This is a very nice chair, very pleased with purchase.
Since the lockdown and my son had to stay home of Google Class, he has always been dreaming about a desk chair. I have been searching on Amazon and other sites, either the price or the design put me off to make a purchase.
this one was on offer and the unique thing about it was the back support and head support in one piece ( see my pictures ), exactly the one I wanted. No saying separated headrest was bad, but it saved lots of time on installation and reduce the chance of broken headrest, this is my opinions.
the product does has a bit of paint floss but I have been seeing similar across such products, in fact after my 12 years old put them together in 10 mins the final piece was in a great shape.
if you have not notice, the silver legs took less space that other desk chairs, which helps in my tiny study room. overall it means my expectation and son loves it, that’s more important to me.
The IntimaTe WM Heart Ergonomic Office chair looks really nice. It has folding arms that can be stowed away when not required and a solid built quality. Assemble is very easy and straightforward, you don’t really need the instructions but they are there if required. The chrome plated base looks really smart, the shape of the chair is both elegant and supportive and the comfort is really good too. Considering the low price I think its great value.
We purchased a couple of these in the hope they would be appropriate for the office and offer a supported and comfortable chair for long hours at the desk. We were very impressed and have now purchased these chairs for all desks and even purchased some for staff working from home. And the price was also impressive. Easy enough to put together with the tools supplied
I like my new chair, find it comfortable, easy to assemble and would recommend.
I’ve had this chair about 9 months now, working from home 6 days a week, 7-8 hours a day. The chair was easy to assemble and quite comfortable. I’d like to be able to lower the armrests slightly for better posture (my shoulders are slightly raised when rested on the armrests), but at least I am able to lift away the armrests. I’ve given this chair a 4/5 rating as the seat cushion no longer bounces back, meaning a sore bottom. I’m in contact with the seller about a replacement cushion. I’ve tried putting an external cushion on it and also tried a coccyx cushion. The way the back rest is designed means my (lower) spine is not sitting in the right place if I use an external cushion, therefore really I need to replace the chair padding. Otherwise the chair is great and good value for money.
Son was very pleased, much better than his old gaming chair, comfy looks very stylish, easy to assemble, they call it the terminator chair because of the silver metal detail. My son looked at videos and reviews for a week before deciding on this. Happy with his purchase.

Great desk chair for WFH. You can recline or block the recline easily which is a great plus.

A lovely comfortable chair, i thought it would recline backwards, which it doesn’t, it tilts slightly if you lean backwards but its a good chair and i’m happy with it. Easy to assemble, but did struggle a bit attaching the arms.

These are not difficult to put together, they are sturdy and provide great support and comfort. They look professional and the recline is a lovely position on those video meetings. Excellent chair, used 8hours a day and no back pain. Putting together was easy very happy with this product. I would say anyone over 6ft may not find it as comfortable. I’m 5’6 and its perfect.
It is easy to set up, it is sturdy and comfortable, built with good parts, the tilt is very nice too, I would definitely recommend.
Comfortable chair, working from home so using it up to 8 hours a day. Nice just to tilt it backwards every so often to change seating angle. Well made and does look like a quality product. Nice support at small of back /base of spine. Very happy with this chair. It only took less than 10 minutes to put it together.
I will probably buy another of these chairs in the future for our other room.
As far as office chairs ago, I’d say this chair is brilliant. My wife ordered this chair for herself but I’ve been using it myself for a few days which has fully resolved my shoulder pains I was experiencing from using a dining chair for long period of time (wfh). At the same time I’ve also ordered a secret labs chair which is yet to arrive…but I’m now seriously wondering if this chair ticks all the boxes, do I really need to spend 3x more for a chair? My only reservation with this chair was not being able to adjust the armrest height, but the fixed height has actually worked out quite well for me. Defiantly recommend. Took no more than 5 minutes to put together and feels sturdy in every respect.

I use this to work from home and sometimes play games in the evening, so using this for at least 8 hours a day if not more. It’s definitely improving my posture! Pretty comfortable. Have had it for nearly a month now and so far so good. Just hoping it keeps the padding properly! Also very handy that the arms can be moved up/down (easy access for a dog to jump on your lap!!)
I’m a big guy, the chair is wide enough and sturdy enough to support me, offers great lumbar support and i can happily sit in it all day while i work!
This is a well made really good quality chair and very comfortable. For the price is excellent value. Looks and feels like it will last a long time. The seat is well padded and comfortable and offers good support. I really like the rocking mechanism and offers different seating positions. As an artist I was particularly drawn towards this chair if you’ll forgive the pun. The arm rest are well made and can be flipped up easily allowing freedom for arm movement.
Search the internet for some time before finding this chair.

After a bit of a ballache putting the arms on, this chair is pretty easy to assemble. Very comfortable, spins and goes up and down fluidly and offers great lower back support. I don’t get so much of the neck support as I think this chair is for taller people but I imagine you get perfect neck support if taller than my 5’7″. Seat is really wide too. Very happy with purchase and would recommend.

