Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersI run with these. Pro’s: Light and comfortable with great sound. Con’s: bit annoying to have to hold the button down for 3 seconds to skip a song when running, only just fit my head (with cap on) on smallest setting (I think they estimated the standard sizing on males; I’m female); however they do stay in place whilst running. Overall, I like them.

I am actually pleasantly surprised with these headphones. I find the fit quite comfortable and the pads on your ear are soft enough that you can wear it for hours without problems
The sound is very good for the price point and with the app you can adjust the sound to your liking
I can also pair multiple devices at once and I find this a necessary bonus especially when working from home you can somehow switch between devices without unpairing from one and pairing to the other.
The carrying case although quite soft I still found usefull in preventing my headphones from dust and other things that get lost in my handbag
The headphones also came with it’s own usb cable and charges super fast. Also the battery life is as it says! If you are like me and spend hours listening to music or in conference calls, this battery is unmatched!
The headphones also tells u whether the different battery levels and the number of devices that are connected. Rather than other headphones that only start making noise when they are dying.

The only thing I don’t like is the microphone. It seems that the mic picks up other background sounds for examples if I am talking to someone and also trying to cook at the same time they may end up hearing more of the pots and pans banging around than what I am saying. I find myself very often turning off the mic when its not in use because there is also a but of an echo (sort of) from it when it is on.

All in all great product and I definitely recommend if you are lookjng for good sound without a ridiculous price poi

    Great Product!

I’ve had a few bluetooth headsets which don’t seem to work great for conference calls on my laptop but these are fantastic. Keeps connection and allows me to walk around. Others say my voice quality is really clear and there’s no background noise so I’m very happy. Can be quite hot after long periods of use but i would definitely recommend.

Bought as present for partner and he really likes them. Synced easily to phone and tablet. Really good battery life. I think the sound quality is really good, could probably get better if you spent another 100 but i don’t think i’d notice the difference. music and podcasts sound really clea

Also very good microphone phone/zoom calls.

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersFr den Preis durchaus guter Klang, vorallem nach dem persnlichem Hrtest in der App! Kein nerviges Grundrauschen.

Golden Review Award: 7 From Our UsersTL;DR difficilmente troverete roba di qualit a questo prezzo.

The vol up and down buttons are located on top of the right ear cup , and would have been better either integrated into the cup itself or located further apart from each other. Considering this are on-ear headphones they sound pretty good, especially in the low end that would usually suffer with loss because of the poor earphone/head seal. I often use over ear type headphones because I love deep bass, in fact the first test I give any audio product is to see how it handles low frequencies, these do a pretty good job of it. The sound overall is very satisfactory.
They are very lightweight and the ear cups are comfortable, I feel no discomfort at all wearing them for hours.
Charging is done vie with supplied usb-c cable, running hours is very good, I’ve yet to need to recharge mid-session.
Bluetooth connection was easy, simply hold the on/off into position until the blue light starts flashing then it connects.
The mobile app Jabra Sound + app will carry out a test then tune the headphone to your ears, it play a bunch of high tones and asks you to press the screen when you can hear the tone, I ruined my hearing years ago at a Ice-T/Bodycount gig and I’m well over 50 now so my high end is going, last I checked I can hear up to 12Khz.
All I can say with my ruined hearing they still sound great.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersI love the look of these heaphones, they are great looking. And the sound it pretty good – a little heavy on the bass I found, but this seems to be the way with all wireless headphones in my opinion. A tweak of my phone settings soon sorted that and it sounded great.
At first I found these really comfy to wear, but after about 30 minutes they started to hurt my ears. So they aren’t for me. However, my husband doesn’t have the same problem, and he can wear them for hours without a problem. He absolutely loves them! So it must be down to ear size or shape I guess!

Jabra elite 45h wireless on-ear headphones are compact and foldable so you can take them anywhere.
I have them in black and copper and a Jabbra motif on the side, they look modern and sleek.
Soft and moldable memory foam for comfort and fit around your ears.

50 hours of battery life from a single charge is an absolute bonus and this lasts me a few days.
Bluetooth compatible you can even connect to 2 iPhones at once.

Sound quality is fantastically clear with no crackly output like other headphones, you can just put these on and be happy to know you are listening to a good quality sound experience.

    Overall, good quality sound experience.
    I would recommend this product.

I prefer to wear headband headphones whilst walking and found these are really lightweight and comfortable for extended periods. The fitment is secure and I would expect I could run with them on if required. The pairing process is really easy to do and the Jaba companion app is great to do personal EQ etc. They are charged via the new USB C standard and is t includes a cable but I had no problems charging them from my MacBook and the battery life seems really good. The connection point between the headband and the cups is really well made and they feel sturdy as you open them to put them on so I don’t expect any concerns there. Sound quality was spoilt on and as they sit ‘on ear’ the bass transmission is really good. I tried a few Bluetooth call and found them successful with no complaints about my microphone at my end from the zoom call I was on. Final thing is these have real buttons rather than touch activated, that’s somethingI personally really like!

    Summary
Very comfortable and great sound. Long battery life. Top product with clever App. The headphones are ‘on ear’ and therefore they will not completely isolate you from the surrounding noise and your music will leak into your surroundings too. Not an issue for me and this does not spoil the sound quality.

    The App
There is a free App that accompanies the headphones and provides a ‘calibration’ of the product according to your hearing sensitivity. Once connected to Bluetooth, the App quickly discovered the new headphones and connected. A multitude of adjustments can be made manually to the sound to fine tune it to your preferences. There is also links to online support and various functions to help your enjoyment of the product.

    Sound Quality
Excellent bass, mid and highs. Used them with EQ disabled on my iPhone 11 and withiin the free app (IOS and Android). There is a huge range in sound adjustment options too.

    Connectivity – Multiple Bluetooth Connections
I had two devices simultaneously connected to the headphones and they coped perfectly with this – as well as audible confirmation that two devices were connected. When you want to hear another device, simply pause the first one.

    Comfort
Very comfortable to wear. The memory foam pads sit nicely on the ear.

Excellent Sound Quality - **Highly Recommended** Some noise isolation issues

I’ll start with my review conclusion first! The Jebra elite 45h headphone is a minimalistic in size, super comfortable, simple but stylish, and with excellent sound quality (in all aspects: bass, treble, clarity). It offers a series of other useful functions such as very useful app control to costomise sound, innovative wind cancelling function for better outdoor conversations, OK noise cancelling, Siri/Google home/Alexa button, and super long pattern life (about 45h to 50h playback with one charge).

The only negative point might be it’s noise cancelling functionality. And that is due to being an on the ear headphone which offers less sound isolation. This may cancel out its sound cancelling functionality.

After using this for about 10 days, I think this could be the best small (on ear) headphone in the market with a reasonable price tag.

The construction quality is premium. It is very comfortable. Personally, I don’t like larger over the ear headphones because my ears warm up and I hate the warm feeling so.i can’t use over the ear headphones for more than 15-20 minutes! But the Jebra elite 45h is a small and super comfortable on the ear headphones with almost perfect characteristics.

You will be impressed in different ways using this great headphone. Few impressive characteristics are very long battery life and that 15 minutes charge will give you 10 hours play back (super useful for travelers), wind cancelling function is nice innovative for talking outdoors, and this headphone is super comfortable, you can literally not take it off your ears for the whole day!

You know what?! Just buy this! You’ll enjoy it! I promise!

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersI had to knock one star of my rating because of the comfort..
The ear pads aren’t big enough to go over the ears (with ear comfortably sits inside). They sits on the ear, which I found uncomfortable for some time of use..my ears gets overheated and very red, I dont like this feeling..I prefer bigger ear pads which doesnt press my ear.

On the right ear pad are 4 press buttons and one slide button- switch on/off.
The press buttons work fine but I’m not a fan of slide button.
One of the buttons activates google assistant on my phone.

Headphones are high tech. You can tell, there is great quality materials used, pretty coloured metal parts, matte finish black plastic on the headband and ear pads. Sponge inside headband and ear pads is very soft and covered by soft and smooth clean able materials

The headphones fits 9y old child without extending headphones and an adult with big head- with extending its length. Headphones are elastic and really will fit everyone.

Ear muff rotates 180 and each of them have dotted L (left) or R (right) to navigate how correctly to wear it.

The sound quality is good in quiet room. But if we are outside near busy road, then the outside noise can he heard through the ear pads as they dont cover the whole ear around.
This headphones can go really loud …so be careful with it, as it can damage ear drums tho..
Sound is very clear, no strange noises comes with music I listen or person I talk to over the phone connected via bluetooth to the headphones (at home tested so far).

    It’s totally wireless headphones

Battery life is incredibly good, up to 50 hours- that’s over 2 whole days of non stop use.. impressive..
It charges via type C wire (usually is micro USB) and we still can use headphones while charging.
There is no jack port on the device so only bluetooth connection we have left to use.

This headphones cant be folded (headband is not foldable at all), only ear pads we can flatten to fit in storage pouch. That’s a bit downside for that quality headphones.. they should be foldable and come with hard shell case, for that price it should be included..

This headphones can he customise by the Jabra Sound + app. It have few good functions to play about with. I haven’t done so much of it yet, must admit, but I see, there is a potential.

This is good quality headphones but I cant use it for long time..

A bit not comfortable on ears

Impressed right from the box itself all the way up to the quality of sound! But let’s start from the headphones and their design:

Taken out of pouch that comes in the box, I’m searching for left and right side. Figured out that it’s written on foam itself, in inner part of headphones. Materials used for headphones makes them very comfortable to wear them for longer period, without noticing you have them as they are light as well.

Before I turned them on, I downloaded app that is recommended to download for later and first time setup. I must admit I was little confused here, why would any Bluetooth headphones needs any configuration. But ok, I did that and after that I turned them on for the first time.

And here comes the magic. On first “boot up” you are guided by voice to go thru application and to setup literally most frequencies. For each ear! I do recommend to do that in extra quiet room, just like manual recommends. You still can do that later again, but why to waste time on setup instead of listening the music or any video. After setup you can set the equalizer up to your preference and you are ready to use them.

Before I talk about sound quality, there are some few other things. First is charging. For the first time when I turned them on, they came with 60% of battery. Percentage is shown in Bluetooth (android) and in app. To charge them, USB-C cable is included, it looks like it’s finally a USB-C everything. After 2 days of use I still haven’t charge them yet as I want to try time for full charge from 0-100%.

Regarding the voice assistance, you can either use Alexa or Google or Siri (iOS).

Signal strength is awesome. Went about 15-20 meters away from my phone with walls in between and had 0 signal drop or delay watching (listening) my videos on youtube.

And lastly the quality. As you have to go thru tone listening setup, headphones becomes one with you. Even at maximum volume you will not hear any distortion sound and I really like that. And you get just enough of everything, from low to high frequencies.

    Do they worth the money?
    Definitely. Every penny.

These on ear headphones are brilliant for the cost. If you are in the market for some on ear headphones and don’t want to spend a fortune then these Jabra’s are punching well above their price weight.

Mine came with approx 50% charge out the box which means I could have a sneak listen as soon as I got them out the box as who wants to wait to charge! Also included in the box is a good neoprene wet-suit like bag.

I’d recommend downloading the Jabra Sound+ app as it’s here you can customise your sound profile or choose an existing one that alters the equaliser. It is user friendly and you can have a good tinker. Pairing to my phone was a piece of cake.

Putting them on my head the first thing I noticed was that they are nice and light. The ear pads are comfortable memory foam pads and the headband does not apply too much pressure to the head so these can be worn for long periods. I also wear glasses and these didn’t cause me any discomfort.

However that comfort comes at the cost of what you can do. Desk working, commuting, walking and relaxing are what I’d recommend these headphones for. Jogging or any strenuous exercise will probably result in them sliding off your head. The grip just isn’t there. The other thing to note is heat retention, as my ears did get hot under the softness of the memory foam over time.

In terms of sound quality, these are good. I listened to a range of music, and there may be a slight muddiness present especially when compared to top end headphones (I have some more than three times the price which I compared them with) but it is not horrendous and certainly listenable. They also do a reasonable job at sound isolation.

Phone calls are also nice and clear and there is even an equaliser setting in the app where you can add treble or bass to a call.

