It is not as sturdy as one would expect but I just love, love, love working out with it. It is quiet and compact and I can read or listen to audiobooks while I pedal.
I have to say I love my new exercise bike.
I did have a problem with a squeak but I contacted Labgrey and they sent me a replacement pad quickly and with no fuss.
Im now looking forward to many hours of silent cycling

Assembly was annoying, 2 instruction booklets. In one the diagrams were far too small, you can’t tell the washers apart. Neither quite match how the bike arrived, some screws were already in place but looked different to the booklets. The two stability bolts at the front were hard to tighten as there’s not enough room for the spanners. The batters for the monitor are under the attachment plate so you have to remove it all to get to the batteries. I haven’t got the time, distance etc to work yet, possibly they will now I’ve redone the batteries. I’m not sure how good the tension adjustment is as only started using the bike and have nothing to compare it to. So far, it is quiet, just the belt noise hushing. Pleased with it for now.
The bike is really good and straight forward to assemble, though may take 10/15mins depending on your assembly ability. Customer service (both amazon and the seller) is great mine, arrived with clunking noise from wheel. After contacting seller directly, they sent a replacement quickly. It is a good weight on the wheel, the brake is very effective and easy to use, resistance adjustable, very quiet and also looks good, definitely recommend it.
Had a slight issue with the noise level of the bike and shared the news on the review. The customer support team reached out to me and were exceptionally helpful in offering me a replacement bike or offering some kind of assistance in anyway.
Only had a quick go, it’s seems really quiet which is great as it’s not going to annoy the rest of the household.

Had several excercise bikes over the past 10 years and this one certainly compares from a price point. Also own a bike of similar value from Decathlon and this is miles better in every aspect. The Labgrey is quite stable to the ground but I have had to use other bolts to make the handlebars secure. Very noisy resistance pad that has to be oiled every use to keep it quiet which is frustrating and the speedo is literally ‘miles’ out. True test will be how long the bike lasts and fingers crossed the lifetime warranty is worth something. Overall for the money this is ok but if buying again would spend more and get my previous bike from JTX Fitness, fantastic machine that done over 14,000 miles on original parts but unfortunately it needed a new part which has now been discontinued. Hoping Labgrey will give similar durability.
Used this bike twice and its very good and quite compact for my small flat, only issue is that on the 2nd time of using it first the left peddle came off completely and had to stop the spin to reassemble it and then near the end of the same workout the right peddle was just hanging off and had to tighten again with the spanner, hope this doesnt happen agai
Pros:
Sturdy and comes with good quality components;
Looks great once assembled and exactly like depicted on the website. Sadly I have a long, long way to go before I become anywhere near as svelte as those modelling it;
Great value for money, even though the price decreased by 15 per cent within days of me buying it.
Cons:
Handlebar post wouldn’t fit into the slot without first using a file (not provided) to clean the burrs inside the tube – cost 6.95 on Amazon if you don’t have one. Even after doing this it doesn’t run anything like as freely as that for the saddle;
The fitting of the pedals requires the use of screw locking liquid ( not provided) – cost 6.37 on Amazon if you don’t have any;
The monitor or computer lacks installation instructions. The two fixing screws are already inserted into the back and have to be removed first before being used to attach it to the plate. Took a little time to work that out. And once the monitor is screwed onto the plate, it has to be taken off again before you can replace the batteries.
I would nonetheless recommend this product, and all of the above cons could be easily sorted out if the manufacturer was of a mind to do so. So more a case nearly spoiling the ship for hap’orth of tar.

I’m on this bike every day burning up the calories and loving it. Well worth the money.
After a month of constant use, I can say that I’m really happy with this bike and glad I didn’t buckle and pay twice the price for something ‘safer’. There are 2k Lifecycle machines in the gym, and although they are better quality I’m still burning the same amount of calories and getting the same workout as I’m getting on the Labgrey.
It’s only downside is that it does creak a bit when you’re standing/pushing hard, but not enough to get upset about. The seat hight and position are easily changed so there is no problem switching between users. You could definitely do worse than getting this bike.
Great quality spin bike. Took around one hour to put together. With two people can be carried upstairs. Great spin bike for the whole family. My 11-year-old boy happily uses it as well. I use it with YouTube spin classes. Has a great place for your iPad and phone. I am very impressed with the quality and sturdiness of the bike.

