2. Once disconnected to work remotely, on re-connection and starting the machine, there seems to be a delay in the graphics display (this does not happen when I connect the laptop directly to the monitor not through the docking station). A simple re-boot fixes the issue and all is good. This may be as a result of a setting missed out but the manual is very thin on details.

Not sure on the review about not working on a Mac and duel monitor as I have 2 x 27 inch screens and my laptop screen on a MacBook Pro. we also have a Microsoft surface same set up – working really well. very happy and easy to connec

My new Macbook Pro 15″ has only Thunderbolt 3 (USB C) ports. Unfortunately, my devices (external hard drives, camera, keyboard, flash) are USB only. Same with my displays – I am not willing to pay the fortune for those expensive TB3 displays from LG. I am satisfied with both BenQ and Dell 4K monitors I currently have. So, I’ve had no other choice than to look for a sophisticated dock, which would be able to feed my USB gadgets and to work with my displays.
After quite a lengthy search (I was considering both USB-C and TB3 docks), I’ve found this dock. Conveniently equipped with everything I need (even with LAN port, which I won’t use at home, but might become handy if I purchase a second one to my work desk), with almost unbelievably affordable price. I’ve took the “risk”, and was positively surprised: good packing, 60pages manual, easy installation (Plug & Play for Win10 users, my MacOS required a 2min installation though) and everything was set to go.
Convenient selection of video outputs (you can use any selection of DisplayPort and HDMI to connect your monitors – I use 2x HDMI at home), high performance of the dual 4K video and plenty of USB ports. The only downsize is that neither of the USB ports can run the fast charge; but still, good enough for everything I connect to (even my iPhone 6s).
So far, so good – I couldn’t find any more suitable dock for my need (and definitely not at this price point).