I love the fact there is a dedicated slide ON/OFF switch. The obsessive in me likes to know I have switched something off properly! Volume controls and a pause button are also present. At the top of the right headphone is your assistant button.

So for 89.99 (at the time of writing) these are a pretty accomplished pair of headphones, that wear well, look stylish, have an epic battery and sound good.

For The Price These Are Very Good

The headphones have a fantastic look and feel to them, not too light and not too heavy. Black with copper coloured branding and bone. They weighed in at c.165g. Lots of padding – underside and earpieces. When you wear these, the earpieces sit on the ears and with a slight vacuum effect, so whilst these are not intending to cut out all external noise, they do cut out some.

The right ear piece (easily identifiable by the mesh R on the ear padding) houses the micro USB C port and the charging led indicator at the bottom, towards the top are 3 buttons – power as well as + and -. Other side of top right is a voice assistant button.

Powering on is straight forward – adjust the physical power button – “Jabra Elite 45h” a female voice confirms as well as as advising battery level – medium currently.

Musically, these headphones have an extremely balanced sound – Treble, mids and vocals are clear and distinct, whilst the bass is impactful without being over dominant. These are a fantastically enjoyable music listening experience. I really do like the sound from these headphones as they deliver right across the music spectrum.

Also, they are very very comfortable even during long periods of use and don’t fall off or down.

Buttons on the earphone works as expected and work with an iPhone. Volume up or down (+ or -) requires a short press, forward or back a song requires a long press press. Short press the power button to play/pause. The physical buttons also double up for answering and rejecting telephone calls. Charging from empty- they take 1.5 hours to fully charge and can last up to 50 hours before requiring a further recharge. Fast charging for 15 minutes provides up to 10 hours of battery.

The voice assistant button takes me straight to Siri unless I’m on a call, in which case it acts as a mute button.

During telephone calls, the voice on the other end can be heard clearly and I was advised that I could be heard clearly too !!

The app – allows for adjustment of the various settings, equaliser and music presets as well as viewing the percentage battery life remaining. Finally, the app also has finding the headphones functionality “Find My Jabra”.

One thing to not about the headphones – there is not aux port. These are solely for connecting via Bluetooth.

Worth commenting that these headphones do leak sound and therefore will be heard by anyone sitting within close proximity.

Overall these are a fantastically enjoyable pair of headphones. I suffered no distortion or cutting out . They feel solid and look stylish but most importantly sound is extremely satisfactory. Jabra have mastered both sound quality and call quality. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending these.

Fantastically impressive sounding. Light, comfortable and easy to use too.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersThese headphones are excellent. They look great, they fit well and they sound amazing.

When you open the box, they recommend you download the Jabra Sound app to enrich the experience and this is definitely worth doing as it certainly does!

There is a graphic equaliser that you can use to set levels to your particular preference or you can use one of the 6 presets optimised to different types of listening (speech for podcasts, bass boost for rap etc.). You can also save your own graphic equaliser settings as presets if you want to. But best of all in my opinion is the personalised sound setting.

The app tests your hearing then configures the headphones to suit your individual profile. The results are impressive and I’m certainly hearing songs in a way I hadn’t previously!

As well as sound settings, the app has some other cool features. Firstly it has a library of soothing and noise cancelling sounds (waves, birds, rain, white noise, fan etc). These are excellent for relaxing to or reducing the impact of background noise e.g. office noise.

Secondly it has a ‘Find my Jabra’ option which is very handy for those of you like me that put your headphones down and forget where! Lastly it has instructions and other technical information about the headphones as well as telling you the battery charge % level.

The headphones themselves are aesthetically very pleasing. There is an L on the inner material of the left can and an R on the right. The functional buttons are on the right can – with up and down for volume as well as a handy mute and voice assistant activation button (e.g. for Sori). These work really with subtle audio feedback (‘bleeps’) to indicate so.

The built in microphone is also on the right can and it works exceptionally well. Voice on calls is very clear and I often speak to people when out walking with road noise etc and with no problems.

As for battery, well the headphones certainly seem to hold their power as advertised and I find they charge really quickly. One very nice touch is that when you turn them on a voice tells you how much battery power you have and how many devices are connected to them. I find this very helpful as with cheaper bluetooth headphones I have found the sound fail intermittently often because other devices are fighting for control. With this you know how many devices are connected so can control that.

The other thing – and it’s a simple thing but it is so good – is that they always connect straight away. Again cheaper models often lose connection or I find need a few attempts to get connected.

Finally, fit and comfort. I find these so comfortable. The arms extend well and the top bar is padded and very soft. The cans themselves are well padded and even comfortable to lie on in the rare occasions I have done so when listening in bed.

In short these are excellent and extremely good value headphones that I wouldn’t hesitate recommending.

Great sound, look, functionality and fit that would rival many more expensive competitors!!!

I am really impressed with these headphones which come in at the lower end of the price scale at nearly 90 pounds, but in no way come in at the lower end of the quality scale. Jabra is a brand I am familiar with as I have their bluetooth ear pods too and have been very impressed. These headphones are also great quality. The noise cancellation is good, they are comfortable to wear, and the sound quality (both music and speech) is also very good. It is easy to pair them with your devices, and the battery is very long lasting. These are really good and such good value for money too. Very impressed.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersFor a sub 100 set of headphones the sound quality on these is excellent. I think you’d be hard pushed to do better in this price range. Both the top and bass do a great job. The cups are quite small which could be good or bad depending on your own preferences. I think they look really smart but I think I prefer slightly larger cups. The battery life is excellent – a single charge lasts ages. They are quite light and compact. Perhaps they don’t feel that substantial they maybe have a slightly cheap feel to them perhaps but then again you have to weigh that up with their price. Overall I’m really happy. They are no major negatives and you can’t argue with this sound quality at this price.

These are great for me. I have small ears so they feel comfortable and fit just right. OH on the other hand doesn’t find them so comfortable for long periods of time. Nice and easy to charge up and the battery lasts really well. Very impressed with that. The sound I found very good, clear and the noise cancelling works well. They look nice and are easy to use. For what you’re getting I think this is a good price.

Despite being fairly cheap, these Jabra headphones are beautiful and well equipped.
With Bluetooth 5.0 and quick charge, they’re perfect to use with any phone.
The build quality and the materials are good, and I think the simple and modern design is awesome.
I find the sound quality quite good with decent basses.
There’s no active noise cancellation, so I wouldn’t use in loud environments like public transport.

These give you incredible sound, excellent noise cancelling and battery life that is one of the best on the market.
The earphones are comfortable to wear, even for extended periods of time, I often watch a different tv program to my family on my iPad and these have been brilliant at shutting out the sound of the tv and allowing me to listen to my program without annoying anyone else with sound escaping.
Connection is no fuss and easy every time, the battery life is awesome being able to answer calls is a bonus .

On receipt of these headphones, I was very impressed with the quality of the packaging and the headphone materials once I got them out of the box. I’ve used Jabra headsets for my phones over the years, and have been very happy with them, so I was looking forward to trying these out.

On connecting them to my iPad and playing Amazon Music, I was thrilled by the quality of sound produced. I have routinely over the years gone for Bose headphones – these Jabra headphones were every bit as good in terms of their sound quality.

I then downloaded the Jabra Sound+ app, and went to customise for My Sound. I did it first for myself, and the difference was very noticeable. I’m now 65, and it looks my upper register is going, and the app was able to get my headphones to compensate for this so that things sounded the way they used to years ago.

Given that this was the case, and given that my wife has hearing issues in her left ear, I reset the profile and asked her to calibrate for her own hearing patterns. She did the two minute process, and then played Tracy Chapman “Fast Car”, which is one of her favourite songs. On doing a like for like with her existing Bose Quiet Comfort 25 headphones, her comment was “staggering – I can hear vocals in my left ear which I wasn’t getting at all with the Bose, and it’s lovely”. This “sonic customisation” is a feature that you normally only get with headphones costing 5 times more than these Jabras, so it’s very, very, welcome.

I then re-calibrated for my ears (it would have been nice to have the ability to save “MySound” profiles, but I can see why they haven’t gone in that direction – they probably want you to buy a pair if you want your own profile!), and went for a walk around the garden with the headphones on. I got to 30 meters away with two intervening stone walls before the sound started to break up. There waqs quite a lot of “bleed” on the sound, with people sat nearby able to hear what was going on even when playing at quite low volumes, but that’s a small price to pay for the level of comfort that the soft earpads provide.

It’s a tad misleading that the Jabra adverts say “alexa enabled”, since Jabra themselves now say “Apple has introduced security updates in the iOS operating system, which have limited access to Amazon Alexa. The Amazon Alexa certification is only obtainable if the same functionality can be achieved for both Android and iOS devices. For these reasons, the option (to have Alexa as the voice asistant invoked when you press the button on the headphones) was removed”. As such, you don’t get to use Alexa with the headphones as at 25th September. Maybe this will change, but it doesn’t really detract from what is still a brilliant set of headphones.

I’d recommend these headphones to anyone wanting a high quality personalised sonic experience from a very reasonably priced (by comparison with others offering the same facilities) pair of headphones.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersI was quite surprised at the sound quality of these considering they are a lower-mid range item. The ear covers are small compared to many you see and there is a little sound leakage when the volume is at a certain level. However, they are extremely comfortable to wear and the volume control is quite responsive . What I really liked is that these did not make my ears really hot as some do after you have been wearing them for a while. For the price I would say that these headphones represent good value.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersWhat happens when you get a brilliant high-end audio manufacturer like Jabra, and they have to make something at the cheaper end of their product line to fill a gap? You get something like these Elite 45h headphones, which in some ways are quite compromised and parts of which feel slightly cheap- but which still sound extremely good, because Jabra don’t appear to want to compromise on sound quality.

Out of the box, they’re not really all that impressive. The frame feels a bit thin and fragile, yet also quite stiff, and it takes a little while to find a comfortable position. The cups are nicely padded but a touch on the small side, and definitely feel like they’re pressing on your ear rather than cupping around it, especially noticeable when you take them off after wearing them for hours. They won’t fold for easier storage either.

Beyond the headphones themselves, some of Jabra’s polished presentation is in place, such as the posh box, but the tacky-looking carry bag and the absurdly short USB-C cable are less nice.

The sound, however, is lovely. It’s perfectly balanced, super-clear bright and sharp on the top end, and really rich and deep on the bass but without being over-warm or muddy. They sound good with everything I normally use to put headphones through their paces, from dubstep to classical. The Jabra app adds an extra level of customisation to this (though fairly modest compared to what some more expensive headphones will let you fiddle with), but to be blunt, there’s actually not that much point in installing the app- the default sound balance already sounds great and you’d have to be either very fussy or deliberately trying to harm your own ears if you want to fiddle with it.

The lack of an AUX IN socket is an unusual omission. Even on higher-end headphones there’s usually an acknowledgement that sometimes people are happy to listen via a wire as an alternative to faffing around with Bluetooth- and in the past I’ve switched to wired listening when my battery life has been running out, for example. But here, you don’t get that option- it’s Bluetooth or nothing.

Conversely, one thing I do like about these is that the on switch is an actual switch, not the faff of long-pressing on a play-pause button and hoping you press it for long enough to turn it off but not long enough to trigger pairing mode, which can be irritating.

This is a decent enough offering from Jabra, for the current price bracket and value, and in a sub-100 category you will be hard pushed to find any headphones that sound better than this, though there may be others that will sound just as good (Sony for example). But the cheap aspects of this, in the design and feel rather than the sound, are just a tiny bit of a let-down.

I got these for my partner to use as she has been using in ear headphones and wanted a pair of overheads.

At first look, these Jabra headphones are very stylish. The design is sleek and they are not bulky. I figured these would be perfect for my partner to wear out and about as they are lightweight and very easy to carry in the carry bag as the ear cups rotate inwards.

Setting them up couldn’t be easier and took less than 10 minutes. The instructions are fairly easy to follow. You have to download the free app which shows you information such as the battery life, headphone location, firmware updates and tutorials. The MySound feature goes through different settings of sound which you can choose based on your personal hearing and this allows you to get the best sound results out of your headphones.

