Works well on wooden floors and it was so good on carpet, i thoughtnit would vacuum it up too
Lightweight and easy to move around, less than the cordless but does the job for a great price.
So far it’s great, suction is really good, it’s very quiet which I love. The pipe and hose could connect a bit better as it has come apart a couple of times but nothing major. I love that the small tools are onboard and just to be picky the other larger heads would be good if they had their own storage of some description. Overall a great little vacuum.
I bought this to replace my 9 yrs old hoover sensory, as its body disintegrated/cracked all over with time to the point that could not be used anymore. The enigma has surprisingly good suction power despite of low wattage. Its plastic body does not seem, however, to be stronger than the old sensory was, in fact looks a bit lighter. How long will it go on without cracking just time will show. The carpet optimax nozzle (cleaning carpet/hard floor) comes with the enigma is much smaller and less effective to the one came with the my old sensory, but unfortunately the old one has different dimension for the hose so could not fit to the new hose. That is pity as I could not keep it and I find the new one not as good.
Best hover ever. It’s very lightweight, easy to manoeuvre and the suction power is just right.
Amazing on flat surfaces and also carpets,rugs etc.
The only thing that they could work on is the handle as it’s a bit too simple and you dont really have the grip but stil deserves 5 stars :)))
The super amazing is the fact that all the brushes are inside the vacuum so they are always there when you need one not like other ones that you have to carry the other ends in your pockets.

After trying upright hoover and plenty of cordless this is the style I should have stuck with. It is so versatile reach under, over and into the many nooks and crannies. I feel at last my home is fully clean.

Bought to replace former Hoover. I like the quiet motor and that there is extra length on the metal tube section for reaching high levels.
I was searching (for hours) for a light and quiet – and I finally found one I’m satisfied with.
66 Decibels is amazing! And it’s only just over 4 kg. The Telios one seems to be 64 Db but I deliberately ruled it out because it is kilo heavier. The parts just push in. I’ll never use the biggest one, “Carpetmax”. One issue was I couldn’t get it to stay on. It kept falling off. More useful is the next biggest which is “All floors plus” which has a brush switch that can be put on with your foot for a hard floor. It is also excellent on carpet. (There is a bit of plastic protrusion on both these parts, sorry I don’t understand why it’s there and it makes it sore on your hand to twist on). You really have to push them on firmly. I can’t manage with the official carpet one but the next one suffices. The smaller heads are smooth and therefore easier to attach and don’t fall off. There is no extension pole with this one – I think the Telios has that. It seems to share a platform with the Telios.
On a thicker carpet you have to pull towards yourself and on hard floors you can push and pull. The suction is unbelievable. It literally lifts carpets before your eyes on max power!
This comes with a soft dust bag which I imagine you can re-use after the laborious task of poking out the dust (??). I’d expected a paper bag. Previously I’d had a bagless vacuum and I found in no time it got scratched and ruined looking. No amount of cleaning restored it to its previous good looks.
There was no instruction booklet but really it wasn’t needed. You can view it online – better on a mobile as you can enlarge the instructions. It’s pretty straightforward. There is a diagram book provided.
Overall I’m very pleased.
UPDATE:
I’ve had no luck with keeping the ‘All floors plus’ on so that’s been abandoned too! I use with the smaller attachments (which don’t have the plastic protrusion on them) which I do manage to twist on – or just the hose. The suction is fabulous.
Picks up even larger pieces but does not block the pipe. On full power it lifts the carpet up on suction so gets right into the carpet eay to stow and use
For the price this is a sturdy compact & versatile cleaner, good for wooden floors, pet hair and nooks and crannies with the tools,which are well stored in the body of the vacuum- ingenious. I would probably not recommend it for homes with fitted carpets but is perfect for my needs.

