Much easier to install than I anticipated, but I needed to buy more sticky wire clips, as it only came with 3 – since there is a 6m long cable for the rear camera, this seemed slightly daft!
My only complaint is that the rear camera drops every time I shut the van door, as the springs aren’t strong enough to hold it. I’ve currently got it gaffer taped in position..
I wanted something easy to take in and out if different vehicles with decent quality images and sound….this does the job very nicely thanks I jave installed a bigger memory card and can record 2 and a half days at about 10 hours per day.
Amazon as iiwey Agent should make it clear that the only way to use the videos for any outside purpose you cannot use a Win 10 PC. The manual says go to Google play but they dont recognise it.

4k camera (with decent rear view camera) lots of options, but easy to set and run (and hardwire with a seperate kit) so set and run. Included card is handy but higher capacity (and right speed) is recommended as included card will loop record about half an hour at highest quality (and why wouldn’t you use highest quality.) decent image quality which is important. Bought this cheap one for a family member, and for what they need, it works perfectly.
Have to change most of the settings to optimise picture and storage, but not a big deal.
As Amazons return policy is so totally brilliant I ordered them both with the view to keep the one I preferred and return the other one.
This won hands down and I absolutely love it, the touchscreen is absolutely awesome, I’d never go back to one with buttons now, this has spoilt me big time, it really is excellent.
Its very clear and simple to use with impressive video quality in a nice neat well built unit that looks great and feels good, it also came with a sd card which is a very nice touch indeed.
The rear camera is an afterthought and is just a genetic standard rear view camera, possibly not a bad thing as they are very popular and have stood the test of time.
I’ve tested the rear camera but not fully installed it in the car yet so can’t give it any scores on the doors at the moment.
I chose this for the front camera and the rear one coming with it was just a bit of gravy that to be honest I’m not really that bothered about.
GPS is NOT built into the camera and is provided via a little discrete box that has to be plugged into the camera in series with the power supply, not a biggy but worthy of a mention.
I ran the recorded mp4 video files through Dashcam Viewer and the map overlay didn’t work, everything else did, just not the map overlay section.
To explore this a little further I wrote a script using exiftool that automatically rips the gps coordinates from the recorded mp4 video files and outputs them to GPX format, after viewing the GPX files the coordinates it produced were sheer nonsense.
After a number of hours wasted in front of the pc headshaking and shouting it appears the reason for the coordinate output error is because of the encryption the camera uses to store the gps data using some yet unknown/unhacked encryption scheme.
Whether this will change in the future and map overlays will eventually work is anyones guess, but at the moment they don’t.
All in all I’m impressed and will be buying another one for my 2nd car, I highly recommend it.
Bought this after my last one failed (different model) I was impressed how easy it was to setup, plug and play really. The one thing that was really good was the user manual – 50 easy to read and follow – and best of all – all in English! So far I would recommend, but only had it for 24 hours.

Firstly as a driving instructor I need a camera that I could use that would allow me to show my pupils clear footage of their drive and pick up any errors they may have made with observations and positioning. The touch screen is brilliant and kept the unit small so it fitted easily between my mirror and my learners mirror – see pictures.
This camera is crystal clear and images are sharp. Fabulous in normal daylight and great at low light and darkness.
Secondly I need software that would connect to the dashcam immediately and show footage on my phone. The Witcam wireless app connected to my phone (android) effortlessly. This was the most important aspect of my purchase. The video clips played back quickly and I really haven’t had any issues with it.
Downloading the app and video to the phone is as easy as pressing a button.
(As a side note the nextbase app is terrible please read the reviews.)

I would mention that the gps unit is separate to the camera and the power connects to the gps unit then onwards via a shorter cable to the camera. So plan as to where you place the gps.
The suction mount is short so it decreases the amount of space need to place the camera.
The camera in my opinion is excellent and 4k quality is superior. The addition of the SD card was a bonus and very much appreciated, as is the power supply that has a usb port on top to charge your phone!
If there is one thing I would like is for the screen saver option to have the speed and time displayed instead of a blank screen, THAT would be the icing on the cake.