The controls on the right side of the headphones are discreet and quite small, but actually really easy to use as they are multi functional based on how long you press the button for, e.g. the volume buttons also work as a track skip if pressed for a few seconds. This may take a bit of getting used to.

Another standout feature is the battery life. They take about 2 hours to charge from flat and this gives you 50 hours of great quality sound. When you turn the headphones on, a voice not only tells you when your device is paired but also how much battery life you have left. They will also auto turn off if no sound has been played for a configurable amount of time. I think this is a really useful feature.

They are super comfy to wear and do not cause any ear pain which some headphones can after long periods of use. As the ear cups do not go fully around the ears, I wouldn’t recommend these for running as they may slip off. However for office, lounge or travel use, they are perfect.

Overall, my partner has been using these a lot for the last few weeks and she has had such a difference in enjoying music compared to her old pair. She is always finding an excuse to put them on and immerse herself in her music. The sound quality is fantastic, they are very comfortable, and offer great value at a fair price for the quality. Definitely recommend!

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersThis is a bit of a strange product placement. I think they’re aimed for use with phones and tablets since Jabra themselves say they don’t recommend them for use with computers. Not quite sure why, perhaps it’s because they have more business focussed products. My confusion comes from the fact that they’re compact but not that compact – they don’t fold down to a small size, the cups only swivel flat but don’t fold into the space occupied between the headband. They advertise 50 hour battery life which is great but I don’t think they’re a great “out and about” pair of headphones: they’re not secure and don’t isolate the environment much. At home, such a battery life isn’t needed as you can readily charge them.

I think they’re most appropriate for using while sat still. Being on-the-ear headphones, they’re not very secure so doing housework, or anything where you bend down, they might slip off.

On-the-ear headphones are always going to be a compromise. They give good quality sound for their size, but can easily get uncomfortable as they press on your ears. Due to this the clamping force must be less than an around the ear design, making them more likely to slip off. You don’t get as much noise isolation either.

The design is quite nice and simple but I found the buttons difficult to differentiate. A dot on the play/pause button may have helped here. The controls are not customisable and use long holds of the volume up/down buttons to skip forward/back. I would prefer a double or triple press of the play pause button for this.

There are two microphones but these are placed together on the right cup. You’re not going to get the same microphone performance of higher end headphones with more microphones that are capable of reducing background noise.

Comfort is ok as far as on-ear headphones go. The headband doesn’t go very small. I have a slightly small head and found the smallest size of the headband was just about ok so if you have a particularly small head then you may find these don’t go small enough for you. As these don’t go around your ear, they will be cooler, but of course not as cool as an earbud.

The speaker mesh has L&R in the hole pattern to identify the left and right cup. In theory this may produce a slightly different sound signature between left and right earcup, especially as the right has large holes in the centre and the left has small holes. I don’t know if this does affect it in practice but it could get to people with OCD around this.

There is no option to use a 3.5mm headphone cable but with a 50 hour battery life, that’s not so important. They charge over USB-C so plus points for that.

Having the “Elite” name suggests they have some special standout feature(s). I really can’t say they do. I’m not saying they’re bad, just that they’re not outstanding. For the price, I guess you get relatively large drivers so you’re getting a good bass response.

Build quality I would describe as plasticky but strong. I did however notice the stickers under the cups that label the buttons were not stuck down properly. It’s really difficult to read the labels anyway so I think it would be better if the stickers weren’t there at all, but then they probably cover up screws or other unsightly things.

These have multipoint so can be connected to two devices at once. This is something that until now has mostly been the realm of higher end products. It’s a really nice feature to have since it for example allows you to have your phone and computer connected. You could mainly be using the headphones with your computer but be able to quickly switch to your phone when a call comes in.

Sound quality is good to very good but not astounding however you can tailor it to your preferences with the equaliser in the app. I did however find it very slightly harsh plus I believe I regularly heard artefacts. I am however comparing these to headphones that are 5x the price. For this price I think the quality is very good.

I’d say if you’re not too concerned about having the very best sound quality then you’ll probably be perfectly happy with these. They’re quite a unique design and that I think some people will love so that’s another good reason to get them. It’s a strange thing to say, but they just look and feel friendly! If you expect to be moving about a lot then these will probably slip off your head, walking is probably fine but not running or other training, housework and anything else that tilts your head back or forth may also cause them to slip off.

I don’t know why, but I really want to find something that dissuades people from buying these, I think it’s the product placement that I don’t understand. You might want to save money and go with something else, or spend some more and get something better. That said, if this product placement makes sense to you then I don’t see any reason not to go for them!

Great quality product that’s built to last. You can see exactly what you are getting from the outside of the box. Everything inside was extremely well packaged and also comes with a charging cable and a storage bag to protect them. The headphones are compatible with any bluetooth device. They are super easy to connect, push the slider on, then hold in the bluetooth position untill the led flashes blue and listen to the instructions. As soon as you turn them on you hear the battery status of the headphones. They charge in no time at all. A short 15 minute charge will give you up to 10 hours of play back and a full 90 minute charge will give you up to 50 hours of battery life. The headphones feel really well made and of good quality. They are fairly lightweight and comfortable to wear with ultra soft memory foam ear cushions. Even worn for a few hours no discomfort was felt. Theres a handy guide to instruct on use and explain the buttons thelats on of of the ear pieces. You can use them for calls aswell as music. Also press a button for voice assistant access; amazon alexa, siri and google assistant. Impressive how much outside noise they cancel out and how loud you can have them. You can download the free jabra sound+ app to personalize your calls and music experience, fine tune your music with mysound, update the headphones with the latest features and also register for a 2 year warranty against rain and dust. I absolutely love these headphones, easy to use, full of features, quick charging time with a long battery life and comfortable to wear.

    Great quality and sound

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersI have owned a few Jabra earphones and headphones and currently own one as well. I have always been impressed with their sound quality and ordered it as soon as it was made available through the vine programme. It looked like a cheaper version of other Jabra headphones I have owned in the past but had some useful features which I liked.

The headphones came in packaging which was very similar to other Jabra products and gives a feeling of high quality. The unboxing experience was great as well as the headphones in their beige colour looked really nice and it comes with a charger and a bag to carry the headphones.

It was really easy to setup through the app and its really good that the app can support multiple headphones and have different profiles for different pairs. I have been using these for a couple of weeks now in different scenarios and have been really happy with the sound quality. I am normally an Over-ear headphones type of person but have enjoyed using these. They are quite comfortable and does not feel too tight over the ear due to the memory foam however it does get a bit uncomfortable after probably an hours use.

Music quality is excellent and at this price this is much better than others that I have used. I have used it for calls and surprisingly I have not had any issues with calls even for long durations. The other people on the call could hear me perfectly fine which is an issue I have noticed in cheaper headphones so I was pleasantly surprised.

Battery life is excellent as well and I have not had to charge it in a couple of weeks with a couple of hours use every day which is really great. I am not sure if it delivers the 50 hours which is mentioned in the listing but looks to be great for my usage. It accepts usb c charger which is perfect for me as I have a usb c phone as well so I dont have to carry extra cables

Considering the design and the price, I was not expecting much in terms of noise cancellation but I think the memory foam pads provide decent noise isolation and when the music is on, you can hardly hear any ambient noise.

    Pros
    Great sound quality
    Lovely and compact design
    Long battery life
Fit is comfortable for shorter durations
    Jabra app is excellent
    Call quality is really good
    USB C charging

    Cons
    Not comfortable for longer time
    Not much noise cancellation
    Over ear design

Overall a really great pair of over ear headphones with excellent sound quality and call quality. Its just my personal preference and I feel that these might have been more comfortable if it was over ear version. Recommended – 4 stars

Review for Jabra Elite 45h Wireless On-Ear Headphones – Compact, Foldable Earphones with 50-Hours Battery Life – 2-Microphone Call Technology – Gold Beige.

A pair of mid price over ear design headphones, designed and made by Jabra experts in sound technology. Having owned, tested and reviewed a wide variety of different kinds of headphones I have a good level of experience in evaluating headphones.

I dont normally choose over design, due to comfort and noise isolation compared to over ear designs, these however offer a much better comfort experience and the noise isolation due to the design is great. The 50 hour battery life gives an exceptional level of usage per charge.

The earphones need to be bluetooth paired for wireless use The earphones come with an accompanying smartphone app which allows customisation of sound to suit you tastes. First it will perform a brief hearing test to assess your baseline hearing and best customise the sound according to this.

Having tested this with a wide selection of different music and audio, audio was a mix of lossless and lossy formats all of high quality. The high / midtones were all excellent with great clarity and crispness, with rich deep bass which means it should appeal to a wide variety of listeners. With a slightly larger on ear design the noise isolation is very good, it does not have active noise cancellation built in. The usual phone / assistant and call taking features are all present and correct and work very well, the mic picks up sound well even in a noisy environment such as busy roads.

What I like is the use of physical buttons rather than virtual buttons to give tactile feedback makes for a more positive user experience. The headphones do fold but only in that the earpieces fold inwards, what would have been nice is if the the headband folded to make these very compact.

Overall the headphones have a quality look and feel which gives it a premium look and feel, the sound quality is excellent and is on par with some more expensive headphones I have used and own. These are a good compromise of good sound quality versus price.

    PUNTOS A FAVOR:
    Precio asequible
    Sonido agradable
    Comodidad
    Opciones de configuracin
    Increble autonoma

    PEGAS:
No ofrece ANC (Active Noise Cancellation)

    SONIDO:

Still getting used to all the settings on the app as I usually just bung my headphones on and press ‘play’ but these have a lot of customisation possible. So far, so good and I’ve got no complaints. They sound great and I’m happy with them so probably won’t faff about with them much and they’re pretty comfy too so Have added a littel bit of top up charge but only to see how it all worked as the charge has seemed to last forever so far. I’m happily delighted with these.

Another quality product from Jabra comes along, this time smaller wireless on headphones for smaller heads (ladies and teenagers) and not melon heads like us Dad’s. But that doesn’t stop me sitting in a quiet room with my best of DnB to tell you how it is! These give you a massive 50hrs play time from just over an hours charge, or 10hrs from 15 mins quick charge if your in a rush.

Out of the box you get one pair of headphones (available is beige, black, copper black, navy or titanium black), charge lead and a black shark skin drawstring bag. The packaging is top notch, as you have a quality product in yer mitts!
Using them is simple, simple charge up, download Jabra app from Play Store or App Store, follow onscreen instructions to register your details, then pair up via power button, once paired it will take you through My Sound which will give you a tailor made sound setting for your own individual hearing and if you’re still not happy you can tinker with the graphic equaliser. I recommend a U curve slightly above the line, bass n treble with a bit of mid. This makes any DnB sound superb, or try it with Club Foot by Kasabian, beautiful.
You can control the volume with the two outer buttons of the three, the middle button will pause / play. Same for incoming calls too. I really cannot fault the functionality, no drop out and the memory foam padded earpieces / headband make these a pleasure to wear. Pity they aren’t for bigger heads, but they will be superb for my wife to listen to her Industrial music.

The sounds from these is really quite good, the 40mm speakers really work overtime, the drivers are spot on. The top beats are great, you can hear every top hat hit, the vocals are crisp, the mid is good but where these excel is the bass. Them bass drums and bass guitars really do come through, and this is where the Jabras really do well. Quite blown away from a pair of headphones that won’t break the bank.

Overall I completely recommend these, as the sound, build, functionality and comfort are superb. As Propellerheads would say…Bang On!

Great headphones that can evolve via the app!

I have used many different Bluetooth headphones in my time but never ones from premium brands like Jabra.

In the box, you get the headphones, a very short charge cable and a useful bag for storing the headphones when travelling.

The first thing to do, once the headphones are charged is to connect to your phone and this was easy and quick, with no issues cropping up that made connection difficult. Once paired with the phone, the headphones connect automatically every time too.

Inside each earpad, the holes are cut out in a way to make the L and R visible, rather than being printed or moulded into the plastic as you find with other headphones. Not a major thing but it does show how design has featured in them. On the subject of the ear pads, they are very comfortable and sit nicely on-ear with an adjustable headband. They are also not too heavy, which makes longer-term wearing comfortable too.

