Great buy. Easy to fit and comes with all the necessary bits and pieces. O2 were going to charge a ridiculous price for fitting a new one.
Excellent product, ignore the negative reviews, very easy to install and a really good fit.
I was a bit miffed that this broke on my phone and Samsung wanted to charge me a fortune to repair it but, I bought this kit and hey presto all sorted. I would advise sitting at a table with everything on a tray or something that means you won’t lose something on the floor but other than that replacing it was very easy. I watched a couple of YouTube videos to check what would happen but I am now confidently going to change it again as I snapped it off again. Bad design by Samsung but a great, cheap way of fixing this yourself.

My Cap lasted less than a year before falling off . . . so I have bought several of these for the coming years.
The little sticky pad supplied (white plastic hinge where the screw goes through) is actually critical to the replacement.
On talking the old cap off, you can’t help but pull of the original sticky pad off and damage it . . .. so you need that pad supplied with this product.
Other replacement caps I have seen on Amazon don’t have this stick pad hinge and screw . . .
Really impressed with thia item was really easy to replace and would definatley buy this again if needed
