First machine arrived and was faulty (made a loud banging noise). Contacted the seller directly, who responded quickly and sent a replacement machine within a couple of days. New one works well. Excellent service from the seller.
My kitchen is small and it fitted in nicely. Great black with silver band, went well with my white kitchen. Easy to use and great instructions. I’m very pleased with it. Thankyou. X
Don’t make your mind up until you have used it for 3 or 4 cycles. Makes great ice cubes at a reasonable rate. Some complaints that the ice melts quickly, which is probably down to the cubes not being solid, easily fixed though.drink faster lol
First used one when while on holiday in Derbyshire. It was great to have ice available whenever I wanted a drink, so I just had to buy one for my house and opted for the same model. Ice is ready is as little as 5 minutes and is a great shape to use. Not a day has gone buy without using this.
Purchased this ice machine a few weeks ago and have used regularly since. It’s so convenient to be able to just click a button and leave it to make the ice. It shuts off automatically when the ice tray is full which is helpful. The little scoop that comes with it makes it easy to remove the ice and also the basket can be removed when full so overall very happy

Little machine with a great power. Great and compact. Small ice cubes produced but perfect for drinks. I am gonna buy another one for summer parties.
I absolutely love it. Any leftover ice can be easily stored in a zip lock bag in the freezer. The best feature is the safety measure of keeping around half a litre of water in the tank to stop it from drying out.
suprised at how well this worked. looks cool, comes with instrucions. easy to use… and it produces ice without fuss. happy was a good choice vs an abundance of similar machines

This is quite a nice Ice maker it takes a little bit to start churning out ice but it really awesome

Machine works as described and expected.
Ice bullets are smaller than expected but the machine chucks 8 out at a time nearly every 8-9 mins, so a nice amount can be accumulated quickly.
For the money, cracking bit of kit. Perfect for a home bar.
This is very easy to use and saves keep buying bags of ice like I used to.. I’m a bit disappointed as I thought it did 2 sizes of ice, but that’s obviously down to my research. I find that the ice doesn’t last long when it’s in drinks which is strange..Would I buy it again though.. yes.
I bought this on prime day after growing increasingly frustrated at buying bags of ice and throwing 60-75% away due to it being crushed – not ideal for Gin and tonics!
First issue was the way it was packaged – great from the manufacturer – secure box with decent shock absorbent material. That box was then put on it’s side into an outer Amazon box. Despite being clearly marked for this way up. The Amazon box was then placed with it’s own this way up marking so th nice maker was on it’s side! Greta for a refrigerant device – NOT.
I let the device settle for 24hrs before switching on. As per the manufacturers advice it took a couple of run throughs to builds up the size of the ice but it produces decent quantities, quickly and reliably. I just pout them in a bucket in the freezer. The cubes a smaller than you buy from shops, but regular size and shape.

The ice maker works very well. But, the ice piles up next to the chute and blocks the sensor; you have to continually move the ice away from the sensor and chute. Very good otherwise.
I have a question: how much current does the machine draw per hour of use when compressor is working? Thanks!
Very quick to use and produce ice. No detectable plastic flavour in the ice. Very simple to use.
We already had one ice machine loved it so much decided to get one for our holiday home, wouldn’t be without it, ice virtually on demand
The first few cycles of the machine produces small ice. I just tip them all into the water tank and away it goes, my girlfriend absolutely love this machine. Great at what it’s supposed to do, reasonably quiet too. We just forget it is on and transfer the ice to the freezer. 5 from us

Too noisy when in use. I had beside the sink in the kitchen next to living room and you could hear it in in the background. It took most of the day to make a 1.8 kilo bag of bought ice. How much power it used in making the ice I don’t know. Unfortunately I packed it back up, I may drag it out another day. Not impressed
This was a well loved machine but just stopped working after 3 months and because it is beyond the 30 day return period can’t seem to do anything about it.
So I wrote the above review on here and the seller responded immediately and replaced the product.
I like this machine it doesn’t take up a lot of space in my garage and keeps us stocked with ice. Much needed in this current heatwave.
Love being able to make ice in this hot weather, it is fairly fast and although the ice is a small in comparison with ice cubes made using a ice tray for the feezer but is great as it is easy to use in a cocktail shaker! So pleased I bought it.
This machine is just brilliant. Very quiet and easy to use. No more running out of ice or struggling to carry ice home. I’m disabled so this is a godsend for me. Switch it on and off you go.

Got this as we use a lot of ice, really easy to use. Ice cubes aren’t massive but big enough, the machine itself is pretty quiet, (I expected it to be noisy ) once the basket is full I just transfer the ice to the freezer and away we go, no more running out of ice

Machine is fine it makes ice, however no way does it make ice in 5-8 minutes, got this as a replacement to our other machine which suddenly broke chose this one as it said it makes ice in around 6 minutes where most are 10+ mins also after of makes 1 load of ice it says the basket is fill and won’t make any more when it isn’t.
Wanted one for a while, ice ready in 10 mins very pleased with this machine
I’m honestly highly impressed with this.
I originally brought it to add the ice to my pets water bowls, to call them down and they love it.
But it creates ice so quick, I’ve ended up using it for myself as well.
Only downside is the ice can melt quick in the bucket, I’d say it last about an hour.
Before you’ll notice some remnants of ice cubes, stuck to the clump of full ice cubes, from the ones that have melted.
That and it make a bit of a racket, when the ice is ejected from the nozzles and then again when it’s pushed into the bucket, hence the one less star.
But I can put up with that, for the convenience of the quick ice production.
As well as the peace of mind that I know my dog ain’t going to suffer as much from the heat.
Have never used one before so have nothing to compare it with. Like a fridge, it needs to left standing for 24 hours before first use. The manufacturer recommends the use of Baking Soda and water when cleaning. The instructions also recommend the use of distilled or filtered water but not mineral water. I haven’t found it complicated to use..

Bought to assist with keeping the cryo cuff with ice following my knee surgery and kept up with demand and great machine well worth the purchase.
Arrived and plugged it in. Waited the requisite amount of time for all the coolant to settle, filled it up and pressed go and go it did. The first ice cubes came out about 10 minutes later and it just kept on going. I think I put in 1.5l of water and it made a surprising amount of ice. Seems to work really well. Used it a couple of times and no complaints.
I would recommend.
Love it, it’s easy to use and clean, it is a little noisy but I believe that exceptable because of the motor, also you have ice within minutes.
Ice whenever you need it, I am very happy with this item.
Went to do other things and came back to a tray of ice “cubes” which only used half of the water so emptied out the tray and set it in action again ,we ended up with quite a few ice “cubes”.
Very quiet and efficient, seems to be well made,only time will tell but if the initial impression is anything to go by it will be a good machine.
