I use this bag daily and enjoy it, tough and light weight. Super high quality
Been using this thing for 2 months now for work. I use it every day for work to transport my tools from my home to my shop and to any job sites I may have to travel to. So far it seems to be holding up very well, but it’s only been two months of use. Will update this if it starts to fail.
Fits what I need for the convention industry. Thick straps, nice chest strap. Just wish it had hip belt to lesson the weight on my back an shoulders
Nice tool backpack. Thoughtfully designed, sturdy and rugged. Enough depth to carry bulky items along with all your tool essentials.
Love the bag I can access all my tools in it without emptying the whole thing to find something
Fits all my tools…nice interior space and best of all, the pack’s entire front unzips and folds down allowing easy access to everything.
I’m in HVAC and this is a fantastic bag for securing your tools.
I have 25 bags. Some crush, others I can’t get to my tools. This bag is by far my favorite one. All tools at my fingertips and it’s sturdy and well built. Happy with my purchase for sure
I’m an aerial equipment field technician and I walk a lot at data centers. I’ve tried a few different backpacks and this is hands down the best I’ve used. I don’t like a ton of pockets due to the fact that if there are a lot they are usually too small to be purposeful. This Has just the right amount and the open space in the bottom is great. Fully loaded my bag is about 40 lbs and very comfortable, the zippers are great quality and it’s pretty good in the weather. Definitely recommend!
This is very sturdy and holds a lot of stuff. Great workmanship.
I’m in hvac and got this due to the size of the bag and the size of the pockets! I’d take 40 large pockets over 80-100 small unusable pockets
Buy one, you won’t regret it! Twice the price of the regular Klein backpack, but well worth it! I kept looking at the $89 backpack, and it just didn’t have enough room. This one does. Love it.
This bag is perfect for an electrician go bag. Is bigger inside with sturdy side walls drop the front flap and you have a work station.
For me, this backpack is a great way to get tools to a worksite and is functional while on the job. I can wear it on the subway where a rolling tool kit would be too big. I like the flap design that can be partly or fully open. It’s very well constructed – maybe too much as I wish it was a little lighter weight. Better to be overbuilt, though!
Very durable and spacious! You won’t regret buying this backpack!
We purchased this tool bag for the office. We had a different backpack that was supposed to be sturdy, but it fell apart after a few months of normal use. This one is great! It’s extremely sturdy, has lots of pockets for organization, and allows you to open the front pocket at the top only or all the way down. If your budget allows, I highly recommend this bag.
Been using this bag for about six months on commercial electric jobs. It has loads of space in the center area but could use more pockets for standard hand tools. I love the straps and the carry handle. Over time the exterior has started to lose its stiffness and the bag has started to slump and get slouchy. The bottom of the bag is sturdier than it looks but is still showing wear sooner than I would have liked, it needs the plastic molded bottom to be bombproof. I would not buy this bag again based solely on the durability of the bottom and the stiffness of the exterior.
Awesome bag! Has plenty of pockets but I wish the pockets were a little more spaced out. For an electrician this is a great buy but now for Hvac lol
The zips are good quality and lots of strategic ideas around tool storage and access
This bag is extremely durable and is excellent for any tradesma
Use everyday and is holding up well and can hold a lot of weigh
I love the space and organization capabilities. I’ve tried a bunch of tool backpack brands including other Klein’s and this one is my favorite. And for the price it’s hard to beat. Highly recommended
I love it! However it’s too big for me. I already have a large one and failed to look at the size I thought it was the slim one I can’t seem to find anymore. I was going to try to bless someone with it but I’m a hoarder. (Not really just kidding). Maybe next year I’ll part with it.
This backpack is amazing! It fits all my essential tools for the job and looks and feels great! The quality is amazing!
Like the interior pockets, very easy to organize tools. But might be a bit large for me. When filled, very heavy and awkward. Maybe should have gotten the next size down. Very well made.
The backpack is padded well and can hold more than enough tools. It will definitely help you build those back muscles lol
Nice tool backpack. Very comfortable. Only problem I have had is I can put too many tools in it and it can get extremely heavy.
Great backpack! I had the tradesman before this and it’s a huge upgrade! Wish I would have gotten the light though but it can be purchased separately.
Great tools backpack. Very resistant and good quality. Have enough pockets to make easy organize everything
This bag is awesome. Durable easy to use. And the water bottle pouch is a big plus.
