I bought this product, committing while it was out of stock, and was delighted when it was finally delivered.
The product is well described by its online description, and delivers on its claims.
Since then it is only shown available from 3 other sellers, all at more than double the price I paid. Personally, I wouldn’t buy it at these prices.

The Keter Store-it shed, is perfect for our BBQ. It was quite easy to put together by following the instructions VERY closely, as it instructs you to do before you begin, taking no short cuts nor trying to skip stages. My husband and I put it together in approx 3 hours , from opening the boxes and reading the diagrams FIRST. Before we made the purchase we were apprehensive as to whether the BBQ would go in and out of the shed easily but due to the design the doors open really wide and there is a small ramp at the front of the base making it easy to wheel the BBQ inside. The lid/roof is really easy to raise and lower too, being canter levered. We checked and double checked the interior size given on the site in relation to the size of our BBQ in order to be sure that it would fit and wheel in easily as we do not have a lot of spare space lengthwise. This shed would also be perfect for storage of bikes and many other garden stuff etc. We have had it for quite a few months and there is no sign of rain getting in, to date. We were delighted with the price as same item was on sale on other sites for a much higher cost.

This is a good maintenance free alternative to a shed. It was bought to house our golf clubs and other bits and bobs for our caravan. Two guys put it up in under an hour….it would have taken my husband and I a long time and a divorce!!! It has survived the Highland rain and wind already. Very handy and we are pleased with our purchase. We may buy it’s little brother for our decking!

Despite other reviews easy to put togethe

I had read varying reviews and thought long and hard, but having emptied an 8ft x 6ft wooden shed and needing somewhere for most of it to go, I took the plunge.
2 of us, home DIYers, took about an hour, with a cordless screwdriver, to assemble this item, with easily understood instructions. All the pieces were there, unlike some recent deliverys I have had. That was a relief.
I have filled it with a flymo, a strimmer, many shovels, shears, brooms and forks.
Also buckets full of stuff, bags of cement mix, about 15 paint pots, grandkids toys, and some tarps.
And handtools in big clumsy boxes.
There is still room to spare, but i want easy access to some of the bits n bobs.
It looks great in the garden, far smaller than the previous shed and appears good and secure.
Very happy with it and would recommend to friends and family without hesitation.

The quality of the plastic is not great and because of that I think it is overpriced, also it took 90 minutes to build not the 40 minutes stated.

I bought this item and it arrived the next day, far sooner than was advised. Brilliant. I’ve just assembled it, took a couple of hours between my wife and I and was straight forward. I say that as someone who’s had some experience of assembling this kind of product, but the reason I’m writing the review is that this is of superior build quality and design, in my opinion. I guess I may tweak the review in time if it doesn’t meet the requirements, but I have to say that the item is well thought through, instructions clear and it all aligned as stated. There is also paperwork to show it’s signed off by the person who packages (possibly makes) it, which gives responsibility of the product and it’s the worthiness.
Finally, an electric screw driver would be helpful as there are a lot of screws, but not essential.

Excellent product, does exactly what it says. Surprisingly sturdy and well built considering it’s a plastic box. Simple to put together. Ignore comments about difficult assembly as simply not the case if you follow the clear instructions (unless parts missing or broken, which not the case for me).

Really happy with the purchase have previously purchased a smaller unit by the same company.
This one did require 2 people at times and definitely power tools required to assemble. Overall pretty sturdy bit of kit that’s easy to assemble if you follow the instructions
Managed to get 2 adult bikes in no bother with some room to spare
Delivery guys were fab as well took it round to the back garden and called 20 mins before arrival

Quick delivery, was expecting it to take 3 to 6 months but it arrived within two weeks.

I put this together on my own with the aid of two drills, one to make holes and the other to screw the numerous screws into them. Have to say I was expecting to have to ask the other half for help after reading other reviews, but it was a doddle. Everything miraculously seemed to fit in the right places first time and an hour an a half later it was up and full of bikes.

Plenty of room for three big bikes. Seems solid enough to deter scumbags from trying to break in but I just fasten some weights to the bikes with a good chain and lock so any scumbag would have to be a weightlifting scumbag to steal all three and the weights.