This chair goes nice and high which was an important consideration for my height. What I failed to consider was that the back is a fixed height and therefore the headrest is on my shoulders.
The chair goes together quite easily and looks good. Being able to move the arm rests up is a really good feature.
The covering could be of higher quality and the padding could be firmer but this isn’t the most expensive chair on the market.
Easy to assemble and provides good support. My only point to make is, make sure you get a mat for the floor on which the chair sits.
I couldn’t be happier with this chair, it is very supportive, the seat is well padded but firm which I find more comfortable when sitting for extended periods of time. I love the padded arm rests which are at just the right height.
The lumbar support is a nice feature which adds to the comfort factor. The reclining aspect is great and goes back further than expected making the headrest a nice addition.
It is easy to assemble, if I had to make one criticism it would be that the wheels don’t move very freely over carpet like my last chair did but maybe this is something that will improve over time. Overall very happy with my purchase especially have bought it at a generous sale price.
Arrived faulty. Massive crack in the lower chair back. Parcel was not damaged so it looks like the chair was faulty.
Contacted the seller and asked for refund.
Positively surprised with how quick the seller reacted. They offered to replace the broken part or to refund the payment. As it was only that one part being broken – confirmed that the replacement will be fine. The broken part is now being sent.
Will recommend as really quickly reacted to my request!

Its ok for the price. There is a bit of this annoying sound when i lean backward. Adjusting the screws get it fixed but comes back after a week of use. Should have been price a bit lowe
The chair was a replacement and when lockdown came in it was a godsend. The chair was easy to assemble and is comfortable. The arms move out of the way if you do not want them in your way; to have them height adjustable would be better.
During the hot summer the mesh back was great as you felt less sweaty.
Would recommend highly.
This chair is very comfortable, was easy to assemble and it adjusts very easily too. Locks in to place or release to rock backwards. The arms raise up which is very useful giving you the option, helpful if you play guitar so an excellent choice for a studio chair.

It looks great, is very comfortable and its very handy to be able to fold up the arms on it.
Took about 20 mins to assemble, really straight forward instructions. So comfortable, even if you’re sitting for long periods of time. Love the fact the arm rests move up and down. Good head rest at the back. Easy to adjust back and forward and up and down. So glad I bought, it took me about a week to decide on a chair and I’m so glad I picked this one.

Super easy to assemble. Perfect height. Came in a excellent condition. Look is modern and unique. Moving the arms up allows to save space and get closer to desk. I was very happy with my purchase. I am a medical student and sit on this chair all day and it provides good support. Also good for larger individuals as the cushion is very large.
It was straightforward to assemble – attaching the arms to the seat and the backrest, so it’s all connected, and inserted the bottom of the seat onto the wheels. Barely 10 minutes to do.
The chair is comfortable to sit on and rest my arms, and for long periods. The wheels smoothly glides over the plastic floor mat I have on top the carpet. The back rest is the perfect height that my head rests on it at the right position.
I particularly like that the arm rests can be swivelled up, so it can be tucked away under my desk when not in use. Weirdly, a cover piece that goes of the centre of the wheels spokes is made out of cheap plastic, when I expected it to be metal. But, it doesn’t take away the five star review.

I was a little dubious in buying a chair online without actually sitting in it but after receiving this and putting it together I couldn’t be happier. It is so comfy and the great thing is that the arms fold away which is great for me as a ‘proper old school typist’ The seat is well padded and I’ve been sat on it for hours and my back doesn’t ache, bonus!
Took me all of about 10 minutes to put together, instructions were straight forward.
The chair itself is as described and comfortable enough. I have sat on it for about 15 hours already and have to say I have no pain from sitting now like I did with my previous chair.
The only downside is that the chair doesn’t rock as far back as id like but then that’s my fault for not checking. but if that’s important to you then maybe consider another model.

I shopped around a lot for this chair as almost all of the office chairs I’ve had over the years are too small. I’m about 188cm tall so need a good-sized chair. This one goes nice and high and the arms are wide enough to support my elbows. Most chairs have the arms too close together and the seat too low for me which ends up causing muscle problems if I use them a lot, but this one is good. The mesh back is good and quite cool on warm days. I like the lumbar support and the head rest is actually high enough, especially if I’m in a more laid back position so I was very happy with this chair when it first arrived.
Negatives:
The main problem for me with the chair is the quality of the welds which join the wheels to the base. After having this chair for about 6 weeks, one of the wheels sheared off while I was sitting in the chair. On inspection, the spot welds had failed and they were not of good quality. A couple of the wheels looked sturdy but the other three, including the one which broke, were not great. I’m not massively heavy (well under 100kg) so the chair should have been able to support me. I got in touch with the supplier through Amazon who sent instructions on how to dismantle the chair so I could send the broken parts back and they could send the smallest number of replacement parts. Unfortunately, after using the chair for 6 weeks, not only did I not have the packaging anymore, the gas lift was now firmly attached to both the wheels and the upper so could not be separated. I explained this to the supplier who then send me videos on how to dismantle the chair, which again did not help as it was wedged. After a bit of back and forth with the company (who then said the parts needed were out of stock), they did agree to send the parts to replace the whole of the bottom half of the chair. This took a few days, but to their credit, after some coaxing, they sent the replacement parts without charge. The welds on the replacement parts also look a bit weedy (I note several other reviews complain of the same issue) so I’m treating it carefully when using it, but I hope it lasts as this is the best-fitting chair for a 6’2″ man with broad shoulders I have found.

