Build quality is very good, and the machine is easy to start. On the down side it is rather heavy, but the robust harness helps to alleviate that. The really annoying thing is that the “Off” slide button is too close to the operating trigger, so it is very easy to accidentally turn the engine off when working.
Overall, though, a good product and very good value for money.
Bought this to cope better with the hedges. We have about 150 feet of hedging. I am a pensioner and despite really liking the machine I couldn’t manage the weight. The company were excellent with the return and I felt very supported throughout the process. If you are younger and strong this is an excellent piece of equipment.

This has proven to be a strong, well built piece of kit and, has already paid for itself! I have used it on a very tall hedge, (3m+), as well as several lower, mixed hedges. It has excelled. Although quite heavy to use for long periods, I feel this is simply a necessary evil in order to have the cutting power which this machine demonstrates. I would thoroughly recommend.