All in all very happy with both the build and the end result.

Turned up we boxed and on time. It probably could do with 2 people assembling it but I managed okay on my own. Power tool preferable but not essential. As for the design, the 2 parts of the lid click together bit leave 8 small gaps over the top. I sealed these up with clear sealant. The same goes for the gap on the joint. Before fitting the metal joint bar I applied sealant and waterproof tape inside. Where the back and sides slot into the base could be a water trap so they had the sealant/tape treatment as well. It poured down with rain today and is bone dry inside. That is the only reason I did not give 5th star.

Do not be put off by some of the reviews that suggest the quality is poor and that it can be difficult to assemble – it is not. I came prepared with a hammer, screw driver, drill, electric screwdriver and Stanley knife – all I needed was a pair of reading glasses and the electric screwdriver.
The instructions are easy to follow and most of the parts are labelled and idiot proof, in that they can be interchanged right to left or vice verse. The parts snapped together as suggested in the instructions and no drilling was required. The screws were OK quality and I managed not to strip any screw heads, even when screwing through the metal strengthening strips/brackets where there were no pilot holes. The only assistance that I needed was in putting on the roof when 2 people make it a lot easier.
The claim that it can store 2 adult and 2 children’s bikes is a little generous and would be difficult to achieve easily and certainly would barely allow for a cigarette paper to be included. The box itself is sturdy, relatively lightweight for its size, appears weatherproof but would only delay a determined thief. My only issue was I finding a suitable wide padlock with a long shackle. I tried several without success until I came across the Amtech T1144 5-Digit Combination Padlock – see picture, which fits very well.
As a storage box it is great and I would highly recommend it and I would get the same again if I needed more storage. For adult bike storage, I may look elsewhere.

I bought this to store a couple of adult e-bikes. It took about 2 hours to assemble and it is definitely handy to have two people. The instructions are clear and logical. It helps to have a drill available to clear plastic from some of the screw holes. Other than that – no issues and the unit seems perfectly robust. Some reviews claim it can accommodate 2 adult bikes and 2 kids bikes. I think that would be a bit of a squeeze.

It was very enjoyable putting it up together with my husband. 2 hands are definitely required.

The holes for the 2 side bracing weren’t big enough for the screws provided that was the only disappointing part. Ours looks fab. We managed to fit our lawnmower, garden tools, pressure washer, trimmer and 2 x tins of outdoor paint plus our BBQ with 3 large bags of coal and there is still space for our Chimniea.

Overall: It does the job well. This is our second purchase of one of these so it has to be doing something right.

    Pro’s
    ——
    * Easy enough to assemble. I did it on my own although I think the instructions recommend two people. It took me about 45 minutes at an easy pace.
    * Looks fine and is big enough for two adult bikes and two children’s ones.

    Con’s
    ——
    * As the floor comes in two parts it really needs a flat surface to sit on or the doors can seem a little off.
    * It is plastic so not overly strong frame wise. The doors need a push together as they overlap slightly. Again, I think this is down to the need for a perfectly flat surface.
    * As a larger chap I am wary of standing on the floor although I have not had any issues yet. It just feels that there is a bit of give there.

Golden Review Award: 5 From Our UsersFemale, mid thirties, love a bit of DIY and also if my nail varnish stays on, that’s a bigger bonus! Took my time building this shed as didn’t want to damage anything. Simple enough. Got it for my Pendleton bike and it fits with plenty of room for rakes, brushes, tool boxes and things. Looks neat and completely water tight, even with our miserable Northern Ireland weather. I’ve a couple other smaller Keter storage sheds and the bike wouldn’t fit, but they’ve lasted years, so worth the money. This is a great storage solution and another couple bikes would fit in no bother.

Watertight and ample storage for wide handlebar bicycle

Easy assembly. I managed to do it on my own despite the instructions recommending two persons. It took me a couple of hours of work including preparing the site which was already mostly monoblocked. So far it has kept everything dry inside and during some stormy weather. Everything fitted together well. The hardest thing was the top panel or lid. This was because of its size and another pair of hands would have made this easier. So if your are not strong or have back issues, make sure help is on hand.