Just got this and installed it in my car and so far so good, it’s good quality as is the video quality the camera records. It was super easy to install too. Still waiting to test the night vision but I’m hopeful. The only thing I would maybe say is the rear camera plugs into a jack on the front camera which means you have to deal with more cabling running through your car then is probably necessary. I have a socket in the back of my car so another car charger would have sufficed rather than the rear camera cabling running through the whole car. That’s just personal preference though.
Worked perfectly for a week but then one button failed, I emailed the helpline and they sent me a complete new camera. It even arrived the next day, great customer service. Really happy with the system now.
I have bought this same dash cam before and wanted one for my wives car. So I am obviously happy with the camera and would recommend it as very good value. I did have one small problem that I spent some time resolving. On the front of the camera there was a light on all the time ( labelled flash light on the diagram). It took me some time but eventually I found something in the menu called “fill in light”. After selecting this off. the problem solved.

Just received the camera, delivered on time. On first check the picture quality looks pretty good.
Like front camera quality, rear picture not so good, but adequate & fot for purpose.
Front camera power lead was too short, needed to be an extra 1.0 to 1.5m longer for my suv – used an extension to resolve this issue.
Good value though.
For the rear camera:
(1) If you need to use it as a reverse camera, then you connect the red cable to the positive line of the reverse lamp. Then when you reverse the car, the rear view will show full on the dash cam screen. And rear camera light will show up at the same time. (This could cause glare on the rear window if the camera is mounted inside the car.)
(2) If you have no need for the rear camera to reverse the car. Then the red cable need not be attached. (It may be worth removing or insulating for safety.)
I am very pleased with the purchase so far (only one week) and rather than swap back and forward will probably buy a second for use in our motorhome.
Not so sure about rear camera need to review cable run. Will stick to front view for time being.
Excellent little camera which is not too intrusive on your vision as you can have it placed in corner of windscreen. Wide angled lens and could save a lot of money for an insurance claim.

I have now purchased 3 of these cameras within the past couple of weeks for my family cars they are very easy to install and to set up the picture quality is good. I needed to ask a question and had a reply within no time at all. For the price I paid I am so far very happy with the cameras and would recommend giving them ago.
Easy to fit and adjust. Good playback and handy to have sd card included. Needs separate kit to hard wire it in but was aware of this at purchase.

I bought this dash cam for my daughter after just passing her test and buying her first car. I would certainly recommend this cam as the quality of the screen is perfect. I have not seen the quality of the night vision though. It also came in handy to pick up on savoury characters outside our home and the police thought the quality of the pictures were very good, so thumbs up, i give this 10 out of 10..
I am very impressed with this especially for the price. What a great dash cam it is. I have Fit the rear camera also & tucked all the wires away neatly both back & front. The instructions are everything you need. Just take the time to read them & follow them clearly & you won’t go wrong
The camera is excellent, I bought the hardwire as well, so easy to fit. The hardest part was connecting the reverse wire to the car reverse loom. I already have a nextbase dashcam and I prefer this 1. Well worth the money
A little hard to understand instructions but Lamoe team very helpful installation quiet easy, viewing video’s helps, all cables can be hidden, not had any experience of motion sensor or parking mode but that’s a good thing, all in all for the price everything seems good rear camera gives a good view haven’t connected reversing mode but small view on screen covers a large area.
Arrived on time. Plenty of wire to fit both front and rear camera. Picture quality looks good not tried at night yet but in dull rainy conditions looked fine so have only rated 3 star based on not yet trying at night. Only downside was SD card was missing but refund given for the price of a SD card when contacted seller. Seller very speedy in response to packing error causing lack of SD card
But all in all great value and with the savings made on my car insurance it easily made up for the cost of all the items I purchased. Service is great and any questions were dealt with within 12 hours. With all the potential car insurance scams and potential liability debates if you were to be involved in an accident for me it made sense to get one. I suspect all new cars in the nexT few years will all have them.
Oh, if your worried about wires hanging everywhere, just watch a few YouTube vids and you can hide them quite easily.
Great value for money. Rear camera isn’t up to much, forward facing is great and more than does the job. But for this price I might even just buy a second one and wire it up facing rearwards.
The front camera is good, but the rear camera not so good the image is reverted and the picture quality not so good.
Video quality is excellent during the day with the video recordings very clear and smooth. At night the quality suffers a little but I still think it is of good enough quality to sufficiently capture driving .
Easy to install onto the windscreen and the suction mount has held solid .
And it’s come with a 32GB micro SD card to go with it, and of course it loops over old files.
Al in all, a good, inexpensive dash cam this seems to be.
Arrived punctually, and was quite surprised with camera, more so the fact that I didn’t have to reset the time, went straight to March 1st from Feb 29th.
Picture is good and size of screen is just right,.
Can’t comment on rear view camera yet as I haven’t connected it up. but I did try it and it looks just fine.

