Lovely looking ukulele and a great sound, perfect for a beginner or even a more experienced playe
Nel suo range di prezzo davvero un ukulele di ottima fattura. Mi serviva un ukulele da portare con me senza disperarmi se veniva strapazzato un po’. Questo Kala perfetto, ha un suono caldo ed emette delle vibrazioni molto belle, che permettono di modularne il timbro. Piacevole da suonare, leggero, anche molto carino. Le difficolt nell’accordatura durano solo pochi giorni, io lo suono da neanche una settimana e gi noto la differenza: le corde si allentano sempre meno ed molto facile riaccordarlo.
Che dire? il prezzo ottimo e segnalo che la tastiera, anche se scritto che in noce, a me sembra di palissandro.

Beautifully constructed uke, sturdy and well finished. Nice tension (not all loose like a ‘toy’) and strings settled within a week. The sound is warm and bright, clear and dynamic. My first uke though I’ve played guitar for many. The transition was easy and I’ve already had hours of joy jamming with my daughter. I would recommend this to anyone, however at about 80 it’s quite a lot, but a good investment if you play regularly. I bought a 40 Donner Soprano for my daughter which would suit a beginner more (came with many extras, here you just get the uke!). If your semi-serious this could make a worthy companion.
Quality and Sound is really good. Build quality is best for that price. Go for this without any doubt.

I see that some people left negative reviews saying it needs to be tuned a lot. it says that will happen for the first few weeks while the new strings stretch out. We found that to be true and it stays in tune just fine now. Really nice ukelele.
I’ve owned my ukulele for over a year now and would absolutely recommend it for beginners and amateurs alike.
It sounds beautiful, feels really sturdy & stays in tune forever (I have to retune it very slightly every few weeks).

Bought it as an upgrade from by beginner Aklot ukulele. It’s still a beginner uke, but already the difference is huge: it’s beautiful, well-made and sounds really lovely (a bit closer to a guitar sound). I really love it.
Always been a tenor guy, but this amazing uke has become my go-to instrument.
I bought this ukulele model six years ago when I was first learning to play, and used that one until a few weeks ago when I accidentally broke the neck. Replaced it with the exact same model because at this price point it’s really the best I’ve played, great sound and brilliant quality

It goes everywhere I go, I’ve flown with it in a nice case many times. It holds its tune and rarely needs tweaking, so I know it comes with good strings. There is nothing beginner about the Uke. A beginner is someone who doesn’t know how to strum or what a fret is. Everything is about sound so advanced or beginner everyone wants good sound! Buy this!

I had no idea I would like this inexpensive Kala Uke as much as I do! Wow! I have a soprano of another brand and a concert of another brand. Both of them a bit prettier, also more expensive. Dollar for dollar this is the best deal! I bought it to leave at a friends house so I could noodle around when the mood hit me without having to take an instrument each time. I am seriously considering buying another just like this to sit by my chair. Readily available as opposed to being in the other room hanging on the wall!
Nothing to dislike about this ukulele. Although this is one of the cheaper Kala ukuleles and the sound quality is (as I understand) not as good as a more expensive instrument , the build quality is still very good. For a beginner like my self this is a very good choice and I am very pleased with this purchase.
Got this for our 14 year old for Christmas it’s been great! Great sound, stays in tune good quality for the price! She had a beginner one before this and it never worked properly this one is great!

I love this ukulele. I had a soprano one before and found this one as I wanted a concert one. The sound is warm and rich, cosy like sitting in front of a warm fireplace!
Sounds good, takes new strings a few days to slow down their stretching. First few days you will need to tune strings often. Good value for this Uku.
I bought an inexpensive soprano uke package to try out during this pandemic. I had so much trouble trying to play certain chords. I finally bought this beautiful concert uke and I love it! The strings are so much better, the sound is richer, I can play those chords, and it’s easier to balance in my leg while sitting down. The size is just right for me. I also bought a simple tuner and a nice padded case. It is a joy to play!
I upgraded to this Concert ukulele from having a no-name Soprano size. The Concert is the perfect size especially if you’re a beginner adult. Sound is warm and rich.
I started off playing uke during lockdown and bought a really cheap one in case I didn’t stick with i. I then graduated to the Kala which is good value for money and oh my word the sound quality is so different. I cannot actually say I sound any good yet but I can appreciate the lovely tone of this instrument and the quality feel of the make. Really good value for money.