I use this every day as a cable technician and I must say this is the best bag I’ve ever used. I’ve gone through backpacks, and shoulder totes and this bag does everything I need it too and more. I can hold all of my telephone and coax tools (fiber techs would love this bag too) with room to spare. The drill holder, electrical tape, and side pocket are all extremely convenient and we’ll placed. The only thing I would change about this bag is that the tools in the top pockets on the back rub on the rear flap wearing into the back. It hasn’t worn through but it does have noticeable wear. I would also like to see a waterproof bottom as well as It will absorb water If placed in liquid. But the pros far outweigh the cons. I carry this bag 10 hours a day and it’s never batted an eye no matter how I take care of it. It cleans up easily to boot. It’s a great bag and the flashlight is definitely worth the price
Although it doesn’t have a million pockets like other backpack, it does have space for drills and equipment of the large variety. Everything is in sight so no more forgetting which pocket your pliers are i
This thing is about perfect. It has the ability to fully open, giving great tool access. It’s bright inside from the orange so that you can see in it. And it has the best tool pouch to storage pocket ratio. The pockets are nice and deep. It’s cavernous…..fill it with tools and there’s still enough room for an additional pouch and power tool in the middle. It’s also very sturdy….. its stiffness means it won’t collapse under the weight of tools put in it when you open it. After 25 years of my current job, I can say this bag is as good as it gets.
I tried the Dwalt 57 pocket backpack just before this, and it was awkward with the 2 sides, and had a lot of wasted space with a billion tiny pockets that were too small to be of use. There was zero or near zero zippered storage. And the pockets were so shallow they wouldn’t hold tools. Take a good look at the photos, the pouches are absurdly shallow. It also wasn’t very spacious in general. They show in the photos a bunch of tools jammed into the front side, but if you look closely, it will never close, it’s too small. Took me 2 seconds of trying to put tools in it before making the decision to send it back.
Love this bag and how it opens without falling over, wish the pockets in front had organizer and where a little bit bigger. It networking
So far it’s an awesome backpack. Wish there was more slots for bigger tools like batteries or drill holder. Using it as an electrician. So there is too many screw driver slots for me. I only use like 5 hand tools so I could use more room for other tools. Durability is excellent though
Husband is more then happy with it very sturdy and heavy-duty
Got this for my husband and he LOVES everything about this bag.
Love the bag just wish it had a hard bottom
Great tool backpack. It’s looks even better in person. Very comfortable. Holds your tools. Doesn’t fall over. I highly recommend getting it.
I like the hard sides. I use it for hvac tool kit. Very nice.
Has a good amount of space inside for such a slim-line style bag.
Carries so much and super sturdy. Very well made and is very comfortable on your back if you use both straps. Using just one strap makes the bag off balance and isn’t as comfy. The opening is awesome and provides a variety of open options. Just a little open and you can access all of the tools. Fully open lays them out, gives easier access but there isn’t that much need some times.
I LOVE this bag. LOVE.
IF this bag ever gives out, which I believe will be a long time from now, I will buy it again.
Upgraded to this from another similar klein backpack for the larger opening and easier access to my tools. Work as a commercial electrician and it holds the majority of my hand tools as well as drill, meter and low volt testers. The only drawback I see is the bottom is not the hard rubber surface needed to protect from hard surfaces found on construction sites. Am happy with the purchase however and appears to be well made.
I really like this bag, it is very useful and I can put a lot of tools inside, including electrical battery tools, but the only problem is Sometimes the zipper Get stuck a little bit, but so far so good
Well nothing the a great backpack
You can carry a lot of tools on i
Bag stands up great on it’s own, makes it really handy to grab tools as you need. Doesn’t have the thick rubber bottom like most other Klein bags, but still has a good rubber coating on the bottom. Overall bag is well made. I will update this if anything changes, and will update if anything with the nonstandard rubber bottom changes.
Haven’t used it for work yet but I hope it will last. Seems like good material!
Absolutely awesome. Reason why I got it was two reasons… 1. It’s different from everyone else’s… So, easily to identify AND. 2. Had a spot for light at the top, which really comes in handy.
I’m a brand loyal guy and this is my third Klein bag. I really like this one because of the way it stands. The front flap just lays down and the rest of the bag stays up for easy access to tools.