Bought this for my husband. He found it easy to install, although he had to buy an adapter to fit the rear camera. It is neat and doesn’t look too obtrusive. All in all a brilliant buy for the money.
I only had one problem with the hardwiring kit. Although they supply a good range of fuse shapes, to fit any car, I found one which had the right pin pitch but mine (Renault Clio) had the fuse pins tapered so I had to file them to shape.
This driving camera has a lot of excellent features to offer and the picture quality is superb. Also i love the size of the camera,which don’t take too much room on windscreen or obstruct driver’s view.
I think that is almost essential these days to have it.

This front and rear view dash cam gives me the confidence of recording my driving in fornt of me or anything that comes from the back. The good thing about the main unit is that it does not take up too much space. I left it in the corner and suctioned onto the windscreen and it just does its job. Realy simple to go through the settings before using. SD card was included which is a good plus point for me. Video quality is awesome.

The iiwey dash camera is very well packaged. Included all of the things you need.When I first ordered this dash cam I thought it would be too difficult for me to install. I was surprised to find out that it was quite easy. Half an hour to finish the installation.
It comes with both front and rear camera, both of them have the quality pictures. They record at the same time and you can watch the 2 videos separately on computer, laptop. Included a SD card, and you just need to take the SD card out to play the videos.
For the price. It’s peace of mind and cameras don’t lie.

Quality is excellent with plenty of functions.
I have it wired to the reversing light on my car and it works spot on, it automatically goes to full screen in this mode, with count down distance markers on the screen and LED’s that light up around the rear camera for added safety in the dark.
To sum up, great value.

Cons:
-No cable to connect to computer directly. So you need to take the SD card out if you want to read on computer. On the dash cam preview, you can watch the videos no problem.
-For me, night vision is enough. But I must say, if there is totally no light, it can’t see clear. Only when there is a light source, then it can see clear.(For the price, it’s much better than my previous one)
Conclusion: A great dash cam that satisfy my need. It well worth the price. And I do think it’s difficult to find one better in this price.
This dash cam is well built, great quality.Its great for reversing and for just driving around here catch anything and everything that could happen. The dash cam builds in G-sensor, loop recording and a lot of functions. It has parking sensor function, but only a small battery inside. So I choose to buy a hardwire kit separately. It’s really dangerous when I park the car in the evening.
The cable was ample length to fit and fitting was easy. The screen itself is fantastic, HD quality imaging both front and reversing camera. I’m not expected much for a dash cam lower than 40, but this is the best choice I think. Better than the one I bought 65 from the local shop, only using 5months
I bought a Samsung 32Gb card for it. And it works fine. As the seller advertised, no more than 32GB and class 10.
Overall, it’s the best choice.
So far so good, nice packaging and very nice looking camera. The features like G-Sensor, wide dynamic range and night vision are really impressive at this price. Very impressed with the picture quality.
Changing settings is easy and intuitive. Set up and menus are fairly easy to figure out. It has an outstanding feature set for the price. Don’t forget to turn the features you want on. Many of them are off by default.
The power wire is long, but a few more feet would have made things much easier. I had to order an extension to make the wiring invisible. The wire for the rear camera is very long. I had to tie off several feet on a rear window installation.
Suggestion: Use good quality micro SD cards made for frequent write/delete like Samsung SD card. Check once in a while to make sure the files are not corrupted. Reformat every 1 or 2 weeks. Keep one extra SD card as backup. Throw away and get a new one if SD cards keep corrupted or turns on/off the dash cam.