Used for wfh, during lockdown. Long hours at my laptop, using a dining chair and cushions were causing increasing back and shoulder pain. I started to feel better as soon as I started to use this chair. Took under half an hour to assemble, even for someone as out of practice as me and everything needed was in the box. Seat could be a little softer, but overall a good balance of quality and price which has made a genuine positive difference.
The chair arrived a few days earlier than expected which was a pleasant surprise. It took my boyfriend about 40 minutes to assemble, he did say parts of it were a bit annoying, but you only have to do it once so I don’t think it’s a negative of the product as long as it does its job well. I was VERY happy instantly at the look of the chair. Lovely fabric used on the seat, back and arms, so not worries about horrible cracking from fake leather, the legs are super shiny and look supportive before even sitting. The chair looks solid, so it looks like it could hold a heavy adult without being overly wide (it fits under my narrow desk beautifully). The arms fold up nicely if you want it pushed right in. The arms aren’t adjustable but I find that the height works for me (5 ft 5). The head rest isn’t really used often but maybe would be a bit low for anyone over 5 ft 10 or so. I’d say this chair is a great choice for casual use for any adult, but great for heavy use for a teenager or average height woman.
Okay so now for comfort. I will say, when it first arrived, for the first hour or so, i thought the back was slanted a bit too much to provide me with adequate support. I was devastated. But decided to give it a few more days. I’ve now had the chair for 2 weeks, I sit in it for about 8 hours Mon-Fri and I’ve not had ANY back or bum pain AT ALL (with my old chair, my bum would be feeling it after a few hours and my back would kill by bedtime). I’m not sure how long the chair will last, but for me personally using it daily for long periods, if it lasts a year or two, ill be MORE what impressed.
I shall update if any changes, and will update in a few months but as of now, I would recommend this over any others on Amazon under 110.
A brilliant addition to my home office! Aesthetically pleasing and very comfy. I can’t speak for much taller people but for me it supports my neck and head. My colleagues keep admiring this chair and asking for details which I happily share btw. I will definitely recommend it to anyone who is having to spend a lot of time working from home now. Absolutely love it!
I have bought this chair as a present for my boyfriend. He loves it and.. so do I ! It’s veeery comfortable, I mean it . He likes to spend time on the computer/ play some games , he finds it extremely comfortable. Also we have a cat that scratches/ destroys every other chair he had , so far he hasn’t scratched it and I believe he won’t cause he would have done it by now . It’s the way the chair is built. Love it , highly recommend it!

I bought this after being unimpressed with the Ikea Marcus, for a much higher price. My brother had a surprisingly decent racing chair from this brand and this mesh chair turned out to be far better than that. Solid value.
Firstly, the chair arrived really quickly and well packed. There were very simple instructions to follow and my husband was able to put the chair together in 15 minutes without any hassle. all the ‘bits’ needed are in a neat little pack that comes with the chair and there was even an extra one of each item!.
the chair is really sturdy and really comfortable. the arms fold up easily which has proven to be a real bonus as i can now slot the chair under my desk when not using (my previous chair had fixed hard plastic arms and always stuck out from the desk) The padded arms are so comfortable. The seat has good padding and the lumbar support is very good without being too ‘in your back’
and most of all i like the head rest as i often have a cheeky snooze in the afternoon when working from home 🙂
overall this is a great quality home office chair at a great price. realistically it is not a commercial office chair which needs to see action 8 hours a day 5 days a week – but then it would be at least twice the price. But this chair will take a high level of use for home office usage.

Easy to set up and very comfy. Has the right amount of support and helps with my trapped nerve. Mesh back is breathable , arms can be folded away which is perfect for my work. Leans back the right amount , not too far and feels stable.

Not a bad chair at all. It is a welcome replacement of my last operator’s chair which bought from a Swedish funiture company. Lets hope this one will last just as long.
Although it took two of us to fit it together was really easy to construct. Would have expect a more robust construction for full price, just as well I only paid less. Comfortable with fold back arms. The height adjustable ram is not as severe as some office chairs, back well sculptured however mesh does not seem to be hard wearing. Was delivered earlier than projected which was fortunate that someone was in to take delivery.
The seat isn’t very soft, it’s just fine.
Legs and wheels are the standard ones.
I love the back and the head support tho.
I give it 5 stars just because I paid almost half price.
Not a little tricky to put together but once i applied myself I did it on my own. Comfortable. Great value.

This has proved to be a good buy. Had a minor issue with a part broken in transit but a replacement was provided quickly with a minimum of fuss. I particularly like the folding arms, very handy.

The build quality seems to be fine, and the assembly was brief. Having finally replaced a chair, which being leather created sweat problems and back ache due to poor posture support, this one is a winner. Extended time spent on a computer has not developed into any discomfort. I should have done this years ago