Exactly what I was looking for!
This static bike is really very good value and is well made, quiet and easy to assemble. All you need to do is fit the stand bars and pedals/seat/computer. Spanners and screwdriver are supplied. Next day delivery was a pleasant surprise on something as big as this. I use it with Apple Fitness+ and its ideal for that. The only addition I have made is a cadence sensor (https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B087PDPNMF) which works well with the MyCadence app on iphone. . The friction mechanism works well and is simple to use. The bike has good quality components incl metal pedals with cage and a comfortable seat. Nice heavy flywheel. There are holders for smartphone and tablet which are in great positions for simultaneous use and its a bonus you don’t need to buy accessories to do this. All in all I’m very pleased with this purchase.
Of course, I would have preferred to have received a bike with zero issues but sometimes these small things can and do happen in life. It’s to Labrey’s credit that they stood behind their product and resolved the problem for me with very prompt and professional customer service which I was very greatful to receive.
It’s early days but I’ve found the L1 to be very comfortable, sturdy and quiet in operation and I’m very pleased with the bike.
The bike is easily out together by one person in under 30minutes, there is even a video that you can watch to help you do it right the first time around.
The bike is quiet so I can do it at the same time as we all watch tv and this encourages me to do it for even longer. The brakes are all quiet and made from wool so it fills the sound.
The handle bars and seat are adjustable so you can make it ideal for each individual and this is also changed easily between uses for different people to use.
I like that I can use the monitor to track things like time, distance, speed, heart rate and also rough guide to calories burnt.
It feels like a real bike and this makes it easier to longer sessions on it as it performs so well. There are also wheels on the bottom so it can be easily moved in between uses. I have bought an extra slip on seat cushion which makes it even more comfortable for my large frame.
I’m desperate to increase my fitness and lose some weight so decided this bike would be a good addition.
The bike arrived very quickly and was very well packaged. It took me around 25 minutes to assemble the bike on my own and this included the unpacking. It’s very easy to assemble with only a few bolts and screws here and there. It’s good that this exercise bike comes with wheels on the front so that it can easily be manoeuvred into the desired position.
The seat and handle bars have height adjustment and the seat also has a forward and backward adjustment as well as tilt. All of these adjustments mean you are sure to get the right sitting position for your work out.
The seat is extremely comfortable even for a long workout.
On the handlebars you have a pulse sensor which will track your pulse during a workout and you can see your pulse in real time on the LCD display which also shows distance, time and calories burned.
The bikes resistance is easily adjusted via a knob which you just twist either way to get your desired resistance.
Overall this bike is extremely good quality and for the price you get a fantastic bit of kit that is easy to assemble and offers a great workout.

It is an extremely attractive, sturdy, adjustable and very silent piece of equipment. It is attractive enough with the blue, black and silver flywheel, to leave it in the lounge, and silent enough not to disturb anyone watching the TV. The phone holder is handy to watch a video, and the sensors seem accurate enough.
Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone.

I have waited about three months before writing this. I have been regularly using this bike with my Ipad for apple fitness with no issues. When buying this, you have to consider the low cost of this bike because while it is a good bike and well worth the money, it does have some noticeable cost related flaws.
One thing I noticed people saying was the set up guide, and I can say that it’s poor and not completely clear. However, it is self evident and easy to set up without a guide.

L’articolo buono, ben fatto, d una sensazione solidit. Arriva con anche gli attrezzi per montarla ( brucola, chiavi inglesi etc) Cosa che mi ha stupito oltre alla fedelt della descrizione che ha delle rotelline che permettono di bilanciare le sbarre che fanno da base nel caso il pavimento fosse non perfettamente regolare. Unica pecca il monitor ( che gi dalla foto si capiva era una cosetta da poco) non funziona . Ho provato a invertite i cavi come dicono alcuni ma segna sempre 00. Vabb cmq fa da supporto per il tablet… Peccato per il.prezzo superiore alla media ci potevano mettere un aggeggino migliore, ma nel complesso la bici vale
A los meses de uso, uno de los pedales se solto. Ya se habia soltado varias veces y tras apretar el tornillo duro un poco mas de tiempo. Cada vez se soltaba con menos tiempo, hasta que ahora ya ni si quiera logro atornillarlo. Voy a ver si me lo solucionan de alguna manera. Pagar mas de 300 para estar atornillando o comprando tornillos nuevos cada dos por tres, no me parece serio. Si me dan una solucin aceptable cambiare la critica.
Otro inconveniente es que hay que engrasarla a menudo, porque hace mucho ruido.
Por lo demas, si no fuera por estos grandes inconvenientes, la bici esta bien.