The battery in the headphones is nothing short of epic. Budget headphones are lucky to last more than a 5 or 6 hours but these have a claimed playtime of 50 hours. In my experience, this is conservative as I still have 45% battery life left (when you switch on the headphones, they tell you the current charge) and have been listening to music for nearly 40 hours.

One of the most important (actually, the most important in my opinion) is the sound quality, and here the Jabra Elite 45h is very good, with a good range of bass, mid and treble. Like all Bluetooth headphones, they won’t be audiophile-grade as the Bluetooth standard doesn’t support the full frequency range, but for virtually all ‘normal’ users, you cannot go wrong with them. They also have very good noise cancellation, helping block out those outside noises that ruin songs – just be careful if out and about as you may not hear traffic around you.

If you want to change some of the audio levels, Jabra has an app. It is limited in functionality but is useful when your chosen music player doesn’t offer similar functionality.

Overall, a quality set of headphones from Jabra and worth the extra money compared to unbranded budget headphones.

    Quality headphones

I love listening to music on these. The sound is clear with nice not to deep bass notes. They are lightweight with an on ear design that does block out some background noise but these are not active noise cancelling. They are very comfortable wearing them for long periods of time, and the battery lasts a ridiculous amount of time they seem to last days! They charge up really fast when you do finally need to charge them with the addition of the USBC cable.

The call quality is clear and I haven’t had a problem with anyone hearing me. The only negative I have about these is the remote buttons are not in the greatest position. They could do with being lower down and maybe a different feel for the middle button. The app is a nice addition, and you can se the EQ to your desired sound taste. Within the app there is a nice soundscape section where they have white noise or ocean waves etc to listen to. (I’m currently listening to the ocean waves while writing this review.)
They come in a nice quality pouch to stash them into when not wearing them and they fold flat for easy storage in a bag.

    Really great sounding light headphones

I have been using these headphones for a while now and they definitely match the quality with any high-priced headphones. I mean I compare them with my Sony headphones, and the sound quality is exactly the same. And these headphones are half the price! So definitely it provides great value for money! The headphones is foldable and lightweight. This makes it really easy to carry them around while travelling. I use them throughout the day, and they are really comfortable. I usually charge them in the morning and most days they last more than 2 days. I mean this battery time was really great for me as I don’t really like to charge them daily.

I’ve been using these for a few weeks, so here’s my pros and cons:

    Pros:
Extremely comfortable. They are lightweight, adjust perfectly to my head and the cushions are super soft. I currently work from home and it’s great to be able to wear these for long periods, listening to music and taking video calls on them as they come in too. Usually I’d often be on hour long train journeys are I’ll be taking these in their soft case.
Easy to control. Buttons are easy to use and the direct voice assistant button is very handy. Skipping tracks etc is easy to do.
Stable connection with phone, helped by Bluetooth 5.0. Pairing was a doddle.
Battery life is excellent. Just 15mins of charge time gives 10 hours playback and they can go several days between charging. When you turn them on, you get an audio notification of the state of the battery which is a very helpful feature.
Performance in video/phone calls is excellent due to the 2-microphone call technology.

    Cons:
Sound performance when listening to music is a little disappointing. I like a deep bass (the bass is fine) and balanced midrange and treble. The app for these headphones that gives you a hearing test and supposedly adapts the settings personally to your ears, and there are various settings you can manually adjust too. However, I found the top end trebles to be slightly harsh (especially in their original ‘neutral’ setting) and despite my best efforts I couldn’t get the balance how I like it.

Very comfy, great battery, slightly disappointing sound

Delivery was very fast and I never used wireless headphones and I never heard of Jabra’s before either. That’s the first time I got them. I usually have wired headphones and my iPhone headphones.
This headphone is really superb I am reviewing this after using this headphone after three weeks.
    Connectivity:
The day they arrived I connected them with my MacBook pro 16 inches and they are connected immediately and very good. I had my meetings too.
Positive when it connects to MacBook pro 16 inches :
    Sound is amazingNoise-canceling completely
It works very well with my mac and during the call, they can hear me clearly.
But I was hearing my own voice and they said I sound different.
I could not connect to my iPhone and I was very disappointed I asked Jabara customer care They answer me immediately and they told me to contact apple.
Then I realized I suppose to hold it on the Bluetooth button. They connected.
I am loving it they are superb. In Jabra’s description, they mention maybe they are not compatible with the laptop but with mine, they work very well. They can really connect up 8 devices together.
    Battery:
I charged it for 10 minutes and the battery lasts for 15 hours this is amazing.
I fully charged them I did not make a record of time but I charged them two weeks agoAnd now they are on medium battery. Wow, I am so impressedwith the battery they are really awesome.

Awesome looking headphones and sound quality are really good, it’s clear, rich.
Compare to any other headphone they are valued for money Connects to my Macbook pro 16 works well also with one iPhone and MI phone2-year rain & dust warranty included I registered in the app.
I love playing with the app and adjusting and mixing the sound quality on the app.

    Awesome product great sound

Mind-blowing, sexy bass that makes the sound go through your whole body from the tips of your ears all the way down to your toes — wow! The first time I put them on, the sound quality ( and of course the music) just got me off my feet and dancing in my kitchen — you know when you experience the music in every cell of your bodywell..this is what these Jabra headphones give you a sense of! Just mind-blowing! The sound is so clear, so deep, so rich and velvety you drown in the music and the rest of the world just ceases to exist altogether! Absolutely fabuouls!

They are also incredibly comfy — while not cupping your ears, but sitting on top of your ear lobe instead, the cup applies no pressure at all, but with the help of its flexi design and the cushion, it lets your ear sink into the softness of the cup and the depth of the sound!

Charge takes no time at all — I think I only had it plugged in for less than an hour and that gave me the whole day of non-stop pleasure of music!

Pairing to your device is a breeze and the headset actually talks you through the whole process — let’s just say that I have had a shed load of headsets — expensive and not and these are at the top of the list! I cannot rave enough, as I am that impressed! Highly recommended!

Upon receiving and trying out this pair of headphones, the first thing I noticed was how comfortable they were. I use headphones all the time for different things: I have earbuds for listening to music at work, headphones for gaming, a different set of headphones for music production and then I have my normal headphones for listening to music if I go out which work fine but are quite old. When these popped up, I got them with the intention of upgrading my current ‘normal’ pair of headphones.
Now, comparing this Jabra set to all the other ones, I can say they are really, really good, especially at the price point.

What I usually look for in a pair of headphones is how clear the sound is and this pair definitely excels at that. The sound feels like it surrounds you and it is crisp and clear, as if the music is being played in the same room you’re in. The sound doesn’t feel muddy and it doesn’t feel like any sound overpowers the other: the high notes are nice and bright and the low notes are deep and rich without either of them being too loud or too strong.
I like that when I listen to songs I know well on this pair of headphones, I can hear every little nuance and detail that’s been put into it. With cheap headphones, you just miss the depth and detail that some songs have.

The headphones themselves are comfortable. The headband is soft and adjustable and the ear cushions are soft and nice. The whole thing is really light and you would forget you’re wearing them if it wasn’t for the amazing sound it is producing.
As for the ‘foldable’ feature, it’s not exactly foldable per se: you can move the ears
so that they’re flat and thin so that they fit in a tight space but they don’t fold into an all-together smaller unit. When they say ‘on-ear’, they mean it. I am used to using headphones that have some sort of foam that engulfs your ear and basically places it almost inside the headphones, making sound more immersive. With this set, the piece rests on your ear, it’s basically flat and it molds mildly to your ear. This is a bit different to what I think a lot of people may be used to but I thought it was quite comfy and the sound feel equally crisp, you can hear a little bit more of what’s going on around you but I don’t feel it takes away from the quality of the sound.

The battery life, another positive point towards this set. It lasts ages and it charges really fast too. I hate it when you get a nice new bit of technology and you feel like you have to charge it every second of the day: this set packs a punch and it lasts a long time. I personally don’t really use the microphone features on most headphones but I did test it for the sake of the review. It sounded great too which really isn’t a surprise as everything else on these headphones has been fantastic.

The headphones are easy to pair with your phone. The app is very interesting and something I like to sit down and play around with just to see what the headphones can do. It has an equalizer and different modes you can tap into, I think it’s quite fun and if you’re into your sound and music you’ll find the app features interesting to play around with to achieve a sound that is 100% personalized.

Overall, I am very impressed with the quality of this pair of headphones. At the price point, a really good buy. I think they’re as good as my 180 pair of earbuds but at a fraction of the price and with the added comfort that headphones provide. I would definitely recommend.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersThese aren’t the first Jabra headphones I’ve used, but they are in with a chance of being the best. Like all Jabra offerings they seem well-made and look stylish. I prefer over-ear/on-ear phones to in-ear, and these are pretty comfy.

You can setup the headphones by an app which, with something I’ve never seen before, gives you a brief hearing test so it can optimise the sound from the headphones for your ears. Whether this is a gimmick or actually does something, I’m not sure; suffice to say that the sound quality is excellent; it’s clear and well-defined, while still retaining warmth.

If I have one small gripe, it’s that the inline controls aren’t too friendly, but I guess they just take some getting used to. Very pleased.

No obstante aslan bastante bien.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersNicely boxed pair of wireless headphones come with USB charging lead. As usual, you need a plug to connect the USB cable; the plug is not included. Come with a beautiful pouch to put the headphone inside to protect from dust and to carry.
I bought it mainly for my voice meditation seasons.
The cups can rotate, so they sit comfortably on the ears. Well padded headphones very comfortable to wear. To the right cup, you have all the standard controls that you can turn the headphone on/off or pause/rewind, plus to answer the call feature.
Yes, they connect quickly via Bluetooth and carrying steady connection with no dropouts of sound. No dought its has long battery life. I like it when you answer the phone call you can hear your surrounding as well. Noise cancellation is perfect.
I am a bit disappointed with the sound quality, the bass is bit low, but the treble is perfect. Would be nice if it’s foldable like mention in the listing, for the travelling purpose. A bit pricey compared to all these features.
It is OK but not Excellent.

I received this item from the Amazon Vine Program.

I received a Jabra Elite 45h wireless headset in titanium black. I am currently using a Jabra Evolve 65 (Wireless Stereo On-Ear Headset) for my work and it is really good so I have high expectations of this headset to be honest.

The headset is foldable and comes with a pouch for storage when headset is not in use. The pouch is also handy when I put the headset inside my bag when I want to bring it with me when I go outside. It has memory foam ear cushions so my ears don’t hurt even if used for long periods of time. Like any memory phone products, the cushions adjust to the shape of my ears thus it really feels comfortable. It also has 2 built-in microphones for calls.

Full charge time is only for 1.5 hours and 15 minute charge is already up to 10 hours of battery. It has 40 mm speakers capable of producing higher output.

Pairing is very easy. I just turn on bluetooth on my phone and the bluetooth on the Jabra until the LED flashes blue. I selected the device in my settings. It appeared as Jabra Elite 45h – I just chose this one. It did not ask for a pin. It can be paired to 2 devices (smart phone or tablet) simultaneously but can be connected to one device at a time. It is not recommended to be used for computers/ laptios. I tried to pair it to my laptop and I cannot find the device.

I also downloaded the app Jabra Sound + from the IOS App Store. It has 6 music presets to choose from depending on what I am doing / listening to (neutral, bass boost, smooth, speech, treble bost or energize). I can also change the settings using this app when I take calls – I can change the slidetone and the call equalizer using the app.

MUSIC – Loud, crisp and clean. Treble and bass can be adjusted in the app depending on ones preference. It cancels out noise effectively as well. I used the headset next to a telly volume 25. I can barely hear the sound of the telly while I was listening to music.

CALLS – Press the pause button (the button in the middle) to answer the call. The person on the other end can hear me very well. I am using a Jabra 65 with a mic so I was thinking this headset might not really be good for calls. But to my surprise it was really really clear. Too bad it won’t connect to my laptop otherwise I will use this one instead becuse this has longer battery life.

Overall, I am really really impressd with this headset. From the design to the quality of the sound. I am recommending this product 100%.

    Comfiest headset I’ve ever used.

