Very easy to assemble. Had it for over a year and not many problems. Only issue is doesn’t recline easily and i haven’t been able to do it yet. Overall very good for price.
Within a month I had a pin from the middle facing back hang out, when I sat back. Colour is fab cushion could be more softer. Now I have to reset my Alan key to make it sturdy.
Had this for more than 1 year still in good shape except for the seat testing apart slightly but other than that very impressed for the price
This is a really nice looking product and easy to assemble. We had a slight issue with damage caused by delivery but the company was very quick to respond and sorted the problem quickly. Very good communication. Would thoroughly recommend.

It was very easy to put it together. It is so comfortable and I fall asleep watching things sometimes. I genuinely didn’t expect it to be this good for the price, cannot complain.
Even though the chair sinks from time to time, when i sit on it (I’m clearly too heavy for this chair), it’s comfy enough. Last week the right armrest broke and when i informed the company they immediately sent me a replacement. Their service is top notch!

This chair is so very comfortable and very cost effective. Very good value for money! I work 8 hours a day and to be honest, I’m so comfortable I don’t notice the time flying the seat is quite wide so I am actually able to sit with my feet tucked to the side or even adopt yoga style sitting, but I’m quite petite so… in any case I love this chair and I’m sure you will too.

Overall pretty good for what I paid. Downsides are that the screws to attach the seat are too long and after a while they can be felt and it makes it uncomfortable to use after several hours. All that aside as I said it is good for the price I paid.

This is a perfect chair, especially for the price, and it replaces an office chair with a mesh back which looks good but offers no real back support, whereas this chair off adjustable cushions.
I mainly use it to work from home, The chair offers good support all around, although it has limited movement, Descenheightht adjustment and a good sitting angle.

The lean/tilt function only has upright or not, e.g. the stork only locks in if the chair is upright.
Unnatural to lean back for support so it isn’t the best if you want support over style. But a decent chair nonetheless. Can sit on it.
God-damn this thing is good. A beast of a price for a comfortable, solid chair. Would legit recommend to anyone who needs a gaming chair.

It’s just a perfect size for my partner (he’s 6’3″ tall), and it’s comfortable. However we spent like an hour and so to assembke it. It was pain.
Got here before the initial delivery date and was extremely to assemble. Fits well into my room and is very comfortable. The lumbar and head pillow are a nice addition and are very good overall.

It’s comfortable and wider than other computer chairs I’ve sat in, armrests are padded so you can comfortably rest your arms when you lean back. And when you do lean the chair doesn’t feel like it’ll fall over, you stay upright unless you change the angle. Very sturdy chair with me being on the upper end of its limits, used it for a couple of weeks now and not had any problems, it glides well across the wooden floor (as you’d expect!) The head/neck pillow and back support pillow and very good, but if they get in your way you can just un-clip them.
I’d fully recommend this to everyone, for the price you’ll be fully satisfied. I’ll definitely buy another if needed in the future.

The support is amazing really easy to assemble took me 20 minutes and it’s my first time building a chair the comfort is spot on .

Overall great home office chair but I wished you could raise the seat higher. I ended up placing about 5cm thick wood panels in front of my desk so that my feet were high enough (disclaimer: I am 6 ft 4 so shorter people shouldn’t have any issue with the set-up).
But apart from that the chair really helps your posture. I don’t have any neck or back pain anymore since switching.
Looks and fits perfectly with my gaming setup, the only minus is that the the back can’t be adjusted so you can’t really lean.
Arrived promptly & was very easy to assemble. My son says it’s very comfortable & it’s giving his back plenty of support which was the reason for replacing his previous chair. Very happy with purchase & would recommend

I’ve assembled the chair but the cylinder which has the gas to lift the chair came broken since the lever stayed loose and I couldn’t lift the chair (the rod in the cylinder came stuck which after googling it I realized it was broken).
I didn’t want to go to all the hassle of returning for a new one as the shipping alone was more expensive than getting a new cylinder so I end up buying a new cylinder for the chair here on Amazon for 10 pounds and fortunately it worked as expected.
The chair itself is super comfortable and the cushion for the back and especially for the neck really makes a huge difference. I would give 5 stars but considering that I had to replace the cylinder since it came broken I will remove a star.
The chair is of good quality, very sturdy and extremely easy to put together. Should you want to lay the chair back through, the chair needs to be on its lowest height setting which means if you’re tall, you are practically sitting on the floor when using this function. Other then this minor design flaw its a great chair fit for purpose whilst remaining very comfortable.
I had a little problem at the start but they reached out to me personally to resolve the issue and they are replacing the chair. Unbeatable customer service. Can’t thank them enough.

The lean and height adjustment are swift and easy, so are the pillows they are very comfortable and supportive, As far as assembly is concerned it was a 20 min job at most very simple and easy.
Quality is top notch, I’ve only had it for a week but I can see this lasting a long time, And finally delivery was fast and the chair was well packed and protected, Great service.

Assembly was easy. I didn’t see any instructions though. But I didn’t need them anyway.

super comfy, a bit hard to tilt, but overall I think it’s great super easy to assemble.
My only niggle is that the head rest doesn’t come down as far as I need, but I can still pull it down when I want to have a break and sit back for a while.
It arrived in record time and was easy to assemble, even for this old crock, though two pairs of hands will make even lighter work of it. I highly recommend it and only ditched one star from the support because of the head rest niggle, but other than that, I’d definitely buy another if I needed to.
It would be nice if the armrests could fold up but they don’t get in the way, overall I think it’s well worth the money and if you’re considering one it’s worth spending that bit extra for this chair.
