall over if it hits big sidewalk cracks, and will not drive too well over gravel / rough ground)

Tiene bastante fuerza incluso si eres pesado, las luces de lo mejor tiene luces por todos sitios.
Cumple su funcin, a los cinco das tuve un problema y su servicio tcnico muy atento. Se averi y me enviaron uno nuevo. Espero no tener que precisar su servicio tcnico ,muy contento en ese sentido.
Patinete espectacular hice que subiera mi hija con un peso de 25kg una cuesta con una inclinacion aproximada de de 35grados y me quede asombrado como la subia sin ningun tipo de dificultad y su alumbrado impresionante estoy super contento con este patinete
I was skeptical about getting two of these but I did it anyway. It’s OK. Cool lights. Saturday enough for adults. I would ha e given it five stars but its a little slow. I thought is might go a bit faster but no…. If it did… It would have been a perfect 5 star rating…
I got this lite scooter for my girlfriend days ago because she used to ride my scooter to walk our fat dogs, then I would have to run to keep up with them. My girl is kind of thin and weight like 140lbs and the only reason she rides the scooter is to go around the beach and walk our fat dogs. I weight 170lbs and it also works well enough for me.
Honestly, we pretty like the scooter because of the super lightweight and futuristic design.
Easy to set up. Fun to ride. Love the lights. Love that the scooter folds up compactly. We get a lot of compliments on how sleek it looks. Highly recommend it. I will update this if anything wrong.