These headphones have an impressive 15 minutes of charge time to give a 10 hour life. I can’t even count the number of times I’ve decided to use something after a break of not using the item only to find I have to recharge it because it’s completely dead, taking hours to charge and ruining the fun. This is a very handy feature for last minute charging. The instructions state it takes 1.5 hours to get to full charge whereas the app says 2 hours and 20 minutes. The on/off/bluetooth button position is confusing because there’s 3 options and only 2 spaces. After trying to work it out, the whole headset became unresponsive, even though it said was it at full charge. I tried to charge it for 15 minutes and nothing. Left it another 25 minutes and finally some life to them! No quick charging here and not good for my anxiety levels. The website wasn’t particularly helpful either when searching for answers and annoyingly their phone operating hours are only Monday to Friday.

When opening, I found the box difficult to get into as the flaps are glued down strongly. Although after fighting my way in, my mum pointed out the non-obvious pull tabs on the bottom of the box. I thought these headphones were going to be massive, but these are sleek and modern, not looking at all bulky on my head. However, the fit could be slightly better, just above the ears as it has a big gap here but that’s personal preference. The comfort level is wonderful. It feels like clouds are covering my ears and the adjustability of these is as simple as sliding it smoothly to lengthen or shorten them.

In the app there are different soundscape options to help block out sound around and the headphones make the nature sounds feel like I am actually there experiencing it myself. So relaxing and calming. The sound hearing test in the app is quick and easy, I literally just tapped the screen whenever I heard a noise. I also really wanted a good pair of headphones to connect to the television and while this was easy to do, the sound was out of sync. I swapped to a different channel and it was better at about 99.9%, although this didn’t last long before it went out of sync again. Really disappointing for a 90 pair of headphones just to listen to music and answer calls on my phone only. Not really that impressed at the lack of versatility. The headset is comfortable though and I have no problem wearing them with earrings either. Phone calls are great quality and when not wanting to wear them on my ears, they are soft and comfortable around my neck and collar bone.

In honest, these headphone is very easy to pair with any Bluetooth enabled devices.

I have used it with my mobile phone and my laptop and it been fantastic,
the sound quality of this headphone is superb, the bass and the treble as lovely which makes it easy for you to hear the music into details.

You can see the effects of
the sound clarity – all the musical instruments just sound clear and well separated without being mixed at all, you can hear all the instruments separately.

If you want to enjoy this headphone more, there is an app called Jabra+ smart app that you can download for free at play store. You will be able to do so many things with it.

For instance, there is an equaliser where you control your music preferences as you listen. Another one that you will enjoy is this feature called Your sound.

This feature automatically adjusts the sounds to your ability also a noise cancellation feature is included as well this feature you will enjoy while listening to music as if you are only listening to the music alone blocking away every external noise and no room for any interference.

Coming to making a phone calls the microphone is fantastic, you can feel the quietness while making a phone calls using the headphone.

When I first see a 45hours battery, I was like this is a lie.
But the trial will convince you that this is true, The battery lasts very long.

Very powerful headphone with unique features

I have been using these wireless headphones for about a week now and have to say I am loving the sound quality! It is super clear and my music has been fine-tuned to my hearing using the app I was able to tweak and customize my music so I can listen to it how I like it.
Sleek and stylish these headphones sit comfortably on my head and are easy to adjust, they have super comfortable ear cushions that really do mould to your ears.
These headphones are lightweight, foldable and compact and even have 2 microphone call technology so you can make and take calls on the go with no issue of not being heard.

With up to 50 hours of battery life you really can’t go wrong, however, if you need a quick charge then you no longer need to threat these headphones allow you to quick charge for 15 minutes to receive up to 10 hours of battery, I have used for 6 hours after a quick charge with no issue.
They also come with a handy carry bag and USB lead.

    Powerful performance

These are great headphones. Super comfortable, the battery lasts forever, they have great noise cancelation and sound quality, and feel really good in the hand. As for comfort, I could easily wear these things all day. Sometimes I forget I’m even wearing these headphones… They look pretty stylish and they aren’t too big. The carrying bag is pretty lowkey and it works fine, no problems there.

It does have 2 microphones and its Bluetooth 5.0 so can easily be used as a headset if needed and can be used to make calls from your phone. Pairing/syncing is very simple. Bluetooth is updated. I’ve experienced no signal loss up to and slightly past claimed signal strength. It has a little switch with two positions- one for power on/off and one for pairing.

The noise cancelling is amazing on these. They’re going to be great for studying. They’re very very comfortable as well. You don’t feel like you’re wearing anything at all. They charge really fast as well. The sound quality is amazing as well. I really suggest you take a look at these. The build quality is really excellent as well.

Headphones charge fast and the battery lasts me about a week with daily usage.

My only complaint here is that the charging cable that comes with this set is only 1 feet long, so that is a bit short for a lot of situations

    Comfortable

These headphones arrived in a nice well presented box, upon opening inside is the headphones, instruction manual and a lovely case for them to go in along with the charging wire.

I was very surprised with the quality of these as i have never heard of this make before, i love the feeling of the speakers. they are a soft material and extremely comfy on the ears, given that they do not go around the ears and just sit on them.

I turned them on and paired them up to my phone which i had no issues with via Bluetooth, and played some music and was very impressed with the sound quality it was outstanding , i then downloaded the app where i could adjust and customize my own music to how i like it and i love how it adapts to my hearing.

I have tested these for 4 days now and the battery is nearly running out so they really do last awhile, but the good thing is 15 minutes of quick charge will give you 10 hours play.

The headphones i found are really slim and lightweight and fit me and my daughter extremely well and comfortably, each earphone as a R and a L on so you easily know which side is for each ear.
There is also buttons to be able to skip tracks, take calls and comes with the built in voice assistant.

Overall i think this is a beautiful colour excellent designed and really great sounding headphones.

I recieved these headphones as part of the Amazon Vine programme, having tested them out I’m happy to share my honest opinion to help with your future decision making.

So I currently own a pair of Marshall Bluetooth headphones which are high end quality but with a price so fairly or unfairly this is what I compare these headphones to.

I’ve never heard of the Jabra brand but was pleasantly surprised when the box arrived as to the quality of the packaging. Very nice inside and out with information leaflets and everything you need to get started – perfect as a gift. In the box you get the headphones, a USB cable, a soft touch storage bag and the aforementioned leaflet.

My headphones came part charged so I switched them on and got going – straight away upon switching them on you start getting assistance via a voice speaking to you through the headphones. Pair them with your phone and download the Jabra app. The app is nice, it’s intuitive to use and guides you seamlessly through the setup process – this is where I realised the headphones are different to any others I’ve had in the past – straight away you’re put into a 2 minute sound test to set the headphones up to personally so you get the best out of the headphones. Decent.

Once connected and into the app there’s the facility to register the headphones for a 2 year rain and dust warranty – a few simple details and you’re sorted. Sound is great, bass is well balanced and they’re great to listen to. Once you get to know the buttons on the side of the headphone cups they’re easy to find and use – volume buttons and a mute aswell as a button to activate your phones voice assistant. I’ve taken a few phone calls on these and haven’t had any issues, connection is strong and had no complaints from the people I’ve spoken to.

Nice feature is how the headphones can be connected to 2 devices at once and up to 8 devices in total. I’ve had issues in the past where you have to connect and re-connect to different devices, a problem Jabra have done away with. Battery life is immense and with the quick charge feature you never need to be without your headphones.

Overall the user experience is far better and more involved than my previous headphones. They are comfortable to wear and don’t hurt your ears after prolonged wearing although the only gripe I have is that the earphones don’t cup your ears they sit on top of them, as a result if you move your head quickly or if you went out running they’d fall of easily. Initially I thought they lacked a 3.5mm jack port so they could be used as passive headphones if the battery went dead but once I found how quickly they charge I don’t think they need them.

Super pleased with these, come in a variety of colours to suit your personality and are a superb product. Would definitely recommend and I’m looking forward to using more Jabra products in the future.

These are a great pair of headphones for the price! I am currently using a pair of Jabra in ear headphones, but I don’t find them very comfortable and every time I yawn or eat with them in, they fall out! Whilst the on ear headphones are a lot bigger, and obviously are more noticeable, they are much more comfortable. The cushions on the ear are nice and soft, so can be worn a lot longer than my previous ones. The buttons on the sides are all self explantory and easy to use, once you work out which button is what when you are wearing them! They pair up well via bluetooth, using the Jabra Sound app, which allows you to customise the levels etc, and tells you your battery levels. The sound is great, and the noise cancellation is perfect. I’m really happy with this, and will probably never go back to in-ear headphones again!

For me, some of the less good elements about these were the most immediately apparent. Although they present as quite smart-looking in product photos, the faux leather on the band and ear cushions is a bit plasticky IRL, and the padding on the underside of the band is on the thin side and squashes down to almost nothing. Despite this, the band is light enough that it’s not painful to wear for hours at a stretch. I have a smallish, narrow head and unfortunately the band for these is a bit wide and prone to slipping.

The ear cushions are the sit on not wrap around type. They’re comfortable and well-padded, but combined with how easily the headband slips, make these some of the worst headphones I’ve owned for not staying put. I can’t look down when wearing these or the headband starts sliding off. This is not ideal for headphones specifically designed to work with a mobile device rather than a desktop/laptop computer. I’ve ignored the manufacturer advice to use these with a mobile device, and use them paired them to my iMac because I was finding the fit of the band made them impractical for use with my phone/iPad. As headphones they work perfectly well with the computer, but I do lose call functionality and some of the customisation options with this pairing.

These arrived with a partial pre-charge and when first switched on enter pairing mode — with an audio message prompting: “To connect, go to the Bluetooth menu on your mobile device and select the Jabra product from the list.” This message is repeated rather quickly — making it downright annoying. Fortunately, connection was quick and easy to set up.

The noise cancellation is reasonably effective. The sit on foam on the ear cushions squashes nicely to fit closely against the ear, but doesn’t give the same level of insulation as larger, around ear cups.

That’s the not-so-good. The sound quality is excellent — particularly at the price point. These have a beautiful, depth of sound to them. The bass is deep and rich, where so often it can become muddy and indistinct. They’re a pleasure to listen through. The headphones are nicely presented in a manufacturer box that isn’t excessively large, and come with a neat fabric storage/carry bag.

I am so happy to have these headphones.
From the opening of the box to actually touching the headphones everything says quality.
The thing that made me say ” WoW ” was the part that is covering the speakers and is touching the ears.
It is made out of extremely soft leather which makes it is look really nice and in the meantime comfy to wear.
The next thing that catch me was the quality of the sound and mostly the Extra Bass as I am a bass person and these have a good punch.
There is an app that you can use to connect them to the phone where you have some settings , like the EQ that you can play with. This is the first thing that I did ,of course.
The sound quality itself is not just the Bass that I am about.
The whole sound is crystal clear and makes you want to listen more music.
And you can do that for really long time.
The battery life of these is about 50 hours.
I don’t think anyone will listen for 50 hours without stopping ,but this will give you something like a week usage without charging.
And that’s if you listen over 7 hours a day.
If you use them just 2 hours in the gym every day ,then that’s 25 days.
In case like this I would charge them ones a week or ones every 2 weeks or something like when they are about 50% as this will keep the battery health perfect for longer.
The price of the headphones is really low which makes them an excellent choice.

    Highly recommend them.

Hopefully this review was Helpful for you.

    50 hours of quality sound

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersWhen I saw these headphones were up for review, I was excited to try them as my teenage daughter has been badgering me for some for ages and I loved the colour and style of these looking at the listing. When they arrived, they didn’t disappoint.

    Stand out features:
    . 50 hours battery life
    . 40mm speakers
    . My sound app
    . Carry handle
    . Great range of colours

    Comfort/fit
The first thing I noticed about the earphones was how compact and lightweight they are. I am used to headphones being bulky, not these. They are extremely comfortable to wear — the ear cushions are made from memory foam that just springs back after use. I found this held them in more securely against the ears and they didn’t irritate me or my daughter at all.

    Sound quality
Both me and my daughter commented on the sound quality. We loved the equalizer feature so that could tailor the listening experience to our own tastes. There is also an app to download that allows you to further personalise your experience with these headphones.

My daughter has listed to music and watched films using these headphones and said they were the best she has ever used.

    Charging/battery life
Easy to charge through the USB cable provided. Battery lasts ages — we haven’t had to recharge them yet.
You get 10 hours listening time from just fifteen minutes of charge — decent, especially for impatient teens.

