I’m not sure if Apple do this deliberately but I’ve found that after about a year the charging seems to slow down and it’s easy to blame the cable but I can’t see how that would be possible. Either way these are a good value product.

All of these cables are pretty much the same, so I just buy the ones that seem to be a reasonable price.
As with all these things, the connector wears down.
I give them a useful life of about 18 months, which isn’t bad given the price.
They are a much better alternative to buy the expensive branded ones in High Street shops.

Good price and are long enough to reach a table from the plug on the ground. They are sturdy enough and are a little better than the plastic ones that I have found tend to break at the end leaving the bare wire exposed which is a big reason why I got these.
