I have hung this in the garden and really like it. It catches the sun rays and cast beams all over the garden. Very pretty and easy tool to spruce up the garden for summer.

This is very pretty, shimmers and casts lovely shadows as it spins. Bending out the different ribs of the heart makes it almost 3D and very effective. Looks good and well made

Very pretty spinner that’s a bit of a faff to set up but once it is, it’s lovley. The instructions on how to get it spread out made no sense to me and I was worried I’d ruin it by forcing it in ways it wasn’t meant to go so I gently eased all the sections into position and I’m happy with is. The edges are a bit sharp so it pays to be careful.

The only downside for mine was that it didn’t come with the little hearts that dangle from the bottom and the metal hanging thing that attaches to it to hang over a tree branch was also missing, which was disappointing. I’ve managed to cobble something together with 3 sections of twirly metal keyrings and it’s working well, but I’d rather have had the bit that was supposed to be with it.

It’s pretty though and I get comments about it from anyone that comes in the garden.

I have seen these types of heart shaped wind spinners before, and they look highly effective with the multi-tone metal that reflects everything around them when in bright sunlight.
This one comes on a flat piece of corrugated cardboard with a plastic cover. It doesn’t look great but does stop the spinner from being damaged in transit. Once removed from the packaging, you need to carefully bend out the individual inner hearts, so they make a full 360 heart. Be careful here though as the metal is only joined with a small section top and bottom, and the edges can be a little sharp if you are not.
Once opened out, the smaller silver hearts at the bottom need to be attached and the top hook connected too. After this it is a simple matter of putting the spinner out and watching as it magically changes colour as it spins.

The overall effect is excellent and being made from stainless steel, it should last for a long time. I have seen the wind blowing it around and it still looks just like new.

    Looks Amazing

This is lovely, but doesn’t spin as much as I’d like, so better if you use it with one of those battery operated spinning mechanisms.
This is a metal heart with various inner layers. You gently bend them to create a 3-D effect, then as it spins in the wind, the retroreflective qualities are extremely eye-catching. I just find it doesn’t rotate in the wind as much as I would like. There are battery operated mechanisms out there which act as a spinner, to turn it around constantly, even on the most gentlest of summer days. The whole effect is quite mesmerising and beautiful.

    Lovely, simple, eye catching

This wind spinner is absolutely stunning and when the sun catches it WOW.
It’s very easy to put together and the 3d affect it gives off is amazing. I’ve got it hung on my fence outside and every time I look out the window it always catches my eye. I love i

Looks quite nice when hanging out and twists in the wind. I didn’t twist the hearts too much as I was afraid not to break them, the metal is quite thin which is good because it is very lightweight so the wind can twist it easily.
A diagram would have been nice to see how it should look especially if you buy this as a gift. I checked the advertised photos to see how it should be but after all it is not rocket science.
I believe it’s a bit expensive for what you get but overall looks really nice.

looks nice but not quite as expected

Holres Garden Wind Spinner, 3D Heart Stainless Steel

It came disassembled, so you’ll need to connect the big heart to the smaller ones. It is not complicated to assemble it, but since it is made from metal, I suggest being more careful, especially when separating the different layers of the big heart. Once it is fully assembled, it has this swirling illusion that looks mesmerizing when blown by the wind.

On arrival the spinner is protected in a padded jiffy style bag and held in place on a cardboard backing with polythene cover and staples.
I mention this because the staples are a bit of an overkill and the package could be better sealed with alternatives.
The spinner itself is a stainless steel pressed heart pattern.
The instructions show an action that requires you to press the top of the heart down to the point in order to form a 3D shape. I found this impossible to do.
None the less I carefully shaped each section by bending it with my hands to form a shape that will catch the breeze.
There are two additional metal heart weights to attach with letting style rings. This is a bit of a challenge as they are small and fiddly.
There is a clip and hook for the top.
I’ve placed this outside on my pergola and it catches the light displaying its colours and reflecting the suns rays nicely.
It possibly won’t weather too well and may be better suited indoors?

Not overly impressed with the packaging, it comes flat packed with no instructions what so ever.
Since setting it up and hanging I’ve gone back to the product description to find I’ve put my small hearts on the top where as they should be in the bottom. But it’s doesn’t seem to effect the spinning, and I quite like it.
You need to slightly manipulate the heart to get the full spiral effect but be carful not to over bend as it may break.
It looks lovely, it’s shines and glistens.
I think the finished product is lovely. But need to work on the packaging. I think if the packaging was improved and it came with instructions it’s well worth the money.
Would make a great gift with better packaging.
It just looks quite cheap as it is now.

    Beautiful

Delightful – a reviewer mentioned it’s not like the photo – it’s exactly like the photo.

This is basically mirrored and will reflect what’s around – you do need to widen it out, take care, it’s quite sharp but it is easy enough to do.

It does require you to add the smaller hearts to the bottom with rings, it’s a little bit faffy, I have shown the rings in the photo.

It came between sticky plastic that you peel off to ensure it’s not scratched, and attached to cardboard in a pink bubble wrap envelope. It’s not the most attractive packaging if you were considering gifting it for example – but we quite liked the pink bubble wrap envelope.

YOu might want to put it in something else additionally if you are considering gifting it.

It came with no instructions either, which might sound daft, but you’re not entirely sure how much force you should apply for example. As it was, it did open out quite easily.

So it’s not quite the full package in terms of a gift, but as an item, in itself, it’s attractive and effective.

Not sure how long the metal would last outside, and it may need polishing to keep it effective – but I have kept it inside.

It’s 14.39 for Prime and 17.99 – that might be a little bit expensive as well all things considered.

That said, I am still awarding five stars but with the caveats mentioned above.

Exactly like the photo - very pretty, a bit sharp (be careful) requires some assembly.