    Connectivity
No problems connecting via Bluetooth — was fast and easy with no issues.

    Call management
This is quite standard these days on headphones, but I liked the way the buttons for call management are intuitive and means that you can be confident you won’t miss your calls.

Overall, I would recommend these headphones. There has been a lot of effort put into the design, features, app and even the packaging and information you get with them, which means you’re very quickly getting the most out of the features straightaway. A very solid 5 out of 5 from me — I couldn’t find any negatives.

    In summary:
    . Great quality
    . Compact & lightweight
    . Great sound quality
    . Can tailor music experience
    . Call handling that works
    . Good value

These lovely headphones have just become my official daily drivers, both outside and while chilling or gaming next to my computer. Straight out of the box, the packaging is second to none, very classy presentation. The headphones come with a lovely black case in case you want to store them, guides, and the charger.

The design is very simple, making it very easy to master all the buttons. It has 5 buttons in total, all sitting on the right side. There is Vol up/down buttons, separated by pause button which surprisingly works well with my windows desktop. It literally pauses videos or music when I press it. There is a mute/unmute button which I find very hand. works perfectly when gaming. The last button is the I/O which also can slide down to activate Bluetooth and connect to devices.

The connectivity is probably the best thing about this headset. It literally connects to my PC less than a second after I turn it on, so set-up wise it is amazing. You can easily switch from one device to another (PC then phone then IPAD for instance). The connection never drops based on my experience.

I tested the range yesterday. I went downstairs to open the door which is more than 15 meters away from my room. It literally worked as if I was right next to my device. However once past the 15 meters downstairs it started dropping a bit.

The build quality is very nice and doesn’t annoy at all. It is neither firm nor loose but for some reason it doesn’t sit 100% on my head, I always feel it is about to drop, but maybe that’s because of my very short hair?

Noise cancellation is decent overall, it is not the best I ever had but is very acceptable.

The battery is probably among the best as it lasts for very very long time, I can’t even stress this enough. I don’t even need to plug it properly, I just plug it to a USB next to desktop when I go out or the shower or the kitchen. So far I never heard the ‘Battery Low’ notification. It always says ‘ Battery High’.

I would therefore say that this is the best mid-range headset I ever had, very pleased with the build quality, the design, the battery life, the connectivity and the sound quality.

Incredibly simple and easy to set up these headphones where comfortable from the minute i put them on, they feel light on my head and the memory foam on the headband is thick enough that i can barely feel it. The ear pads feel very light on my ears whilst being snug enough to sit tight, i haven’t had these fall off once no matter how i angle my head, in fact i can dance in these and the jerky movements cause just slight movement and they stay firmly on my ears.

The features are great, i downloaded the the jabra sound + app and on here i can personalise them to my hearing but also check exact battery percentage, however the headphones are capable of telling you if your battery level is high or not without the app but it’s nice to see the exact percentage.

I was using my phone camera whilst wearing my headphones and that’s when i realised if whilst using these paired with my phone if i have my camera app open i can also click the singular front button on the right side of the headphones to capture photos without having to press on my phone screen which i find fantastic!

Sound quality is absolutely spot on, i thoroughly enjoy the crisp clean sound with just the right amount of bass to get truly absorbed into the music.

Whilst the buttons on the headphones are described within the easy to follow instructions and app, they also have little symbols above them which is helpful if i was to forget.

My personal favourite things about these headphones in my experience are:

Battery life is very long lasting
    Sound quality is absolutely great
    Comfort and stability is exceptional
They have a modern usb C charging cable
With my smartphone they can assist me in taking photos
They look and feel well made

    I love these headphones.

Very comfortable, great sound and battery life.

This is the first time I have owned anything from Jabra so I had a good play with these with an open mind. I liked the box, well presented and it came with a nice travel bag to put them in — nice touch. The headphones were nice and slim and not bulky, wearing them felt very comfortable and the design was great with the R and L identifications patterned in the ear cushions. They charge via USB but you do get a cable but no power brick or charger as such so use a USB charger you already have or a power socket that has a USB port built in. These came mostly charged so I only needed them plugged in for an hour before they were ready to go. Jabra claim 50 hours, I have used them for about 4 hours and I have about 85 percent battery remaining so I am not sure you will get 50 hours but you could certainly take these away with you and they should last you the whole holiday or trip before needing recharging and if you do want to charge them it has fast charge which means you get 10 hours of battery in just a 15 minute charge — brilliant for when you want to use them and have forgotten to charge them.

The sound is amazing — it really is, the bass is rich and the treble is sharp just how I like it but if you download the app called sound+ then you can customise the sound and eq to your taste.

There is a built in microphone in so you can answer calls if you have it connected to your phone, it sounds clear and you can access Alexa, Siri and Google assistants .

It was really easy to pair by holding the slider in the Bluetooth position and pair with your phone. It connected quickly and automatically in future uses. If you forget to turn them off it will auto go to standby then eventually switch off to save power.

I wish I could find something wrong with these, but I really can’t an these are much cheaper than some other brands out there. Superior quality and battery life — what’s not to like?

Amazing battery life and sound quality.

Golden Review Award: 17 From Our Users**This is an in-depth review, if you would like the bottom line then please scroll through to the end.**

I could bore you with all the tech info on this neat little set of headphones….(and I probably will). But what you need to know is this:

This is a LESS beefy set than standard headphones, and therefore suit those with smaller frames, such as a teen, or adults, that prefer their earphones to look chunky and/or make a statement.

They still pack a punch whilst looking stylish. Our daughter – quite fashion conscious prefers these, they suit her which I can’t say is the case for the larger sets.

    Here it comes…

If you want to get down into the finer details heres some tech to appease you.

For 100 (ish), they are one of Jabra’s more simple sets, basic in construction, made mostly of plastic.

The finesse is what you would expect from Jabra quality: they call them ‘foldable’ and quite true to form, they are incredibly flexible and can put up with a great deal of abuse in a backpack or satchel.

They’re not waterproof, but they will withstand rain.

    The Fit:

Though most larger earphones encompass the entire ear, these, being smaller, neatly perch on top. The advantage being they look sleeker, but the downside is that the noise cancelling factor controlled via the App isn’t as perfect without the surrounding earpads.

    The volume

This petite pair still offer outstanding sound. Though again, due to the poorer noise cancelling for this ‘perchy’ pair, the audio does bleed into your immediate vicinity and you might unwittingly be sharing a little too much noise with those around you.

The sound as a whole, is pretty good, a very well rounded yet meaty full range. The bass is very level and doesn’t suffer the same detriment that some ‘Bass Heavy’ models suffer in that the mids and highs become too unbalanced on some if those marketed as “Heavy”.

    The App:

Jabra’s very good Sound App, further allow you to equalise your sound to your personal specifications and adapt this into your future hearing enjoyment. It performs a quick sound test to check how well younhesr and what frequencies you detect.
You can further control the sounds via the equaliser on the Sound App.
If you prefer the extra bass, lighter trebles etc. This can be changed easily with a quick swipe here and there.

The Wind Cancelling function is very useful when making calls without all the background interference, it also gives you a better listening experience. This is an adaptive function controlled via the App.

    How do they Feel?

The genorous yet extremely comfortable padding on the Jabra Elites feel comfortable for long stretches of wear without feeling like they compress the skull, thanks to it’s wider wraparound design. The headband too is padded, though if you’re more of a sphinx than a male lion, in terms of hairiness you may find that the padding over the skull is lacking, without your natural padding.

The foldable functionality of the Jabra Elites are somewhat limited. You can’t fold them at all in the true sense though, like I said, they are quite flexible.
The earcups twist almost 180. So they look quite smart just around your neck.

    The Connectivity:

Bluetooth 5.0 with total wireless connectivity. There is no cable connection port.
It took me less than 10 seconds to connect to my smartphone with a very good level of stability around the home and garden without any static when away from the smartphone.

    The Buttons:

The right earphone holds all the buttons,
The cluster of tightly packed three buttons control:
Volume up/skip track; volume down/skip back; pause/play or answer/reject calls.
There’s also a control for voice assistant to summon Siri/Google Assistant or Alexa.
Finally, there’s a sliding power on/off and bluetooth connection button.

    The Battery:

Fantastic almost 50 hour battery have been going without a single additional charge after a number if days. I’ve had a percentage battery drop of 10 to 15% per day after using for between 5-7 hours a day.
    This is pretty remarkable.

The Icing on the Cake – is that they take a USB-C cable like many smartphones meaning if you’re away from home you can give them a quick 15 minute blast on the charger to give you an outstanding 10 HOURS of further use.

    Downsides:

    * Poorer noise cancelling as these earcups don’t wraparound the ear – something you might want to consider if you do a lot of commuting or travel through busy areas.
    * Not truly foldable as suggested.

    The Bottom Line:

On the whole, for the price, these are a fantastic pair. They have their downsides and yes, the construction feel simpler compared to Jabra’s other offerings, but they have the same high-end functionality, amazing battery power, and access to Jabra’s very good App.

    5 stars.

    Hope you found this useful

If your on a budget then these headphones are a good choice good sound quality that can be customised in the jabra app. Really comfy to wear, lightweight and compact. Great battery life and you can link 2 devices at the same time.

Jabra elite are fast becoming one of my favourite brands!. Quality seems high on their list and so does build.
These headphones arrive in a lovely bow and inside that in their own bag. Everything about the appearance on first sight says quality and the use of them confirms it.
Every function is reliable and pleasing. Everything stated in the write up and picture descriptions i have found to be true and it’s really nice to have a manufacturer you know you can rely on to produce quality goods at a price that’s not through the roof.
I have provided pics to try and show quality and just how soft and comfortable these phones are. Also to show functions and button placement.
The charge lead is not overly long, aprx 50cm.
We also have the in-ear phones from Jabra, they have been in use for just under a year and are still producing top quality function. so we have come to expect this from Jabra products and have not been disappointed.
I cannot recommend these headphones highly enough. Absolute quality.
The headphones arrived a day earlier than expected and very well packaged.
I hope you find this review helpful.

What you receive is first, Quality made headphones, the style, design and build are superb, you really have that feel the quality just by holding them.

Fully adjustable band, which is padded, very light weight and very comfortable to wear.

The headphones are bluetooth, which means they will connect to any device which has the bluetooth function, such as your smart phone, iPad, iPod, Alexa etc

Hooked these up to my iPhone, and popped a bit of music on, a wow moment, musically these are very good, they have a great range, highs nice and clean and crisp, mids very even and the bass was spot on.

These can also be voice activated with Alexa, Siri, Google, plus there is a Jabra app which is well worth downloading, bit like having a pocket equaliser with you.

I’ve worked in Audio retail for most of my working life, which is near to 30 years, and have listened and sold many headphones, Sony, Bose, Sennheiser, Denon, Panasonic to list a few, these are without doubt for the money some of the best musical Headphones, I’ve experienced. You’ll not be disappointed

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersI’ve tried numerous headphones over the years, including quite a few pairs from Jabra so when these became available – I had to check them out. Could they live up to previous highs?

First impressions were reasonable as the headphones are supplied with a carrying bag and the colour is as expected from the photos. Charging is via USB C which is a nice tough, while there is a small cable supplied you’ll almost definitely be needing a longer one for yourself but also probably already have one. The headphones themselves are light, which is probably one of their best features, and while not the most solid in terms of build quality (the cups feel a little loosely attached) they are as expected given where these are pitched.

Putting them on and there is a good range of adjustment to get them to sit on your ears – they do sit on rather than over which means they don’t naturally cancel noise as effectively as cup phones. Comfort wise, this is where the lightweight comes into its own as it makes it easy to move around. Connection is easy, via Bluetooth, with a dedicated on/off switch as well as buttons for volume, pausing and also starting your voice assistant also provided. There is also the Jabra app, which amongst other things allows you to personalise your sound – though has fewer features than with more expensive cans.

To sound quality now and here they were also a little lightweight too – the bass in particular could have been more punchy and while the mids and speech were clear they lack the depth of others I’ve tried. There is obviously a trade off here with size and if you want less weight and portability they are a good call – though just be aware this is at the cost of top notch sound.