As usual this Keter store is proving to be waterproof as are my smaller versions.
I bought this larger one to store bicycles as it said in description but my daughters’ two bikes have both to be bent round to fit.
It currently holds two cycles and boxes of bird feed etc.
I was surprised that the doors do not have a separate lock to keep them closed like the next size down does. We have to place a stone at the base to keep the door sealed at the bottom. Other than this it does the job and keeps the items dry.

Just the right size for what it is needed to house. It’s needs to be mounted on a solid, flat base but still seems a bit flimsy. Parts of the component make up seem better than others but on the whole it’s better for my purposes than a new shed.
Time will tell as to its value for money but I’m hopeful the foxes won’t scrape their way through the plastic?

I did have my electric screwdriver which I would advise anyone contemplating this chore. Very pleased with the product….all the ,’bits’ arrived and no panels were damaged in transit. Note: I could envisage breakage issues if a small person tried construction alone….if this is the case, I advise you get someone to assist you.

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersI received the product on time and had no delivery damage problems that others have encountered. Working on my own with a manual screwdriver, it took about 2 hours to put together. The instructions were clear if you are used to following pictogram style assembly diagrams. The finished product is stable and waterproof. The hydraulics for raising and lowering the lid are excellent. In most respects the storage unit is doing what I wanted it for.
    So why only 4 stars?
As noted by others, you can’t get an adult bike in without turning the front wheel. I am very disappointed that the latch to keep the doors closed is so flimsy and because the sides can lean out a little at the front, the latch does not align fully to allow a padlock to be easily used. The “give” at the front also means one door will not stay open but swings closed on its own accord. There are also plugs provided to cover pre-drilled holes (that are not even required) and these fall out easily.
None of these issues prevent me using the unit. It is also possible that I have made an error in assembly. But I followed the instructions to the letter and don’t see any way of making adjustments to correct the problems I have. I have other Keter products and have never had problems with any of them before. So, I think this is not to the same standard as I expect from that manufacturer.

  45. RaeR00kgrlsvxvl says:

Feels a bit flimsy especially the doors but actually does the job very well. It’s light enough to be moved by 2 people when assembled, and the gas struts holding the roof up are excellent. Would be good to have green colours rather than the not hugely attractive browns. Takes a prodigious amount of stuff including bikes. Only took me a couple of hours to put together. I used Type 2 sub base instead of slabs for the foundation and the ribbed base of the unit settled well into this.

Takes a while to build but definitely worth it. I’ve always liked keeping my bikes in the house to they don’t get weather damaged or stolen. However they take up a lot of space and it’s not ideal eating dinner next to a couple of bikes. They now have a perfect place to stay dry and secure and I’ve got my dining room back.

We built new decking at the rear of our house that we’ve been greatly enjoying but all our furniture was stored in our garage at the front.

This was the ideal solution. It’s a really good size and takes all of our kit. It took a couple of hours to build and has been good.

One negative was that we had one faulty panel . We’ve been able to use the shed but we’ve never had any response from the customer service team to ours emails asking for a replacement. nothing at all. I would therefore be a little nervous of using them again. Good product poor service.

Golden Review Award: 13 From Our UsersThe Ultra Outdoor Storage Shed perfectly complements my 2 year old Keter 8 x 6 shed.
It provides that extra bit of storage which MOST of us end up needing – and does it perfectly.
A small piece was damaged on arrival, (not uncommon for accidental damage in transit) but the problem was quickly resolved by Amazon to my satisfaction.
It took my wife and myself approximately 2 hours to assemble it. A couple of minor errors on our part had to be sorted, but all in all, a very straightforward job.
Try and make sure that 2 people are assembling this shed, it will be SO much easier.
    TIPS:
When you are ready to begin unpacking and start assembling, position the UNOPENED box very close to where the shed will be situated.
Now remove the lid on the large cardboard box, flatten it out, and put it to one side as a temporary floor area for your tools and then lay out and check all the parts of the shed on this cardboard floor you’ve created.
Flatten the BASE of the large cardboard box and use it as an assembly platform for the shed.
When combing the two halves of the floor and the lid, be ready to use a little “persuasion” when closing up the gaps.
For the floor, we used a nylon mallet – gently.
For the lid, when the two halves were ALMOST joining up, we stood the lid up on one end, held it about 25 cm off the ground, and pulled it down onto the cardboard floor with a firm bump a couple of times until the two halves met.
Nothing negative to report, delighted with the solidity of the shed.
Looks like it’ll serve its purpose for many maintenance-free years. Delighted!

