The Keter is pretty sturdy & easy to assemble, the only thing it doesn’t tell you in the instructions is due to the two back panels being identical i.e. Both have holes for self-tap screws is one of them needs drilling for clearance. Happy with the product & would recommend

The building of the Keter box was easy going by the directions given, words and pictures, my only complaint is not with Keter but with Amazon who told me my delivery would be the next day for six days on the trot then out of the blue my box arrived on the Sunday seven days after I ordered it, but the money to pay for it was taken out of my account immediately, that’s what made me unhappy.
I don’t normally write reviews but this product has so exceeded my expectations. Firstly, it really is very easy to put together. Took me 30 mins by myself and the instructions were clear. I use it to store my lawn mover and other garden tools in my back garden, which is reasonably secure. Had it for a couple of months now and am very happy with its useability and keeping all the tools (including electrical tools) dry. It does feel a bit flimsy so I wouldn’t put it at the front of the house or where it might get exposed to high winds but at this price point it’s still an excellent product. Good that you can lock the door with a padlock, but do some measurements first. Overall, I am very happy and am buying another one!
Plastic outdoor shed
Thin plastic. If someone wants to break into it no amount of top of the line locks will stop someone.
Ideal if you want to house garden chair cushions. Pool cover or plastic plant pots
NOT ideal to hold garden tools (even cheep ones) or your family bikes.
Look nice stood in the corner of the garden.
Has not rained yet since putting it together. So don’t know if chair cushions will stay dry.
Easy to assemble, quite solid when built.
Needed a replacement for a Ketter garden storage unit that had been partially destroyed by my grandkids. This does the job. It is somewhat more robust than its predecessor and was the same price as direct from Ketter but of course was delivered free by Amazon Prime.

My purchase arrived yesterday the sixteenth .I’ve just finished assembling this item very easy to put together i instructions very easy to follow .A very good product looks great as I said easy to assemble had a bit of trouble fitting doors but got there in the end I’m seventh nine of and if I can do it anybody can do it As I have said before looks great would recommend

Fantastic and so easy to put rogether holds such a lot. Looks like it has a shelf in on the pic but it doesn’t. Very sturdy and well worth the money.

We are very happy with the product using it for garden equipment and some other stuff we moved it from the bigger one as we put our dustbin in it along with the Kirby. Would recommend.
Quite well built, good locking handle
Very much the same as others bought from local DIY stores, the only difference is the locking handle set up and the lid security fixings when open, or lack of them. When u open the top lid, there is nothing to hold it up. However, when the lid/doors are closed, the locking mechanism is simplicity itself but very secure in windy conditions, which is lacking in other DIY store bought sheds. If it had lastic arms to hold the top lid open, then this would be a 5*. It’s still the best one I’ve purchased though.
Solid for a plastic uni
Found this unit fairly easy to assemble, even though I am male, I read the instructions first.
So impressed with it I bought another, Also fitted a ply floor, to just take the weight of what ever I put in it. This is the second one I’ve bought, excelle

This storage box is a 5 star product. It was so easy to put together, looks very good and does not have a cheap feel to it. It keeps everything inside safe and dry, no leaks .

Storage unit for garde
I love this got it today very easy to assemble, you can use it for your bins but for me it’s for storage and it’s ideal for cushions from the garden furniture it has loads of space I’m so happy with it and the colour matches as well thanks Amazo
Check everything is there before putting togethe
The locks and screws were missing, however Keter customer services were brilliant and had sent the missing items within two days. Very easy to put together and just what I wanted to put my gardening items in. Would recommend.
Good produc
I love my purchase, l bought 2 of them, worth the money. The only down side is, that it had no lid support when opened, also it didn’t have a shelf, this needs to be purchased separately..
No shelves
Let me start with, I know in the details it does state no shelves, but every image and the video shows them clearly, perhaps if there was text on the images to say not included that would help.
Anyway, that aside it seems fairly stable and was simple enough to build, time will tell how it fares.
Keter storage
Good alternative to a conventional shed, enough room for all garden tools and some. The only thing you need to ensure is that it is put on a totally flat surface or it doesn’t close totally flush
Good Value Produc
After looking locally for a replacement outdoor storage shed, I found this a bargain on Amazon. The similar item locally was at least 60 dearer. The contents are packed great, limiting any damage in transit. I liked that all the screws, brackets, etc, came in their own hard plastic container that allowed you to empty them from their bags into the inserts moulded in the container. Instructions for assembly are easy to follow and you may need two people to assemble certain sections, but overall this was not difficult to put together. It looks and works great. It is sturdy and seems to be able to manage in the weather conditions. Would not hesitate in saying to anyone this is well worth the cost and hopefully gives me many years of service. Recommended.
Excellent for the price
Great gardern storage for the price and would buy another if needed. Fine for 1 person to assemble in about an hour. Keeps items dry and is reasonably sturdy although I would place this in a back garden rather then an open front of house area. You will need a wider D pad lock to secure.
Perfect storage box
We bought this to store our hot tub when not in use (after the mice chewed it the previous winter in our storage shed). It is perfectly weatherproof and, more importantly mouse proof. It was simple to put together (although my hubby did think there was a piece missing, until he found it in the base!) and didn’t take too long. It is also easy to move if necessary. One point to note – it needs long hasp padlocks to secure it – not standard ones as it needs the length to go though the hasps.

