Nice and Quiet Just what we wanted food at hand all the time
Good solutions for small flat if you need additional freezer.
Nice sized under counter freezer, drawers really handy. Can fit a lot in a small freezer.
Shame the freezer was delivered with a crease on the front of the door from the handle to the bottom. Do not know whether it was damaged in transit or already at the warehouse. Waiting to repair/replacement doo
The cable is only as long as the height of freezer so ok if socket directly behind but no good otherwise! This seems to be yet another hurdle to check when buying anything electrical!
It does exactly what I need it to do. Bumper crop from allotment which is now all blanched, made into sauces or soups ready for those cold winter days. Also have a bit of space for a bit of batch cooking. A great over spill freezer.
It freezes. Love it. As a disabled person who shops online, so no control over quantities, and additionally someone who sometimes doesn’t feel very well and so isn’t very hungry for a couple of days and so wastes food a freezer was obviously cost-effective but where to put it in my minute kitchen was something I scratched my head over for years, endless shifting things around, do I really need…At last I found a space AND someone to put it in the space. Delivery ‘to the room of my choice’ was excellent, three cheers for the guys, who removed all the packaging on the doorstep, carried it through to the kitchen and plugged it in. All done and dusted in five mins.
I find it ample for my needs. Some people say it’s small, of course it’s small! This of course depends entirely on what you eat and how many in your household. If there are four hungry healthy people and a tiny kitchen, that is not a problem any freezer can solve.
I am happy with the product. Exactly what I was looking for.
Just the size I needed. Draws could be a bit deeper otherwise good and its frost free.

I had to return this as I ordered freezer and fridge to stand side by side – unfortunately they were slightly different shade of white – which didn’t look good in my kitchen.

The people that delivered the freezer were very nice and helpful, I chose the option for them to take away the packaging which was quick and easy. when I tried to plug it in I at first had difficulty finding the power cord as it was tucked away in with the compressor. Once the cord had been fished out I found that the cord was really short and if I hadn’t already bought an extension cord there would have been no way that I could have plugged my new freezer in. It had surprisingly more room than my old freezer even though they were basically the same size, I found that I had a whole extra draw worth of space. I’ve only had the freezer for a few days and so far apart from the power cord issue I’m pleased with it.

I like the metal back, general sturdiness and good use of internal space.
4 draws, 3 full depth and good height, 1 half draw at the bottom.

The freezer is perfect size for what I need packaging was ok. Only thing is there’s a dent on the bottom of the door must be from packing as box was extra protection in the box and no damage. Not plugged in yet so hopefully all runs well

here is nothing to dislike about this product, it is in use to store frozen items, that can be saved to use on another day.
Ideal for what we wanted; an under-counter freezer, with adequate capacity.
Such a pity manufacturer’s of undercounter freezers have not found a way of producing frost free models yet, especially as big a manufacturer as Hoover who have been around for many years.
We all need to reduce the workload where we can, and frost free freezers are definitely the way
forward.
4 drawers, one deep, plus 3 shallows , the shallows are good for less bulky foods.
Packaged well on arrival, but men would not take the packaging away due to Corona virus.

However the appliance has a very short flex & in my case didn’t extend to the socket.Hence I had to build a plinth.
In this day & age a lot of plug sockets are sited higher than traditional sockets, but I guess maybe it’s so short because is an under the counter appliance, rather than free standing.