When we inspected the parts more closely, we noticed it was a bit of excess plastic around some parts. Okay it was expensive, but we’ve been looking for a bike shed for ages and it works, it holds two adult road bikes and a child’s bike. For once really excellent instructions. The construction is very strong and the reinforcing components are excellent. Fitted it on my own in 45 minutes with no real effort. I would recommend having plenty of room when constructing it, as you build and join pieces together. Aesthetically very pleasing as well. I’ve already recommended it to friends..

I bought this for bikes and the bikes fit in nicely. I have two bikes and a tent peacefully resting inside the bike shed. The holes were not aligned properly on the panels so had to drill some extra one’s but you expect that from DIY build items. Luckily I am a DIY expert an could drill a hole into a bank vault if I wanted to. I don’t want to do that though. The water slides off the bike shed in a picturesque way so if you have a decent camera phone, get it out ready to start snapping!! The doors work fine but I recon a potential thief could saw into it with a decent blade/saw so beware if you hear strange sawing noises coming from your garden after construction. Luckily my bike is worth a tenner if I’m lucky so I cant see any potential thief’s being interested in my bike. The tent however I’d be devastated if they got that!! A long shackle padlock is required to lock this beast of a shed so don’t forget to grab one, its a pretty useless design without a padlock see. Hope this helps!!

So pleased I got this after replacing my traditional old style wooden shed that had fallen to pieces! A very good DIY person assembled it on his own in an hour. It does indeed fit bikes in [with a slight turn of the front wheel] Depending on the manufacturing process / costs if they made it say 6 inches longer any bike would fit in without any need to turn the front forks. The colour is neutral so it doesn’t stick out, it’s lower in height so doesn’t dominate your garden, it comes with a floor unlike many other sheds, lots of room inside [i’ve got a bike, 6 chairs, BBQ & all my garden tools etc in there], it’s secure & weatherproof. The cost is fantastic too in comparison to wooden sheds. Highly recommended.

Looks surprisingly good for a plastic shed! It is not strong enough to protect from theft so I will also put some bolts through the floor to lock my bike at night. Beware though, it will certainly take more than the advertised time of 40mins to put it together. I am pretty handy and do a lot of flat pack but it still took me just short of 2 hours going flat out! Very happy with the end result though.

This was a Black Friday purchase because the price was reduced. I have previously bought store it out max storage from Keeter/Amazon and found them easy to put together with well matched plastic panels. The design of the Ultra uses steel hinges instead of interlocking lugs and appears designed for three pairs on each side – only two per side are provided. This proved important as one of the doors was slightly twisted and a third hinge would possibly have resolved the resultant gapping. I forwarded photos to Keeter at their suggestion and they sent out a replacement door which has made a big improvement. The lack of a locking clip at the base of the right hand door where it butts up to the left hand door allows a small gap to remain, but this doesn’t appear to affect the weatherproofing so far. The shed has proved water tight during recent wet and windy weather and the amount of storage it provides is great.

This is a good size plastic shed and looks good pre painted even though its plastic it doesnt look like it from a distance.

Its very water tight and looks stylish my only problems is the front door look bit flimsy where they join and some of the screw hole needed resizing.

Tip: read the instructions when building and like any flat pack get someone you takes their time and use two people.

    Pros
    Well made
    Good size
    Water tight
    Nice colour
Has slots for adding shelfs etc

    Cons
    Some screw holes to small
    Door is bit flimsy
    Padlock hole is tigh

Arrived at allocated time. Put it together myself in 2 hours. Great storage box. 2 adult mountain bikes and deck chairs easily fit with space for other items. Would recommend

The parts are all individually marked with a unique ID and the manual clearly shows which parts go together. That being said, I think you need power tools to do some of it. I wouldn’t want to do it without. Occasionally you need a hammer to help things along but would need to know when and how much to use it. It would also be an idea to warn people not to screw into plastic quite as deeply as they might screw into wood. The bottom of the doors need a bolt as well as the top just to keep it all together but it does the job it was intended for. I wouldn’t keep anything too expensive in it unless it was padlocked.