My 2nd Keter box. Have had a smaller one for years to store recycling boxes and wanted a larger one to store garden electrical items (mower, rotavator, bench saw etc) in a waterproof container. Assembly pretty straightforward and no damaged or missing parts. Plenty of room for the items I needed to store and seems pretty watertight. The only slight niggle is the small plastic plugs used to plug the unused holes in the sides are a very loose fit and keep falling out. Messaged Keter regarding the plugs and within 24 hours received a reply saying they should have been a tight fit and may have not been moulded to the correct size. Replacement plugs, which fit, were received within 48 hours. Excellent customer service.
Easy to put together & provides excellent storages outside in my garden.!
I think this product is ideal for larger garden furniture, cushions, lawn mowers etc. it looks better than most garden storage boxes. I am very happy with this product, especially as it was 30 cheaper than one I had previously bought.

Great ketter! Nice and easy to put together I had no broken parts with mine, nice size, use mine to keep my tools in, make sure you buy a long enough padlock for it though as it’s fit to go through the handle, mine didn’t fit had had to buy another, no fault of ketter though
Storage uni
Received this on day specified and put together in less than an hour. Seems very sturdy only time will tell but overall really happy with purchase . Is quite expensive as have seen exact same one in b&q although brown and beige for half price on Black Friday. I prefer the grey and black which is why I am keeping it.
We had a similar sized storage shed from this manufacturer, without any issues, which we had for years, but after a garden makeover we decided to buy this one. First thoughts it was sturdier, smarter looking with additional locking designs. It was easy to construct. The only disappointment was there was no shelf included, but it does give the measurements if you want to make one yourself.
It’s very easy to put together. One man or woman could finish it easily. I would put a value of 79.99 on it if I’m honest. But it will do the job for bin storage or wood storage etc.
Great Buy
Excellent value for money. Not the easiest to put together but once figured it out and completed was really happy with it. Decided not to opt for a shelf as prefer the higher access. Perfect for storing all my garden chairs and cushions and garden equipment. Purchased the grey which looks lovely. Highly recommend.

I had not heard of this brand but it was recommended by my son. Being a bit old school, I was reticent to spend over 300 on something made of plastic but could not find anything wooden that I liked, so took a chance and am actually glad I did.
Yes it’s made of plastic – some sort of resin apparently. The box it came in was huge and required 2 men to carry it from the van to my garden, so bear this in mind. I managed to open it and get it all out and once checked that nothing was missing, was able to assemble it myself in just over 3.5 hours.
Everything apart from the back panel, appears to be thick double sided plastic resin. The back panel is a thin corrugated resin panel, but seems sturdy., particularly when slotted into the side panels and secured. I followed the instructions and put it together exactly as set out. It was actually much easier than I had expected. Holes seemed to be all in the right places. Due to somewhat limited mobility, the hardest thing for me was getting down to floor level to secure the floor and door hinges.
The top lid is in 2 parts and when put together as one unit is actually very heavy, so I would recommend having some assistance when it comes to lifting it into place. The lid is held in place by hydraulic lifters, which work well and make it easy to open. Once fully assembled, the shed is solid and seems to be completely watertight, which given the weather recently, I was not expecting. It also looks quite good and the fact that it never needs painting or treating is a bonus. So all in all, I would recommend this brand and product, as it does seem well made, maintenance free and likely to last many years and therefore, decent value for money.
Easy to build
Purchased as we wanted waterproof storage for our 9 seater garden set cushions. Fits them all in with a little room to spare. Product was easy to build and took about an hour, would take less with two people. Will.update if fully waterproof once we have some rain. It won’t let me upload pictures but overall very happy with it.
Check wheelie bin size
The storage box was very straight forward to put together and as some others have mentioned not all the screw holes are pre drilled.
It’s worth double checking the total dimensions of your wheelie bins prior to ordering as here in Powys our black rubbish bin has a different lid to our green bin which has meant that we cannot close the front doors on the unit.
I have taken the doors off and it still makes a good storage area for the wheelie bins.

