To set your personal combination, please follow these steps:
- Put the dials at its original numbers 0-0-0.
- Press down the reset button (b) with a pen or something pointed until hear the “click” sound.
- Set your combination by turning the dials (a) , for example 8-8-8.
- Push the button(c) toward to the direction of arrow and you will hear a “click” sound again, then done!
Now you have finished setting your personal combination.
Please repeat the above steps if you want to reset the number.

I have been using this suitcase for the past two years and unfortunately the handle got suck – not really sure why. Anyway, I contacted the seller and after two years they were happy to help and offered me a new suitcase. I received the new suitcase within 3days of messaging them!! They have amazing staff working for them and the do uphold their warranty PLUSSS this suitcase is a must have due to it being light weight and very easy to move around with. I have packed so many things and sometimes overpacked and it has still maintained its quality. Compared to other suitcases the rigid parts os its skin helps as it makes them scratch proof. Overall recommend bcs its an excellent product and even excellent service !! xx
Bought case for extensive trip from Switzerland-London-Bahamas-Louisiana-Colorado. Will be back if it does not comply with carry on board regulations 🙂 .
Lightweight for it’s size and seems to be good quality. Should last a long time, even the wheels. It also looks classy and will take a fair amount of clothes, etc. Pleased I went for this one.
A beautifully designed, lightweight suitcase. Manoeuvrability is second to none. Commodious and sturdy.
Cette valise me convient parfaitement car elle est trs lgre, suffisamment solide, et extrmement maniable. Le rangement intrieur est bien conu et les fermetures clair intrieures et extrieures semblent assez solides pour le job. On verra sur la dure ce que a donne.
Recently took this case on a seven day business trip including a couple of international flights. It’s light weight but sturdy, and easily had space to take five days worth of business attire, plus more casual wear for evenings, gym kit, etc etc.
The four independent wheels make it an absolute breeze to wheel along and manoeuvre. The handle extends to a couple of different heights, so should be ideal if you’re short or tall.
So far it’s been through four sets of international airport baggage handling, without a mark on it. The external zips are big and sturdy. The internal ones less so, but they don’t need to be. Certainly no problems there.
The only slight downside is that the internal straps on one half of the case (the other half has a zipped cover), are not elasticated, but they are adjustable, so the straps can be made nice and tight. Certainly not worth losing a star over.
Overall, super impressed at the quality, sturdiness, ease of manoeuvring, load capacity and the style. Recommended.
Note – it’s medium size so NOT cabin baggage. It’s checked bag size.
The case is light, sturdy & versatile. 2 adults for a week in Italy. Perfectly suitable, amazing space & easy to transport.
I brought the white suitcase which is a bit larger than a cabin sized, but not as big as medium sized suitcase so for five nights away was ideal for what I wanted to take away with me and a little bit of room left for purchases I made whilst away, easy to manoeuvre around london, loved this suitcase and straps inside do tighten, you just have to pull the end bit to your right side. Highly recommend this suitcase.
Case seems good, sturdy, lock works, only thing to be aware of is that it seems to be heavily scratched after just one trip. Not sure if it’s the case, or the handlers at airports fault.
Looks very strong and secure although I have not used it yet.

Nice case, survived one trip and still looks like new. Very light to my previous IT one. I didnt use the lock mechanism. Good capacity and easy to close when quite full.

I’m really impressed with this hard shell suitcase.
Not only does it look good, but it holds far more than you’d think possible.
I’ve used it several times already. Ideal for short breaks or as long as 7 days.
The case glides along on all 8 wheels and is small enough to go overhead on a train.
Well worth the money in my opinion.
Really happy with this case. Bought it to fit within Jet2 size requirements which it does perfectly. Seems very well made and I’m particularly happy with the wheels – really smooth and manoeuvrable compared to other cases I’ve had in the past.
Lightweight and spins really well.
Perfect for a 3-4 day getaway. I use for business trips and it has great manoeuvrability on trains etc. The only down side is the internal strap for securing things is not elasticated and is fixed, so doesn’t really hold your things in place as well as it should.

I’ve used this suitcase for 2 trips and it’s great.
It’s a nice size for a short trip, I used this for a business trip for 5 days worth of clothes (10 sets in total) and it fit perfectly.
The case comes with instructions on how to use the lock which is fairly simple but is a nice deterrant.
Overall no complaints, very happy with my purchase.