Sounds great! Traded the KA-15S in for this as my first uke. Sound and size are perfect. I have larger hands and found the fuller sound, slightly larger size, and the better build quality worth the extra money over the 15S.
A great Ukulele with a lovely sound. This one had a stud on the side to attach a strap which was a bonus.
Very pleased. Bought for daughter who wanted to learn and she loves it. Within a week she has learned 9 chords and is already doing songs. There’s cheaper ukes out there but you get what you pay for. Good construction, good sound, and really well made for only $100! Would by again.
After reading some reviews, I settled on this beauty, and I’m positive I made the right choice.
The first thing I noticed was the the construction quality. It really is a good looking ukulele, and one that’s built to last.
When I tuned up and started to play, I felt an immediate difference to my other ukes. The action is just about perfect out of the box, and it feels like a real joy to play.
I noticed a huge step up in terms of tone and sustain, and for not that much more money. If you’re considering a ukulele in the 100-ish range, I’d encourage you to consider spending a little more for one of these.
For the price, it’s really difficult to imagine a better purchase.
This uke has a clear tone and produces loud volume. It’s the lightest weight ukulele I’ve come across, so it’s comfortable if you wear a strap around your neck. The intonation is good and it’s easy to play. It also has a strap peg at the bottom, which was a nice surprise when I received it.
This is my first ukulele, and I am really happy with it! I bought the soprano size, just because I read that it may be easier for a beginner to learn, and I am happy about my decision. I have had it for about a month and can already play a bunch of songs, thanks to YouTube :)) If you want learn how to play a ukulele, this is one is perfect for you. Not only is it so pretty, it sounds really nice too!

I originally had a soprano which was to small, but this concert size is perfect. I play it everyday I’m a beginner and I feel this could last a long time. I think it’s well worth your money. I love the deep sound, but I also like how it has a sheek look and is something I could take anywhere.
I bought this as a move up from a Clearwater Concert Uke to give me a little more finger space and also a deeper fuller tone. I am really happy with the look and feel of this uke – nice low action too!
This is my first ukulele, plus my first time owning any stringed instrument. Quality wise, this is a great uke. It’s quite light weight, good quality wood and great strings. This is comfortable to play for smaller hands, I imagine. Mine are far too big but it’s still comfortable to play. There is a slight buzz from the strings while playing sometimes. This a great beginner uke for smaller hands, I definitely would recommend.

Great ukulele for beginners it has a much better sound and build quality than most ukuleles at the same price. It has a lovely warm tone and stays in tune for a long time, would definitely recommend to anyone who plays the ukulele and for anyone who’s looking to take up the instrument you wont go wrong with this ukulele
This was a gift and had to be delivered to Cork Ireland. Never arrived on stated day and I had to do all the chasing to get delivery. Very slight damage was evident. The instrument was very well received and liked.
Well it came safely delivered before time and oh boy the quality is really good quality strings , tuning pegs , NuBone nut and saddle , tight and neat frame . Little expensive but totally worth it.
Bought this as a birthday present for husband and he really liked it. Prompt delivery and good packaging too
Beautiful sound. I was borrowing a friend’s more budget ukulele before I bought my own and I can definitely notice the difference in sound quality! It’s also very smart looking and a good choice for an adult beginner.
I’m a beginner and have no experience of dukes so for what it’s worth – looks good , sounds good , seems good value for me . I would recommend.
I’ll post a video shortly, but it’s difficult to hear the detail of the timbre in a video. Compared to the cheaper one, the Kala sounds warmer, still giving a strong sound but more rounded and mellow. It’s not at all twangy or crass in its sound. Definitely more Hawaiian beach than George Formby.
After a few weeks of retuning the Uke kept in tune and we didn’t have to ask Alexa for help (which she always obliges with).

Guitar skills transferred pretty well. I can imagine getting a more expensive one but for this price I don’t believe that you could get a better uke. Perfect for beginners who are a bit more serious and guitarist like me who want to play something on the side

I would have liked a “knob” at the bottom of the instrument to be able to attach a shoulder strap.
There is really nothing that I disliked. It is set up nicely, the intonation is good and it stays in tune. It looks like what you would expect form a %100.00 ukulele. It is worth every cent you payed for it.