Great size for a couple of adult bikes and a couple of kids bikes. Found assembly easy, although I’ve done this kind of flat pack stuff a lot over the years. Instructions straight forward and all parts were marked.
    Very pleased with this purchase.

We ordered this and it arrived on Saturday. Lovely delivery man carried it to the garden. My partner built it on his own – so it is a one person build. It was done in less than an hour and looks great. Very robust and with a heavy duty padlock on it, as secure as anything can be. Recommended!

Just finished putting this up. Really easy to erect although I suggest making the holes in the metal parts ever so slightly bigger to get the screws they provided in.
It is flimsy and not particularly secure but it looks attractive and keeps things out of my house and dry. The perfect storage solution for me.
Read some of the one star reviews for this and they’re laughable. It really isn’t that bad for the money. I do wonder what people expect for 250 quid. This is a triumphant design in my opinion.

Used this for my spare beekeeping equipment. Not all the relevant holes are in the right place and some needed a bit of opening up hence 4 and not 5 stars

Exactly what we wanted….. can store a mower, bbq, tool box and a multitude of other stuff with very easy access. A recommended super strong padlock would be useful as our one is quite a tight fit.

Need an electric screw driver as some holes too small for the size of screws supplied. Hard work with manual screwdrive

Does the job for storing large garden items. Make sure the base is flat otherwise the doors will not close.

I had been looking for an additional garden storage unit and when this came up as a daily deal I went for it. Delivery took a couple of days but was delivered on time on the designated day. The box is heavy so you either get help to move it or unpack and move it. I chose the latter and individually the panels are light and easy to carry. The instructions are clear and the assembly process is easy. The only time I needed help was to join the two roof sections together (I found half joining and then slamming down was the only way to get the sections to join) and, the actual positioning of the roof to attach the gas struts to the body. Overall it took me about 3 hours (with a break included for a drink). The assembled product is solid and well made and I would recommend it.

Golden Review Award: 26 From Our UsersLarge enough to store at least 2 adult bikes more if you remove the front wheel. Don’t believe the reviews that say the holes are not big enough and have to be drilled out. The holes are small so the self tapping screws make the right sized hole. Just need a battery drill and a little force.
The unit is an excellent size, assembley takes around 40 minutes with 2 people. it is cleverly designed so it is very easy to assemble.
The reason i have not given 5 stars is there is no bottom bolt which renders the unit a bit flimsy.
If you are buying this to secure your garden items or cycles then DONT. after all it is made out of PVC. If you want a place for dry storage then i would highly recommend this unit. This is my third Keter box with the others being a bench type storage, and a large box type unit. both of which i have had for a number of years.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersI got this when this the price had been reduced to 190. It was delivered promptly and by two wonderful delivery men who kept in constant contact about the delivery time and they happily carried the box down my stairs to the entrance of my basement flat. I was not able to post a review about the delivery on this item separately which is why it is here. Anyone ordering this in the Edinburgh area will get an EXCEPTIONAL delivery service.
The box arrived undamaged and to my doorstep. My handyman managed to put it together in just under an hour and a half by himself. Slotting the base and the top together proved a little tricky, he said you have to make sure everything is lined up correctly first. DO get this with the recommended padlock – I didn’t and now regret it after buying one after the fact and it isn’t long enough.
Parts of the bike shed was smashed and presumably the reason why I got it at it’s reduced price. I assumed this would be the reason why the price dropped so much and I was happy with this as long as whatever the defect was didn’t affect functionality. Please note that I said “assumed” – there was nothing on the listing to indicate why it had been reduced in price so much. My 4/5 rating is because they weren’t upfront about why it was reduced. The actual product gets a 5/5 because it does exactly what it says it should – store my bikes and keep them dry.
So far I have managed to fit 2 folding bikes (unfolded), a mountain bike, a large sledge, my bike pump and 2 large tubs of paint in the bike shed. If I took the sledge and paint out I could probably fit another bike in there if I had one. I live in Edinburgh so the rain is pretty frequent here and so far not one drop of water has made its way into the shed.

