The InSinkErator F-701r water filters are specially designed for use with water that reaches temperatures up to 99°C. This is ideal for our NeoTank, which features a digital thermostat to allow users to control the temperature in the tank to between 88°C and 99°C.
This allows the filters to reduce impurities even at such high temperatures, whereas many ‘compatible’ filters only function with temperatures up to 80°C.
This leaves you with better tasting water and also reduces the risk of any impurities sitting inside your InSinkErator hot water tank.
To ensure that you enjoy a continuous filtered water supply and keep your InSinkErator system running as you’d expect, you should change your filters every 6 months.

Great product, very easy to change filter even the kids could do it ( BUT DONT LET THEM FOR SAFETY REASONS ).
We hadn’t changed our from new which was 2 years haha I know it’s wrong should be every 6 months. The product is a bit pricey but I could definitely taste the difference so worth it.
The product arrived quickly as advertised. The instructions for changing the filter were easy to follow and I have done it in just few seconds, no tools needed. The new cartidge clicked into position. The amount of water which came out was tiny, easy to catch in a cloth spread underneath.

Immediately after the change of the refill you have to give a day to get almost normal taste of the water. It’s gone up considerable in the value.

I have tried cheaper filters that claim to be as good but they are not – one scaled up boiler later I am paying for the filters that actually work. Still changing every 3 months but I do live in a very hard water area.
These are the genuine product. Not the impostor stuff which is cheaper but I have also read several reviews on Amazon to tell you that they’re not necessarily worth the money saved.
Ultimately it’s a personal choice of course. I was more than happy with this And then found it was 5 cheaper the following day on Amazon! Just keep an eye on the prices On here as they seem to fluctuate.

Expensive as need replacing at least twice a year, sometimes more.
Arrived in just the original box and open one end, not impressed with that but they weren’t damaged. They arrived on time.
I had run my last filter for over 12 months and was concerned about fitting a new one; I needn’t have worried a simple twist and the old one was out and twist the new cartridge in….easy!

I had not replaced the original filter but after 3 years I did. Even know flow, colour and taste not knowingly changed the new one saw a little faster flow, clearer and believe it more Tasty water. It was extremely easy to fit, well designed.

This product was a replacement for our in sink hot water tap. It arrived on time, was way to fit and is working well. It is expensive but you get what you pay for!!
Our water is fine and really doesn’t benefit from filtering. However, I fit these in the hope they will prolong the life of the boiling tank. Perhaps just nave?

Needed this for my hot/cold water tap. My grip is not as strong as it used to be so I found it quite difficult to screw the old filter off and the new filter on. Apart from that everything worked fine.

Genuine product, well packaged and arrived very quick. Instructions very easy to follow. Just make sure you put a bucket / bowl under before removing the old one as about half a cup of water does leak out during the process.

Arrived a day later than scheduled but not a problem as bought as regular replacement for my hot water tap. Use this product 6 monthly as recommended and have no problems with it. My hot water tap continues to work fine. Is quite an expensive product though but necessary to keep tap working.

First time I have had to change filter as had the tap for 6 months, it’s simple to do which is a relief. Followed the guide and no problems, no leaks.
Have an InSinkErator which is fab! no kettle on the counter any more. The two pack is great for making sure that you always have a spare in the cupboard usually order the next set when I change out the second filter.

This is expensive for what it is, but it lasts a long time and it fits perfectly in the insinkerator. If you’ve paid out for the insinkerator then you might as well buy the proper gear eh?
Bought this as my new kitchen had an insinkerator build in. Was initially worried about changing the cartridge, but it was easy and mess free.
Amazon made ordering this replacement so easy, and it arrived within two days! Expensive, but does include two filters, and i imagine they are more expensive elsewhere. Worked perfectly, but you do need to run the tap for a little while to get it to settle.
Hopefully it is doing what it says on the label – filtering limescale from the water but as I can’t physically see it happening, we shall have to wait and see if the unit blows up like the last one!