Mich stren 2 Sachen Robustheit naja nicht sehr stabil 2 Koffer rauf neigt sich der Koffer schon bei grade mal 20 kg und Stabilitt in Sachen Reiverschluss zu schlecht das ist doch die wichtigste Axe wen die sich verschiebt reit das Material beim Reiverschluss. sonst alles ok aber wrde fr den Preis nicht nochmal kaufen auch wenn er gut aussieht aber die 2 Sachen sind die Faktoren zum nicht kaufen.

Lightweight as described but very sturdy. Extremely easy to manoeuvre on the 4 sets of wheels. And it looks good.
This suitcase survived our first trip.
I was scared when it came out of the airport luggage lanes. I had it slightly deformed because it was not full. I was worried that it will stay like that, but after a few minutes it came back to the designed shape.
This is the beauty of that material and not cheap abs plastic.
Worth money. Could be just a bit lighter, but for that price, 5 stars product.
Really pleased with this suitcase. A little bit more expensive than others but would recommend as lightweight, good litre size for luggage, easy to manoeuvre and a great locking system.

Love this suitcase. Bought it for a week away in Cornwall. I wanted something that was easy to manoeuvre as I went by tube and train. This case was perfect. I put the handle up part way and just walked and it was so smooth and easy. It glided along beside me. I didn’t have to pull it along. I recommended it to my brother and he bought the same one.

La qualit est trs bonne et elle semble trs rigide mais je vais la mettre l’preuve ce mois-ci et aprs mon voyage, je mettrai jour cette critique pour dire si elle a survcu aux abus de la compagnie arienne. Une chose que j’ai vraiment aime, ce sont les roues, qui glissent trs bien et semblent rsistantes. Sa poigne a galement l’air robuste et offre une extension totale ou partielle.
Les deux plus grands avantages de cette valise sont: le poids (il n’est que de 3,22 kg selon ma balance) et le design.
J’avais peur que le systme de verrouillage ne fonctionne pas, mais le seul problme est que les instructions pour le rinitialiser proviennent d’un modle diffrent. Cependant, il est trs facile de changer le mot de passe, il suffit d’appuyer sur le petit bouton sur le ct de la serrure avec un stylo et de faire pivoter les chiffres en maintenant le bouton enfonc (dernire image).
En tout cas, j’ai trouv une super valise, principalement pour le prix.
Je la conseille ma fille en est super contente et la trouve trs pratique.. Elle roule bien facile d utilisation et me dit qu elle peu y mettre pas mal d affaire dedans
Je recommande cette valise qui est de bonne qualit, d’ailleurs je compte bien commander la taille en dessous de ce mme modle.
Trop design, ce blanc est beau ! Car oui souvent ont nous dis blanc mais c’est jauntre ou a vire au beige tout moche et la c’est clairement blanc blanc.

Las ruedas estn reforzadas, tienen pinta de ser duraderas y giran 360 sin dificultad alguna independientemente de la superficie. El rodado es muy suave sobre superficies completamente lisas como la de casa, por lo que en estaciones o aeropuertos ser igual de suave.
La cremallera lleva una proteccin de silicona para dificultar su apertura, y parece resistente acorde a la especificacin YKK.
La cerradura TSA funciona sin problemas, y el cdigo es fcil de cambiar.
El tirador efectivamente es extensible a 3 posiciones muy cmodas, para que dependiendo de tu altura puedas tirar de ella cmodamente, yo mido 1.83m y al mximo tiene un agarre cmodo.
Las asas se integran de una forma muy elegante con el cuerpo de la maleta y tanto la superior como la lateral parecen resistentes.
Por el momento he hecho una prueba a cargarla con 15Kg y un poco apretada simulando el empaque para un viaje, y sin problema, ni las cremalleras tenan pinta de estar sufriendo, ni las ruedas hicieron ningn ruido raro, ni el tirador se resinti al tirar de la maleta sobre slo 2 ruedas.
Habr que ver cmo se comporta durante y despus del primer viaje, por lo que en cuanto lo haga, actualizar la informacin, pero de momento un 10.