Good quality outdoor storage. This store is good quality and i expect it to last for years it is well engineered and fits together perfectly.I was impressed with how easily it fitted together without having to force or cajole it. All the screws are the same size so no faffing about and all the pre made screw holes are perfectly placed and align effortlessly.. I asked my neighbour to give a hand and the 2 of us (grumpy old men) took about 40 un rushed minutes to put it together. The assembly instructions are some of the best i have come across. All that was needed was a power screwdriver. The doors close perfectly and the lid lifts effortlessly thanks to the hydraulic / gas spring action. Very pleased with my purchase and the company were a pleasure to deal with.

Golden Review Award: 37 From Our UsersGood quality, nice style colour and wood effect, smart design where there’s no chance for error when you assemble it, doors can replace each other so there’s no right or left, front and back doesn’t matter for the base, same for the sides. It took a lot more than 40 minutes but hassle free. It took 4 bikes as it says, 2 adults and 2 children. Good locking system that locks the top and front doors with 1 pad lock but I’d advise not to install it in the front garden as it won’t be hard for a theif to break the front doors from the bottom where there’s no latch, also since the latch at the top is not metal so it should be sawed easily. All in all this is a perfect shed for any kind of storage in the back garden.

    Super bike storage

Golden Review Award: 10 From Our UsersSo-ooo……big!! but absolutely great!! Recently moved to a bungalow. with no garage, so we bought 2 and they are full already. Two adult full sized bikes and 2 Go-karts in one, plus all wooden patio furniture- 3 tables, 8 chairs, parasol, 2 windbreaks, 2 wooden relaxer chairs and metal framed sunbed in the other!! Still some room to store other items on top of all the above! Probably cushions for the above furniture.
To make the doors sturdier, my husband has fitted an inside bolt on one door and an outside bolt on the outside of the doors to hold them in place. Long handled padlock though the big plastic bolt/fastener, has made them secure. Again, really pleased with the price, as we bought them during Amazon’s Early Easter Extravaganza deal, so saved 25% on the price.

Golden Review Award: 60 From Our UsersWe brought this shed for my Dads mobility scooter to keep it in the dry and away from the elements. We put it on a concrete base. The whole shed took around 1.5 hours to put together. Everything was There present and the instructions were good for one as some instruction manuals are terrible.
We had extra screws and brackets.
I assembled this by myself with help from my mum to support the back and screwing points. The only difficult but was screwing the through the metal back supports and the hinges for the doors. Unless is was central it wouldn’t screw into the metal. The only down point of the whole thing is the lid where the lid sides slot in was broken on of the bits was pointed inwards so it isn’t flush. Not a major issue but affects the look of it.
Overall we are very pleased with this. Some people say it may be expensive but the build quality is good and hopefully it will last a fair few years and provide adequate storage for my Dads mobility scooter and other items we need to be kept dry.

Adequate storage for mobility scooter nice and dry. 1.5 hours build time.

Overall it looks smart on the front lawn and has oodles of space! I fit 1 normal bike, 1 mid sized bike and 2 kids bikes, 4 scooters and folded double pushchair in it!! Much bigger that I expected!
Not too bac to install and I;m a ‘DIYerPhobe!’ I used an electric screwdriver though. A hand one would’ve been more awkward. Mostly I did on my own, but my wife was enlisted to push a couple of time when more force was needed during the drill through metal.

Large but not too hard to assemble and didn’t take that long to do. Holds 2 adult and 2 kids bikes plus a few other small items. Keeps them covered and dry. Had a previous smaller version which collapsed in the wind but this had been fine so far though more secluded.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersToday I erected my Keter Store It Out Ultra. It has taken me (on my own) approximately 7 hours. First of all I should state that I am 84 years of age and recovering from a fractured ankle, so I am unable to move very quickly. I followed the instructions carefully and apart from a couple of minor errors, easily corrected, it all went fairly well. However I was somewhat dismayed to discover that the two metal back bracing pieces (Marked wuBM) were drilled with 8 holes much too small for the supplied screws and consequently had to be re drilled. Can I make so bold as to suggest thatr Keter either make the holes the correct size, or alternatively supply 8 correct size screws.
Otherwise the shed should do what it is expected of it and it is the second Keter shed that I have purchased.
As a final comment, Keter ask us to complete a warranty form that I would be delighted to do if I could find anywhere on their website that would enable me to do that or even email them. It is completely devoid of making any comment, or completing any correspondence?