Overall then you’ve got a reasonable pair of headphones for where they are targeted at and some of the lightest ones I’ve seen. If you’re happy to take a few negatives (though not too many) for that – definitely go for these.

These arrived in a Jabra branded sleeved box with a simple glossy product review guide on the top having the headphones inside the soft material drawstring bag and the USB-C charge cable in the bottom of the box, everything well protected well designed and laid out.

Although everything is plastic on this headset the design is simple sleek and compact having surprisingly good adjustment to them and they will stretch easily yet sit comfortably and securely when worn, the ear cups are on the small size so for people with larger ears myself included they don’t envelope the ear fully so you do hear sound around you while wearing them although my daughter has been using these and has much smaller ears so notices it far less. The volume capacity is huge and I certainly couldn’t wear them at anywhere near full volume, you do get audio bleed while wearing them so at higher volumes people around you can hear what you are listening to.

Setting them up with the Jabra Sound+ application is fairly simple and connecting to the Bluetooth on your device fairly painless, the Sound+ app is very professional and even performs a sound test during the setup identifying the pitches/sound range you can hear tailoring the output for your specific range, the main app has some pre-sets along with a graphic equalizer which is very good allowing you to fine tune the output to your own taste. These do not have an audio jack so you need to connect them with Bluetooth, not really an issue but worth a mention should anyone be buying them with that use in mind.

My daughter has been using them since they arrived and really likes them; the buttons are all located on the right hand cup with the volume up and down buttons doubling to skip tracks on a long press with the centre pause button also being used to answer calls, they have a voice assist button on the front for using Siri or Google assist depending on if you use an iphone or Android device. The battery life is really superb with up to 50 hours off a single charge.

Overall these are really nice simple headphones with great battery life, the sound is great along with the Jabra Sound+ application fine tuning, they are comfortable when worn for a long time with the only things about them I wasn’t so keen on being the sound bleed for others around you and hearing noise around you while wearing them.

    Simple with a great sound

I love these headphones and actually go to grab them over earbuds as they feel more comfortable and somehow get a better all round sound. These are sleek and not bulky, in fact they are quite slimline compared to some headphones.
The feature that I like the most with these is that the battery lasts for up to 50 hours so I find with my personal usage that I only have to put them on charge every couple of weeks. The charge is also really fast and can give you 10 hours of battery in just 15 minutes.
The headphones are lightweight and foldable which I find helpful when travelling. They also have a “mysound” function which tailors the music to your hearing. These headphones give fantastic sound and I would recommend these. I think they are a great price for what they are.

We received this product through the Amazon Vine review program.

Brand & Packaging:- We had heard of the Jabra brand before but knew very little and had no purchasing experience. A work colleague speaks very highly of them (he has in-ear Jabra headphones) so we were keen to try them.

The first thing we noticed was how amazing the packaging is. Jabra have obviously spent some time and effort on the design – not just of the headphones, but the whole package. It all exudes quality.
Here are our thoughts on these Jabra headphones:-

    * Sound quality — Superb! Currently listening to BBC cricket and the sound quality is great. Tried a few bands of different musical genres — no complaints for rock, indie, pop and talking podcasts.

    * Easy of Bluetooth pairing — loved it! We had voice instructions on first use and it tells you if it is connected when you turn it on. We love this feature — saves looking at phone for the headphone symbol for active Bluetooth connection.

    * Call quality — we’ve taken a few calls on this already. Call quality has been great — no issues with either party — clear voice quality both ends

    * Battery length — 50 hours play time with only 1.5 charge time. This is amazing. On day three I’m still on medium charge and I forgot to turn it off for quite some time. We really liked the battery notification feature when you first turn it on.

    * Charging — a USB type C cable is provided. You don’t get a USB plug but I have enough of these and didn’t expect one anyway. Amber flashing light when charging turns to flashing green as it get near full charge. This is a nice touch. It is good to have an indication of the charge levels when its plugged in. b

    * Comfort — They are very comfortable. The memory foam earpieces are very soft and even after a few hours of usage there was no need to adjust as there was no ear discomfort at all. Like with all other headphones that are not in-ear, it can be a bit annoying if you wear glasses but we quickly found comfy positioning. We did find them a little warm to wear but it’s one of the warmest spells of the year so this isn’t necessarily a negative.

    * Travel bag — these headphones come with a draw-string style travel pouch. This is not a hard shell case and it is to protect from scratches more than being crushed in laptop bag or suitcase.

    * Jabra Sound+ App — Installation is quick and easy. The App is good. We liked it — especially the interactive get to know your headphones feature. We registered our headphones through the App for 2 years warranty. We liked the soundscapes feature – where you can play background noise. The nature ones are very relaxing. These could be good for meditation sessions. Unsure about sharing location data with Jabra for find my headset so we left this off.

Overall recommendation — We are delighted with this product. We simply can not fault it. It would make an amazing gift.

    Amazing quality

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersKindly sent by Amazon in return for a genuine, honest and unbiased review.

I was sent these Jabra Elite 45h headphones. They are a huge upgrade from the in ear wired headphones I use at the moment, so I was very excited for them to arrive.

When they arrived, they were in their own Amazon box and well packaged. Opening the box, I noticed how smart and sophisticated the packaging is. On the back of the box is some of its features including soft ear cushions and the ability to customise your music through the downloadable Jabra Sound+ App. Opening the box I notice the headphones come with their own soft drawstring storage bag which is lovely, and there are some simple instructions for set up. So far so good.

Set up is really easy. I downloaded the app from the Google play store (which is free) and then made sure the Bluetooth was switch on on my phone. I then switch the headphones on and put them on my ears, a voice then tells you through the ear pieces how to pair the headphones. Took me no longer than a minute to pair the headphones. I must say, the cushioned pads mould well to my ears and are so comfy. The headphones are easily adjustable to fit around your head, the head band just slides up and down. The pads also have L and R labels to put them on correctly.

Once the headphones are paired, I went to the app. Set up again is very quick and easy, it asks for some details to register them, and after a sound test that take around 2 minutes, then they are ready to use. The app itself has a music equaliser to adjust the music to suit you including pre set equalisers as pictured. Now they’re ready for music so I head over to the Amazon Music App.

My taste is music is very wide and varied so I wanted to test these on as many genres as possible. I went for something classic with Queen – We Will Rock You. The music is so clear and crisp, wow! Now this is where the Jabra App makes them amazing, with the music on in the background I go back to the Jabra App and I can set the sound of the music. I like Treble Boost, but I just love how any song can be tailored to sound perfect through the headphones. This is for me where it stands out from other headphones, the ability to make any song sound perfect for you. I did this with many songs from Dolly Parton to Disney. I am amazed.

Some of the other features I like; the microphone works well with an incoming call and even at top volume my husband said he couldn’t hear my music. If the music is paused, when it is played again it comes back on with gradual volume, it won’t shoot back into your ears which is comfortable. The App also has plenty of other features including find my headphones, which tracks where they are and seemed to find my current location very quickly. Even the user manual that came in the box is on the App which is handy. The volume buttons on the headphones are easy to use and switching off is just the push of a button. They go back into the soft bag for another day.

Overall, I love them. The app and ability to adjust any song makes them perfect in my opinion. This makes them stand out from other headphones, especially if you love music like me. I would absolutely recommend these. My new favourite gadget.

Ohh sweet child o' mine!....They're Amazing!

The first thing I noticed on unboxing the Jabra Elite 45h over ear headphones was the slick design, compact size and the light weight. Weighing in at 165g they’re easy on the head and ears even for extended periods of time. One thing to note is that they’re not truly ‘over the ear’ as in being completely enveloped, rather they sit snuggly on the ears. Any sound leakage is very minimal and using these say on public transport where background noise is common I’d doubt very much if anyone sitting near you could name that tune. The head band is of a soft rubber material that’s hardly noticeable to the wearer and complimented by memory foam ear pieces.

As mentioned earlier regarding the weight of the headset, its light stature in no way compromises its integrity. These headphones are built to take some punishment and I’ve twisted, turned and pulled these in all directions with no ill effect so I’d confidently say they’re built to last and that heavy duty users have nothing to fear.

These come with a very nice, soft carry case and although it’s claimed, these are not in the true sense foldable although to be fair they are extremely pliable and slip into the bag nicely. The headphones also come with a USB charging cable which some might find on the short side but it’s adequate for the job and in any case most people have USB cables a plenty. Differentiating your left from your right speaker has been solved by ‘L’ and ‘R’ being punched into the earpiece material and although at first look I found it difficult to discern, once you know it’s there it’s easy to spot. This model is completely wireless and there is no 3.5mm or 6.35 lead or indeed sockets to fit such a cable.

An Included Instruction pamphlet will visually guide you through the set up procedure and explain the button configurations which are all on the right earpiece but I’ve included pics which will hopefully help you understand what the buttons actually control. It should take you no more than twenty minutes to get fully up and running. The buttons are in close proximity to one another and it took me some time to confidently navigate them whilst wearing the headset. In any case with a little practice I soon got the hang of it. One thing worth mentioning, I’d said earlier that any sound leakage is very minimal but when using the headset to make or receive a phone call I was very aware of my surrounding sound, very necessary when out and about in traffic.

The manufacturer says “The Jabra Elite 45h is optimized to be used with other Bluetooth devices, such as smartphones or tablets running either iOS or Android.” — well I’m not sure of its operating system but the headphones pair up successfully with my LG smart TV enabling me to use them while playing my Xbox one or simply my television so I’ve found that incredibly handy.

Battery life with these headphones is absolutely insane with a claimed 50 hours of battery with a full charge of 90 minutes. Even a fast charge of 15 minutes will get you 10 hours of battery life. I’ve been using these over the last two days quite heavily and as of this time, a check on my phone tells me I’ve used just 12% – amazing stats for a rechargeable product.

Having said all that, what do they sound like ? Well, there’s a lot going on with these headphones both above and under the bonnet. Firstly to get your 2 year warranty against rain and dust on this product you will need to download the App ‘Jabra Sound +’ onto your phone. Once you open App everything you need to do for a great listening experience will be intuitive. In particular the ‘MySound’ hearing test which will greatly enhance your audio pleasure by moulding the sound to your particular hearing frequencies. Once I’d completed this and loaded up a few tracks I was completely blown away by the quality of the reproduction. They claim these are “Engineered to be best-in-class on ear wireless headphones” — and I believe them.

I use headphones frequently for sound editing so was very interested in trying these out.
They mmediately paired to my Iphone upon switching them on.
The sound quality is very good, not as good as the bose headphones I normally use obviously because they are a much lower price point.
Sound quality- nice and loud, nice deep base sound. Middle frequencies are slightly more pronounced which gives a slightly wooly sound. Top end is nice and clear.
Very simple function to take calls. There is no noise cancelling function.
Very comfortable on the ears. The ear foam tilts on its own rather than the whole earpiece tilting. Personally I prefer the over ear style headphones.
Feels like a high quality build. Are they worth 89.99? Possibly, if they last as long as they seem like they will, but slightly pricey to me.

Very good sound quality, feels well buil

    Jabra Headphones review

I’m so happy I got these, I desperately needed new headphones! These are absolutely perfect for me!
    Good points
    – they don’t hurt my ears, they are lovely and soft on the ear and on the band. I wore them for a good few hours and my ears were fine! However this could vary with different people I expect.
    – There’s grippy material on the band to prevent them slipping off which works when not going crazy of course (working out etc)
    – Wonderful quality and look very sleek
    – True to their word about the battery! They have lasted for ages!
    – The app is easy to use and adjusts to your personal hearing needs, you can also choose different settings like bass boost (my favourite for music) and many more! Will show in a photo
    – Easily connects to devices with no issues at all
    – Iv just had a phone call with my mum to trial out the mic, it’s perfect! I left my phone in the kitchen while I walked off and I could hear her clearly and she could hear me as if I was right next to my phone (which blew her mind) and she was shocked by them not using wires (lol)
    – The sound quality is great for the price in my opinion, Iv used Bose (my partners) in the past which of course are amazing with their sound but at a huge price. These aren’t as good (sound quality wise) but you’re not paying massively and you are still getting a good quality sound. Much better than what Iv always had (mostly Sony 50 ones or less) these are far superior compared to those. Not to mention the Bluetooth, mic, battery etc (what Iv mentioned above)
    – Not much noise leakage when on ears (especially not if you’re not blasting your music)

    Bad points
    – maybe more colour choices
    – Not great for working out unless it’s an exercise with minimal head movement, they will still slip off if you’re really bending right over or jumping about.
    – And of course it’s only Bluetooth, so you won’t be able to plug in and use a wire!