Estoy en contacto con el servicio tecnico y muy amablemente estan mirando la mejor solucion para el problema, o remplazar el pedal o la bici. Segun si esta una tuerca daada o no. Seguire actualizando..

Would have been happy but had an issue early on. LABGREY contacted me directly and helped resolve the issue. Not sure many other companies would have been so proactive.
Got this bike a few months ago now. Its really good, only thing have to say is the feet adjustments aren’t great and it does wobble abit when going at speed but doesn’t stop the performance of the bike.
+ Tout est fait pour le rgler pour toute les morphologies .
– Malgres le guidon qui est lgrement dsax ( un peu de travers trs lger)
+ le reste et plutt convainquant trs costo et trs lourd dans son ensemble
– capteur cardiaque est nul car imprcis, faut bien positionn les mains sinon il recalcule zro, frustrant je vais investir dans un tour de torse
+ Mcaniquement il est trs fiable ! vraiment on peu y aller franchement, c est un plaisir sur Zwift. Sur les montes on sert un peu la vis pour la duret et les dcentes aussi le poids de la roue rend les sessions raliste
J ai Ajout dessus des capteurs , pdale et roue et go sur Zwift un plaisir !
Attention la roue trs lourde donc bien mettre ses calle pieds .

Great bike for the price!! Very quiet, easy enough to assemble and I love the peddles with straps. Only concern is the seat seems to be tilted quite forward so you can’t really just sit and bike (not sure if this is normal?). Overall for the price I like it!!

Very easy to assemble. Need to make sure you silicone lube the wheel (a small complementary tube would be great!). Handle bar area could be sturdier (moves slightly when pedaling hard). Seat is comfortable (for me). Biggest issue is computer that comes with it. I don’t use it, just use the stand for my phone. Overall for 400 bucks vs 2500 for pro spin bikes I will take it.

I ordered this bike on Saturday night, received it on Monday at noon. Great service from Amazon and four days in advance. I have been using it since then, even my teenage daughter. I packed in some sweat with just 50 calories workout.
I must point out that the nobs which are hard plastic are not durable. One was broken into pieces which lift the seat. I had to switch with the one at the front since it does not take weight and does not need to change. It is holding up but not for long. I reached out to the company but no reply so far. Amazon cannot replaced the part. I wont return for just this. Maybe I will find the part somewhere in Canada.
produit extra, silencieux, facile monter, je fais 1.80m et y’a encore un peu de marge jusqu’ 1.85m je pense sans problme. au niveau des capteurs cardio a fonctionne plutt bien mais j’ai achet un capteur de cadence car y’a pas l’option sur la console, la selle hyper confortable.
Je recommande c’est de la qualit.
Great bike, silent flywheel. Unfortunately there was a fault with the bike I received, but fantastic customer services replied promptly and they sent out a replacement bike. Very impressed.
It arrived 3wks after ordering due to delivery company delay. Easy to assemble. There was a squeak when resistance was higher..the break pad needed to be adjusted, now works great. Supplier responded quickly to help.