Golden Review Award: 17 From Our UsersI can only say one thing about this shed: brilliant!!! I was looking for a shed to store my bicycle, made of plastic and easy to assemble, and this one ticks all the boxes!
I’m not a really handyman, but I was able to build it very quickly, with my wife helping me for just a few staps and in less than 2 hours, and that’s really record for me.
It is sturdy thanks to its metal internal reinforcements and all the parts are good quality ad all fit very well (except for the two reinforcements at the top of the back wall, which required a bit of effort.
There are two places where you can put a padlock and you will need a pretty long padlock for it.
I’m very very happy for now, the only problem is the price: I think it is a slightly overpriced, because you can buy bigger sheds for less.

    brilliant!!

Golden Review Award: 35 From Our UsersUsing mine to store, large mountain bike, child’s bike, two scooters, two balance bikes , bike stand and a load of Wellington boots.
Easy to built but it took about an hour and a half on my own. Roof a bit fiddly and it does scratch easy so you do need a rug or build it on grass. There are some corner sections which push clip into the lid which seem pointless and not sure why the lid sections didn’t come with these already in.
The box is plastic with self tapping screws so the handle isn’t very secure and most people tooled up could probably break in. I have my bike inside on a pad lock also. I wouldn’t keep expensive bikes in it if out front. You could probably bolt a piece of timber through the side and fix a metal loop to it to secure your bike to.
Not sure about other reviewers comments about lid blowing up in wind. I brought a padlock which fits through a hole in the bolt handle and the lid latch securing both doors and lid together. Not burglar proof but looks to be wind proof with lock.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersMake sure you read the instructions. You need a drill or electric screwdriver. The item is as it says extra large. The only criticism is that we took most of 4 hours to get to a point where the item is almost finished ie 97%. Rain called off play. I think we could have gotten this done a lot quicker had had a power screw driver as the metal parts of the item are difficult to put the screws in. No threads on them and the holes are much smaller than the screws that need to go into them. Also why use 4pieces of metal to make a back support to the item open one piec bent into shape would have worked. Also on the lid you need to thump pieces of plastic into the side of it. Why? Why not just the one piece. Doesn’t make sense why they want to make this more difficult that it actually is.

Product itself is excellent shame about the incompetent courier delivery who first turned up without the shed on their van meaning I had to wait another week for delivery which arrived with a torn box, missing instructions and 2 minor parts.
Please note to get an adult bike in you will need to turn the handlebars. I have managed to get 1 adult and 3 kids bikes in plus a scooter and a skateboard with room to spare.

Golden Review Award: 6 From Our UsersArrived at the designated time, well packaged and fully complete. I understand that some people receive these with missing or broken parts, but mine was all OK. All parts are labeled and the instructions are easy to follow. I put the whole thing together myself in 2 hours, without rushing anything. The most difficult bit was connecting the 2 roof parts, as they were quite tight, so I had to force them in a little, but it was no great hardship. The assembled item was as I expected it to be, as I already had the Store-it-out XL, so assumed that the quality would be similar, which it is. At the end of the day, these are made of plastic, so are never going to be high security items, but I’ve never had any issues with my existing Keter storage. I now have it filled, and it holds quite a lot of stuff, so, overall, I’m happy enough. The one comment I would make is that it is supplied with 4 metal brackets to connect the sides to the back at the top and the sides to the floor at the bottom front as strengtheners but, due to the design whereby all the relevant pieces are symmetrical, 2 additional brackets could be fitted to connect the sides to the floor at the bottom back, which would provide additional stability.

The perfect solution to our garden storage problems. It holds table & 3 chairs (all fold-up), lawnmower, hedge trimmer, buckets, fence paint, small dustbin for storing bird food and still has room for more. The box was quite easy to build, following the instruction sheet. Two OAPs took about 6 hours. The hardest part was levelling the site. Very pleased with our purchase.