Faulty device, stopped working just 1 month after use. However, there was a quick after service and I will be getting a full refund.
Finally had enough of the cordless variety’s which just don’t cut it when you’re renovating a house I ventured back to mains powered models.
This cleaner is absolutely one of the best I’ve had, (including my cylinder dyson), and it’s easily the cheapest I’ve ever had, I was nearly put off by the price it was so cheap
One thing to be aware of is to watch the cord recoil it’s so strong it will literally snatch the plug out of your hand
It is light to move about and does the work fantastically well. I will recommend it to people who are looking for the most effective vacuum cleaner.

It has a very high suction power and is very effective when on max. The suction power can be altered. However, it could be a little lighter and quieter.
I use this for the whole house and espespecially like the pet hair attachment , works really well.

I bought this because it was light to lift. Struggled to remove attachments at firs
Good value for money, lightweight, quiet, good suction. Very good pet hair remover attachment, collects dog hair from my bed sheets without pulling them in, very easy to use. I bought it a month ago and didnt have to change the back yet! The only minus is that sometimes it comes apart when using, as the handle doesnt have blocking mechanism, but learnt to operate it better now. Would recommend for pet owners.
Had two variations of this hoover, absolutely love it. Prefer the ajustable floor head on this one. Wheels seem a little loose and had to work at clipping bag compartment back together, but none of this makes it a bad hoover. Brilliant suction (also ajustable), does not just stick to carpet and move dirt around.

Bought this from another supplier but have had it a year or more now. Had issues at first cause the suction was so strong I had difficulty hoovering carpets. A year on, I’ve gotten used to moving the head on carpet. It’s lightweight, easy to use and cleans very well in my opinion for a very decent price. The pet hair / stair attachment is good also. I use this for deep cleaning and my Dyson cordless for day to day pickup – crumbs, etc. Would buy it again and would recommend.

With a few exceptions, overall I am very pleased and happy with this vacuum cleaner.
First of all, this is the most quietest vacuum cleaner I have come across. Even on max, it’s not that loud as I can still hear my phone ring and can hear the background noise from the TV. It’s not heavy at all – it’s light enough for you to carry it with one hand to vacuum the stairs making it feel less of a workout! It moves around easily from room to room – no need to tug it with force like my previous vacuum cleaner.
I really like the fact that the mini tools are stored on-board the vacuum cleaner, which makes it very convenient for when you need to vacuum nooks and crannies – it keeps the tools in one place so you’re less likely to misplace them. However, the cover is flimsy, so you will need to lift the cover up and down quite carefully each time to avoid breaking it.
I found that one of the tools given was useless – it literally sucks onto the carpet and won’t budge at all when you try to move it across or towards you. The pet turbo brush however is very good at picking up hairs but eventually the brush will later stop working as it gets tangled up with hairs on the bristles and I have no idea how to remove it to get it to work properly again so I avoid using it.
I like the fact that you can control the power suction as this will allow you to vacuum on things like your curtains when you don’t need the power suction to be that high or else it will drag the curtain off the railing. At 700W, the wattage is much lower than my previous vacuum cleaner which was at 2000W, but nevertheless it picks up dust reasonably well.
The Hoover branded dust bags are expensive. However, there are alternative compatible ones selling for a much cheaper price online as well.

I’ve always had vacuums that were fairly powerful (1800-2000w). I was replacing very similar looking Hoover and got suckered in by the ‘suitable for pets’ bit. It looked good, all shiny and black, ‘A’ rating stickers everywhere and the paw symbol which I wrongly associated with power.
Anyhow it’s only 700w which is a mile away from what I’ve been used for the last twenty odd years so I’m very disappointed with the power.
It’s exactly as described so it’s my fault for making a hasty purchase but I’m surprised how there is a market for weak vacuum cleaners. I can’t imagine how it would be effective at removing pet hairs if the suction is so poor (as my Grandfather would say ‘it wouldn’t pull the socks off a dead man’) there wasn’t much for doing in the West of Ireland in my Grandfather’s day so I assume he did a lot of research into this subject. Although there was no electricity let alone vacuum cleaners so maybe he didn’t try this exact model 🙂
Small vacuum cleaner, perfect for a small two bedroom flat. It is extremely quiet and picks up very well. The bags are a bit small, however for a small flat is perfect. It is light and easy to use.