La bici est muy bien. Como fallos le veo dos:
– La distancia del silln al manillar no es muy grande. Yo mido 159cm y tengo puesto el silln lo ms alejado posible del manillar. As que creo que para gente de 180cm a lo mejor viene un poco justa. Una opcin podra ser (para gente ms alta) montar el silln poniendo el tubo al revs.
– La consola es bastante bsica. Yo uso pulsmetro, con lo que la mayora de las magnitudes no las necesito. Pero echo de menos algo importante como las RPM.
En cuanto a comentarios que le antes de comprarla, puntualizo algunos:
– “LA BICI COJEA”. Tiene unas ruedecillas que te permiten calzarla ajustndolo al suelo que tengas. Si cojea, es que no est bien calzada.
– “EL MONITOR NO SE APAGA”. Hay que dejar unos instantes sin actividad y se apagar solo.
– “EL ASIENTO ES INCMODO”. Para m, es cmodo. Es cierto que el culo hay que hacerlo, pero no a esta bici, sino a todas.
– “EL ASIENTO SE MUEVE”. Si se aprienta bien las tuercas, no se mueve. Por lo menos con mi peso. No s si con mucho peso, ceder de alguna forma.
Tuve un problema con la bicicleta y en seguida se puso en contacto conmigo el servicio de postventa para darme solucin. Se puede comprar con mucha tranquilidad, porque se ve buena calidad y en el caso de algn defecto, hay un servicio de postventa detrs muy eficaz.
This exercise bike is very easy to put together. It is very sturdy and feels like it will last so fingers it has been a good buy.
En general todo correcto, la pantalla podra ser mejor pero calidad-precio est muy bien.
Bike arrived earlier than expected. Mostly assembled and came with tools to complete the job. I’m 5’11” and have the seat post at max height and I can pedal comfortably, that is probably the tallest you can be though. Seat is padded and comfortable no issues. The handle bars have a comfortable padding and offer multiple standard grip positions. The bike itself while peddling is very quiet, just a light whisper from the felt friction pad. It is easy enough to move around if needed. Customer service is excellent. An adjustment knob was damaged during shipping most likely, I reached out the customer service via email they got back to me by the end of the day and sent out a replacement part at no cost and it arrived within a few days.
Advertised as Miles but it is kilometres and it had 4 bolts missing, luckily I had some in the shed. Apart from that not a bad buy for the money.
I researched online for a good sturdy spin bike, after many hours I decided on Labgrey as it sounded exactly what I was after, placed my order and bike arrived very quickly, layed everything out, checked all parts where there, was really easy to assemble which was good started using the bike in early Jan, Wow was so impressed, as you increase the resistance u really get a fantastic workout, whether to want to do hill session’s or just chill out for a 20 min spin, it has it all. I used the spin bike quite a bit in the gym so was used to it, this bike is so impressive, very quiet and also very sturdy, monitor records everything as well plus I link my garmin watch, fantastic price, well worth the money 10/10 fantastic purchase
Very good product; manual needs to be a bit clearer about washers! Brought a gel seat as the seat is hard! No rev counter; lots of YouTubers use rpm for spin classes! Bit creacky when standing, but did not feel unsteady

This bike was easy to assemble, it is comfortable, doesn’t shake, the seat is more comfortable than some of the bikes in the gym. It calculates the necessary km, pulse, calories etc. I would highly recommend it to anyone!

Ravie. J’en fait tout les jours depuis une dizaine de jours et il est fabuleux. Il ne fait pas de bruit. Il a des tampons vissable anti drapant pour une trs bonne stabilit.
La salle est confortable. Des le lendemains on s’en les douleurs quand on en refait une sance mais au bout de quelques minutes on s’y habitut. Fait bien travaille

It was easy to put together – it took me about half an hour by myself.
I’ve used it several times a week for the past 2 months and it serves its purpose very well.
It’s pretty quiet and it has a spot to place your phone/tablet if you’re like me and watch Netflix while you exercise lol.
The only downfall is that the seat is uncomfortable if you plan to cycle for more than 15 minutes. It’s not a deal breaker though, I’ll probably just invest in a gel seat cover!

Je ne suis pas du, il est vraiment sympa.
La notice est cependant trs simpliste, il manque beaucoup de dtails dans les tapes.
Pour quelqu un de bricoleur pas de soucis, pour les autres rien de bien mchant mais il faut un peu rflchir.

I received my bike yesterday and managed to assemble the bike in approx. 30 mins. I’m only a slight middle aged woman, the frame was heavy but I managed it. The assembly was pretty easy, the worst part was getting it out of the box.
I marked it down for comfort only due to the saddle. It maybe that I need to get used to a bike saddle again, or will need to purchase a ladies saddle for it (hopefully a standard bike saddle fits).
The bike is virtually silent. The more resistance you apply there is a very slight friction sound, but I’m sure it will become unnoticeable in time. I also have a squeak on the pedal mechanism but hopefully a bit of oil will fix that.
The only downer I’d say is you cannot change kilometres to miles on the monitor. I can see the M for miles when you press down on scan but cannot see anyway of changing to it which is a shame. That is a very slight niggle as I can easily just google to convert.

The only downer I’d say is you cannot change kilometres to miles on the monitor. I can see the M for miles when you press down on scan but cannot see anyway of changing to it which is a shame. That is a very slight niggle as I can easily just google to convert.
I’d definitely recommend this bike. Now to get fit again!