Bought two on Amazon prime day using at holiday caravan good colour matched the caravan easy to bulls could have done hit on my own but easier with two no missing parts all went together ok good instructions and has not leaked in recent heavy rain and winds
Sturdy
Assembly takes a bit of head scratching but not too difficult.
Sturdy unit with plenty of storage space especially if you fit additional shelving. Important to mount it on level ground or it will twist and make closing and locking the doors difficult. If flat ground not available the problem can usually be solved by packing appropriate corners of the unit base to ensure proper closure.

I just bought this and built it myself. Ive limited DIY skills and it took 2 hours, which i think is reasonable, considering. The intructions were relatively easy to follow and im really happy with the end result! Ill update this again once its had some time to test the glorious Northern Irish weather but so far, 5 stars!
Delighted
I am delighted with this little shed. It was easy to erect and is sturdy on the flags I placed under it. It is bone dry inside and I am keeping it for my outdoor cushions with will stay pest and mould free over the inclement months.

I am pleased with the storage shed. It arrived on time and I good condition. It was easy to erect and holds quite a lot of garden equipment and tools.
Great product, not easy to assemble
Why can’t it come with all the screw holes already done? you have to drill them. I only had an Ikea drill and struggled a lot, some of the plastics are really hard.
Lovely large storage
Straightforward to construct. Awkward at times so does need two people. Would have been useful and easier to put together if all the holes for screws have been already drilled out.
Nice big storage shed
Instructions are crap but managed to get it together within an hour of being delivered. None of the holes are pre drilled so will need to drill to get the screws in. Does take 2 people and the back is a little tricky to get lined up and in flush. Quite impressed with the size of it and how sturdy it is. Big enough to fit 2 adult bikes and a few other garden tools. Would order again and recommend.
Easy build
Great storage shed, first one arrived delivered by DPD quite damaged so got Amazon to arrange a courier to collect and ordered a second one, second one arrived delivered by Amazon and packed with polystyrene (first one had no polystyrene in the box) the second one was perfect, very east to assemble and could be easily managed by one person and a cordless screwdriver, great product as long as it’s not a broken one
Log store
Overall instructions were clear, however frustrating that not all the wholes were open to screw into which made that more difficult that it should be.
However a good size and I will use it as a log store
My mum is very happy with this new garden storage box, it’s spacious, and stays dry inside, it’s not as sturdy as it looks but once it closes stays firm. It was a bit difficult to put it together at first and we needed to look at some videos before assembly but between, my dad, mum and myself managed to complete it. It took us about 7 hrs to put it together as we are not experts. We made sure we had all the small pieces laying on the floor to make it easier and what’s most important have a battery or electric screw driver as there is a lot of screws to put in.
I wanted an outside storage unit, to house electrical gardening tools to protect from the weather and store securely, as the shed was not fit to achieve this.
I started looking for a solution and eventually chose this Keter 250001.
I read the reviews and was nervous about buying it as others had highlighted customer service issues when requesting spares or missing parts, and the obvious issue of returning such a large item, which appeared to be the only option given by the company.
I decided in the end though, to go ahead and buy it.
A good tip which another buyer mentioned was to take photo’s, so I took photo’s as I carefully unpacked it from the box, in case it had to be returned.
Thankfully there were no parts missing or broken.
The instructions highlighted the need to position the Keter on a flat surface, so I laid some interlocking floor tiles (from B&Q), to provide a flat area and raise the Keter off the ground.
The instructions on the whole were easy to follow, with only one stage which took a while to understand (the rear panel, which comes in two halves and it wasn’t clear which way they went together).
As others have stated, it is preferable to use a powered tool to screw the panels together (especially the rear panels) as there are many screws.
The Keter looks very impressive and has proved to be waterproof, following some downpours. I deliberately chose this model as the lid slopes down at the back, so water drains behind the Keter.
I have purchased a waterproof combination lock which fitted nicely, although I’m not sure how secure the Keter would be even with the lock in place, as the doors feel slightly flimsy. Still, it is a deterrent.
I’ve noted since, that the lid appears to bow up slightly at each end, but this hasn’t affected the waterproofing.
Finally, as it doesn’t come with a shelf, I also purchased a plastic shelf unit (again from B&Q), which fits nicely in the Keter, and I was able to use the wall mounts to secure it.
The bowing lid and slightly unclear instructions mean it gets 4 stars, but I am very pleased none the less