Very impressed and happy with them!

Opening the box the first thing you’ll notice is how well presented it is. They have printed helpful information regarding clearly visible inside the box. Once opened you’ll find the headphones placed inside soft storage bag.

The headphones feel really good quality and super lightweight. All the plastic areas have that soft rubberized feel to them and the memory foam really helps with comfort.

There’s not too many buttons and to power on and activate Bluetooth there’s a slider. They feel solid and have a good click.

I noticed the listing advertises these as foldable, that’s not the case. The heads can rotate horizontally which will help with storage. But they do not fold upwards.

After a couple of days testing the battery life is still going strong and the sound quality is pretty decent for the price. Of course, there are better on the market but they’ll also cost you more.

I did take a few phone calls with these on and they heard me perfectly fine thanks to the double microphones.

Only downside is that it took me a while to find a good position on my head where it wouldn’t fall off.
As it’s incredibly light and the ear cushions sit flat against your ear, it struggled to provide much friction.
Eventually I did find a position that worked and was able to take it for a run, but it took a lot of trial and error.

Overall, these are really decent for price, sound quality is good and the quality of materials is excellent.

    In the box you get the following;
    – Headphones
    – Storage Bag
    – Charger cable
    – Information guide booklet

Note; these do NOT have a 3.5mm jack so you can only operate these wirelessly.

    Super lightweight & very comfortable

This is the first time I’ve had this brand of headphones and I’m incredibly impressed! I tested these against two pairs of Sony wireless overhead headphones. One pair of Sony is over ear and one pair is on ear which is thae same as these Jabra ones.

In terms of comfort the Jabra are more comfortable than the Sony on ear but not quite as comfortable as the Sony over ear. I guess over ear just wins for me in comfort, however you are sacrificing size and portability for this. The Sony, or any over ear headphones are bigger and more bulky. In terms of storage and size, these Jabra headphones don’t actually fold. I don’t know if I’m missing something as they state that they fold (they are very bendy) but there doesn’t seem to be a way to fold them up – but you can lie the ear pieces flat and it also comes with a storage bag.

The other important factor for me is Bluetooth connectivity. They connected immediately with my iPhone and I had absolutely no problems at all. The app you can download is also fantastic and when I tested the sound without the app (before I did the personalization), the sound quality was not even comparable. After you’ve personalized with the app the sound quality improves so significantly it’s astounding. (You do a sort of sound test on the app where are you clicking if you hear a sound in each ear.)

So onto the most important factor when buying headphones, the sound. The sound is really excellent and compares with the high end headphones I’ve used in the past. I’m surprised that for this cost you can get this good quality sound. I tested it with Van Halen (husbands choice but a good test!) and did a comparison with my best headphones and these blew them out of the water! Given that my favourite headphones are multiple times the cost of these; that’s impressive! (Just to say that the Jabra headphones pre the app sound test would have failed to beat most of my other headphones, so downloading the jabra spind + app and completing the personalisation sound test is well worth it.)

All the bass notes and richness come through and you have great sound quality. It’s helped by both the lack of surrounding noise and lack of noise leakage. You can hear very little background noise with these on and others around you can hear very little of what you’re listening to!

Now onto calls. With voice calls, the person on the other end comes through really well but when you are speaking it does sound a bit like you are in a very large room. There’s some echo. That’s OK and doesn’t really annoy me but it could annoy some people. The sound quality for the caller is good and there’s no issue there. I don’t really use my headphones for calls so it’s not a huge negative for me.

Battery life is great. Great that a small charge can give you a lot of play time tok. I’ll come back to the review and update if the battery life begins to deteriorate.

I give these a huge thumbs up – my new favourite headphones.

Very impressive over the ear headphones. They look the biz and come with the added option of the Jabra App.
The presentation box is good, perfect for a gift. Also there’s a storage bag for the headphones.

Easy to set up, just download the app and follow the instructions and the headphones are connected swiftly. The app allows you to update firmware of the headphones, adjust the equaliser settings and listen to background nature sounds plus noise cancelling sounds. The nature sounds are very good, by closing my eyes I thought I was at the beach . That’s how good the sound is but I do have issues with the bass which I’ll mention in a moment.
The app is full of useful tools but the headphones can be used on their own without the need for the app.

The battery in these headphones is pretty cool. 50 hours on a full charge is advertised. I’ve charged these up and had them running constantly connected to my home radio for 29 hours now and they’re still going! Another excellent feature is they can be quick charged for 15 minutes to give you 10 hours playback.

They are very comfortable to wear, easily adjustable on the headband. Time and effort has gone into the design of these and it shows.

Slight drawback that I personally found is the lack of bass. Whereas the sound is extremely crisp and punchy the bass is lacking. That’s my personal point of view, I have played around with the settings to try and get a more personalised experience but I still come to the same conclusion.

If I was to buy Jabra over the ear headphones then personally for me I would opt for the Elite 85h as these cover your ears a lot more and have better bass.

I still would recommend these headphones and they are worth the 89.99 price tag.

    They sure are QUALITY!!!!

A stylish, sleek, comfortable, crisp sounding headphones

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersI received these Jabra Elite 45h Wireless On-Ear Headphones for free as part of the Amazon Vine review programme. They’re my favourite review item of 2020 so far! They have surpassed my expectations in every respect.

I knew of Jabra from their voice-conferencing products, I’ve reviewed one or two of them previously. So my expectation was that these headphones would prioritise voice quality over everything else. I didn’t expect them to deliver such fantastic audio quality for music.

To put into context how much I love listening to music on these headphones, here’s a couple of facts:

    1) I prefer the sound from these 90 headphones compared to my 300+ (at launch) V-MODA Crossfade 2 Wireless headphones, which have larger over-the-ear cups than the Jabra Elites.
    2) I’ve been re-listening to lots of my favourite music, because it sounds so different on the Elites, in a very good way!

A quick note on my testing methodology: I’m using Spotify on High audio quality (320kbps). I have the Jabra Elite’s paired with my OnePlus 7T smartphone over Bluetooth. On my PC I have my V-MODA headphones connected via 3.5mm jack. As I’m playing music on Spotify, I change the output device between my phone and PC and quickly swap headphones while playing music. I listen to lots of weird electronic music.

I don’t class myself as a true audiophile. I’m just a guy who loves dance and chill-out music. I try not to be pretentious in my reviews, whilst trying to describe my audio experiences as accurately as I can.

So how exactly do the Jabra Elites sound different? The first thing I noticed, almost as soon as I put them on, is how expansive they sound. It’s almost like the sound is coming from outside the headphones, spaced widely on either side of me. I really like this effect, it’s subtle and not overpowering. The other aspect I quickly noticed was the sound clarity – all the musical instruments just sound so crisp and clear and well separated, not muddy or mixed together at all.

I never expected to prefer the sound from these 90 headphones over my 300 V-MODAs. I’m honestly blown away. To my ears, the Elites don’t just sound a little better, they’re in a whole different league.

I don’t often listen to music at loud volumes. If the music hurts my ears, that’s not enjoyable for me. But with these Elites, I found it irresistible to turn the volume up quite high because music sounds that good.

For me, sound quality with music is the most important factor with headphones, everything else is secondary. Having said that, every other feature and function of the Jabra Elites is excellent. I literally cannot fault them in any way.

The buttons on the cups are easy to use and intuitive, I quickly got used to them. The headset is super comfortable and lightweight.

Aesthetically, when I first took the Elites out of the box, I was underwhelmed. They looked so inoffensive, understated and almost corporate-looking in their blandness. Maybe even a little cheap? It’s fair to say I didn’t have high expectations based on looks. But these headphones are truly a wolf in sheep’s clothing. You really cannot judge a book by its cover.

But now I’ve experienced their exceptional audio performance, I think it’s kinda cool that they don’t look super fancy. These are stealth headphones – plain looks, killer performance.

The Jabra+ smartphone app is well-polished and has plenty of useful features, including a graphic equalizer to adjust the sound to your preferences. It has a “Your Sound” feature which apparently adjusts the sound to your personal hearing abilities. I’m unsure how much difference this makes in practice for me personally, but it seems like a nice touch.

The app also features a range of “noise canceling” sounds which you can play to block out external noise. These range from a babbling brook, to thunderstorms, to a chattering crowd. The thunderstorm sounded so realistic it made the hairs on my arms stand up and I almost felt I could smell the rain in the air. If you’re working in a noisy environment and need to concentrate, I have no doubt these Elites have you covered.

Most headphones aren’t designed to be worn in bed, often becoming uncomfortable if you lie on your side. But I usually fall asleep listening to music on headphones, so I wanted to see how the Elites perform. My usual nighttime headphones are some cheap 20 Sony ones. They produce adequate sound and they’re cheap enough that I don’t mind if I accidentally break them in my sleep. To my amazement, the Elites were comfortable when lying on my side, even more than my cheap Sonys. I wouldn’t recommend wearing the Elites in bed all the time though – I’d be horrified if I broke them!

I haven’t even tested the in-built microphones yet. But knowing how good the other Jabra audio-conferencing products are, I have no doubt that voice control will be superb with this headset.

As icing on the cake, a 45 hour battery seems impossible for such a lightweight headset. And yet, it’s true.

Thank you Jabra, for the most pleasant surprise of 2020. My ears and I are truly grateful.

This is my first time owning a Jabra product and I have to say, they’ve surpassed my expectations. In order to keep this review as short yet complete as possible, here’s the things I love:

    – Premium looking presentation, always a bonus when considering as a gift purchase.
    – A simple leaflet is right on top when you open the box explaining all of its features, it’s design & how to connect your device.
    – Superfast set up, I had them up & running in maybe 3 minutes. Everything is pretty much done via the Jabra App.
    – As soon as you turn the headphones on there’s a voice assistant talking through the headphones guiding you through the set up.
    – The sound quality is really good, it’s clear, rich and offers better than my previous Sony headphones.
    – The HUGE benefit of the Jabra app is the fact that the headphones literally adapt to your hearing which is amazing in my opinion. All you have to do is a quick 2 minute hearing test at the beginning of the set up.
    – There’s so much adjustment within the app it’s easy to find your own personal sweet spot in regards to the sound quality.
    – Lightweight design, I’m intrigued to see if this will withstand daily use, I’ll report back after long term use.
    – They are incredibly soft! With memory foam ear pads that will with time mould to your shape, does it get any better?
    – Everything you need is directly on the earphones, buttons for call answering or track skipping etc.
    – And of course that wireless feature, nowadays with Apple removing the headphone jack my old headphones became obsolete without using more cables so it’s nice to find a ‘proper’ headphone that isn’t just buds that I lose.
    – There’s a 2 year rain & dust warranty included, just remember to register your details in the app.
    – Calling is a doddle, crisp sound & no mic issues so far.
    – Voice assistant built in, you can use Alexa/Siri etc directly through the headphones.
    – The ability to update software directly through the app, to me this is brilliant as it means as improvements come, your headphones will be updated rather than become outdated and useless.

Now, onto the things that weren’t my favourite:

    – Initially those memory foam ear pads can seem to be a little uncomfortable BUT they do mould to your ear shape so with time/use they should only get better.
    – The lightweight feature is great for transporting etc but I’m a heavy user so hope that they can hold up to such use.
    – The buttons on the headphones are going to be something I personally need to get used to, with large fingers they can seem a bit fiddly but these being my first of this kind, I think it’s just because I’m not used to them fully yet.
    – I originally thought foldable would mean they literally fold down, similar to Beats maybe but this is not the case. The earphones simply turn onwards making the device slimmer to store but not smaller.

Overall, a quality product that looks premium & offers a dynamic, and customisable sound. Perfect for those always on the go with an endless seeming battery and it’s built in mic/call feature. I’d definitely prioritise looking at other Jabra headphones as and when the time comes to upgrade.

The sound adapts to your hearing - wow! Brilliant experience so far!
