This hoover is great ,would highly reccomend, its worth every penny .they were quick to send out the replacement hoover as it had a faulty plug,sadly been charged twice from amazon even though I have a receipt from the Hermes locke
It is light to carry ad easy to store. Quite quiet too. Good suction power, which can be adjusted by a rotary knob. The only thing that I’m missing is a small, straight brush, which is not part of a standard toolset (I had to adapt the one from an old cleaner). Overall quite happy with it. The bag has a large capacity.
Enjoying using my new hoover, easy to use! Lightweight too, as we live in a town house!

No problem changing the bag and each bag lasts for a number of cleanings. Only came with 3 tools but they seem adequate.

The courier kindly carried this into my front room for me although it wasn’t really heavy. Upon opening the box it was well protected with packaging but not over packaged, and all of the packaging was recyclable The one confusing thing was the information sheet inside the box was for a different model (the telios) not sure why this was included but the manual was for the correct model. The assembly instructions were easy to follow and putting the Hoover together was simple and took less than five minutes. It feels sturdy and good quality. When I turned it on for the first time the suction power dial was turned to full and Wow it lifted the carpet! After turning down the suction dial I Hoovered the front room. The appliance is very light, easy to manoeuvre, has a lead that does my living room and hall without switching sockets and is very quiet. I was very pleased with the result I had previously hoovered approximately four hours earlier so didn’t expect much but the difference in the carpet was noticeable. The capsule has a massive 5litre bag and I really like the fact that you can see inside it when you lift the lid. I could see the amount of dust/dirt collected and was quite stunned. It had obviously deep cleaned my carpet. The bag is also self sealing when removed which I think is a great feature for clean removal and avoidance of the dust cloud you can get. I’m impressed with the extending tube which makes cleaning cobwebs from ceiling corners very easy, and I like that the crevice tool clips onto the appliance so it is always at hand. When storing the tube clips onto the back of the appliance so it doesn’t fall on the floor. This helps it to store neatly. The more I use this the more impressed I am, the pet hair head works wonders and efficiently removed all trace of dog hairs, but the thing that really impressed me was when cleaning the stairs. The unit is so light and easy to carry/manoeuvre, add that to the the long power cable, and I was able to hoover the stairs without stopping to change the socket. Another feature I am really impressed with is the ability to turn up/down the suction. I have a fluffy rug in the bedroom that is usually difficult to hoover and involves having people stand on it whilst I hoover to stop it being lifted. Being able to reduce the suction meant I could hoover the rug efficiently without extra help. Big thumbs up on that one. final update Im not giving this up definately a keeper!
